Hi! I am looking for a quiet space of my own to rest between busy work days. I get home late after shifts sometimes, and I love calling family and friends and chatting for hours, and I would like a place where this won’t be disruptive to anyone. Thanks!
Hi, I'm Nestor, 38 yo, new to Melbourne; a Colombian implant (I lived in the U.S. for almost 10 years). I will be in Melbourne for at least two years (pursuing a second master's degree). I am clean, tidy and respectful (seeking the same). Also, looking for a quiet place to live (preferably close to CBD), although I will be happy to socialise with housemates, and make it a great living space.
One characteristic which would make me a great housemate is my preference to keep my living space clean and organized. I hope to move into a property which is close to work and share the property with at least one other person. Commute time to work should be 20 minutes or less.
A bit about myself: I'm currently working in hospo in the city and studying Early Childhood Education as well. I’m vegan with a huge passion for nature and environment, making me super eco-friendly, which = saving money on them bills! When I have spare time, I’ll always be seen at the beach, or during less summery weather, will be doing lots of eating a lot and having a few drinks. Bit of a groovy gal, ALWAYS keep an open mind and am welcoming towards everyone I meet. Really easygoing to be around and respect the space of others, and am always neat and clean, trust me on this.
Hey everyone! A bit about me: I'm currently working 9-5 at Peter MacCallum as a research assistant. On my downtime you'll sometimes find me at my old bar Bar Ampere either with a glass of wine or g&t. With that being said, I'd like to live with people who enjoy social outings and also of course respect a bit of downtime after work! I love netball, kayaking, swimming, walking and absolutely love a good tram ride (no hate). I'm very easy going and considerate and am keen to pick up a few more hobbies here and there, so I'm generally keen to get involved in whatever! Ideally I'm looking for an apartment somewhere along St Kilda road (ideally) but I'm open minded as long as there's a nearby tram. Really, I just want flatmates who I can vibe with and call friends. Feel free to message if you feel like we'd get along 😊😊
Hey there! I am Sarah, a versatile 26-year-old female. I both work and study full-time: Nanny, household manager, children‘s book author, MSc Psychology student and Monash intern are just a few of many things that I do in my life. I work in Toorak and my university placement is in Clayton - BUT I miss the beach SO MUCH! So living in St. Kilda or anywhere close by would be very desirable, and convenient, but not critical since I have a car and bike. Therefore, the accommodation would ideally have parking and/or storage available. My friends would describe me as a sociable and outgoing person who likes chatting and talking about the world, watching or going to the movies, or hiking if time allows it or any adventure really!, to the beach for yoga or meditation (or just for a quick swim) or to the park to read a good book. I'm also down for some karaoke or a cheeky weekend getaway kinda road trip! When I am not at home, I am most likely at work or on an adventure in the wild :) When I am at home, you will most likely find me in my safe (creative) space working on my own business or in the kitchen doing my meal prep for the next couple of weeks. My door is usually open though, I'm always happy to have a deep convo or just a quick chat! Ideally, I would like to live with someone who likes to socialise, eat and/or cook together every now and then (it doesn't have to be every day), hang out or exercise or do something together (beach volleyball, yoga, meditation, hanging out at the beach, watch a movie, go partying/clubbing, have a drink at the local pub, just chat..) and is not afraid to talk about how our days were or what our plans will be on the weekends (= be a people person). I wish to live with someone/people who will be my house/flatmate(s) as well as friend/s and desires to live in a social house/flat share rather than living isolated lives with no talking in a convenience accomodation.. I have moved out of a 2 bedroom apartment not long ago and am in the process of downsizing atm, but I would like to bring my own bedroom furniture hence, I would prefer a big room again but it‘s not a must. Btw I LOVE dogs and am okay with cats, just not in my room if they shed :) I am looking forward to hearing from you! Kind regards
I respect the privacy of others but still good to hang out with and have chat. I work full time weekdays (as a website developer/programmer) and chill during weekends. I have a motorbike, so prefer to have small secure place to park.
I'm a 21 year old Aviation student, and work full time Sociable, tidy and looking for a long term place.
Hi, my name is Aaditya, 28 years of age. I am from India and will be doing my PhD in BioMechanics at the Univ of Melbourne starting July 29th. I am looking for a good place to rent for at least 6 months, with people who are extroverts, preferably vegetarians but not really that important, and who will be okay with me cooking Indian food. I love travel, trekking, meeting new people, adventure sports and trying out new food.
Currently working in Knoxfield but planning to move to the City as I'll be switching roles as I got offered a new role. I work full-time after work hours are spent either at the gym or out cruising. I spend weekends with family and friends. Potentially just looking for a place to sleep and stay while I hustle through the week 😄 I'm chill and sociable but also know how to keep to myself and respect other's privacy!
