Hi, I'm an easy going guy looking for accommodation in Melbourne. I'm looking to move into a suburb close to the city with similar aged people in the next few weeks. I've moved down from the Sunshine Coast with an engineering firm. I enjoy the outdoors - travelling, hiking, surfing, rugby union etc but might need to be brought up to speed with AFL! I also enjoy having a few casual drinks at cafes/bars on the weekend and catching up with friends. I've lived in a few shared houses previously and like to hang out with m flat mates but I'm also respectful of other people's space. I'm generally pretty clean/tidy too. If you feel I might be a good fit as a housemate and want to catch up just shoot us a message :) Looking forward to exploring what Melbourne has to offer and meeting some new people!
About to finish working in the bush up in Kununurra. North W.A in the Kimberly. I don't mind socialising but can also keep to myself. Haven't lined up work in Melbourne yet but have a fairly healthy nest egg saved up (Not much spending in the bush!) Clean up after myself and all that. Don't know what else to say really so any questions just ask. Also have a ute so can be mercilessly used for moving and picking up stuff! Looking forward to being back in the city and sharing stories.
Hey Teamers! I am working full-time and am a professional human. I moved down from Newcastle, NSW at the start of the year and am looking for someone to share a house with that is cool and easy to be around. I'm pretty relaxed about most things, and am clean and tidy. I don't mind getting down to do housework and can cook semi-reasonably. I don't mind a night or two out at the pub and would love someone to hang out with me whenever I do have a beer or wine. I play music and love listening to and trading music discoveries with people. I am reliable at paying bills and have a good rental history. It would be tops if you think you and I would be great housemates, so let me know! Thanks, AT
I'm funny ( no that was a joke) I'm not, im from Scotland , so got an edge with the accent :) I'm fairly tidy and don't drink , yes a Scot that's tea total , I think I'm easy to get along with and make a very good spinach curry and I always do the washing up . I graduated from Uni last year , now have a job and was planning to live at home quite comfortably for the next 10 years when my Mother decided that she was moving to Sydney leaving me homeless...so I'm looking for somewhere asap ! Oh nearly forgot , with my gf Shiloh, who is American but don't hold that against her, is a pilates instructor/Dancer and never does the washing up 😜
My name is Marina, I'm 28 years old. I'm Brazilian and I've been in Melbourne for two months with my husband Murilo. In Brazil I worked with cinema, as Scenographer and Production Designer Assistant. We decided to move to Australia because my husband has lived here for a few years and his brothers live here too (In Sydney). We really like living in Melbourne! From the first minute we arrived here, we already fell in love with the city. We really enjoy cooking and spend time chatting. We don't go out at night... This is very rare. We get homey and like things organized and, preferably, a quite place. In the off-hours I'm muay thai fighter too!
Sarah and Mackenzie are searching for two separate bedrooms in a flat or house to live for the next 3-6 months while on a working holiday visa. We hope to find temporary work within the first couple weeks of our arrival date (March 21), but we are looking for accommodation ASAP. Our budget is $250 per person per week. We met in college and have stayed close friends since graduation while we were both working full-time. We are very easy to get along with, very clean/tidy, enjoy the outdoors, fitness, cooking, music festivals, and going on adventures. We prefer St. Kilda, CBD, or other surrounding neighborhoods and can be flexible on price depending on location. Please message if interested or have any questions. Cheers!
I am a neat and clean Architect working in the CBD. I am also an easy going with a good sense of humour. Happy to be social as well give people space to do their own thing, not a hermit. I have a car, so I will be looking for a place which as parking or free street parking.

Hey! My name is Madeleine. I’m a 25 year old from Sweden who just moved to Melbourne from Gothenburg and I’m now looking for a room in a flatshare. For the last three years I’ve been studying psychology at the university of Gothenburg. I’ve now decided to take some time of uni and spend a year or two in Melbourne before I continue with my master in clinical psychology. I will be working in the restaurant/café business. I Like to keep myself active and usually I spend my spare time hanging out with friends, go to the gym or reading a good book. I like indie, rock and electronic music. I’m up for partying and bar hangouts. Also I enjoy wining and dining and cooking occasionally. I’m an easy going, social person but I don’t take up too much space. Kindest, Madeleine
Hi. I am looking for a room in a shared flat. I am from Korea and I will probably stay in Melbourne until September 2017. I work as a freelance writer and a translator. I came to Australia to enjoy what Australia has to offer. :)
I'm Milena, 29...well almost 30 year old Italian girl working full time, I also have my Japanese class and my photography project to take care of (no food shot, promised! ) so I'm quite busy and I really need a place close to the CBD and the train station. I'm tidy and respectful, not noisy and definitely social with a glass of good wine. Just got back from Margaret river, I really miss the city life, a good jazz club, a cinema and a restaurant open late at night Anyway, I'm looking for something long term, 6months or more. Always pleased to share an Italian meal and a good chat. Let me know if my description is good enough :) I can add some details! Music-art-past lives/reincarnations-opinions about the new Tom ford movie (good)
I'm from South America and been living in Melbourne for the last two years. I'm clean and tidy and sociable with housemates. I respect others privacy, but also like to have a drink with friends every now and then. Always pay my rent and bills on time, so you won't have to worry about that. Currently studying a Master of Business. I love sports like running, soccer, fencing and also traveling, and cooking on my free time. Thanks and if you have any questions or think I can be a potential housemate, feel free to contact me.
Hi there Here I am, a young professional (working in a law firm) who is moving from Sydney beach life (yeah, weather was not great recently) to an art and food capital of down under. I am looking for a room minimum for 6 weeks maximum.. depends. It's hard to understand what the place looks like and the vibe of it through the pictures and I don't want to promise a long stay and then to leave. I am a very social person, loving meeting new people, share the stories and laugh but I understand when is the right time not to disturb and sometimes require time for myself. Ideally I would love to stay in a tidy lovely house/apartment close to the station/tram stop with a lovely atmosphere and great people.

Hello! I'm a vet student, new to Melbourne. I'm great to live with because I'm quiet, clean, and respectful. Definitely not a party animal, but I enjoy a nice glass of beer or wine at the end of the day. I cherish my own space at times, but would also like to have flatmates that I can chat with or who can introduce me to the cool places around town. I'm hoping to team up with a person (or a couple) who loves animals but can't have their own. I can help you out with that! I have a cat and a dog that are not yet in Melbourne, but hopefully will be soon (as soon as I found the right housemates). I'm fairly flexible with location, as long as it is relatively easy to get to Melbourne Uni. My move-in date is also flexible. I'm also happy to consider a room in an existing house as long as my pets are welcome too. They are both quiet, trained, and sweet!

Im also keen on moving into a shared house which is already set up. “Know thyself? If I knew myself, I'd run away.” Jk. I'm quite open minded, respect a person's space and I pay my bills on time. Im responsible enough to not be the cause of any unnecessary inconvenience. I would be delighted if we (everyone out there), could possibly work something out! Thanks!

Hi guys! My name is Georgia and myself and a friend are flying to Melbourne from Cairns for a Peking Duk Concert in April. My friends name is Kristyn and we are both 20 years old. We would like to rent one room as close to Melbourne city as possible from the 21st - 24th April (Friday night - Monday midday). Simply put we are just trying to save money on accommodation. We are both extremely respectful and polite. As this is our first time in Melbourne, we will be exploring most of the day and only coming back for a place to sleep, shower and get ready to go out. A little more about us... Georgia: Works at Suncorp Bank as a consultant full-time. Kristyn: Works at a mill as a receptionist and at uni studying business and accounting. We are negotiable with a price and would love to hear back from you as soon as possible as we want to get this sorted!
I consider myself a really easy going and friendly person, who loves to spend time relaxing or being with my friends. At home i'm often watching tv/movies, reading, doing puzzles, cooking and playing the piano or singing (this is my passion). Outside of the house I love to go to markets, plays, movies, on picnics and out for dinner and a drink. Occasionally I really enjoy yoga, hikes or riding my bike. I'm trying to be more active haha. I work 30-35 hours a week at a gelato store called Messina, so if you love gelato, i'm always in great supply! I'm also vegetarian but am not bothered if others cook meat in the house. Ideally, i'm after a place with people who are warm and friendly and who I can connect with. I want home to feel like a safe haven where I can come to relax. I'm not really a party person and I love my own space but i'm always open to have a chat, hang out and come together to make dinner together. I'm clean and tidy but am just happy to go with the flow of the house. :)
