My name is Alicia, i’m 24 and from Canada. I just graduated University in Landscape Architecture and i’m in Australia on a working holiday visa. Just moved to Newcastle and looking for some work and a place to stay for about 3-4months! I’m very friendly, tidy and easygoing. I enjoy cooking for myself and for others, I also play a little guitar and enjoy painting. I'm very active also. I forward to hearing from you. Cheers!
20 yo. ~ part-time uni student ~ part-time waitress. Looking for a homey feel close enough to the ocean and town and kind people to share a home with. I’m no partier but always love a good time. I’m just definitely more refined to the casual-beers-at-home-amongst-friends thing. Cheese platters are very good too. let me know if you’re interested, would love to hear from you.
Yo! I’m Josh and I’m 23 years old. I’ve just moved up to Newcastle from Melbourne in the last 2 months. I work full time in the railways and also study on top which is all home based. Between work and studying I’m kept pretty busy but aside from that I’m a pretty lively person. I love cooking good food with people, taking care of a garden (if there is one!), hanging out with a drink and surfing or just going to the beach. I do consider myself quite respectful and very considerate of other people I’m living with, who I like to spend time with while I’m not too busy!
Hello! We're a young (23 & 26) working couple looking for a room around Merewether and Cooks Hill area. We're both super social and are after some like minded housemates in a house near the beach. Some things we like to get up to that keep us sane include surfing, playing/listening to music and hitting up great food and bar joints. We're not the kind of couple to just keep to ourselves, we're used to living with people we can hangout, watch movies or have drinks with when we're all around, so our non-negotiables are social and tidy housemates like ourselves, and a place that's near the beach. Unfortunately our landlord is selling so we're looking to move asap. I know that some people are skeptical about renting to couples but we're really chilled and great to live, which our current housemates can attest to with a reference if you like! If we sound alright and you have a room available that would suit our description then feel free to send us a message. The closer to the beach the more bonus points! Alexandra and Johan
Hola, I'm Brielle I'm moving to Newcastle for work and am currently applying for 2-3 bedroom homes and apartments that are around the $400 per week mark in the Newcastle area. I've been living out of home and on my own for the past 3 years, I have my own furniture and internet. I'm currently looking for someone who would be interested in moving in with me and sharing the rent! If this sounds like you, please contact me via email - I'm a friendly working professional in my 20's (wise beyond my years) super respectful of people's privacy as I love my own alone time but am also quite a social butterfly so I would love a flat mate who's up for the occasional drink, platter and banter. In my spare time I love going for ocean swims, doing yoga and meditations, having a drink, catching up with fam and friends, watering my plants.. napping... the list goes on. I'm super tidy and respectful and I love being able to come home to a clean, happy and calm environment
Very easy going, just looking for a nice room in Terrigal or Newcastle. I work as a clinical specialist/ biomedical engineer (essentially assist in the operating theatre) covering hospitals in the central coast and newcastle. I enjoy the beach, summer and afternoon beers. Cheers Lachy
** I’ve found a cute and cheap place in Adamstown I’d like to apply for, it’s just off Glebe road so a straight run to the beach.. hit me up if you’re interested in applying with me!! Hi! I'm a full time art student - starting degree in Natural History Illustration this year at UON.. and work weekends in retail. Long term preferred. not a big party person, being 30(ish) i prefer red wine and cheese platters to beer bongs, but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard and a cheeky night out once in a while. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selection are dinners of champions who can't be bothered with real food. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. quite happy to be anywhere on the scale of keeping to ourselves or becoming BFF's. Although I don’t really know anyone up here yet, so friendly roomies willing to go on walking/driving adventures with me and my camera would be wonderful. i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, v. small. she kinda hates everyone (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. spends most of her time asleep in the shade or on my bed at night. If i can give her access outside via a window in my room she's likely to not ever venture into other parts of the house. not a clean freak so I’m not going to lose the plot if you leave a dish out for a day but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
Hey I'm Billy. I'm a full time demo worker, I'm a fun and easy going person that doesn't mind a social drink on the weekend with friends. But am also happy to chill out and watch a movie or two. I also like to keep a tidy house and respect others privacy. I also love to cook.
I'm a full-time Master of Clinical Psychology student. I am currently looking for 6 months+ accommodation around the Newcastle area. I am friendly, clean, organised, enjoy the beach, outdoors and fitness, and don't mind a cheeky wine in the evenings! Not keen on moving into a party house, but do enjoy socialising on the weekend. Cheers!
Hey guys! My name is Paige and I'm looking for a room to rent! I work part time and love to travel. Pretty relaxed, open minded person but also very tidy and respect others. Always love meeting new people and enjoy heading out on Sunday afternoons ☺️ Any questions feel free to ask Thanks ✨
Hi, I have two jobs - working full time through the week, and on Friday and Saturday nights. I am clean, tidy, friendly, down to Earth, enjoy socialising but also like my own space. I enjoy reading, watching movies, yoga, I go to bootcamp, and like to have a social drink. Pretty laid back. Not noisy but not a hermit either! seeking a home with my own bathroom/ensuite about $200 per week incl bills and specifically around newcastle city.. Maryville, The junction, Cooks hill, merewether etc
I’m tidy and friendly and will always make an effort to ensure everyone is kept happy. I go to great lengths to help people. I keep my environment clean and take pride in myself and my house. Only looking to move out as I live far from work at this point and would like to gain something closer and more convenient
im a easy going very chilled clean aussie bloke who can look after himself, moving to swansea area to get a new job and a fresh start, already lookibg and enquiring about work, have my own labour business so can always rely on that to keep cash flow coming. likes a beer and the simple things in life like the beach.
I’m a grown up female woman. I will more than happily clean, I cook and I like to keep a safe, harmonious and quiet during the week environment to co- exsist in. I work weekends but I totally understand everyone has to have fun! I am an English and writing Major at uni and I ride a bike so I don’t need a parking space. I work in town so ideally would like somewhere close to that if I can.
I've been living out of home for 3 years now so I have finally mastered the art of surviving as an adult, I am easy to get along with and am happy to have a chat and a few drinks or do my own thing in my room. I'm in my final year of uni so I will spend a lot of time studying so will be out of your way and I like to procrastinate by cooking or cleaning, I also work as a cleaner so I like to keep things clean around the house.
I am a 22 yo accountant working full time in Newcastle. I enjoy spending my time doing various sporting and keeping fit, including Surf Life Saving and Ultimate Frisbee. I am also currently studying for my post-graduate diploma. I am looking for clean and tidy housemates who are both social but enjoy their own downtime.
Edit: looking for 1 more person! Currently looking for a new place for when my lease runs up at the very start of April. Although I’m 18, I have lived out of home for nearly 3 years now and have sufficient rental history to be accepted for a new lease. I’m laid back, love to party on the weekends and work 3 jobs so I’m busy/out of the house most of the time. Looking for some laid back people to flat with, who are social, and happy to enjoy some nights in with cheese, wine, Netflix and banter. I also own some furniture so more than happy to contribute this to the house. Please message me if interested in teaming up or looking for someone to fill a room x
Hi there I’m an easy going tidy person. Healthy living, love outdoors and have interests in poetry art movies dining and walks. Occasional glass of wine. Love cooking. I’m moving to the area soon and prefer to rent close to the city beaches and cafes and transport. Looking to connect with another person who may like to share. I’m a bit introverted I suppose but sociable too. I work in mental health. Please feel free to text me
I am looking for a clean and quiet house for me and my partner that we can go home to after a tired day at work. We are both working professionals. We are seeking a quiet home and a nice kitchen to cook, willing to help with chores around the house.
