Moving from Canberra to Melbourne to start a job at a law firm in the CBD. Love to travel, been to around 40 countries so far. I love to play sport and try to get to the gym (but to be honest it's more of an ambition than a habit). I'm a good cook but awful at planning meals. I'm also a politics junkie and enjoy some good political satire on abc. I've previously leased an apartment in Canberra, stayed in student accommodation in the UK on uni exchange and made my way through countless hostel dorm rooms. I'm looking for housemates that are keen to hang out and chat/eat/drink but also understand that I sometimes need my own space. I'd be interested in sharing meals but am also fine to cook for myself. Location is important but I'd much rather find the right group of people who have similar values to me. If you like binging tv shows, exploring the city, going on walks and bike rides and want someone who is friendly, clean, low maintenance and easy to live with, then I could be your guy. It's a cliche but I'm looking for a home not a house. "It's the vibe" - The Castle
I am from the UK, on a working holiday to Oz - ready to explore, meet new people and get a flavour for the Australian way of life (the sun and BBQs bit - not so much the Huntsman spiders). I am laid back, clean and easy to live with - always in the mood to explore or head on a night out, but also love a night in binging on biscuits and watching movies. I always look on the bright side and will try and bring a sense of humour to every situation I am in - either that or will do the good old fashioned British thing, and offer a cup of tea when the goings get tough. As I am new to Australia - I would love to live with a group of sociable people who are up for exploring, or heading out for a few drinks. Or someone who is also on a working holiday who I can get lost together with!
I am a 20-year-old student, hoping to relocate to Melbourne from rural Armidale, NSW to study and work part-time. I am known to be organised, tidy and out-going. I had a GAP year which thought me how to be independent and open up to all cultures. I am a big foodie and am also vegetarian. Big coffee, dog and plant lover. I enjoy a good cheese board and watching endless amounts of tv shows while so going out to socialise. I've decided to move to Melbourne as I believe there is more opportunity to be in the media/communication industry.
Hi, my name is Henry, I am moving to Melbourne to study banking and finance and work part-time. I am particularly interested in the areas of business, politics, literature, and art. I am very easy to get along with, always neat, tidy and respectful of others and their space. I enjoy watching Netflix, cooking, reading and I'm currently learning Spanish. I do like my own space, but don't mind sharing a meal with a glass of wine and a chat every now and then. If I sound like I might be the right fit in your house/apartment, please contact me.
G'day there, I'm Matt, and I'm 23 years old working as a salesperson. Besides being bloody good at paying rent and bills on time, here's a little about me; I'm a clean and tidy guy who enjoys a clean house to come home to. I've lived in share house for 2 years now. In my spare time I'll be out at the gym keeping fit, seeing friends and getting out to see a gig or some sport. And if the suns out, I'll most likely be at the beach. I enjoy relaxing to a good movie, or a couple beers with my housemates but I understand personal space and will definitely give that, however won't be the one who sits in his room all day. If I sound like a cool potential housemate, send us a message!

After traveling & working around the world for the past 3 years, I’m ready to make Melbourne my next home! I have family in the Yarra Valley but will be working in the city, so I’m open to most locations in and around! Hoping to find somewhere dog friendly, however, not essential. I have a car, so parking is needed. I’m use to being a part of a share house, if you can do it in London, you can do it anywhere.! I’m a people-person, love to socialise, meet new people and try new things. I’m super eclectic and a lover of most things. Music is my religion.. Cleanliness is an absolute must...and being environmentally savvy is always a plus! Ages 25+ and working professionals preferred. Any questions, just ask! 😊
Moving to Melbourne from NZ in Feb 2018 for work. I’m an ED nurse and I love the outdoors and being active. I consider myself laid back, easy going, tidy, reliable and respect others space and privacy. Message me and will go from there :)
I’m 24 years old and work full time in the South Melbourne area in the media industry. Im easy to get along with and a warm and friendly person. That being said, I’m quite clean and tidy and would like to find someone who is the same. I lay pretty low Monday to Friday and enjoy keeping busy and active. On the weekend I enjoy going out with friends, shopping and going out for a few drinks. Definitely not looking to live in a party house! I would love to find someone around my age with similar values and interests who I could get along with and live comfortably around. I only have my bedroom furniture to offer, but would happily purchase other items if needed. Looking for something modern with my own bathroom ideally. Would prefer to share with just one other person only. I’m a non smoker and don’t have any pets.
I'm currently working and studying and looking to move closer to the city. I like to describe myself as an easy going guy who likes to have a laugh and socialise with housemates but also likes and appreciates my own and others space. Not much into partying and I'm a non smoker.
Hi I'm Susan! I'm looking for a private room to stay from Feb.1 for a year or so. I speak fluent English so there won't be many communication problems. My friends say I am considerate and patient so I think I'm the "easy to get along with" type, I'm going to study Master of Teaching next February at UniMelb. I enjoy a wide range of hobbies, like swimming, jogging, watching sci-fis and volunteering. I'm from China and I can cook quite a few Chinese delicacies, and I'm also a foodie haha. I would like to find a nice female flatmate who doesn't mind sharing, good-tempered, and respects privacy. Look forward to meeting you :)
My name is Viviana Castiblanco, I am 32 years old, I am from Colombia, I arrived in Melbourne on November 9, I am currently studying from Monday to Friday in the afternoon, my English level is intermediate and I am studying to update it, I work part time, I am a responsible person, honest, neat, clean and respectful, I am a positive person, I do not smoke and I love pets. I prefer to live with respectful, cheerful people, who do not smoke inside the house, I am looking for a room just for me, no matter the number of people with whom I share the place, I would like live in the city or close to the city.
Hey, Looking desperately for a 1 bed apartment as a lease transfer or just to look after while you travel etc. Preferably for a minimum of a few months. Ideally 9 months to a year. The sooner it’s available the better :)
I am a fun chick that likes to keep things tidy and am easy to get along with. I stay pretty quiet during the working week but love to get out and socialise on weekends. I work full time in marketing for a sport/entertainment organisation and hence seek to move closer to my work. I have grown up in the bayside suburbs but feel it's now time to leave the nest and enjoy the inner suburb life. I am looking to find a room in a friendly house with like minded people, preferably in their 20s with easy transport links.
Originally from Perth, moved here in March. I am a beauty therapist and also studying nursing. Super chilled too live with. Clean up after myself. Respectful. Enjoy socialising, love a good TV series on Netflix. I am looking for a place long term :)
I'm looking for a place close to central Melbourne. I'm busy most of the time but would love to catch up with flatmates sometimes. Furnished or semi furnished room would be great. Cheers
I'm visiting and will be out all day - just looking for a room as a base for my trip 17th Jan leaving 4th February. 57 years old retired professional who won't be a bother :-) I enjoy travelling and fell in love with Melbourne having spent a couple of weeks there Jan'17 and am looking forward to returning prior to going on to New Zealand to vivid my son.
I am Chaira, 23 years old and I'm currently living and studying in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If everything goes as planned, I will start a (fulltime) research internship at the University of Melbourne in September 2018 for 8 months. I'm a easy- going, very social, cozy and friendly roommate. I really like to cook, I love having coffees and drinks and going out from time to time.
