Hello! My name is Ruslana, and I'm a 20 year old international student at the University of Melbourne. I'm pretty laid back/ easy-going, and do have sharing experience. As I've mentioned before, I'm a student (doing pre-med), so do not fear. Besides hearing me weep at 4a.m., I'll be very respectful of the needs of everyone + will be reasonably quiet. I'll have my girl-friend over from time to time, but it's mostly because we usually study together (thing that she cannot do in college). I'm willing to move in whenever, and I'm willing to stay for over a year (until I finish my bachelor's degree in one and a half year). I'm keen to hear back from you, and feel free to message me anytime if you've got any questions + enquiries. Thanks you!!!
My name is Cecile, I am new to Melbourne and I am actively looking for a private room. I travelled for over a year so I have lots of saving and money is not a problem! I’ve always payed my rent on time. I am a very clean, tidy and respectful person. I enjoy spending time with my housemates but I also enjoy having my independence. I love exploring the surroundings, go into new adventures and taking photos. I am looking for a place where the rent will not exceed $750 per month, all bills included. I look forward to meeting my new housemates!
I am originally from Ireland but have been living in Melbourne for 2 years and a bit years. I work full time in Sales as a Recruiter so normally work around 50 hours per week Monday - Friday. I love the classics going for brunch, coffee and socialising with friends. Love travelling and getting out and about when I can. I am very social and enjoy meeting new people, going to the gym and the odd glass of wine/beer.
We are a French couple looking for a nice place to live in Melbourne, from May 10th and for at least 1 month. We are both tidy, organized and reliable, and we know how to live in a community. We like discovering new places, meeting new people and excercising.
I'm Beth, 31 year old applying for a full time work and a PhD in Melbourne. I've recently moved back from overseas. I'm an easy going, quiet, clean and respectful towards others. I've lived in many houses in different countries and I find it easy to integrate with others.
I'm a well trained house person who always cleans up after himself. I pay my bills on time, respect the privacy of others and am more than up for a bit of fun or socializing. I've a part time job on weekends away from the city. I'll usually be staying in Melbourne 4 nights a week (Monday-Thursday) for the sake of my studies. Quite keen on an inner city suburb that's close to the Central Business District of Melbourne (within 10 kilometres). When it comes to internet and bills... to include those in the rent would be my preference.
I have just recently moved to Melbourne from the UK and I'm currently staying in St. Kilda. My girlfriend will be following me in about one or two months (visa issues)! I will be working full time with my PhD research in an institute in South Yarra. I am a non-smoker, and am in my mid twenties. I am a sociable person who loves coffee, a good beer, and just generally having a good laugh. My girlfriend enjoys similar things to me, relaxing, swimming, having a drink and some fun! She is an engineering graduate and is looking for full time employment/PhD. We are looking for accommodation basically anywhere south of the Yarra. I would be available to move in by the mid-late May but am flexible with this.
Hello! My name is Elena. I work full-time, studying Spanish and CELTA on the side. My husband Geo is currently undertaking his Masters in Criminology at The University of Melbourne.
Q: “What makes you great to live with?” A: We are clean, helpful, self-sufficient and open-minded.. I dunno, that should do to cover the bases. Overall, we are just looking to upgrade our accomodation for the cold winter months, so we can comfortably knuckle down and continue saving for our trip to South America in September. We are currently living out of a campervan - which is great, but also not insulated - so even if someone could offer us a driveway and power outlet, something could be negotiated. Ideally, we would prefer to shack up somewhere within close proximity to the city, just so travelling to work and training isn’t too much of a pain in the ass. That being said, we remain open to ideas, so please shoot!
Keen to team up. responsible, sociable, and tidy. Like to cook but not shy on the dishes, and I have a bit of a green thumb so at the very least will maintain fresh herbs for cooking. Originally from NZ, I work in hospitality as a restaurant manager. Always up for a chat and in my free time if I'm not catching up with friends I like to read, watch Netflix, and maybe have a go at the cryptic. looking for a relaxed and respectful living environment with good people.
Hey! I'm yuuki, I'm 24yrs old currently working part time at anytime fitness (don't worry I'm not a cross fit fanatic) and a waitress at a cafe to fund my year studying Graphic design at RMIT for the next two years. I spend a lot of my time painting/drawing, checking out theatre, art exhibitions, going to markets, waisting whole days at savers, plant shopping and day trips to the beach. I'm a very relaxed person, I'm not bothered by much, and I'm very into everybody who is their authentic selves! I'm vegetarian but I'm down with whatever peoples preferences are. Looking for somewhere to call home with a chill vibe and not just somewhere to crash. Ideally somewhere where people like to hang out every now and then for a meal, beers, a gig or shitty movie night at home. At the same time I respect people's space and privacy and also enjoy some quiet time on my own. I've been renting for quite sometime so I've got the house sharing rules down pretty well. I pay all bills on time, I always keep communal spaces tidy, help out as much as I can and enjoy contributing to the house with plants and food. :)
Hi I have just moved to Melbourne from Brisbane for a work. I am looking for a relaxed place not too far from the city or close to a train station. I am a full time working professional but also enjoy weekend adventures, hiking, and like to be social. Looking for somewhere that I can have a mix of my own space but also chats/wine/movie etc. Would prefer own bathroom. I love animals, so the more the merrier!
Hello! I'm Amy, I work full time as a civil engineer and I'm fairly new to Melbourne. I just moved down at the start of the year from Brisbane, but I'm originally from the UK and have also lived in France. I've loved the move down to Melbourne, and although I'm fairly quiet during the week (full time work life), I have been spending my weekends exploring the different parts of Melbourne and checking out the hundreds of brunch spots and bars. I'd love to live in a sociable house where we can share a wine or two over some netflix in the evenings, but I also like my own space and will respect others privacy. I am flexible with the move in date - anytime in the next month is fine! Please get in touch if you have a room for me or would be interested in teaming up!
Hi, I'm Jacky and I work full time as a primary school teacher at Glenroy. I am looking for a home that I would be able to live in long term. Having graduated from Monash University last year and having lived on-campus for the last four years, the experiences of living with a variety of people has made me easygoing and independent as a housemate. I am a huge fan of video games, marvel movies, hiking, corny jokes and brunches. While I will most likely crash in my room after a long tiring day of work, I am always down for bonding opportunities with my housemates and exchanging some amazing banter. (Brownie points if you like Netflix and can become friends with this nerd) On occasion, I will go out for drinks. But I can promise you my nightlife stays outside and I will not bring any party racket home. If I ever have friends over, I will make sure noise levels are kept at a minimum and to ask for permission first. Cleanliness has always been a priority for me and would remain the same in all communal areas. Unfortunately, I do not want to live with smokers. Ideally my new home would: - Include all bills & internet with the rent - Be close to the train station and shops (walking distance preferred) - Have space available for parking, because I have a car (on-street or off-street is fine) If there is anything else you'd like to know about me, feel free to send a message! Always happy to meet for a coffee too! **Please don't contact unless within surrounding suburbs of preferred locations ~ getting too many messages for areas way too far**
Hey :) my name is Markus, I'm 25yo, and from Germany. I´ll move to Melbourne in May to do the first part of my PhD studies in Immunology (> 1 year) and am looking for a nice private room close to the city and Parkville campus as soon as possible. I consider myself to be very tidy, and since I lived in mixed shared apartments for 5 of the last 6 years, I know how important it is to keep common areas like kitchen and bathrooms clean - so I´ll definitely do that :) When at home I'm happy to spend some time with my future flatmates (sports, cooking, going out for a drink, watching series or movies...). But I also respect privacy, so I don't mind sticking to myself as well ;) Looking forward to hearing from you, cheers!

I'm 27, chilean, introvert, but not shy woman. I'm a natural resources conservation engineer, moving to Melbourne to study, but I plan to get a job too. I'll study with a scholarship, so paying the rent on time won't be an issue. I like a clean and tidy house, and live in a relax environment. Keep in mind that I'm not a party girl, but I don't mind if you want to throw a party once in a while. I'm a non-smoker, non-drinker person and like to stay active. I also enjoy watching tv shows and movies.
I am a french, almost 30 years girl, on arriving in Melbourne since today to start a piece of life here - at least 3 months/maximum 4months. I use to be a social worker, but I started to study again and I am now freshly degrees in Political Science. I am really clean, respectful. I use to live with people - I have never lived alone, I always prefer shared location. I will find a job or two, and write my first book during that time and try to start being a digital nomad, so I will be quite occupied with work too. I am also sociable, I love to cook and I will be more than happy to share housemates activities when everybody have time. I use to share diners with my housemate, go to sport when we arrive to get motivated, playing card games, making cocktails to celebrate the end of a bad day for exemple.
I'm a computer science student at Monash (Clayton), working part-time as a front-end developer in the city. Looking for places around the eastern suburbs - ideally somewhere close to transport.
Hi! Im Estelle, 22 years young of french/Mauritian background but Australian born. I’m currently working a full time 9-5 job in an office in keysborough and looking to move out of home closer to the city as I currently live in Pakenham. I consider myself to be a very social person and like to keep myself busy, whether it’s working, gym, yoga or bike riding. I enjoy going out on the weekends into the city with friends. I also like my down time at home, listening to music (love my music) or watching Netflix and relaxing. I understand everyone likes their personal space; as do I but I also do like to have a chat :) I’m a very clean person, and ensure that I always clean up after myself (and sometimes after others out of habit lol - borderline ocd 😂) I’m hoping to find somewhere close to work so within 15km of Keysborough would be ideal. I do have a partner which may stay with me on the rare occasion. I don’t smoke or have any pets. I’m searching for a room with a ensuit or private bathroom which is really important to me. Feel free to message me if I seem suitable for your house :)
Hi! My name is Hyung. Looking for an accommodation preferably on Sydney rd or within 20 minutes from the CBD, from late June to 20th of November! I am 19, studying Pharmacy at Monash University Parkville. I’m a chill, easy going fella who likes to keep things clean and quite. I am a responsible human being who can clean up after oneself, and I respect other people so it is unlikely that you will get into a fight with me. I will be out 4 days a week and come back in the afternoon, but I do enjoy chatting every now and then. I play baseball and alike every ball player, I'm always up for a bottle of beer(or bottles, either way). In terms of pets, I LOVE CATS, but I also like dogs as well. Please get in touch if you are interested! Cheers
