We are an easygoing couple, looking for a beautiful home to share with another couple. Ideally a large 3/4 bedroom + 2 bathroom house with plenty of space and a large garden. Happy to live 30/40 mins from the CBD if necessary and having searched around there are some amazing places available for the budget. We both work full time and are not party animals during the week... If you enjoy a glass of wine, BBQ and good conversation in a garden or brilliant living space let us meet and get to know each other. We both recently moved to Melbourne, Dan is an AV designer from the UK and I am Namibian working as a Travel Agent. In our free time we love camping, cycling and travelling.
Very easy going & looking for a chill home environment. Working professional, do like quiet times but also like to socialise and looking for a place to call home. Tidy and responsible as I've housesat for many years caring for peoples homes and pets. Originally from Brisbane, now call Melbourne home
Hi, I'm a female French student that just got accepted into Melbourne Uni for a Bachelor's Degree. I'm 18 and am looking for a single room not too far from a tram station / Parkville campus (if possible). I'm independent, meaning I can basically cook for myself, as well as neat and respectful of other people's space. I've been living outside of my home country for almost half of my life now, meaning I'm very open-minded and easygoing. I'm not what people would call a party animal, I like to read and go on the computer. Also, I bake, which is a nice perk of living with me. I do like playing some sports, like basketball, volleyball and I also practice Taekwondo.
Hi everyone, I’m moving to Melbourne as I’ve gotten a new job and need to find a chill share house to (obviously) share. I’m looking to make the journey mid-November (but can negotiate timing if needed). I’m a late 20s professional. I’ve been told by people that I’m awesome to live with, for example just ask my mum—we were housemates for a good two decades. Unfortunately, I don’t have a rental history, as I’ve been living in a house I own, so I won’t be able to provide rental history references. But on the plus side, I share common qualities of being a slave, but to a bank, as opposed to a landlord/real estate agent. I don’t want to be super close to the city, as I’m an avid cyclist and need to maintain my reputable Strava statistics. Hence, 5-12kms would be ideal from the CBD. I am an energy trader, which means I will occasionally work nights when I'm on the afternoon/night roster (it's a 24/7 market). I’m flexible when it comes to the place, as long as the room is comfortable and housemates aren't hermits. I am also a pretty outgoing/outdoors person (soccer, tennis, cycling, hiking, kayaking, slacklining), of which I suck at all, except cycling. But I do own a kayak, edit: no longer driving it down from Brisbane :(l So to recap TL;DR - Looking for a house - House 5-10kms from city - Bonus points for bathroom/carpark - Solid guy/housemate For those still reading, shoot me a message (please note, I can be pretty flaky responding, but I will respond eventually).
I (Julien) is from France and my gf Annabelle is from Honk Kong. We are looking for a place to live in Melbourne. Annabelle is doing some backpacker job in a food factory. I am a developper and am doing some freelance work until i find a regular job in Australia. We are quiet, we don't smoke and we will like your pets if you have any. Annabelle is a great cook but I may be biased because I love her
I am moving back to Melbourne after living in India for about 6 months. I am coming back to find work and hence I am in search of a temporary accommodation. Looking for at least a furnished bedroom and a flexible term (so that I can extend beyond 4 weeks)
I'm a super fun and easy-to-get-along-with type of person. Very chill. I'm tidy, clean up after myself and have a beautiful 2y.o cat MC who brings so much love and joy to anywhere, where we live. I work full time and am about to relocate to Melbourne to start my nursing career. I enjoy spending time by myself and with friends. In my spare time I enjoy reading, doing puzzles, going out to gigs, seeing my friends etc. and all of the finer things in life (chocolate, wine, pizza haha)! If I sound like someone you could get along with, holla!
Moving back to Melbourne after 2 years in Sydney to take up a new full time role in the medical education field. I am a social person and love to head out for a beer at the local pub, or for lunch/dinner anywhere new. Love meeting new people, can be quiet at first but warm up to people pretty fast. Looking for housemates that are inclusive and like to do things together like chat while cooking meals during the week, perhaps hit up a pub trivia session every once in a while or have an afternoon of beer drinking on the weekend. I'm not new to Melbourne have lived there many times and in a variety of suburbs. Have lived in many share houses throughout my life in my home town; Warrnambool, Melbourne, London and Sydney. I know how to treat a house and my flatmates with respect and hope to find others who are the same. I have a 2 gorgeous 12 month old black cats named shadow and lunar they are both pretty smoochy and is toilet trained and will be more of an indoor cat.
Thanks for stopping by! I'm a super chill guy and considerate of everyone I'm share housing with. I'm always available for a chat or if you prefer to spend it more alone I'll be happy to respect you and your space. Love sports and sharing a meal or a drink with someone. Please get in touch! :)
X2 English girls needing a home!! Hellooooo! Me and my sister will be coming back to Melbourne on the 28th of January. I am 24 and she is 20! We are two backpackers on our working visas. I have lived in Melbourne before so I'm very familiar with the place! It would be great if anybody has a private room in the CBD, Brunswick, Fitzroy, Carlton or Chapel Street areas! We are hoping for a private room in a house share or apartment. $150pp is our budget but if you have something cheaper than great, but if it's a little over message either way! We are both very laid back and friendly girls, we love a laugh, and we've been travelling for a while so sharing living space is the norm - we are also very clean and respectful :) Message me if you have anything short / long term for us x
Hi! I am a Brit who is making her way across the big pond to come to Australia to live as I have a new job there. As such, looking for somewhere to stay, could be short term just whilst I find my feet or just generally to rent longer term if it was right. As I will be in a brand new place, I am absolutely up for trying out new cafes, restaurants, taking up a new hobby, and seeing and getting to know as much of Melbourne as possible. Although I like to be social and do things, I also enjoy having some chilled out time after work and quiet time with good food, good TV and a bonus if people I were sharing with enjoyed the odd conversation or two/ sharing in on the good food etc. I like to read, go to the theatre, cinema, enjoy doing various sports and as I said up for trying new hobbies as well. I'm used to sharing with other people as well as having alone time so I respect people's privacy, and I am clean and tidy. If you think I may be a good fit for your place, do get in touch!
Hi! I'm looking to move out of student accommodation for a more long-term solution where I can stay and look for full-time work when i finish my masters degree. I'm social, talkative, bookish and have the best taste in music - EVERYBODY SAYS SO. My sense of humour is a salient quality that makes me fun to hang out with. I like to keep my space clean and I'm always up for a drink and a heart-to-heart chat. I otherwise keep to myself, draw, read, and wait for the next episode of One Piece.

Hi there. We are a professional couple who have taken a year out to spend in Australia and the surrounding countries. Kieran is 28, works as an account manager, big into music and seeing gigs, watching sport and loves animals. I am a 24 year old English graduate who currently works in the NHS who loves reading, travel, and cooking. We both love cats, autumn and beers with friends. We are very social but understand the need for privacy, we can cook, we can contribute to your home both financially and atmospherically. We will be working in AUS as well and taking trips to other parts of australia -- any recommendations would be welcomed! Best wishes Chloe & Kieran
