Looking for a pet friendly private room! I have a 3 month old German Shepherd x Labrador puppy, he's pretty well behaved. Toilet trained, comes when called, doesn't bark, and he can sit. I turn 18 in July, will hopefully be moving sometime this month. I'm pretty chill, go to TAFE 2 days a week - doing a certificate IV in Community Services. I also work at Domino's 4 days a week. I am gay (and have a girlfriend) - so hopefully this won't be an issue. I love music and art, and will listen to pretty much anything. I also love live music and go to a fair few concerts. Though I am young - I am mature, responsible, clean and tidy. Not a big partier - and I don't smoke or heavily drink. Looking to live anywhere in the Sydney area. Hoping for easygoing flatmates, that don't mind a chat every now and then.
I am Caterine, 26, PhD student at the University of Newcastle. I am from Brazil and I am a very tidy person (I clean when I am bored). I am quiet and easy going and I usually become friends with my housemates. =) My boyfriend, got me a puppy and he is 6 months now (he is quite big though) but he is not trouble at all. He is actually adorable and everyone just loves him! His name is Ross and he is a Golden Retriever cross White Shepherd. Ross does not chew things inside the house as most of puppies do and I am training him (he does not pee inside and does not bark unless when playing). He eats veggies though, so if you have a garden full of veggies, it would be a problem for us. I am looking for a place that would accept me and my cute Ross!
Hey ya'll! I come along with a book collection and a history of kick ass cleanliness! If you ever ask what I'm up to there's always something going on whether I'm at circus, cheer-leading, running just because! I plan on starting up some study again (thinking most likely a diploma of fitness) and I like to think I can be adult seeing as I'm the kinda-gym coordinator at Spring-loaded. The only faults I'd have to pick are that I'm up pretty early in the mornings and bed pretty late at night!
I'm a 23yo recent engineering graduate moving to Newcastle for work from Sydney. I like being busy, I'll be working full time I will no doubt be at the gym in the afternoon. Other than that I'm pretty social person and will pretty much talk to anyone, real chatter. Love going out meeting new people, dinner, drinks, coffee, whatever. Also love pets and being active, getting outdoors. Looking for a place with a lock up garage.
Hey there! My name is Lauren Emery and i am in need of a room for rent. I am a really chilled out person and absolutely love music. I am currently up on the gold coast as i had to move back to help out my parents but will be coming back down on the 5th or 12th of July and was hoping to jump straight into a room as i didn't really want to get a hotel in the meantime of looking for somewhere. I have a full time job that i will be starting as soon as i get down there in traffic control so work is not an issue for me. I do enjoy a drink or two when i get the chance and stuffing my face with amazing food, i also love my Xbox as i am a closet nerd (the cool kind haha.) I always pay rent in advance and always pay everything on time, I have a really good rental history just don't know if i would get approved on an application form as I am not working until I get down there. I love all animals so wouldn't mind a bit if you had a family pet, I have lived in shared houses before so I know how to be mindful of other people and respect your privacy as well. I am hoping to find more of a home where we don't hide in our rooms and ignore each other. I love meeting new people, going to new restaurants and everything! If you are interested in me moving in i would love to hear back from you! Cheers!
Hi, I'm Jen. I'm a warm, positive, responsible, proactive individual looking for a new place to call home. I'm 35 and work in a variety of fields in part time positions doing business admin & in a freelance capacity in Event Management & the Arts. I enjoy sharing good, healthy food & meal times, a vino & vibrant conversation with those I live with & honour the space we all need to be happy. I have a passion for yoga, dance, art, authenticity, expression & expanding my inner & outer worlds whenever possible. I've just returned to my home town of Newcastle after over a decade away of job pursuits & adventure. I’m happy to be back & closer to friends, family & the beach. I’ve lived in large share houses & in duo’s, both have their pro’s & con’s – but the right mix is essential for a happy house. Space is important to me, inside & out, so no small apartments will cut the mustard. I've got furniture & appliances to contribute to the house & I'm completely house trained (am a bit of a handy-woman & even come with tools to help with odd jobs around the house). I enjoy living with mature, clean, positive & professional adults with a secure disposition that have their work⁄life⁄fun balance down pat. I've got a super friendly, indoor 13yr old female tabby cat. She's awesome company, spends most of the time sleeping on my bed & is a real gem of a furry friend, you're going to love her. I'm hoping to share space with conscious, connected people that want to create a home, not just a house to live in. Art is my life blood so a space to create is also a must in my new abode (perhaps the garage or a sunroom for example), I know the perfect home is out there! Look forward to meeting you Chat soon Jen
Im a warm, friendly and bubbly person. Quite active and very social. Love a beer and a chat, interested in the arts, traveling, socializing enjoying life! I work full time in Construction Management and Property Development. I'm great to live with because I am easy going, considerate and respectful of others and the property. Looking forward to moving in with fun and friendly people. Yes I smoke, but never inside and always collect my rubbish. I do hope that I will not be discriminated against on account of this as.
~ Sydney uni student starting an internship in Newcastle ~ I'm a uni student from Sydney moving to Newcastle for 6 months for an engineering internship. I'm from up the coast originally. For the last 4 years, I've been living in sharehouses and student accommodation in Sydney... meaning I'm well-versed in the art of: flatmate banter/holding on whilst the bathroom's in use/tetris to maximise fridge space/cleaning up after myself, and related skills :P Bit of a cliché, but I'm very easy-going and friendly. Looking for a place with decent people, possibly also young/students, with whom I can get along with. I generally cook for moi, motivated by my affinity for carbs and faint past as a stingy 1st yr student. Nevertheless, I don't shy from a chat/chill/chai with roomies. I like hanging out with friends, I go for a run here and there, and like listening to music (dw, no blasting out loud). I'll be working Mon-Fri, and chilling out some of the other time. I'm pretty clean. Never lived in Newcastle, but I'm looking forward to it! Go the Knights!
Dave is an Aussie from Fremantle, W.A. and I am an American from Chicago. We are just getting done with a year long trip around Australia and a trip to Japan. I guess you could say we like to travel. We are relocating from Fremantle to Newcastle and would love some chill people to live with while we get sorted. We are pretty easy going, enjoy our own time as well as socializing and Dave is always down for a surf. We are thinking six months at least and then go from there.
G'Day! I'm 23 and just finished my degree in Communication Design in Melbourne. I'm hoping to chase the warmth and head up to Newcastle to meet some new people and experience a bit of a sea change. I'm planning to head up around July-August. I love the beach, skating, soccer, exercise, exploring, road tripping and the odd frosty or two on a hot day. I'm a pretty easy going guy, clean, sociable but also enjoy time to myself to unwind and relax.
Hi, I am a 28-year-old studying a Bachelor of Nursing full time and working part time as an AIN Nurse and in the army reserves. I am a pretty quiet and considerate housemate, I enjoy a little socialisation and hanging out with housemates here and there but mostly my study and work keep me pretty occupied. I enjoy carpentry and am pretty handy around the house.
Hello! I'm looking for some good housemates to move in with. Ideally people who don't mind hanging out, sharing meals, keeping a clean joint and nipping down to a bar every now and then. I'm into film photography, bike touring, surfing and hiking. Please get in touch if you're looking for a housemate! :)
Hi there, very good friends, easy going, easy to get along with, happy to stay in and hang with housemates, also happy to go out, we like cooking home cooked meals, both tidy people, I like to clean or bake when bored, I am a part time/full time beauty therapist and Brady has a full time/part time office job with aami
