Hi, I'm looking for somewhere to stay for a 3 months. Preferably somewhere really quiet, but also friendly. I'm currently studying medicine so I'm in need of a relaxed atmosphere especially at night (not exactly a party scene). I don't drink or smoke; don't mind pets; I don't mind gender/age/orientation/ect.. of my roommates, as long as they are nice and respectful. I'm generally clean, busy, and live of a diet of non messy food.
Hi Im Anaru, I can give you lessons on pronunciation at a later stage. Basically i'm moving from Perth to Melbourne and my plan is to study next year. But firstly I want to check out the hype behind these bars and cafes. More than welcome to join me if you like !! I live a healthy active lifestyle, so we can be gym buddies and i dont mind cooking and sharing a healthy meal after. But come the weekend i like to have a few bevvies and be in the presence of good company, but then like most I like my down time as well. As house mates we'll respect each other, keep the place tidy and become mates. I dont care if you miss a night of cleaning or eat my food but pull your weight. Im very laidback and like to go with the flow so hopefully we can share a few laughs and create some new memories. Im flexible looking to move before mid - august and would prefer to start a team up so we can set our own rules. Being from Perth i will have friends come visit so I hope you don't mind visitors. Still open to other offers though if you believe your place is a good fit for me.
Hello, I'm from Meghalaya, India and I'm looking forward to relocate to Melbourne as I'll be attending the University of Melbourne for my undergrad course. I'm very friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. I like to keep my rooms super tidy and clean. I do not smoke or drink. I respect others' privacy and I'll not meddle into their private matters. Also, I like trying new gadgets, reading books and travelling a lot. I'll always be up for any kind of help required and I'm very much hoping to have cross country flatmates so that we'd be able to exchange each others' culture and learn new things. Hope to see you soon my future roommates :)
A full time banker originally from Sydney. I've lived by myself and with house mates previously so understand boundaries and how to clean up after myself. Looking for a place in Melbourne CBD with one housemate. Move in date around 8 July will be ideal. Please feel free in flicking me a message should you wish to contact me. Cheers, Mike
(Moving from Adelaide - looking for work; if anyone knows of anything please help a sister out! Thank you) I study on line so full time work is cool with me! I'm big music lover, loves to sing in the shower hahah, I can somewhat cook. I listen to all genres. I'm up for a dance, to get down and boogie. I'm pretty chill, to just kick it with others. As long as there's equal cleaning, or just simply cleaning after yourself, we cool.
Looking for some lovely roomies to share a new adventure with! We’re a laid back, Dutch couple looking for a furnished, private room in a cosy, shared house/flat. We have been living in Melbourne since February and have to leave our current place on the 18th of July. We both work part time. Brian is a bartender at Dracula's and Tessa works as a florist and in a boutique store. We will be staying in Melbourne until half October. Both: travelers, love good company, food = life, non-smoking, coffee, cycling and cheese. Tessa is a writer who loves dancing, having her toes in the sand and hanging out at the perfect lunch café. Brian is a physiotherapist who knows his beer, is always eager for scientific facts and will give you tons of music inspiration. Send me a message if you are or know the right fit!
I'm Ryan, 25, full time electrical engineer working with robotics startup. HELLO Paige and I are two 22 year old British females. I (Shannen) have been living in Canberra for the past 3 years and Paige for 1 year. We are wanting to locate to Melbourne by the end of July/beginning of August. We both enjoy having a glass of wine and a chat to our housemates and we like to form friendships with the people with live with. We both enjoy spending time socialising and watching live music. Paige used to an apprentice tattooer back in England and is a talented artist. I will be relocating with the company I work for (a retail company) and will probably pick up a hospo job for the extra pocket money. Paige will be doing the same thing! Send us a message if you have 2 available rooms for us! :)
I'm looking for a place within 30 mins from the city to be close to work and uni. I would love housemates who like to keep the house clean and tidy, especially the kitchen, I like going out for anything fun but also respects privacy. I am currently seeking a private room in a shared house.
Hi,guys. I'm a Brazilian student that is trying to apply to study master here. Meanwhile, I'm studying leadership and management. I work a lot, and when at home I'm studying or reading. I'm not a party girl at all, but always keen to have a drink at home or in a cool pub when I'm free. I'm really easygoing, neat and tidy. Like everything organised and in place!
Hello everyone. My name is Ahmad. I'm a University of Melbourne student. I will be studying Master of International Business and my classes are commencing from July 24, 2017. But i am arriving at melbourne on July 6, 2017. I am looking for a shared room (Twin share only) in nearby suburbs of Uni Melb's Parkville Campus like Carlton or Fitzroy etc. I am a muslim and from Pakistan. I am single and a jolly person. I am a Sagittarius :) I am looking for a room mate, preferably Pakistani. If not, then i have no issue with anyone else. My profile should match with my room mate so that we have many things in common. I am looking for a short term stay for like 4-6 weeks, to see how it goes, as i have never lived in share accommodation but have heard from many people that it is a great experience. I like watching and playing sports. Am a fan of movies. I also like to go out to parks, cafe's, restaurants with friends in free time. I love cooking. I don't like being alone, but at times i appreciate some privacy as well. I'm a sincere person and it would be a lovely experience if i find someone sharing same interests as me. Thank You. :)
My name is Teresa and I am an international student from Austria. I will be studying at Monash University for the next semester and therefore I'm looking for a great place to stay. I am looking for a place that I can call home and would love to make friends during my stay :) Please do not hesitate to contact me! Cheers, Teresa
22 year old Canadian with a working holiday visa; totally out of the oridinary right?! I love electronic music, poetry/painting/writing/art, drinking, festivalling, good food with good people, wildlife, sauerkraut, pancakes, and lemurs, in no specific order. Looking for accomadation with fellow human(s) who have common interests or teaming up as well; however it is important to me that I have a private room! I am very organized and tidy, outgoing with a tad of introvertedness, and have a knack for dry humour and sarcasm. ✌🏻🦄🥞👑
Hola! I'm Mauro, 29 from Argentina. I'm a photographer and freelance post producer. I lived in NZ for about a year and arrived to Mlb on the 26th. I shared a couple of houses for years and made great friends. I'm polite, clean and tidy, very easy to live with. I'm super into my career but I enjoy to share a meal, some drinks or go out. I'd like a place close to a train station, and close to shops and supermarkets. I need a single room with a desk preferably.
Hello! I'm 25, originally from Geelong. I was living in Carlton for over a year but unfortunately my landlord sold the apartment :( I'm currently back in Geelong doing the daily commute! I work 6 days a week; in Ecommerce in South Yarra and also as an assistant for a creative label in Collingwood. In my spare time I catch up with friends, eat (I love food), like (try) to stay active and enjoy live music. I'm also a massive travel enthusiast and love going exploring and the beach! I'm looking to live with someone who is easy going, respectful, has a decent sense of humor and cleans up after themselves. I pride myself on keeping my living space clean and tidy, in saying that I am a clean freak especially when it comes to not having a sink full of dishes at the end of the night. I'm not looking for a party house, however I may sometimes have friends over for bevs and a platter (I'm a platter queen). Besides the dishes and party house thing I am totally chill when it comes to anything else! Aside from being busy doing my own things, I'm always down for housemate hangs and make great netflix binge company! I already have my own furniture. I also have a dining table and chairs, and kitchen appliances if needed! If that all suits you shoot me a message and tell me about yourself/housemates :)
I'm a super nice and outgoing person looking to move into the city, make some new friends and have a bit of fun. I like to keep clean and tidy, enjoy a Netflix binge and a glass of wine during the week, and like to get out and about on the weekend. I spend most of my spare time going out for dinner/drinks/dancing with friends, live music, outdoorsy anything and cooking (I make the best sausage rolls ever and am happy to share). If there's anything else you want to know just ask :)
I will be a student studying commerce at Melbourne University. I am moving from California where I have completed my first year of university there. I played in college athletics in the states at a NCAA D1 school so I am very keen on the outdoors! I love socialising with people and always down to chat and hangout on a Friday night for a good time. I am very focused on my studies too so I do spend a lot of time on my academics and do not create a lot of noise or cause trouble. I am very outgoing and definitely interested in meeting new people and creating great memories with new friends in this beautiful city! Would love to team up with people for a place too!
My name is Kate and I am a Canadian (I know.. it's a good start right?) I am 25 year old dance teacher and choreographer and I'm looking for one or two other female roommates to share a flat with. I'm laid back, friendly and tidy and I love to cook and have a good glass of wine in my free time. I'm also used to living with roommates and have references if needed.
I'm a motivated young Male very mature for my age (18) I work 7 days a week! 6 days at a sales company and Sunday as a barista! I love to cook because I'm always hungry! I get up at 5:30 every morning as fitness is a big part of my life! I clean constantly and occassionally party!
Hi guys, I'm a 23yr old nurse, working full time at Monash Children's Hospital. I'm looking to move into a new place as I say goodbye to my current flat. I'm originally from country NSW and moved to Melbs to attend boarding school. I'm super independent, organised & clean (almost OCD), having lived out of home since a young age. I'm a really great cook, and bake practically whenever I am bored. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle by going to the gym(Kaya on Chapel st) and eating well. However, I have a massive sweet tooth and will cave for anything tsweet. I love to entertain and enjoy having friends over for dinner and drinks. I'm incredibly social, and like to hit the town on weekends when I'm not working. I'm not home all that often due to working shift work and also catching up with friends during the week. In winter, i spend most of my time at the MCG cheering on the Bombers and in summer, I spend a lot of time at our beach house in Anglesea. You'd be welcome too! I'm looking to move in with people who are ultimately very fun & social, happy to entertain, share a bottle of wine with, share a meal here and there and who love watching netflix. Looking forward to hearing from you.
I'm a full time worker who has a passion for bartending on the side! I brig my keyboard everywhere I go (with headphones for peeps who don't like listening hahah) and occasionally attend random courses to gain some life skills! I don't have a set length of stay, depends if we get along but I'm sure we will! Ps: weird I have to state this but flatmates isn't a dating sight so let's just share a house and not a room okay hahahah Lordy xxx
