Hi there, In a nutshell, I work full time and in my spare time I like to keep busy - I love to cook, run, go to the gym, beach, outdoors, read, shop, get creative, enjoy wine and cheese, Netflix and a face mask, movies, talking, laughing and eating. All of the normal stuff. I think I’m pretty easy to get along with, I love a chat and I am okay to hang out but would also be respectful of space. I think that’s it? :-)
Hi, I am self funded and work from home. Looking for a large bedroom to work from. I eat healthy, run and lift weights 6 days a week. I am very easy going, love to dine out on Saturday nights and drink a bottle of red or two. Definitely not 3!!! Not good, for obvious reasons. If you are not a clean, tidy and hygienic person I am definitely not the house mate for you. I basically just do my own thing but happy to hang out and socialize as well. I am very easy going and reserved at first but once you get to know me, you will need a sock to shut me up. Dynamics of the house does not bother me, I just go with the flow.
Looking for my forever home 🤞 I'm a pretty chilled/ geeky person who will make you laugh 😂 I love Harry Potter, Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Dr Who, Stranger Things, the list goes on. I'm a neat and tidy person who loves cleaning! I have a cute succulent collection and enjoy gardening. I love to cook and love making sweet treats! I keep active and am currently attending TAFE 3 days a week until the end of the year. I love playing bingo at wests mayfield and would love a bingo buddy! 🤣 I'm currently paying $170 a week at my current accommodation. I have been here for about 2 years, never missed a payment. Can get rental refences if needed. I have a 10 year old that stays with me in the holidays. He is really chilled If you have any questions feel free to ask 🙂
Hi, I’m 26 looking for a place somewhere in or around Newcastle when I start work full-time mid August. I’m super easy to get along with, a bit quirky and enjoy good conversation. I cook, bake, can’t surf and attempt to stay healthy with wine and cheese on the side. Looking for a house share with like minded people. Get in touch :)
Hi, i am a professional looking to team up and create a great home to live in. I am coming home from 12months working away. I love the beach so would prefer to live close, either Stockton or Newcastle. Ideally I would like to rent a larger home so there is additional space for an office or work area with one other person. I work long hours and love to come home to a wine and relax. Also into yoga, cooking, diving and travelling. Look forward to hearing from my future room mate.
Hi! I'm Kate, initially from Newcastle, and wanting to return after 12 months living in QLD. It's important to me that I find the right fit when it comes to my home / sanctuary. As such, I'll try to provide a little detail about myself and my circumstances. It is just myself and my dog, Asha - a small, gentle and well behaved Kelpie x (rescue dog). She loves friends, canine or feline, and although it's by no means necessary, she'd absolutely love another friend to play with at home. I work full time, and with my office being right in town, I'd really like to find somewhere I'm able to ride my bike or walk to work. My time off would mainly involve markets, beach days, hiking, road trips ect. My ideal situation would consist of my own bathroom - I am absolutely open to options though, and happy to chat to any potential flatmates about how to make things work. I have a solid rental history and can provide police checks etc. I'm a very easy going, happy, healthy, house proud person. I've a good heart, and I've always ended up calling any previous flat mate a friend. If you feel we might work well together, please feel welcome to get in touch :)
Hey, I'm a 25 year old recently graduate Electrical Engineer. I studied at the University of Newcastle and have lived in the Maitland area all my life. I work full time in Hexham which really consumes most my weekday activities. I like to consider myself as an active person , I try and make it to the gym after work and I like to make the most of my weekend by getting out and about. Throughout Uni I worked as a Barista in Newcastle, so i do love my coffee and still make my own for friends and myself. I have come from a rental with friends, so I understand that some days you just wanna come home and be alone, but I am more the happy and prefer a household where we can chat, be a little sociable and have a beer/wine/cheese. I can be quite a "nerdy" person, I play games on my PC most afternoons, or will lounge around with my switch. I don't bring any parties to the house unless its for board games, of which i have a lot. Finally, I am in a relationship but have always been respectful about stay overs and respecting the housemates first, knowing its their space as well. Thanks guys, feel free to message me i generally will reply pretty promptly.
Hi there 😊 I’m Alesha and I’m looking for a place to call home in newy. I work full time, study part time and enjoy keeping fit and active. I’m pretty quiet during the week and on weekends I spend a lot of time at the beach (in summer), out with friends or studying. Would love to find housemates that would become friends to enjoy a wine or two and a movie night with every now and again! I’m tidy, respectful of others and overall pretty easy going 😊
Hi! I’m Emmah, 21 and from Port Stephens/Newcastle and currently working full-time in retail. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, friends, or just chilling in my own company!! I have a pet dog, (though she is not likely going to move with me). Ideally, I am looking to rent a room in a share house, preferably unfurnished, with a stay of at least 6-12 months. Also open to a team up if the right opportunity arrises!
