I'm looking for a whole property to rent. I rented out my own apartment and would like to rent a property with 2 bathrooms (or 2 toilets and 1 shower), and at least 1 parking spot. I'm a genuine, reliable, happy, tidy and warm person. I don't have children and pets. Looking for a whole property for myself, also don't mind to share a property which I will be getting with other females or males. Please send me a message or SMS if you would like to team-up/share a property I will be getting. I'm friendly and get along well with everyone. Australia has been home for me for the last 20 years. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker and I don't host parties. Looking for a whole house/townhouse/villa uint/apartment with at least 2 toilets and 1 shower, 1 parking or garage for 1 car, and was built after 1985. Move-in date: Any day between now and late August 2018 is fine. It’s fine whether the property is furnished or unfurnished. Rent budget: Up to $700 per week depends on the number of bedrooms and location. I will provide the relevant ownership documents/Body Corporate bills of my own property and driver licence/passport if requested.
I am an enthusiastic person from Colombia, I studied architecture, I'm studying English, working hard and enjoying the experience living in Melbourne. I would like to live in a quiet and cleaned, place to have good rest after working, however I'm sociable and I like to know people.
Hi, I'm Jacky. I work as a full time primary school teacher in Glenroy. I am looking for a home where I can stay long term but also closer to where I work. Having lived in student accommodation with a variety of people over the last four years in university and now also living independently with a flatmate (through flatmates.com.au funnily enough), it has made me adaptable and easygoing as a housemate. While I will most likely crash in my room after a long day of work and am introverted in nature, I am always down for bonding opportunities and exchanging some amazing banter over a couple of bevs. I am a fan of video games, marvel movies, hiking, going to the gym, corny jokes and quality brunches. (Bonus points if you enjoy Netflix and can become friends with this nerd) I can have an active nightlife from time to time, however I keep that outside no matter what and never bring any of that racket home. If I have friends over, I'll always ask for permission first and keep noise to a minimum. Cleanliness has always been a priority to me and I make it a commitment that it remains so in communal areas. My ideal home would be: - Close to public transport and shops (walking distance preferred). - Have space for parking because I have a car (off street or on street is fine). - Inclusive of all bills. - Budget friendly (unfortunately my rent budget is non-negotiable and cannot go any higher than stated). Long story short; if you're looking for a housemate, a new friend, and a tenant who pays their rent on time - I might just be what you're looking for! As I work on a 8-6 schedule, I will not be able to take calls. The best way to reach me is through this website and I'll get back to you ASAP! Looking forward to hear from you soon :)
My name is Kristy, I'm 38 and a designer, moving to Melbourne for a fantastic new job. I'm a quiet, considerate and tidy person, who has two pets. a super affectionate 9yo Alaskan Malamute, named Kaiser and a 13yo cat called Toby. Kaiser needs a grassed secure backyard, but other than that I'm pretty flexible with a shared bathroom, and suburb as long as it's close to a train that leads to Southern Cross Train Station, and a decent area. I like to take my dog out on weekends and I study part time so I tend to keep busy. I just want to live with an animal lover foremost and a easy going friendly person. I would be happy living with a female or a couple.

Hey ! Really easy going English guy living here as a working Arborist on a sponsored visa. Currently have my own place in Mitcham but as I’m starting to realise it’s miles from civilisation ! As much as I’m very independent and enjoy my own company I do get a little lonely 😂 Looking to move to Fitzroy or nearby suburbs and hopefully meet some great people along the way :) I’m extremely tidy and respectful of others also ☺️ Look forward to hearing from you !
I'm a young guy working full time as a web developer in Fitzroy, looking for a fun inner city place with some cool housemates. I'm generally pretty laid back, and not much bothers me. I just want to live with fun people I can have a laugh with. I'm perfectly happy either chilling in my room for days on end or hanging out with people and being social. I'm super considerate, the worst thing I can think of happening is that my actions will negatively impact someone, so I'll generally do my best to make sure everyone is having a good time. I have two adorable 6 month old cats, Audrey and Wally, who are super loving and really clean. I'm vegan, but again I'm pretty laid back. As long as you're cool and respect my lifestyle I can roll with the punches. I'm also a musician, playing guitar, bass and keyboard, but aside from singing in the shower I play with headphones so you wont have to worry about any loud 3am jams. Being a computer nerd, I come with my own supder high speed unlimited internet connection, and am happy to be the house IT department. I also come with a good fridge, a Nutribullet, basic kitchen supplies and one of those cube shelving/TV units from Ikea.
Hey there! I'm Mavin from Malaysia. I am doing a BSc degree at Melbourne University. I'm a fun person, super sociable, very open minded and i love a good laugh. I know and understand the importance of respecting the privacy of other people and more importantly (to me at least), the cleanliness of the places i use. I'm also really responsible and an early bird on days that I have classes, even more so when exams are around the corner. I love dancing, yoga and cycling. I try to keep active and wish i never had to sleep. I'm looking for a place to move in by the 27th of June, a private room preferably. Send me a message if you think I'm suited for your listing. :)
Im always down for activities and fun. I love everything to do with coffee, beer and wine. I love banter and being a bit of an idiot, but can keep to myself also! Im pretty generous and am always kind. I’m a nurse, so if you hurt yourself I’ll be able to care for you 😊
Hi! My name is Hyung. Looking for an accommodation preferably on Sydney rd or within 20 minutes from the CBD, from late June to 20th of November! I am 19, studying Pharmacy at Monash University Parkville. I’m a chill, easy going fella who likes to keep things clean and quite. I am a responsible human being who can clean up after oneself, and I respect other people so it is unlikely that you will get into a fight with me. I will be out 4 days a week and come back in the afternoon, but I do enjoy chatting every now and then. I play baseball and alike every ball player, I'm always up for a bottle of beer(or bottles, either way). In terms of pets, I LOVE CATS, but I also like dogs as well.
