Hey. My name is Lars. I am a backpacker from Germany currently living and working in Melbourne. I am a very friendly and nice person who is very open minded and always up to to try new stuff. I am pretty tidy and in many cases organized although I like going with the flow as well. I like cooking and spending time with good people as well as just relaxing in a park, enjoying the Australian summer while reading a book and listening to music. Cheers Lars
Hi! I've just come back from my GAP year in Scotland and I'm looking for somewhere to live while I go to Uni. I'm originally from the Gold Coast and I love sport and having fun. I'm a nice guy and enjoy mucking around a bit. I'm clean, friendly and real easy to get along with, and enjoy socialising but also love alone time. I play the guitar and enjoy building things in my spare time and love my movies and music too.
Hi i'm Rachel, I'm clean and tidy and pay my bills on time. I'm fun and ambitious.. But also quiet (if its possible to be both) Disney movies are the best and I can't live without coffee. I enjoy a good night out as well as quiet nights in.. :) would love to find a place that I could bring my dog Sampson (he's a maltease shitzu x staff.. only staffy trait he's got is being a sook) but to be honest I just need out of the place I'm in at the moment, so can leave him with my parents where he currently is) Ask me anything but give me a chance?
I am a full-time student studying master of architecture design currently in RMIT as well as having my part-time job. I have been in Melourne for 2 years. I keep tidy and clean in my space as well as cleaning public area sometimes. I don't smoke and don't like drag. I enjoy having a night in with movies and mates but also enjoy checking out restaurants and bars. I am into music, painting, reading, movies, swimming, photography and biking, recently i am making some interesting graphic by programming. When i am free, i like hanging out to discover new restaurants, new places and fitness or staying at home for cooking or cleaning. Meanwhile, I love chatting with people, for sharing our stories and exchange our opinion. I am a gay, so definitly LGBTI+ friendly. I like to live in a clean and tidy home and am looking for people who agree. I am considerable and kind and would like to make new friends and share life and happy time with my potential lovely roommates. I also would love to share my food and hang out with roommates as well as respect your privacy and keep independence for myself. I took an apartment by myself and manage it, and I lived with more than 6 people in 2 years. Therefore, I think I really know how to get along with my new roommates. Ideally, I hope the room is furnished and prefer to live with males in house or town house which is less than 5 people, and fast speed internet, if there is a garden or yard, it would be perfect. Nor sharing room. I can move in February, but i can also move in Jan if the room is really what I am looking for.
Hi everyone Magda and I are looking for a place to call home until at least the end of the year. Magda is an interior designer and I study social work and work in town planning. Hi! My name is Josh, I am 23 and currently seeking a place to live in Melbourne. At this moment I live in Perth working full time as a wholesaler and an opportunity to work in Melbourne has presented itself. I completed an apprenticeship in locksmithing back in 2015 but the industry did not suit or appeal to me afterwards so I changed Jobs to a local supplier. I am interested in CGI, Music, video games, pretty much anything related to computers and technology and I am also a current student at SAE Online, studying a Diploma of Screen & Media 3D animation. I can keep to myself if you would prefer or if you are the social type I would like to be apart of that I am happy to join events and outings and would really like to meet new people! I do like to keep things clean and tidy as well of course! The only things I would need is somewhere to park my car and an internet connection (For my online course). I will be driving from Perth to Melbourne on the 17th of February and should arrive around 21st to 22nd. Thanks for having a read! Josh

Hi! I am a happy, easy going, female professional (EA) looking for a room. Mon-Fri 9-5 type! Very clean and tidy, more or less an early riser, into fitness and artistic things. I sing and used to do gigs, bit of theatre too both of which I hope to get back into! Flying over from Perth, already have a job lined up so hoping to find somewhere to stay before I start on the 13th of Feb. I've done this all before(share houses) and are very respectful about paying rent and bills on time. I don't drink much during the week but do love dinners and a wine from time to time. I'm chatty but respectful of all flatmates personal spaces and quiet times too. I wont eat your food or keep you up all night :) I have a cat Roger, he is a pure bred ragdoll that I would like to eventually come over. He is lazy, just sleeps and will keep to my room or outside but also has a great personality. I own a surfboard and skateboard plus a tent and a couple little things I'd hope to stick in a corner somewhere if possible? Shed maybe? I don't have a car so need to be close-ish to public transport (Work in Richmond) and may get a bike down the line. Unfurnished or semi furnished is fine, I'm bringing over my queen mattress so that's all I really would want of my own at the least. Looking for 6-12months maybe more but obviously see how logistics and personalities all fit :)
Hi! James & I aren't a couple but a couple of bloody great mates who wanna meet some new pals, live in a cool area and have fun. We both work in the creative industry (he's a graphic designer and I work in TV production) and hail from London. Looking to be in Melbourne long term but as we just arrived don't want to commit to anything longer than 6 months as life evolves and who knows what may happen, looking for a little nest to finally open our backpacks up in for now. We both like art, films, bad jokes, sunshine & beers, music and good company. We've both lived on our own for a very long time and are fully house trained. Grocery shopping / chores / washing up / wiping down / hoovering / mopping / mirror shining / window cleaning / bed making / skirting-board dusting... you name it. We will do it. Hopefully we can meet someone SOON!!

I love making things look beautiful again! I work during the day and sometimes weekends too. I love going out and getting my groove on and meeting new people. Don't mind the old bar sesh wherever it may be but I'm really into raves pumping that sweet psychedelic trance and other tripped out music that makes you feel like your in another dimension as I feel like I am most the time anyway. Love the bush doof scene! From what I know from family, friends and co-workers I am a fun, friendly and respectful person. Hey how's it going? I'm Claire! I am a 27 year old female who has recently relocated from Bristol, England. I'm a friendly and sociable housemate who is also clean, considerate and tidy. I blog, love photography, music and adventures. I also enjoy exercise and good food / white wine in equal measure. Basically in a nut shell, I wont keep you up all night with wild parties but you will always have someone who is up for going out for wine or cocktails, I smell nice and will clean up after myself and I am always super keen for seeing or doing something new. I've lived in shared houses for years so I'm also respectful of other peoples space, sleep and property. I'm looking to get out of my current living situation ASAP so I'm open to short of longer term rentals so get in touch if you think you have a good fit! Cheers! :)
I'm a bit of an arty farty chick who is currently studying Advertising at RMIT. I have a concerning obsession with Japanese food and Instagram. I also love a bit of banter and go crazy over art, music, food and photography. I'm originally from The Sunshine Coast (QLD) and only moved down to Melbs at the start of 2016 (still a bit of a newbie) so I'm always very keen to meet new, like minded people! I'm super clean (but not a neat freak), independent, and very easy going. I love hanging out with my friends so I would definitely be inviting people over every now and then! I am very excited to cook up a storm next year as I love to cook too, however I cannot go past 2 min noodles most of the time.
About this person Hi I'm Julia and I work full time at a health organisation in the CBD. I love being active, the outdoors and catching up with friends over good food and wine. My chill days involve watching a movie, baking, painting or all of the above! I'm easy going and tidy up after myself.

Hello! :) My name is Annina and I'm a 21 year old German girl who is looking for a flat in Melbourne for the next few months. I was once for 1 1/2 weeks in Melbs and fell in love with this place so I decided to come back and search a job here to stay 3 or 4 months. I'm an open minded girl who has no problems to meet some new people and want to live the Melbourne lifestyle in a flat like a real habitant. I love it clean and hope that we maybe cook something together or drink an evening drink after work - so just have lots of fun without any stress! I'm doing a working holiday here in Australia and worked already at a farm but know I want to live and work in a bigger city. Just looking for a job maybe at a bank branch (I did an apprenticeship in Germany as a banking assistance) or just some work in stores or cafes. I really miss my gym in Germany so that's also a point to go to a city that I can just go to a gym again because it's one of my hobbies. Like I said I'm also a very open minded girl so I really enjoy to go out and meet some friends. Hope to have a chance to meet you in person so you can get a better picture about me and it's way easier to just talk to someone than to write a text like this one :D

Hey maybe/sorta roomie! What's to know? I moved to Melbourne about nine months ago and have completely fallen in love with the city. I'm a student at Victoria University at the moment, though i'll be transferring to La Trobe mid this year. I'm always friendly; a bit of a bookworm; at times quite reserved and quiet, but always caring for those i meet along the way. Tidy, respectful, reliable - all that important jazz. Most importantly: i'm a very adaptive person. You'd like a friend in your roommate? You'll have a friend in me, no matter who you are! You'd like to feel like you almost live alone but with cheaper rent? I'm your dude! and of course, anything and everything in between. Hope i hear from you!
Hey, My name's Andrea, going on 23 and from Norway. I am currently studying psychology and geography at Melbourne Uni (2nd year), and normally I keep pretty busy during the week. I'm a responsible, open-minded and social person, always up for a laugh and good times, but also very independent and respectful of space. I'm looking for a sharehouse with 1-4 other people starting from January 22nd, the earlier the better. Ideally I'd like to live with people who are up for a good chat over a meal or drinks from time to time, and who are also quite relaxed, open-minded, clean and generally respectful of others. And of course keen to make the sharehouse a home! Hope to hear from you, thanks!

Hi my name is Frances, I'm from Canberra moving to Melbourne to study product design at Swinburne uni. At home I like to cook, draw, read and Netflix binge. I'm tidy and easygoing and am looking for a homey vibe rather than a party house. Although I have no pets of my own I love animals; I can't walk past a dog without asking for a pat!
I'm Gwen (French soon to be graduate/future work holiday visa applicant) looking for a nice place to live starting from February. Studies and sports/societies keep me busy busy but love to relax over a beer (and more often than not, 2). Hi I'm Di. I have just finished a postgraduate university degree at Adelaide University and have been offered a position in at St Vincents Research Institute in Fitzroy. I have lived in a share house the past year. I am easy to get along with, clean up after myself, enjoy socialising but am also happy to give people their own space. Hi I'm. An English backpacker in Melbourne on the job hunt. Looking for somewhere to stay for a week or two as hostels currently cost a fortune and I'm skint after Christmas! I'm very laid back, friendly and easy going. Like to keep things clean and tidy.
Heya! I'm a super organised, neat, reliable student moving from Perth to study at the University of Melbourne. I'm happy to spend time by myself but appreciate good company! I enjoy going out for coffee and dinner but also chilling at home with a cup of tea watching netflix. :)
I'm 28 years old and work in marketing at Penguin (bonus if you/your housemates like reading!). I've been share housing in Brunswick but the awesome couple I'm living with have decided to be grown ups and get their own place. Before that I was living by myself as I'd just moved down from Sydney where I lived for 3 years share housing (though I'm originally from Brisbane). My job is the usually Mon-Fri but I'm out of the house by around 7.30am every morning and sometimes don't get home until 7ish. Weeknights I tend to keep things pretty quiet usually doing some exercise after work and having a healthy dinner – though I'm always happy to have a mid-week wine and watch some crappy reality. On weekends I love to catch up with friends, explore Melbourne and beyond and occasionally go back to Brisbane to visit family. I'm looking for a place to call home and settle, I'm sociable with housemates and enjoying doing the occasional shared dinner but also have my own things going on. Master bedroom with ensuite and parking (street or off-street) would be preferred. I have a washing machine, fridge, couch and kitchen things – but if not needed, I could look to store.
We are always respectful about the place we live, we are searching for a good place not too far from the bars and restaurants because Nicolas is a cook and Mathieu and I are bartenders, we don't make party's at home, we prefer to hang out ;) !
