Currently on the Central Coast , looking to move to Newcastle in June/July as Im studying Physio and working part time in Newcastle. I'm easy going, respectful and clean and don't mind an occasional wine or two.
Hey 🙋🏻 I'm Kim, I am 23 years old have relocated from Dubbo about a year ago. I work full time at an employment agency. I mostly keep to myself and If i'm not at home I'm at a friends place. I am not so much a partier but I do love A casual drink on a hot summer arvo! I'm not looking for just a "room" but more of the homely lifestyle, wanting to live with people who could potentially become long life friends. I have a fun bubbly personality and am easy to get along with. I am clean and tidy person.. If I seem like your new roomie, hit me up I love meeting new people. I am looking to be moved by the end of June as the house I am currently in is getting sold. I can provide references also :) IF YOU LIVE IN - TINGAIRA HEIGHTS, BIRMINGHAM GARDENS & SHORTLAND DO NOT MESSAGE ME AS I WONT LIVE IN THOSE AREAS ALSO IF THERE IS MORE THEN 3 PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE DONT MESSAGE ME SORRY! :) :) :) Look forward from hearing from you!
Friendly, adaptable full time student looking for a place in between the beach and uni. Pretty neat and tidy, happy to help chip in with the chores and always down for some quiet drinks. Half Australian/Thai, I have spent a few years growing up in Singapore. I'm pretty relaxed, outgoing and I love spending time in the surf.
I'm needing to move for my uni prac (currently in Armidale) My prac starts in July but I'm wanting to be settled in somewhere by June. I'm not a typical party student but I do love going out for dinner/drinks plus just chilling around the house. I absolutely love baking and I do make some mean brownies, banana bread and a quality lemon meringue pie!! I'm super respectful of privacy but also up for a chat and adventures! I've been out of home for 4 years so I know how to keep a tidy house, clean and look after myself. So I'm looking for a room with the budget of $150-60 which includes bills or around $110-30 which just covers rent.
I am a young, professional and soon to be moving to Newcastle City. As I will be working full-time in the city, it would be ideal to be living close to work. Having lived in shared accommodation previously, I understand way of living together and known to be clean, tidy, friendly and respectful to others in the home.
oh haaaaay friends. Thanks for checking this out. Im great to live with because I am friendly and easy going and have been doing it for ages! - I do sometimes think Id like to have my own place to let my indoor plants free and crank the records up - but i think id miss the company. Im busy enough that you won't see me all the time, but happy to have a catch up and share a couple of wines when you do! I work in health - am moving for the job from interstate. Love the beach. Am trying to learn spanish for about the 4th time, and similar story with surfing. Han :) P.S flexible on move date and lease term if right thing comes along
Hey! I’m 26 and a full time worker (steady income- check!). Looking for a homely share house with a social vibe but not party central. I’m an outdoorsy person- you’ll find me living at the beach when the weather is fine. Also into yoga, reading, bush walking and an avid consumer of media in general (come at me Netflix). I’m always down for a chat/laugh/bev (caffeinated or otherwise) but value personal space. I’m clean and tidy but not over the top about it. If all this sounds like your cup of tea- let me know!
Hi I'm Leesa, I'm looking for a new place to call home. Some information about me: I am an active job seeker, transitioning into the workforce after completing Diploma studies. I am quiet, respectful, clean, and down to earth. I enjoy meeting new people and sharing common interests. I enjoy cooking, listening to music, going out for coffee, going to the movies and I love the beach. I have an 8 year old well behaved tortoiseshell, I have had her from when she was a kitten and she's a great little companion.
I'm moving from Sydney to Newcastle at the beginning of July to study a Bachelor of Communications at Newcastle Uni. I'm hoping to find a small sharehouse that is preferably close to Darby st area.
Looking for two housemates to join a new share house in Newcastle! - Bills to be split evenly - Happy to discuss/split internet options About us: We are a fun, social and outgoing couple both aged 24. We are both working professionals working in the Newcastle area and in our spare time we enjoy travelling, camping, being outdoors, meeting new people and socialising. We enjoy hanging out together and also separate and we are definitely not the clingy couple that you wouldn't want to share a place with! We will also be bringing a young, trained and fun puppy with us that you're more than welcome to love and walk and play with, but unfortunately cannot take on any more pets. About you: We are looking for two house mates who are easy going, preferably working full time but students are also welcome to contact us too. We definitely like to socialise and enjoy a few drinks but we are not looking for a wild party house. If you're interested, please reply with a bit about yourself including age, interests, what you do for work and we can arrange to meet for a coffee and a chat :) Cheers, Jess and Jai
I'm a diesel mechanic in the mines at boggabri, and work an even time roster so I would be coming and going week by week. I'm a really easy person to get along with, and out going. Would be happy to meet up with some new people and be shown around Newcastle. I'm in to sports, cars, the beach and hanging out with friends. I'm a tidy person and would be very easy to live with.
I enjoy living comfortably and the finer things in life. Gym, foodie, travel, fashion. I am quiet to live with and behave maturely. Own car 🚗 And personal belongings. I have a dog Wallace he is very well behaved and everyone loves him, would love a bit of yard for him.
Hi I'm Ally - I'm a 21 year old HR professional who is originally from the hunter valley. Before I finished my degree and got into HR I worked in a cellar door in the hunter so I obviously love a wine and good food. I also like to keep fit and healthy and I am relatively neat!
