I'm a Chilean man in my last months in this amazing city. I'm studying Food Science and I work on the weekend. I'm tidy, friendly and easy going. I'm looking a place in CBD o near it to stay between 1 October and late December. I only need a place where I can live relaxed and share some drinks and talks with nice flatmates. Cheers.
Just got back to OZ for my second WH year. Looking at staying in Melbourne for a year or more, ideally in a flat in CBD between 2-4 people. Anything between 150-350 each pw. I'm easy going, social and open minded, the more different you are from me, the better! I like to work hard and enjoy my time, spontaneous trips and events, outdoor activities, the occasional bar crawl or flat drinks. Keeping the flat clean and tidy is also important to me. Open to moving into an existing flatshare or find a new flat together.
***UPDATED AD FOR NEXT YEAR FEB*** I know it seems early but recent few months experiences taught me to prepare WAY ahead - so this is a listing for a place from NEXT YEAR February. Okay. Here's a brief of myself! :) I'm a working professional for 8 years in Hong Kong. Just decided to take a break in career and moved to Melbourne in July for my master study. I'm both outgoing (ie. sporty) and enjoy the peaceful moments at home (ie. a movie). Food and wine lover but not into parties and don't smoke. It's a pretty long lease so here's what I'm looking for: 1) fully furnished home please! 2) spacious bedroom with bed configuration, mattress, built in wardrobe, study desk. 3) Own/ ensuite bathroom. 4) large windows with plenty of sunlight (ie. north-facing room) 5) in a leafy and airy area but walking distance to cafes and restaurants! 6) A place called home should be neat and clean... I am a pretty tidy person ;) Open to look for flatmate(s) sharing similar habit / value. Love animals but prefer a dog than a cat if he/she has one. ;D
Hi everyone. I am moving to the city to work a 2 month bank contract from mid November to the end of January. Due to the long hours I need to be somewhere close to the city. I will be rarely home and on some weekends I will be back in the outer suburbs where I currently reside. I am easy going and stay clean and tidy. I am a foodie and in my free time would love exploring Melbourne and the foodie culture.
We are a British/American couple looking for an awesome place to call home until February of next year! About us: Mikey is from Bournemouth, UK and works full time within the construction industry. Morgan is from San Diego, California and will be teaching English online when she arrives in a few weeks time at the start of November. The both of us are very chilled out, and are clean, tidy, and respectful. We're both early risers so we like to keep it fairly quiet in the week, apart from the odd beer or meal out of course. We also tend to cook the majority of our meals from scratch. We will be living in Melbourne right up until the start of February, before we head on to New Zealand together! About the place: Mikey is already in Melbourne and is looking for a place to move into ASAP. Morgan will be arriving here in a few weeks time. We're looking for somewhere that's well presented, and is close to public transport (especially the metro trains) as we don't have a car. A Queen sized bed would be preferable, only because we have all of the sheets already, but not it's essential. Lastly, we would like to live somewhere not just as flatmates but as friends to share a drink with! If you'd like to know any more, then please feel free to give Mikey a message or a call :)
My name is Lucas, I'm 21 years old and from Stuttgart, Germany. I just finished my bachelor degree in business administration and business law, which sounds more boring than it actually is. Now I have the possibility to do a 6-month internship at Mercedes Benz HQ starting on October 2nd. As a roommate I'm very easy to have, clean and always up for cooking together and going out to party. Feel free to contact me:)!
Hey future housemates! I'm looking for a place in CBD and inner eastern/southern suburbs. I have a rental history of 6 years in shared accomodation, so I have prior experience living with all kinds of people. I definitely appreciate cleanliness, mindfullness and respectfulness. As I am mindful of others, I clean up after myself and very attentive to social queues. I expect the same from my housemates. I'm a second year Law/Criminology Major at The University of Melbourne, and also studying Architecture and Interior Design part-time as well. I love what I do and I like to surround myself in positivity. Idealistically, I'd like to live in a home environment with people of my age demographics (18 - 28) that are capable of cleaning up after themselves, mature and pragmatic when it comes to monthly bills or maintenance, and is respectful of others possessions, privacy, personal lives, affiliations ect. I get along with positively charged people who are socialites and loves to have a beverage and can take a lighthearted roasting every now and then. My schedule is filled with study commitments on weekdays, and recreational activities generally on weekends/and or afternoons. I love my alone time and as I've mentioned above, privacy is important to me! I'm very upfront and likes to work on resolutions quickly. I would expect the same from my housemates to ensure that we don't have petty issues. Although there are lots of activities/topics that interests me, the following are key interests: Fashion & Other Creative Pursuits, Travelling, Spirituality, Volleyball, Yoga, Philanthropy, Music, Clubbing & Social Activities, Hiking and Global Advancements (Being a good global citizen!) Cooperative, deadline orientated and stable; it would be fantastic if we have similar standards to what a healthy living situation should be. I am quite independent, but wouldn't mind having a relaxed, homely and fun house relationship as well. I want to be able to laugh at each other's horrendous jokes and puns, and be great pals. If you are keen to adopt me as the newest member of the family, then please don't hesitate to message/text or call me! You are more than welcome to leave a voicemail if I don't answer in the time of your calls, and I'd be more than happy to answer any further questions or queries that you might have through the messaging system on here. Kind Regards, Chee.
Three girls from the U.S. coming to Australia for a working holiday. We are all very outgoing, love to have fun and meet new people while always being respectful and tidy roommates :) Two of us have already graduated from University and the third will be completing university from online while traveling.
Hi. I'm Shahram 37 yo. I'm very easy going, clean and tidy. I'm after a place to call it home. I respect other ppl's privacy but also happy to share a meal and have some chats even outdoor activities if you like. I have a full time professional job and just finished my master degree. I have a car and a parking spot would be great. I love cats and puppies but not indoor, so I can't join if you have indoor pets. Thanks.
We are neat, tidy professionals who would like a nice home with other professionals. We would like to find a person who appreciates a nice home, and has a steady job. We are social on the weekends and quiet during the week. We are into fitness, nice food and travel. We have a Pomeranian who is coming from Perth and is really cute.
W&H Visa, I am a very quiet person who are looking forward a nice place to stay. I am very easy to get along with. Im hoping to work very hard and get out a lot to know the city and surroundings. I don't have problems with people smoking or pets.
I am a German girl, currently au-pairing in Sydney. Since I want to become an editor at a radio station or another kind of media after my studies, I want to use this once-in-a-lifetime-opportunity to spend time in beautiful Melbourne doing an internship at one of the many radio stations. I am tidy and always keep the other´s interests in mind, I love cooking, have a Netflix and Spotify Premium account and I´m generally very easy to live with, because I can be very quiet and enjoy relaxed evenings in front of the tv, but I also love having fun, I like going out and doing just any kind of activity (except for ball sports, haha). In my free time I enjoy singing (but I always make sure no one is annoyed by it), dancing ballet and working out at the gym. I will go to church every Sunday and work all weekdays. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi, I am an exchange student from Malaysia. An ambivert. Would really appreciate a neat and tidy place to stay in the city or the suburbs near the city. Seeking for a mutual respect of privacy. I would also love to have great conversations with my flatmates and looking forward to making friends of a lifetime! Looking for housemates preferably with a balance of both genders or a tidy and mature roommate. Fun fact: Badminton is one of my favorite sports!
My friend and i are both general physicians from the philippines. We are coming to Melbourne to to attend a 10 week medical review course. Both of us are good to live with. NJ is a happy, spontaneous and outgoing girl, while I am more of the laid back, shy type of person. Both of us love our privacy, but we would definitely want to get to know the owner of other housemates in the house. We would be attending classes almost 6-7x a week, so we would be out of the house most of the time.
