We are LGBT and pet friendly. We are looking for a room furnished or unfurnished, preferably non-party house, starting on Tuesday 30th of July 2019 for a long-term stay.
Hi my name is Helen and I am looking for a change of scenery from my current sharehouse in Yarraville! I work full time as a speech pathologist with kids. I’m looking for a clean and relaxing place to come home to in the evenings. I myself am quite clean but also laid back. I’d like to be able to get along with my housemates and have a chat every now and then but I mostly like to do my own thing. Weekends are spent brunching with friends and family and an occasional night out. Looking for females with the same ideals! Thank you ☺️
Im a full time photography student at RMIT, in my spare time and when I'm not taking photos I enjoy writing and playing music, reading, hiking and perusing other ventures whether it be creative or business . I'm a pretty quiet individual and tend to keep to my self, but Ill never turn down a good conversation and will lend a helping hand when and where I can :)
Hi! I'm Annelise and I have a pretty busy life. I work, study, do exercises and like to enjoy the most of Melbourne! I'm organized, very respectful and I like clean places. I've been living here for almost 2 years and it's time to live in a different area (:
Pros: I'm gainfully employed so paying rent and bills is never an issue. As a social worker I'm all over effective communication, and working together to create and maintain a harmonious house e.g. chores, shopping etc. I work 9-5 ish and am pretty quiet during the week, with a bit of work related volunteering here and there (like bushfood planting bees, music festivals etc). As an avid hiker, reader, and micro-adventurer, I'm happy to loan out gear/equipment, share hike info, make book recommendations, and share hot tips on places/events to check out. Also keen on music and podcasts. Very happy for sharing to go both ways (this is in fact ideal). Ideally I'm looking to move into an already established house if possible. I've lived with a few different sized households over the years - from 1 other person to 4 other peeps - so pretty flexible on the makeup of the house. I'm a tidy person by nature, and pro-active around home jobs e.g. changing light bulbs, oiling a squeaky door hinge, wiping down a dusty shelf etc. Can read a vibe pretty well so if peeps need down time, or are wanting to connect over a meal/wine if I'm up for it, I'm in. Cons: Making/baking too much food and needing to share it (I know, horrible). Don't really watch TV BUT am an avid movie goer (again, horrible!).
Hey, i’m Nick. I work full time living away 4 nights a week installing safety barriers on highways across Victoria, I also travel to Wodonga most weekends to see my partner, so unless I have time off or an RDO i’ll only be around on weekends/Sunday nights. I’m not in the club scene and I don’t really go out that much. I’m easy going, Polite, tidy, respectful, always up for a chat and will have rent paid on time! I’m looking for my own private room with bills included and preferably an en-suite/own bathroom, if your Interested in me as a flatmate please msg me here or txt me on 0468437517.
I'm a chill and open minded guy who loves to share a beer or a glass of wine with my flatmates but also like my private space. I'm clean and respectful (and expect the same from others). I love outdoor activities, I play guitar a lot and sing so you'd have some private live music in the living room if you wish haha.
Hey, I'm Zarif, 24, an expat starting my Masters at Swinburne this semester. I am a laid back person who loves to talk about music, movies, tv shows, sports, photography and all things interesting. I am tidy and organized, polite in nature but love a good chat now and then. I'm independent and respect people and their privacy but always willing to socialize. In need of a good accommodation near my university if possible. Hope to hear from you :)
I'm very neat and tidy and love to cook and can throw a mean dinner party. Am about to return from a very bad decision to move over to the UK long term. I'm great with money and pay all my bills on time or even beforehand, I don't smoke and am not a big drinker or party animal. (I've done all that for a lot of years 😌) I don't care if anyone else in the property drinks or entertains but I can't live with anyone that smokes inside the house (except for vaping). I am looking for six months accommodation to get myself sorted after selling everything to move O/S. I have a great sense of humour and am very laid back. I am returning to work so not unemployed. I love to spend time eating out in Melbourne with my friends and also chilling and binge watching series when at home. I also like to go to the gym for a healthy mind rather than body image. If that sounds all ok please consider me for a flatmate. Cheers Fay
