Hi! I am from California and am planning on studying in Melbourne at Deakin University! I am incredibly excited to travel to Australia for my very first time. I love nightlife and am very adventurous as I love the outdoors and exercising. I am super friendly (I love meeting people and socializing) and I am extremely tidy and clean. I am respectful and while I enjoy staying home, you will most likely catch me exploring the city when I can. I plan on acquiring a part-time job as I am used to working in California as a full-time student. If I am someone you would like to live with for my short (5-6 month) stay in Australia, awesome!
Hey Everyone! I'm Isabelle, 23 years old from Sweden, and I'm currently looking for a room to live in mid-February as I'm about to start Uni. I now live in Sweden, not new to Melbourne lived there for almost two years back in 2015. I will most likely be working late on the weekends or spending time with friends. I am looking for a room that is somewhat close to CBD, preferably East Melbourne, Richmond, Collingwood or Southbank.
Hello potential housemate I am a 25yr old Australian working full-time in the construction industry looking for a long term house. I am clean, tolerant, indiscriminate and learned in the ways of housesharing. I play the drums in a band and have come to terms with the fact i cannot play them at home due to the excessive noise and subsequently hire rehearsal room's in order to practice. I cherish all things music and would love to share a house with likeminded individual's. Thanks
We're returning from living in Switzerland in February 2018 - looking for a place that could become available around then. Dylan is a social worker originally from Adelaide and Ezgi is studying a Masters in Construction Management at Melbourne Uni. We're both pretty easy going - enjoy our own space, but also enjoy a casual drink. Dylan loves cooking and we love good food. We enjoy travelling, weekends away camping and both volunteer as Scout leaders in our spare time. By the way, the dog in the picture isn't ours!
Hello every body ! My name is Giulia, I am a 24 years old french girl, moving to Melbourne on the 2 February ! So I am looking for a place(but not a room) to share with lovely people ! I already know what live in community means ! I was sharing a flat in France and I love this way of life ! I am looking for a real housemate with who I can share and communicate, not just a place to sleep! I am easy to get along with, independent and sociable (of course) with a great positive attitude ! I am a pet lover so if you have a cat or a dog or anything else is absolutely not a problem for me ! If you have any further questions or want to know more about me please don’t hesitate to message me ! hope to hearing from someone :) bye !!
My name is Maria, 26 years old, and I come from Ecuador. I am a very relaxed and respectful person who knows how to clean up after myself and can cook amazing meals to share! I am very fun to be around and I am looking to share a home with people I can call friends. On my spare time I can be found reading, cooking, watching some netflix, playing my uke, or playing on my nintendo DS, but if you want to play sopme board games, join me watching series or would like to have a nice chat and a giggle with some wine or beer you are more than welcome to tell me so and I will be delighted. I love to go out to music gigs or concerts, and acasionally to a club to dance, but I am not looking for a party house! I would prefer to live among people who are studying and working (like myself). I dont smoke, love animales and the outdoors. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi guys! Name is Xena (Zee for short) I am 18 years old, 19 in May and currently working full time as a first year hair dressing apprentice. My day to day life includes of working from 9-5 then relaxing at home with my cat Bonny, on weekends I love to catch up with some friends and hang out at bars. Sundays I'm usually outside in the garden, I love to work on little garden projects as I find it very therapeutic. Im a very down to earth person and would love find like minded person/people to share a house with :)
I am a 21 year old student from the U.K and I'm gonna be in temporary accommodation from the 14th of Feb, but would like something longer term (6 months) to stay whilst I'm studying. A little about me, I'm not much into partying/drinking often. So staying somewhere that isn't a party house suits! I enjoy exercise and like to go climbing/bouldering frequently. I enjoy relaxed evenings in, house meals and movie nights. Whilst in Melbourne I'm ideally gonna be working part-time and studying full time, so having a space to wind-down and chill is a priority. I am very considerate of noise in the evenings and first thing in the mornings. Please drop me a message if you have a place, or looking for a team-up.
I would consider myself a well-organized and respectful person. I love hanging out with friends and doing outdoor activities as well. Reading books, playing piano and chilling in music are what I spend most of my time on at the moment. As an international student, I spend most of my time studying and also looking for a part-time job. I am also really into cooking so it's a benefit for anyone living with me. I don't have any pet but I'd be more than happy if I can live with them.
Hi there, I'm Sully! I'm a 22 year old trans guy with an affectionate cat named Mal. I'm a quiet person who likes time to myself, but really enjoy a good conversation. I'm planning on getting surgery in Melbourne early this year, and afterwards want to do some training courses and hope to get a job. I'm vegan, and am happy to make my own meals if it's more convenient! Preferably looking for a place close to the the CBD and near public transport
I'm a 23-year-old recent Swinburne Graduate. I was born in Poland and moved to Melbourne about 3 years ago. Unfortunately, my flatmate with whom I have been living ever since I moved to Melbourne is now moving out and I have to find a new place to stay. I'm young yet mature, very easy going and respectful. I'm interested in art and design, enjoy going to art galleries and exhibitions in my free time. I usually cook at home every second day, I'm very tidy and rather quiet. I don't own a car so I would prefer to stay in a place located relatively close to public transport. If you own any animals it's a massive bonus cause I love pets, especially dogs :)
A bit about me... I'm 21, Full-time worker i work at Telstra as a sales manager. I'm not home a lot mostly due to work. But i'm also generally out and about catching up with mates or at the gym. Love cooking up big protein meals. Happy to have a drink and chat about our day as i'm a pretty social and chill dude. I'm very tidy and respectful so give us a shout if you wanna catch up for a drink or whatever to chat in more detail.
G´day guys! I am a student from Berlin looking for an apartment to stay at for a few month. Because I am trying to study and work as much as possible you probably won't see me that often. Also I am an organised, decent roommate who's motto is live and let live
I'm a 22 year-old full time graphic designer working in Collingwood. I'm sociable and fun to live with but like most people I need some space every now and then. I'm looking for a place that won't be more than 1.5 hour travel to my workplace during peak hours. I would love to live with people who I can also be friends with, are tidy and respectful.
I'm a 22 year old insurance professional who loves cooking, quiet nights and a variety of sports/exercise. I'm new to Melbourne (currently staying in a temp place) and am ideally looking to move into a 2/3 bed flatshare in South Yarra, Southbank, Docklands or CBD. Tentative move in date is set for the weekend of Feb 24th/25th. I've stayed in a few flatshares before and consider myself a fairly easygoing flatmate that is both sociable and tidy. Please feel free to get in touch if you have a listing that might be a good fit!
Hi I'm Terrence, who is from Mongolia and studying communication as a graduate student in Monash now. I used to live in Clayton and Carnegie, and now I want to live somewhere between CBD and my Uni. According to my former hosts' words, I'm quite clean and easygoing. I have three years experience on renting so I totally understand how to respect others' properties and culture. I'm not a party animal though I enjoy grab some drinks with my friends sometime. Most of time I prefer study at home or library and recently I've invented by my Uni to attend a leadership programme. I love animals but I don't have a pet because I don't think I settle down and prepare enough to have one. When i get some free time I usually cook or clean my room, or go to galleries and museums to appreciate Melbourne's advantages in art resources. As I earn money to cover my daily life cost (my family just pay my tuition) by writing articles, I prefer a reasonable price around 200 AUD including some rents. BTW as my height is 185 cm I prefer a Queen or King sized bed. Feel free to message me and I can send you a video about the last room I lived if you're interested. Hope I can bring you some wonderful experience just like one of my favourite TV series Friends : )
