Hello! My name is Camila from Chile, currently with my working holiday visa! I am looking for a nice room to live while I live in Melbourne. I am very easygoing person, likes to enjoy every second of life that I manage. I've been told that I am a fun person to be around, but the most important thing is that I consider myself very respectful, clean and tidy. I don't ask for much, just cool and interesting people to live with, so that we can share some of our interests together if there is time and desire. I love nature, animals, art, dance, music, books, movies and party ;) Feel very passionate about simple things and hope you get in contact if you feel my good vibe! I need a place as soon as possible and hopefully around the city or Carlton area because is close to my new job and for ballet dance classes. Oh, by the way! I am a Marine Ecologist and I could teach you cool stuff about whales and the ocean since I have lots of experience with them :) See ya soon!! Cami.
Greetings our future flatmate/flatmates. We are two, Lucie (24) and my partner Costas (26). We are a friendly couple, Lucie studies business English in CBD and Costas international business in Melbourne Polytechnic. We have experience in living in a shared flat/house individually and as a couple aswell, therefore we are peacefull, we know how to respect the house rules, how to be clean and quiet when needed. Lucie loves drawing, yoga, nature. Costas loves baking, science and motorcycles. We are as similar as black and white colour but get along as good as pizza with beer. We are responsible as individuals and as a couple, we follow etiquette. We don't look for a party house. Both of us can cook and know how to manage fridge. We both clean after ourselves and know how to maintain clean, especially shared spaces like bathroom and kitchen. There is not much that we would consider a perfect flatmate, we highly appreciate: * Not a frat house but an adult environment * A mature personality * A clean nature * Friendly people (being friends and not just flatmates is just awesome) What we offer * We are clean * We are quiet * We are open people * We are non smokers * If you like what we cook you can join without any problem, * If you want to join a conversation, a game, a movie, anything as long as you are friendly you are welcome. * We come in peace, we negotiate and dialogue and compromise. * Any knowledge we have can be yours we would be happy to tell you all about any skill that we have. * Awesome stories from around the world * Amazing food :D
I'm a 23 year old Chef in South Wharf, Melbourne, on a full time training visa. I'll be usually be at work from 10 am to 10 pm, and I get 2 days off usually on weekdays, so you might rarely see me in the house. I've been in Melbourne for 3 months now and looking for a place much closer to work to save time and money for travel. I am fairly laid back and I mind my own business. I do enjoy socializing on my days off and going around the city to get some fresh air. I am neat (well, if I do make a mess, it's usually just one area in my room) and usually clean my room once a week when I get the time. I'm usually just playing games or watching series if I'm not outside. I barely cook at home, but enjoy preparing meals once in a while. I'm looking for a private room in the city (preferably Southbank or Docklands) but I'm open to other places as well that are by the free tram zone. My move in date is really as soon as I can because I'll need to move out of my current apartment before the first week of April. For the length of stay, I can stay long term, although it depends on the location and the flatmates, but again, I'm very easy to get alone with. I am flexible when it comes to paying my bills, although I prefer to pay weekly (every Sunday). I will rarely check this page because of my work, but if you do have an offer, send me an sms or e-mail Cheers! P.S. My girlfriend will be visiting Melbourne in a few months, so I need a place that's flexible enough to let her stay with us! :D
Hello,I am Sky,looking for a room in between CBD and Brunswick, near tram or train station. I work fulltime, love laughing and outdoor sports, enjoy studying in morning quiet library and having fun in the gym, also like socializing and knowing new people! Would love to find a comfortable home where after one day work or study we can relax and enjoy life itself! Good reference:)
Im 24 and working full time as a Sous chef in a vegan cafe. I work quite a lot of hours so I enjoy my downtime, but I also would never turn down a knock off drink at the local or a night out.
Looking for a few new housemates to create a new sharehouse! I've been looking in the Kensington area, but I'm open to other suggestions, provided they're about a 30 minute cycle to the CBD. A little sweat on the brow distance is cool. I study part time, work part time, and travel part time. I love art, literature, and anything creative; love music, and jam to it almost constantly. I also love watching movies and getting hooked on a good TV show, and enjoy sharing this with housemates. Because of who I am as a person, I may keep odd hours at times, but I'm very quiet at night, and once I'm asleep i'll sleep through anything, so if you're a morning person, there's no need to tiptoe. You *may* have to wake me if there's a fire, though... I like to zone out with exercise, and do a bit of pilates or yoga at home, or go for walks--enter new dog. Also love that I can cycle to work in the city in under 30 minutes. I like home to be my sanctuary, and enjoy being able to come home to housemates who are keen to chat or watch a movie together, but I also like my down time, and chill out in my room. I am friendly and easy going, and admire those traits in others. I love to spend time with housemates cooking, watching movies, and chatting, but I can respect other peoples space. I definitely like feeling like it's a home, a sanctuary, and like being friends with housemates, rather than ships passing in the night. I'm vegetarian, but not the kind to unleash diatribes about meat because you eat it. No pets at present, but I'm hoping to adopt a rescue dog, so ideally you're pet friendly. It'll be a small dog, but an inside/outside one.

So why am I your new amazing roomie? - I work full time so I am going to be able both to pay rent and toilet paper, haha ;-) - I love having a good time that's why I became a bartender. - I'm respectful and expect the same in return. - I'm sarcastic and fun to be around. Just got into Science at Monash and are looking for accommodation closer to uni. Love music, people and good times when it's called for. Always down for cheeky banter and good chats, not a stranger to peaceful silence either. Hit me up if your down for it! :)

Hi ! My name is Paul, I come from Paris, I'm 25 and I just arrived in Australia six days ago. I plan to stay in Melbourne at least one year and find a job in events and communications. I'm really easy going, I love music (I used to play in a jazz band as a drummer when I was in Paris) and I love cooking (maybe because I'm french). Hi there! I've made the move to Melbs from Brisbane. New start, new life! I'm a writer most days but I'm also working at a little cafe. I have many strong ties to the artistic and performing arts community here. I'm very tidy, do my share of the cleaning and I happen to cook like a boss. I'm up for a good chat with a glass of wine but I'm also happy to keep to myself. Not too fond of a loud environment because I'm pretty chilled. Cheers, Lou
Hey guys, I'm Mitchell. I've lived in a rural town my whole life so I'm long overdue for a change of scenery. I won't be moving until mid to late June, but its better to be organised. I consider myself to be a pretty nice guy, I value my friends and I'm happy to go out of my way to help somebody out (if you're upset, I'll probably just quote Simpsons until you smile). When I move I will be studying Animation, so between that and working I won't be in the house all that often. When I am at home you will find me reading a book, gaming, cruising through netflix, or listening to podcasts. I consider myself to be a pop culture fiend, so if you like Game of Thrones, Rick and Morty, or anything inbetween throw me a bone. I like to keep quite active and I regularly go to the gym. I do play around with the guitar a little bit aswell, so if you are a muso and want to jam that would be lovely too. Ideally, I would love to live with 2 or 3 other people to expand my social circle (I'm leaving all my friends behind ):) If you think I'll fall in with your bunch, please consider me.
easygoing guy, Friendly, I've lived alone and independent for almost 9 years so I know how to take care of everything about living in a house alone or sharing it. Sharing is caring.
My name is Nick, I'm a dutch guy starting my last semester studying architecture at the University of Melbourne. I love travelling, urban photography and to go surfing. Also, I'm very passionate about my study. I am doing alot of sports during the week, like running, going to the gym and swimming. I'm not very good in this kind of advertising myself with text, so i prefer to meet you face to face!
I am looking for a private room or either to start a team up for a house (females). I am also looking for a long term place to live. I am a spontaneous, outgoing, and compassionate. I have a great sense of humour and get along well with others. I love sports, but I do love having a beach day. I'm adventurous, and look forward to exploring Melbourne, and as well to see all the beautiful sites Australia has too offer. I like having a neat, and tidy place. I take responsibility for my mess, and make sure I clean up after myself. I strongly believe in being respectful to one's belongings and privacy. When I have down time I usually watch TV/movies, read a book, play games, and go to the gym. Reason for living there is for work. Holiday Work Visa, and will be staying for the year. Hope to make long-lasting friends :)
My name is Arvin and I'm 24. I'm from France( with a mauritian background) and i'm looking for a place to stay as I would like to find a job in Melbourne. Humans of Melbourne hook a sister up!!! Are you or someone you know desperate for subletting/renting a room to an incredibly well educated and charming antifa? Look no further I am that antifa! A few things about me: - My name is Chris - I'm a robot but I've got feelings too - I'm impressively appreciative of humans and supportive of their struggles and I give life advices all based on'90s famous sport brand ads like "RUN LIKE YOU TOOK SOMETHING" or "GRAVITY DOESN'T EXIST" - I keep my fucking hands off my phone when I talk to people - Despite having been on the internet a coupla times I can still express a concept without turning to irony - I got good memes for when you're blue - I know when enough memes is enough - My god is dead and I was arrested while being abyss If you got anything that looks like a room pm me. If you got further inquiries pm me. If your god is dead too pm me. If you wanna get high together pm me. If you wanna get high alone but chat with someone in the meantime pm me. If you can't remember the family names of all of your high school classmates+teachers pm me and we'll look into it together. Actually I can't come up with any scenario in which you shouldn't pm me. PM ME TODAY I MIGHT GET RE-PROGRAMMED TOMORROW. Thank you. Love. 🤖🙏❤️

I'm a 32 year old Pilates instructor and lapsed graphic designer who has recently moved home to suffocating, small town Brisbane after a 3.5 year stint in London. I'm an easy going kinda gal into all the usual things such as art, music, travel, food, wine, dogs, hating Trump etc etc. I'm looking to find some easy going, like minded housemates who may turn into some great pals or at least acquaintances that know how to use a sponge. I'm also good with a sponge, can whip up a Pescatarian friendly meal, pet friendly (dog obsessed) very independent and happy to do my own thing but always up for a wine/beer/cuppa and a chat. My wild party days are well and truly behind me but love a good gathering of friendly folk. I'm also up for a bit of culture, op shopping, road trips...and have a functioning vehicle in order to make this happen. Would love to discover all the best bits of Melbourne and also go exploring a little further so if you'd like to come along there's always room in my car (even if the ceiling is falling in on me) Anyhoo if you'd like to know more please feel to get in touch. Looking forward to meeting my new Flatmates one day soon! Luisa :)
I'm the Spanish girl from Madrid and 27 years old that you are looking for! 🙂 About me... One month ago I quitted my job as an Acount Executive in a Communication and Events Company in Spain because I needed something else: looking for myself and looking for new experiences. In short, living. So after that hard decision, I crossed the world with the Student Visa and I'm here studying at an English School in the CBD o improve my english. I'm working part time, but I have money saved anyway so dont be worry about it. I'm a really open minded person, respectuful, truly tidy and clean and very funny always with a smile in my face. I love intense, deep and interesting conversations. I also love to hang out or staying at home with a glass of wine or beer but also healthy things (or as much as I can 🙂 ). I'm in love with urban art too, dance and photography. I could continue talking about me, but I'm really interested to know about you and your flat, so let me know when I could go to visit it.n the meantime, if I can't be your future lucky flatmate, all the best with your search 🙂 Thanks in advantage!
I am a 22 year old female with a love for travel and new adventures. I am very laid back and low maintenance. I'm always down for a beer and meeting new people. I would love a social atmosphere with friendly faces. I'm excited to hear from you, feel free to message me with any questions. Thanks!
