I've recently got a new job near south wharf so i'm looking for something around Docklands or the CBD area. I'm looking for a nice place to call home with nice flatmates but most importantly someone who would consider living with a quiet, small, friendly (with both people and other dogs) toilet trained really funny puppy (whose name is Dixie). :) I've lived in Melbourne for 3 years now although I'm originally from Mexico and I love meeting new people although i'm a little bit on the introverted side of life, ideally i would love flatmates that enjoy having some wine and a nice chat once in a while but that are also ok with each having their alone time. Please don't hesitate to give me a shout out if you have something that might suit :)
Waitress/student, usually busy so you might not see much of me, but I love to chill with my roomies when I am home, share home cooked meals (or Uber eats) every so often if you’re into that as well I'm always available to be a friend if you need and usually pretty social, but also happy doing my own thing and letting everyone have their own space Also very clean (cleaning is 90% of my job) & will not leave dirty dishes anywhere as I know the pain of finding cereal bowls in the shower too well
I'm graduated in computer science at Brazil, I'm Australia to improve my English and apply to Master degree in Melbourne University next year. I work remote part-time in Brazilian Startup. I'm software developer. I want to know Australia and learned English.
Hi, I would love to move into a share house with my own bedroom, my current place is little bit too expensive to be full time student. I have a very good quality of washing machine with its own washing liquid to share with housemates, and a fridge if needed another one. I have my own queen bed, hopefully a unfurnished bedroom.
Im Scottish, moving to Melbourne indefinitely on the 189 visa as a management accountant. I love travelling, currently in South East Asia travelling round Thailand and Vietnam for a couple months before landing in Melbourne in early June! Follow a few sports so will be taking advantage of the many live sports in Melbourne, followed the Storm for years and will no doubt get sucked into AFL as well. I’ve various other interests I try to stay involved with as time allows and love trying new things. I’m generally a tidy person who cleans up after myself without being OCD about everything being spotless. Appreciate my own space at times but I’m making the move alone so would be cool to find someone who likes to hang out sometimes as well.
Looking for a room preferably in a 2 room apartment... I'm very easy to get along with and try to avoid conflict at all times. I like to keep fit during the week and do a bit of interstate travelling for work. I can quite easily keep to myself and socialise with who I'm living with when appropriate. Looking for like minded people that are settled and not looking to party every night
Hi everyone, I am a really easy going girl looking for a room as soon as possible! I’m pretty busy with uni and work but I’ve always time for a chat and/or wine! I’m a lot of fun to have around too, at least that’s what I think of myself haha. Let me know if you have anything available for me! Cheers xx
I’m 22 and a full-time worker in Hospitality. I am going back to Uni next year to study a Bachelor of Business (Marketing). I have been acting since I was little but stopped for a while, now I'm back into it so that keeps me busy as well. Weeknights I go to gym 4-5 nights a week or run (I want to complete a half marathon). I always clean up after myself and keep my room tidy. I help out with housework and I can make a mean eggs benne and potato rosti. Thanks, Sarah Marshall.
Hello My name’s Alex. I work in health and social equity, my last job was on the close the gap campaign. I’ve just returned from a 6 month trip across Central America learning Spanish, hiking around, and living the Latin life. I’ve sharehoused all my life, very adaptable and can live with all types. I’m socialable and prefer to go to the pub with mates rather than nightclubs. I keep things clean and tidy, and very conscientious of other people’s space and things. I like to cook, but I eat out just as often, and I keep pretty fit and healthy.
I am quite an outgoing and sociable guy to hang with, and enjoy making friends with people from different ethnicity group. I am clean and tidy, tend to make the living environment comfortable, hope to find flatmates in corresponding sense and anyone who is into jazz music!
Hi there, we are two tidy, friendly and chilled guys looking for a place to live together and/or with other flatmates. Francesco is Italian, likes sports such as Tennis/swimming and studies psychology at Victoria University. I (Jordi) am from the Netherlands and am a graduate in tourism management. We like to chill, go out, watch movies, work out and also enjoy socialising and have a beer too from time to time :) The best location would be in/around the city.
Hey there, I’m a 26-year-old guy from Serbia by way of London, England. I’ve been living in a hostel for the past month and am now looking to find a welcoming and social house to live in. I arrived in Melbourne on a working holiday visa in mid-April and am intending to endure its surprising cold winter! During the week, I work at a start-up company in Albert Park, Monday to Friday, 9.00-5.00. In the evenings, I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, this is my passion! I’m clean, considerate (always do my dishes), respectful and love to socialise. My hope is to find like-minded people that end up being genuine friends, people that you can chat and chill with in the weekday evenings and party with on Fridays and Saturdays :) I’m looking to live somewhere for between 6-9 months, in or close to St Kilda, as this is close to work and the BJJ gym where I train. Feel free to reach out if you think I would be a good fit for your house. Thanks for reading!
This nice clean tidy person came from China, I am a software developer at a research institute of the University of Melbourne. I am fairly quiet as I would usually spend most of the time on working during the weekdays (even at nights..) and enjoy listening/playing music (got a guitar) a lot at home (This doesn't mean I would be noisy!) during weekends. Also, I know how to respect other's private space and hope you are the similar kind of person as me! Hope I can fit your place and let's be friends!
Hi!! I'm Amy, 22 y/o, I moved to Melbourne almost a year ago now (moved from Adelaide but originally from Perth 💁♀️), I'm currently living in a share house in Chadstone but would prefer to be closer to the city if possible. I work full time as a Legal Secretary from Mon-Fri and also have my old casual job so I occasionally work on the weekends at Chadstone. I'm studying PT as well as Criminology and Psychology at Deakin Uni. Sorry, but I'm not interested in moving into a place with pets, no couples either, other than that as long you're nice, clean up after yourself and not afraid to have a chat we'll get along fine :)
Hi, I'm a Brit on a working holiday, looking to move into a private room ASAP! Hoping to stay for around 6 months or more in the right house. 30 yo professional, sociable but beyond regular wild nights out these days..! Enjoy reading, yoga, health & fitness, arts & culture, science & nature... Lefty, open, vegan, and looking for similar but not at all fussy or bothered by others doing exactly as they please! Clean and live minimally in terms of possessions.
Hi, I’m Carly. I’m originally from London, but have lived in Melbourne for the past 5 years. In my free time I like catching up with friends, watching movies, listening to live music and exploring Melbourne and the surrounding area. As a housemate I’m pretty easy going, I keep my home clean and tidy and only have friends over occasionally. I’m looking for someone on the same wavelength, who’s happy to socialise and watch a movie now and then. If you think we might get on, please get in touch.
Hi, I am clean and tidy, and prefer if others i will be sharing with are the same. I am social, but respect others personal space. I don't mind small gatherings or parties, but i just need people to be mindful of time. However, i am not a loud person or a party person, i prefer to meet people for dinner or hang out outside of the house. I love to cook and bake :) so the house will need to have a gas stove and an oven. I am great with animals, i love them, so its a plus for me if there are animals in the house. Open communication is important to me, i prefer if people tell me what i did wrong, so that we can solve the issue then and there, and not let it escalate after. I will do the same, i will politely let you know if something had bothered me, so that we can look for a compromise/solution. I work at a cafe, so i will hardly be home during the day, but i do wake up a bit early, and i have an alarm set for that. i cant wake up without my alarm. If there is anything else you need to know, please ask me. Som
