I'm a Visual/Fine Arts student transferring to a Melbourne university from the University of Western Australia, planning to start studying Semester 2, 2017. I love Melbourne's focus on art and believe it will be beneficial for me in the future. I love animals of all types, and drawing them, as well as being sociable and spending time with friends, whether it be video-gaming (can provide a PS4, PS3, Nintendo Switch), going out, or even just sharing a meal. I'm a big pop-culture fan and do enjoy a good film occasionally. ;) I am a responsible, outgoing, tidy and clean person and am incredibly excited to begin a life in Melbourne!!
About me: Male, 35, cloud devops consultant working in the CBD. Permanently employed on 6 figures so reliably paying the rent won't be an issue. Trying to keep rent/bill affordable while saving to buy. I grew up on a farm in the country so I'm pretty easy going and understanding. I'm heavily engaged in fitness and study right now. I'm very neat and tidy, flexible to schedule/share housework. I'm a great cook but tend to do all my cooking on Sunday, freezing meals for the week. If freezer space is at a premium I'll buy a small freezer to suit rather than monopolizing all the space! Also happy to help others with meal planning/cooking - it's great for saving money and getting better nutrition. I drive a Pajero so a car space that can fit it is a bit plus. What I'd like to see: Places that aren't too noisy (though I'm cool with occasionally), good internet (NBN fibre or equivalent preferred), a car space, no cats (I'm allergic). Hobbies: Archery, homebrewing, fitness. I have two Italian Greyhound dogs. They're cat sized, not huge like the standard greyhounds. They're quiet, very well toilet trained and well behaved in general. Photos of the doggos available on request, seeing I can't post them here! Thanks! Leigh
Hey! My name is Bell and I'm a 24 yr old English/Aussie who is looking for a new home with my darling Bengal cat called "Harry". I don't have a whole heap of stuff just my clothes, a TV, game consoles (N64, Wii and xbox ), nic-nacks and possibly my bedroom suit set but thats not a necessity if the room is already furnished i'll be happy to leave them in storage. I've been living in windsor for the past 2 years in an apartment but i'm hoping to find a house with a garden and i'm tried of living on my own and in such a small space so i thought id take the plunge and see who's up for house sharing with me again! I'm quite a social butterfly and I'm always going out to gigs and love live music but I also like my down time and may like to have a few glasses of wine/ tequila on a weekend and i'm happy to join in with the social aspects of house shares if thats what you like then I would be more than happy to live with you! I'm also very respectful of personal space and like to keep a tidy lifestyle. I feel that if you live in a clean home it makes for a better state of mind. I usually work nights from Friday-Sunday at a bar in the city and I also do modeling gigs so that can keep my busy throughout the week, I will also be going back to uni in July so ideally i would love to live near easy transport to the CBD (Carlton area) What esle? I like to game, tho not an avid gamer as i like to get out a lot, I'm a skater (Blades) I absolutely love being on them and it keeps me active. I also like to cook! Any other questions feel free to throw them my way :) Cheers Bell x
I'm a relaxed and clean housemate, studying law and working part time at a finance firm. Love going out for coffee and shopping but also balance it with studying and home time. If I seem like a good fit for your home please contact me :)
We are very tidy and clean! And also very respectful. We are looking for two rooms in an apartment, one for my sister (Lara) and her boyfriend (Diego) and another one for myself (I don't mind sharing). We need it from the first week of June. I (Maria) also like to cook and bake and I am happy to share whatever I make with someone else.
Hello all! My name is Caitlyn and I've recently finished my physiotherapy degree and have moved down to Melbourne from Goldy (originally from the States). I'm currently looking for a short-term stay as my current lease ends on May 20 and I will be leaving for overseas on June 22 for a bit of travel. I will be returning to Melbourne the first week of August and will again be looking for more permanent accommodation as I begin my full-time roll as a physio. Cheers! Caitlyn xx
Hi I'm Alba. A Spanish student who's staying for a semester in Melbourne. I'm looking for an accomodation from July to November. I would like to share a flat or a house in order to meet new people and share lots of exciting experiences. I'm clean and tidy and I can cook!! :) I'm a sociable person who has no trouble when living with other people, I love it! I'm talkative when I have to and responsible but I love having fun as well. If you have any bedroom available that will fit in the dates I'll be spending in Austalia that'd be awesome. Don't doubt to contact me. Cheers!

Our names are Dawa & No Mi, We’ve just spent the last four years in China studying and working and have just moved back to Oz to be closer to family and to set up our own little Qigong, dao yin yoga, meditation and nutritional healing business. Our other interests include circus (both ex professional circus performers), rock climbing, great outdoors, vegan/raw cooking (though we’re totally accepting of other peoples lifestyles), drinking tea and art in its’ many forms. Looking to find a house with interesting, passionate & independent people. Look forward to hearing from you!
Zac:: Freelance graphic designer, also doing an online sociology degree at uni full time (currently first year). I like to make art, grow veggies, hike, binge watch whatever shows I'm currently addicted to. Bit of an introvert / extrovert hybrid, depending on the mood I can either be up for long chats and random adventures, or just keen to stay in and chillout with some music or movies. Ra:: Black kitty who likes to chase toys and catch mice. Bit of a weirdo who wags his tail like a dog (not kidding), can't meow (never learned to or something??) and makes a chirping sound at meal times kinda like a velociraptor... He's fully toilet trained (ie. there's not even kitty litter in the house because he only ever toilets outside) and he's very low maintenance – not attention seeking, doesn't shed hair etc.
Hi everyone! I'm what you would call your typical easy going young adult. I get along with people easily and enjoy having a laugh or two. Ideally I'd wanna be living with people around the same age as me that I would become friends with! I would like to be living somewhere with a good environment like where everyone watches tv together sometimes or eats dinner together kinda situation I think that would be cool! I work full time in Brunswick at Harley Davidson, so closer you are to Brunswick the better!!. ☺ hope to hear from you soon thanks
I'm a single non-smoking health professional. I've just moved back home to Melbourne after living in Perth for the last six years. I'm looking for an unfurnished room in the northern suburbs, with capacity for parking (street is fine). I’m about to start a new full time M-F job at St Vincent's Hospital. My job involves working with people, so I prefer a relaxed and peaceful space to come home to during the week. I'm also an aspiring minimalist, so prefer clean, uncluttered and tranquil surrounds. I am independent and like my own space (and already have friends in Melbourne), but I would ideally like to be friends with my housemate/s as well. I'm hoping to live with 1-2 other mature people with a similar mentality, on a long term basis (happy to sign on to a lease). My version of socialising with friends tends to be long chats with cups of tea, and dinners/board games - I'm not a loud party person. I'm usually out a couple of nights a week. I'm house-trained, socially conscious and respectful of others and their space/possessions, clean but not obsessively so. I always pay rent/bills on time, am not tight with money, and enjoy sharing the occasional meal/drink/outing with housemates, in or out. I'm an omnivore but don't eat huge amounts of meat. I cook sporadically - it's not something that I love but it's one of my goals to get better at it! If there's a cat already in residence, that's a bonus (not a dog person though). My track record for keeping plants alive isn’t great, but I'm willing to try again with some delicious herbs. My hobbies/interests include barbershop/a cappella singing (I generally practice out of the house or when home alone), personal development, musical theatre, foreign films, good food and wine, linguistics and languages. I'm aiming to give yoga another go once I get settled. I like finding interesting cultural events to go to around town, and am happy to do this alone or with a partner in crime. I don’t really watch TV day to day (ads and sensationalist news drive me nuts), but I do occasionally binge watch a series. I’m interested in – but not very knowledgeable about – art, architecture, and music arrangement.
Hi there! I'm a 28 year old dude from Dubai working in a cafe in Collingwood and working my way up the hospo ladder. I'm looking to move closer to the inner north because literally everything I do is around that area (my current house is pretty much just used for storage at this point). I'm a social person and thrive on meeting new people, yet I do balance it with my own alone time and space. Tidiness is my zen and I'm looking for folks who share a similar view on house cleanliness. I spend my spare time reading, experimenting with cooking, doing some side work with Amnesty International and hosting trivia nights in Thornbury (which would be excellent for the housemates to join in on). Anyway, thanks for reading this blurb. Hit me up if I've caught your attention. Cheers!
Hello! I'm an expat of the forest covered hills in the Dandenong Ranges and have been happily living in the city for the last 6months. The council has an issue with our landlord so we had to move out immediately. I'm on a mission to find an alternative ASAP. I love live music, camping, gardening, cycling, photography and I spend most of my week nights catching up with friends, wandering through parks, seeing movies or listening to some of the awesome local roots music in a cosy back street bar. I'm a professional at the share house thing and have references but most importantly, I'm respectful, tidy, honest, I pay up on time & I generally get along with everyone because I'm very open minded and easy going having lived with many people over the years from a child. I have a full time 8:30-5:30pm Mon-Fri job as an Inventory Controller in Hawthorn. I'm queer though no one ever guesses & I love animals if you have any. I spend between 4-6months a year house / farm sitting for furry friends when their pet humans are away. If you want to know more, please feel free to contact me anytime. Thanks for reading and hope to hear from you soon :)
We're a couple from England and New Zealand, living and working full time in Melbourne. We are both very easy going, clean, tidy and sociable. We like to socialise with other housemates whether it be over dinner/drinks or a movie as well as having our own time/space.

Hi! My name is Coby and I hope you're having a nice day so far! I am looking for a room at the moment and I am hoping to move in as soon as possible before the 15th of May 2017. Just a little snippet about myself... I am a very friendly guy, in my early 30s, working as a social worker for the State Gov. I'm open-minded, honest, respectful, and down to earth. I like meeting new people, socialising, catching up with friends, travelling, exploring different places, having a laugh, and pretty much enjoy what life has to offer. I always pay bills on time, like to be clean and tidy, and love doing outdoorsy stuff in my spare time. I'm pretty flexible with most arrangements and I'm an easy going type of person. Please contact me so we could arrange a time for an inspection. I am also interested in teaming up with like-minded people for a shared house. Thanks and I hope to hear from you soon! :) Cheerily, Coby

Love doing any kind of sport and I am tidy and responsible with the payments. I need accomodation for a long stay but I would prefer to find a place where I can speak english at home to improve it.
