Hey everyone, my name is Maddison I'm a 20 year old female currently living in Revesby and looking to move. I work in the health industry as a pathology collector six days a week plus the occasional night. I am very clean and tidy and love to cook and prepare meals. I dont have any pets, I also am a non-smoker, do not use drugs and only have the occasional drink if going out :) Ideally I would like to live with 2-3 people aged 20-30 but I'm not fussy, gender is also not an issue.
hey there, my name is tamer. im 33yo carpenter. currently living in Western Australia, but moving to Sydney at the end of march for a new job. im either looking to share a house/apartment with 1 other person or team up with 1 other person to apply for a new place. as mentioned above im a carpenter and the new job is a secure full time job, hence the move. im pretty easy to get along with, clean, tidy and respectful of others. would like to share with someone who shares these same simple values. due to my work nature, ultimately on weekdays would like to come home and just chill and relax over couple of beers, and would be good to strike an intelligent conversation with someone. weekends would be nice to go out and about and explore. me personally im an outdoor kind of person, love my camping fishing and 4x4, and its definitely something i would like to continue if possible. looking for someone responsible and respectful to share with but still be someone who is fun to b around and have a laugh with. im not fussed about what gender, background, religion and so on you are, as long as you are a decent person im happy with that. im financially stable, so covering my rent and share of expenses is not an issue at all, and hope to share with someone the same. i am a smoker, however i never smoke inside of any house. i do have a daughter in perth so every couple of month ill be making a trip back for a week to see her, and i do have family and friends in wollongong "im originally from good old gong" which i might disappear on some weekends to go down and catch up with them. i will be in sydney 27/02 till 11/03 to finalize some of the new job thing, where im hoping to find a place, after that fly back to perth for 2 weeks pack my things and drive back to sydney. so if you have something available or intersested in a team up, please feel free to contact me. thank you
My name is Amy, I am 25 and work full-time at a law firm. Reasons I am great to live with: - Easy to get along with - I take pride in my things - I am a very clean & tidy & pick up after myself - I love spending time with my family & friends - Into fitness, going to the gym & having a good run. At the moment I am living in Leichhardt, have been in my current house for 2 years & just looking for a change.
Hey guys, I'm 20, diesel mechanic, love working on bikes, cars, love having a good time with mates, great company to be around, get along with nearly everyone, enjoys a good bender, going out, loves going to the gym when I can, skating or BMX sesh, open minded and kicked back. I'm looking to move in with someone who's neat, respectful towards other people's property, someone who knows how to look after themselves as I am as well.
Footloose and fancy free! 'My Three Sons', now young men, have long left the fold. I try to keep life simple and happy. Love comedy, music, dance, theatre, tennis, travel, reading, camping, colour, candle light, nature and watching the world go by, especially beachside. A great coffee every day is my vice and I'm very fussy about where I drink it, ambiance is not an option, it's a must! I work full time and travel for work so am gone a few weeks each quarter. I like 'organized' and part of keeping life simple is cleaning up after yourself always, so that housework doesn't get in the way of life because it's always under control. Love company but also like my space and privacy and respect others. I'm a Kiwi who made Sydney my home for 27 years, returned to NZ for 10, spent the best part of the last 2 years in USA and am now returning to Sydney. Have been in current job for 2 years. I don't handle the heat well so the nearer I am to water the better. Young at heart, one son tells me "you think you're still 20". Ideal flatmates would be active, easy going 35 through 60 year olds, singles or couples. If you're empty nesters and wouldn't mind an unintrusive extra on your property and a little extra money on the side wouldn't go astray, I'll likely fit the bill. Like my Cafes, I like my place of abode to have ambiance.
We both will work for ANSTO full time on placement from our company in the UK. We have rented in shared accommodation before and are easy to live with. We are very friendly and hard working and will most likely want to spend our free time exploring. We are sporty and outgoing and looking to make our short time in Australia as fulfilling as possible. We are not a couple, just colleagues sent to work together.
Easy going, easy to get along with but also love my space so, either way you like it, it'll work. Work 5 days a week, out on the weekends, clean hygienic and my feet don't stink. Plus I clean up after myself. Courteous smoker who doesn't smoke near open doors or windows. Not that great of a cook so I usually buy out. Depending on the place I may pay extra for Foxtel. Get in touch.
Hey! I would make a great housemate as i am a motivated, young and easy-to get along with kind of guy. i have an interest in cars. i have grown up in this area for most of my life but moved to the north coast when i was 17. I am now baack and seeking accommodation to help get me started
I work full time as a speech pathologist down the coast but want to stay living in Sydney. I enjoy relaxing on weeknights but like my weekends action packed with socialising with friends and family.
Hi, I am a 30 year old, female, independent, professional, who is seeking accommodation for the next 6-9months. Lease is ending in January so happy to move from late Dec. I have a large black mastiff dog, desexed, obedient, who is super friendly and loves to be around people. Strictly outside. So I need a place that will cater for him which has a secure backyard. About me - I'm a shift work who respects ones need for privacy and peace. Equally, friendly and enjoys the company of others, as well as a drink. Clean and tidy is a must! I have plenty of furniture, so I'm seeking an unfurnished bedroom. Look forward to hearing from like minded people🙂 Thanks.
Im quiet, non- judgemtental and prefer to keep to myself. I get along with pretty much everyone. I am an optomist with a good sense of humour. I base interactions with housemates on respect and courtesy an and Im not at all interested in getting involved in house politics. I owned my own home for 10years and am house proud and hands- on and love project's. I like to potter in the garden will help with renovations, if there's an opportunity. I keep common areas clean and tidy and am a freak for cleaning my bathroom and the odd friend's bathroom lol. I don't cook a lot and stay elsewhere a couple of nights each week
Hi I'm annalice, I'm a friendly, easygoing arts-worker, an excellent cook, a woman of faith, a coffee devotee and Aunty to 6 adorable neices and nephews. Have always been based in Sydney but love a good overseas trip. Reasonably tidy and organised, generous, kind and responsible. Grew up with 4 sisters so good at getting along with all different personalities and sharing. Mix of introvert/extrovert personality. I organise fun and creative family programs and events for a museum in the CBD and enjoy my job heaps so I spend a reasonable amount of time there, sometimes weekend days or evenings for events and have odd days off during the week. I'm also a committed christian so I spend some of my time in related volunteering activities. I love organising events, starting creative projects, shopping, hanging with friends, taking dance classes, drinking coffee, baking, writing, crafting and spending time with my family for fun. My weekends are usually an equal balance between time spent socialising and housekeeping, am out a lot during the week so enjoy spending a day at home when there's a chance.
I have recently moved back from overseas and am looking for a flat share or lease. I am 32, easygoing and would prefer a calm and clean home. I work in hospitality, mostly evenings and weekends. I'm social and enjoy cooking dinner/lunch and chilling out, I'm not interested in a party house.
I'm a gay male vet moving to Sydney in late March for a 3y residency - really excited to explore the city and meet lots of new people. I'm an outdoorsy kind of guy, love hiking and camping, beach get aways, gardening, etc. Love pets. Also enjoy down time - drinks out, netflix, cooking, baking, reading, cinema. I've lived in a few different share houses in the last 8 years, in South Australia and Melbourne, and have made life long friends in the process. I'm single, and have no pets. I'm easy to get on with, clean, respectful, and would really like to find a warm, welcoming environment to live in.
I am 21 years old and from Oxford within the UK. I consider myself to be a fun and highly enthusiastic human being who loves to cook! I love going out to restaurants, bars and beaches as well as staying in on a Friday night watching films!! You never have to worry about clearing up after me as I am a neat freak!! I am travelling alone looking for a job and a place to live in Sydney!
Professional, non smoker looking for a nice place to live. I work long hours and try and catch up with friends and family on the weekend. When I am at home, I am happy having a chat and quiet night in or relaxing in my own space. Occasionally I like to have friends over for dinner. Love the outdoors and more than happy watching sport I am very neat and tidy and would prefer someone similar.
My husband and I are looking at a place to rent while we build. I'm a solicitor and my husband is a project manager. We are expecting our first child in late July. We are hoping to rent the entire space for approx. 6months-1 year.
Hi my name's Adam. I'm currently studying and working in community services sector. I'm looking for a room where I can chill because work can be crazy sometimes. I'm easy going, social and enjoy a tidy room/house. Interests include reading, playing guitar and spending time outdoors.
So I am 19, turning 20 in February. I worked in the Defence Force for 6 months, until I suffered a back injury. I play alot of sports, enjoy going to the gym and relaxing with my mates. I'm very easy going when it comes to my home life, and I have a huge passion for animals!
We are a fun friendly easy going couple who have just relocated to the city from Hamilton Island QLD. We like to socialise but also respect privacy and are not looking to move into a party house. We are both clean and polite housemates looking for some accomodation to get us started in our new adventure in Sydney. Both non smokers & enjoy living in a clean tidy household.
We are the 3 best friends that anyone could have :) we are a group of jb hifi friends trying to find a private rental property together, we are all working or studying full time and all very busy so we will be very respectable chilled out tenants. We're super cool people please contact use with some good news! Jb hifi staffies are in it for you just to sweeten the deal ;)
I am a PhD student at UWS Bankstown. Most days, even during weekends, I leave home early in the morning and come back late in the evening, so if your place is quiet at night and clean, that's all I need. I don't smoke, drink or party and i don't cook either. I am very friendly and clean. Please contact me with your offers or if you would like to know more about me.Thank you :)
Hi! My name is Brooke, I am 23 and a recent law graduate from Wollongong. I just received full-time employment in the city and am looking to move a little closer, preferably the Sutherland/Shire area to ease the commute though I'm particularly interested in Cronulla because beach :) . Ideally I'd like to live close to a train station (within a 30min walk) however its no big deal as I have a car. I do have a lot of my own furniture so I would also be keen to do a team up and get a lease but I'm flexible with this and would totally move into a furnished place if it was the right fit. I'm not in a huge rush to move so I'm flexible in that way too. I am a social person but I am also respectful of personal space and like a bit of personal space myself. I am very understanding of noise/unusual schedules (4 years of university college), though I personally like to get up and go to sleep early. I like to keep my space clean and tidy and I really love cooking. Ive got no issues sharing a bathroom... I've actually never had my own so it's a pretty foreign concept anyway! I am outdoorsy, so I don't like to spend a whole lot of time at home anyway and on weekends I enjoying hiking, scuba diving, stand up paddle-boarding and going to the beach. If you think I would be suitable for you place or you'd like to get a place with me send me a message! :)
I'm fun, bubbly, helpful, and responsible. Currently I am looking to enrol in study either in aged care or makeup. I clean up after myself and respect other people personal space and property. I love animals and summer time. I'm an optimistic person and am always trying to learn new things and meet new people. I unfortunately am forced to move out as soon as possible as I've got serious issues with my family. I'll answer any questions. Just looking forward to finally starting my life and having my own freedom.

I'm the most chilled guy you'll ever meet, really easy to get along and hangout with, I'm social and enjoy a drink or two on the weekend but I'll respect your need for space aswell! I also travel as much as I can so you'll have the place to yourself alot of the time :) I can cook! And I will provide pretty much everything, including Foxtel, Netflix, TV's, surround sound, internet, appliances and lots of food... you name it I'll have the fridge and cupboards stocked! Any more questions feel free to message me anytime!
I'm a shire girl born and raised, like to get out but usually not that much of a partier. I like to play video games, watch tv/movies, and read. I'm a massive Potterhead 😄. I also work at Coles so I'm always good to grabbing any quick groceries if need be 😛.
Im 27 years old and work within the Transport and Logistics sector. I'm very clean and respectful. Easy to get along with and accept people of all cultures and beliefs. Hobbies are music, sport and hanging with friends and family. Love having a chat and meeting new people. Being social really is a big thing for me. I don't smoke but love a drink socially. I would be ideal as I work full time and I keep very tidy. Growing up in a big family we were always cleaning up after someone.
I'm looking urgently for a place to live close to public transport and pet friendly. I'm currently working in hospitality so mostly weekends and nights. I am social although keep to myself mostly. I have a well trained chihuahua who is completely house broken and absolutely adorable! Am willing to be flexible with budget for the right place.
Hi my name is Alison. I currently work as a Executive Assistant for a company based in North Sydney. I work reasonably good hours and spend my evenings at the gym or catching up with mates or working on my own personal development and goals. I love the ocean and am a beginner surfer. I enjoy reading wealth and personal development books as well as bushwalking, snorkelling, camping, iceskating and other outdoor activities and pub trivia. I am looking for a social flatmate that also wants to hang out with me sometimes.
I am a laid back and friendly person. I get along with most people and I'm clean and quiet. I am not big into bars or clubs and a non-smoker. I am from Melbourne originally but moved to Sydney 1 year ago. I will enjoy a good conversation but loves time to myself. I am not looking to be somewhere where my housemates are interested in partying into the wee hours during the week. I work full time (Tuesday - Saturday). I guess I'd prefer not to live with a couple but not a total dealbreaker. I would ideally like to find a place where I may be able to get a dog, but again that's only if the place is right to have one.
I am a clean, chilled and fun loving person. I like anything to do with fitness. I love putting those trainers on and going for long walks. I am a full time uni student working part time in Miranda.
I'm a easygoing relaxed person who is looking for a place to stay long term. I can respect personal space and also be social.
I'm a young, shire local looking for immediate accommodation. Part time cleaner and usually not at home. Very quiet and polite. Happy to clean the house and tidy up. I'm usually on my phone or reading when I'm not at work. I do work nights but I am quiet coming home. Love to chat and if possible bring my kitten.
Hey! I'm Andy. I work full-time as a science communicator getting people interested in science by making cool things or setting my hands on fire. I like playing ukulele, cooking, bushwalking, cylcing and good conversation. I'm a clean, tidy and reliable housemate with plenty of experience sharing. I'm looking for a friendly and quiet room to stay until early April. I really enjoy living in a place where people are up for a chat with their housemates, but also value having a peaceful home to chill out in after a busy day. I work near Sutherland - I've been here for two years but am moving for work in early April. I had to move out of my old house as the lease was up, so I'm looking for something fairly short term. I'm often out of town for work or staying at my girlfriend's place, so I'll only be at the house 3-4 nights a week and I'm usually away for weekends. Look forward to meeting you :)
Hello, future housemate! My name is Shy and I'm a friendly, relaxed individual who is open-minded and easy-going. I'm conscientious and respectful, and like to keep a tidy, harmonious home. While I do enjoy the occasional social event, I usually prefer quiet nights in with my two gorgeous kitties, preferably with one or two other friendly individuals for some more conversational company. I am full-time employed in the IT/digital entertainment industry and work in the Sydney CBD, so location is negotiable as long as it's within a reasonable commuting distance. 30 minutes or less would be preferable, though I will consider anything up to an hour! Ideally I'd like to find one or two like-minded others with whom to share mid-to-long term. Let's build a haven and a home! :)
Hi guys, I'm looking for someone to team up with to start a new apartment from March onwards. I'm work full-time with pretty long hours in the CBD. Most mornings I hit the gym, I'm pretty quiet at home but social outside, generally outgoing and like to have a chat, spend my free time hiking, going to the beach, or just chilling with Netflix and a glass of wine. I'm clean and tidy and looking to share with someone the same. Coffee lover (some might say addict...). Early bird, no late nights for me anymore :-) I'm looking to move into a 2BR, 2BA place with someone like-minded. I will be bringing nearly everything we would need, including fridge, couch, washing machine, but there is always room for more. Please get in touch if you're on the same page and let's chat!

I am a very clean and tindy person, I prefer modern spaces and like things to be in order! I am very friendly, and respectful, also very easy going and open to chat! Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I currently work days and nights but I am trying to get rid of the nights so you will see me in the future. I need a quiet home as I do some work from home. I will need to live with people that aren't home on weekdays (or are very quiet if they are). I love peace, quiet and sleep so I'm after a quiet location where I can sleep any time - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by, and no noisy neighbours or dogs barking. If you have a dog it must be very quiet. The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also have a lot of belongings so need some storage - shed/cupboard/spare room For housemates, 20s and 30s is good. I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures. I think 2-3 people is enough. My budget of $300/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers or dogs. Internet is essential. I will consider more areas than I have listed Cat-friendly would be a bonus. I would like to have my own cat but will consider sharing yours. When I'm home I like to watch tv/movies and play video/board games. My own bathroom would be perfect but maybe I'm asking for too much now. I have to give 3 weeks notice.
Hi there, We are a friendly and easy going German/Australian couple looking for a nice room or studio to rent, must have own bathroom! Preferably anywhere along the T4 train line south of Wolli Creek. We are not much of party goers but like to go on weekend adventures if we have the time. When we are at home we prefer some privacy and quiet time but won't say no to a chat here and there ;) We are both very tidy and clean and know how to treat other people's property respectfully!
Previously residing in Gold Coast, have just relocated to Sydney. Prefer the Sutherland Shire, St. George areas. Keen for a team up or share with existing residents. Prefer only one or two flatmates max. Guys or Gals, any nationality, orientation, religion etc and otherwise is not an issue for me. Available the first week of February. Willing to pay $250/w max. including all bills. 41yo Father of two (my children live with their Mother in Sutherland Shire), so looking for somewhere close to them. Bonus if you are cool with children visiting on weekends and school holidays. They are very well mannered (when fast asleep, I joke. They truly are). I am a quiet man whom prefers and respects privacy. I admire and appreciate cleanliness. A vegan that doesn't preach or judge (you won't hear about it unless you ask me about it) and I don't freak out at the sight of meat. Non smoker. I enjoy diving, mountain biking and climbing. I'm a keen video gamer. Must have internet available, lol. Seeking long term residence within the right circumstances 12+ months. I have a good rental history. Handy around the home. Very neat and tidy. Currently seeking employment in Sydney. Have lived and worked in Sydney previously (about 15 years). Cashed up to see me through a few quiet months if there is any concern regarding my end of the rent/bills and willing to pay in advance.
Hi! I'm a 22 year old nursing student, disability support worker and small design business owner. Random mix I know but these attributes make me caring and house proud! After a place to call home for a year or so, with good company and permanent relationships being a plus. Not huge on the party scene but I'll share a drink or two with you on occasion. I love animals and will always choose them over humans, but in this case they can't split rent, so you'll do ;) I'm a real good mix of things, love the ocean and surfing, binging series and a bit of a nerdy gamer, artist and creator and really into fitness and my sport so I think I'd fit pretty well anywhere. I make a killer rice pudding, so if that suits your taste buds I'm your gal. Anything in Cronulla is preferred, but Miranda, kirawee and Sutherland shortly follow. Look forward to hearing from potential room mates!
I'm easy going and have a good sense of humour. I don't let the little things bug me - life's too short to worry about petty stuff. I'm a writer so I will move into phases where I immerse myself in my work and pop out the other end, a tad dazed and confused but desperate for sunshine and a decent coffee. Moving into film, which is equally scary and exciting. I am really social and love meeting new people but I'm also an introvert and need my downtime to recharge. Happy to live with a female or male. I don't have pets but am more than happy to have animals around. Feel free to make contact if you think your place is a good fit, even if it's not in the suburbs listed as it may just be the beautiful gem I'm hoping to find.
Hi, I'm a busy creative person coming to Sydney to make a film and am looking to share for about 6-9 months. This is my career change to finally do what I love. Am health conscious, don't smoke or drink. Am kind and considerate.
