Hi my name is Albie. I work full time and also work a few nights. Pretty quiet duting the week. I like to catch up with mates on the weekend and get out of the house. Also like to go away for weekends to the beach or camping whenever possible and always up for doing new things. Seeking an unfurnished room. Also open to reaming up. Would ideally want a minimum stay period of 6 months. However I am flexible with this if I found the right fit.
I am a down to earth, friendly, reliable and clean guy (non-smoker) who has a full-time job in engineering, and enjoys doing various sports and activities at his spare time, crossfit, soccer, cycling. I'm looking for a room (preferably furnished) in St Kilda, South Yarra or surrounding areas.
Hello my name is juanes and I am from Colombia, I've been in Melbourne for 3 months, I am studying English at Swinburne University, I'm living in the city but want to move to a new shared place, I am very organized, fun and I would like to have a good relationship with flatmates I'm not a smoker and I like pets. I also work in the evenings and study in the morning, I look for an affordable place to nov18 minimum stay of tree months and no matter if It's not furnished. cheers
FLEXIBLE WITH MOVE DATE AND LOCATION :) Also, I have pets! Hi potential roomies! My name is Liv; a 26 year old female, working full time and studying Nutrition via distance. About me; I enjoy seeing live music, finding new cafes and eating my way across Melbourne, day trips to the Dandenong Ranges to immerse myself in nature and walking my pocket sized pooches through all of the beautiful parks Melbourne has to offer! I've had over 5 years of experience living in share house arrangements (in other words, I know to empty the bin when it’s full and to put a new roll of toilet paper on when the existing roll has run out!) Ha, but in all seriousness, living in share houses for this long has meant that I am very considerate, very open minded and respectful of others privacy/separate lives. I’m very clean and I take a lot of pride in the house environment. I love homewares and interior decorating- on a budget- (so much love for Kmart!!). I’m fairly easy going and social, so I don’t mind if you have friends over for a couple of drinks on the weekends. More technical stuff: I have a car so I’d need somewhere (free) to park. I have furniture that I can bring if needed (lounge, dining set, fridge, washing machine, hallway/side tables, kitchen utensils/appliances/crockery) and my own bedroom furniture. I would like a large sized room that comfortably fits queen bed, desk, bed side tables and has a built in wardrobe. I would prefer unlimited internet so I’d be happy to set this up and split costs with housemates or chip in to any existing plan. I’m not in a huge rush to move as I would prefer to wait until I find the perfect fit (house and housemates) so I’m fairly flexible with moving dates as I can stay with my folks in the meantime. I'm not too picky on suburb- somewhere East or South East of Melbourne that isn’t too far from the city (e.g 20 minute drive) with nice walking tracks. I come as a "package" as I have pets (2 teeny tiny dogs and 1 cat). The dogs are tiny (the type that you could fit in your hand bag) however they aren’t small yappy dogs. They are toilet trained indoor dogs however are allowed outside when I am home. They are walked almost everyday however are just as happy to snuggle up together on my bed and wait for me to get home. They are both very clean and go to the dog groomers every 6 weeks (Boo doesn’t lose any hair, Ruby loses minimal). They are very happy little dogs that simply LOVE people and are always happy to be on someone’s (generally, anyone’s!) lap getting attention! My cat Dexter is an indoor/outdoor cat (not allowed outside when it is dark). He is petrified of other cats so I cannot take him into a house where there were existing cats. Although he is scared of other cats, he loves dogs. I can provide rental references for the pets! I need somewhere with a backyard / some form of a grassed area that I can easily access to take the dogs out to the toilet. They often wake me up during the night to take them out so apartments above ground floor are not suitable :( About YOU; I am looking for friendly and social housemates (with experience living in share houses), who are happy to have a chat/laugh when we cross paths and share the odd glass of wine together. HOWEVER I am also a very independent person that appreciates time to myself- so suitable housemates would be respectful of eachothers space. Suitable housemates must LOVE animals and be happy to let my dogs outside to the toilet (if you’re home and I’m not). Suitable housemates would also be clean and share house jobs (rotating rosters have worked well in the past!). I have always lived with strangers who have ended up friends and I see myself living with like-minded people who wish to make a house a home- if I sound like someone you would like to live with, please get in touch :)
Hey guys ! My name is Franck, I'm 27, gay and I'm French and I'm just about to officially become an aussie citizen ! I have been living in australia for 4 years now, including 1 year in Melbourne and I am planning on staying here for a while ! I work full time in hospitality and I am really serious when it comes to money and paying bills on time. I lived in London, Switzerland, Bora bora, Australia... and always in shared accomodations. I am a bit of a night owl, mostly due to my work ! I rarely say no to the cheeky glass of vino or spritz, but I am not a party animal really.. But when I do have a big week end of party, I like to keep it away from home really ! I'd love to find an awesome place to call home and hopefully some more awesome flatmates to call mates !! That's all I can think of really ! Cheers !

I am studying abroad from San Francisco to Swinburne University. I will get into Sydney Feb. 1st and after visiting some friends I hope to land a place by March 1st.

Hey! My name is Diana and I am doing my master thesis at Monash University/Alfred Health next semester. I am currently studying to become a pharmacist in Uppsala, Sweden. I would love to share an apartment with some warm and friendly people. On my spare time I like to play roller derby, dance and cook food with friends.
My name is Carlos, I'm from Spain, I'm 30 years old and I have just moved to Melbourne because I am going to work here as an IT engineer. I had the opportunity to live in Morocco, France, Germany, Russia and Kazakhstan and now I am going to begin a new life in Australia. Last year I was working in the Spanish Embassy in Moscow and two years ago in Berlin so as you can see I have moved a lot. I think I am an open minded guy, easy going and capable to adapt to any kind of flatmates. If you are the kind of person who likes sharing thoughts in order to fix the world while having dinner, you can count on me. And if you are a busy person who prefer to be alone it also works fine for me.
Hey :) I am pretty easy going flatmate. I work two jobs so rarely in the house, and eat out most of the time as it is more practical, so I dont create mess/take up a lot of the house's living spaces when I am there. On weekends just like to chill, maybe watch a movie at home, or sometimes organise a night out on a Friday or Saturday. I enjoy playing the occasional boardgame at home and having a drink. Thanks Steven
Hello! With several years experience within house sharing I vow to not steal your food, leave my dishes lying around and to only ever pay my rent and bills on time or in advanced. I furthermore vow to always share my baked goods, engage in riveting small talk and answer the door to your guests with the most welcoming smile. I am young, creative and would like to call myself a fun person to be around. My hobbies include arts & craft, visiting the local farmers markets and exploring the wonderful city that is Melbourne.
Hello! We are Beth and Maria from England, we're both super easy going and relaxed, always up for a chat and a hang out but equally always happy to enjoy some down time. Love to be out and about doing things and exploring Melbourne. We are very respectful, mature and tidy individuals, not in the slightest little bit party animals. I (Maria) am working for an adventure travel company and Beth is in operations for a transport company. We are out quite a lot and when we are at home like to just chill out with a cup of tea and a catch up or a cheeky netflix session. We'd love to meet up with you and see if you reckon we'd be a good fit for your home for the month! Any questions, just let me know!

American looking for a flat to share over the next 6 months or so. I'm flexible! I'm a university graduate. I taught English in Korea for a year after graduation. And now, I'm looking to work and play in Australia for a bit. I'm clean in common areas. That's something that's really important to me. I like to cook my own meals (cheaper and healthier). I'm social but also enjoy listening to music and my own time. I go out for drinks at least once a week. I prefer pubs and conversations than the club scene. I'm a barista in the US and hope to do the same in AU. Cheers! Lucius

My name's Jacob but I usually just go by Jake, I'm 22 and into technology, art, music and cycling - I relocated to Melbourne from Perth in October because Melbourne is awesome and have secured full time work here whilst continuing to work remotely part-time for an information security consulting firm in WA. I've been staying with a friend in Melbourne and am looking for more permanent accomodation to call my own for a minimum of around 6 months, I like to keep my living space neat, happy to split household costs fairly and would prefer somewhere with modern kitchen/bathroom and decent internet, convenience of getting to the CBD for work is also a plus (nearby public transport etc) Always keen for a bit of household banter/to make dinner and watch a movie or something from time to time but I work hard and like to chill outside of that (AKA I'm not going to be inviting handfuls of people over) also if you have any tech issues it's pretty much certain I can resolve them. I have good rental references from real estate in Perth (have held leases in my own name previously) as well as any professional or personal references that are necessary. Hit me up if you have any questions/wanna offer me a place or get lunch and discuss it (feel free to show me more places to get delicious food in Melbourne)
We are a couple from Malaysia who will be having our working holiday in Melbourne. We are currently looking for a studio room (private) to rent and we hope to stay for at least 6 months. Unfortunately leaving my awesome housemates behind but hopefully find some other legends to live with. I'm a very clean and tidy person. Pretty minimalist kind of guy - not bringing a lot with me. I'm keen to get out amongst it and check out all that Melbourne has to offer. Like to keep active and will get involved with whatever is around. Looking for somewhere with awesome housemates, decent transport and easy enough street parking.

Hi guys ! My friend Lucile and I are looking for a place to live in together. We are both french but speak perfect English (minus the accent I'd say). I love coffee and chocolate and Lucile is a faithful vegetarian - we also love cats but this is not food related ;) Sharing a place with other people would be an option for us since we come with no furniture (fridge and everything) and mostly we love and hope to speak English on a daily basis. We are very social, fun and considerate. We like to cook and watch movies with our housemates. We are pretty busy with work during the week but Sunday is all about chilling ! We both live close to the beach and would like to stay in the same area. This will be a promise for the best summer - and more!

I also enjoying running or any kind of sport or exercice, especially outdoor, into photography and music, and enjoy cooking from time to time.
