I am a 26-year-old male looking to find a room/studio in the Newcastle region for the next six months to year. I am a considerate individual who respects shared and personal space, as well as maintaining a clean shared living area. As a professional in my field I spend some of my free time studying and building my professional development, but also enjoy being very social and enjoying my down time playing competitive sports, travelling, and catching up with friends. I am a social drinker on the weekends, however spend most of them in Sydney for Sports. I am looking to move into a residence with like minded, easy going people.
I am a 19 year old apprentice beautician who is respectful of others and I know what it is like to live in a share house environment. I am clean and tidy and very easy to get along with. I like cooking, watching movies and going to music gigs. ps I don't smoke but do not have a problem with others smoking.
Hello! I'm 19 yo professional and am pretty tidy, quiet and like my own space but I would like to have friends over for dinners/drinks etc. I also shift between Newcastle and Byron, so I probably won't be home for a few weeks at a time. I enjoy going out to gigs when not at work. I also enjoy drinking beer and go to the gym when I can be bothered to! I have a 5 star rating on Uber too!!!
Hi, 32yr old professional working full time, enjoy weekends getting out an about in the day and catching up w friends for dinner/drinks at night but not looking for party house.
Hi there! My name is Bronte and I am looking for a new place to call home in central Newcastle. I work full time in media and consider myself a very sociable person outside of working hours. I love wine (I used to make it!) as well as good food and love meeting new people. I am very respectful of others space and am very sure to clean up after myself. If you think I would fit into your household environment please don't hesitate to contact me! I hope to hear from you!
Hi I'm Martin, I'm a 21 year old physiotherapy student at UoN. Looking for a room nearby so I can stop commuting from the coast. I'm clean, reliable and social, but also like to do my own thing.
Hi, my name is James. I've just moved back to Newcastle after living in Cairns for the past 18 months. I work as a radiographer. I am clean, tidy, and respectful of noise and other's space. I am sociable, very laid back, and like to keep active. I am looking to share with some professionals who are tidy but also laid back. Interests include beach, travel, scuba, fitness.
Hey prospective housemate, I am a current PhD student at the University of Newcastle. Originally from India and am looking for a place to shift to by the end of the year when my current contract ends. Shy at first but very easy to get along with. I also keep to myself every now and then so I wont be one of those pestering housemates :-p. I love to travel, watch movies / tv shows (any GOT fans?), cooking, enjoying a couple of drinks and spontaneous plans! I'm looking for a room to rent around $200-$250 with potentially all bills and WiFi (high speed) included. I like to keep things/house very clean hence would be willing to help out with the keep up of the house as and when required. Hope to find someone and of similar like and interests. Feel free to drop me a message and we can organize a time to catch up and discuss further! Cheers!! Anish
Hey guys, I am Brodie, I am a 22 year old Youth Worker. I enjoy the beach and enjoying the sunshine. I like to have drinks every now and then but am definitely not a big partier. I don't mind having gatherings sometimes though :) I am mostly home during the day and enjoy reading and watching Netflix. On the weekends I am working but when I am not working I like a sneaky wine or beer and socialising! I am happy to move out with someone who is like-minded, tidy and relaxed. I am happy to meet new people and to have your friends over too :) I have a boyfriend who will be around mostly on the weekends :)
I'm Erin, I'm almost 20 years old (in December), I study a bacehlor of Social Work full-time and although I'm currently unemployed I am looking for work. I've lived out of home for over a year now. Hey, I'm looking for a room preferably in a great sharehouse.. not a mediocre one. To give you some background on me - I'm currently staying at a family friends place in Hamilton after moving back from living in the UK. I've previously lived in Newcastle while I was studying a social science degree so I've got quite a few friends in the area and like to stay busy. I am currently working full time 9 - 5 in a government job and studying a masters of public health part time. I've lived for 7 years in share houses so I know how to live respectfully and communally and I enjoy meeting new people. Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Lauren.
Ahoy! What you got here is a man who works full time as a mechanic in town. Pretty easy, no dramas at all, living active doin a lil bit of basketball, road biking, running and volunteering. There will be plenty of laughs if you find my humor funny at all. I do appreciate the idea of respect and cleanliness. Not a player so Id prefer longer arrangements. You can figure the rest later. Holla at me. Lemo
I'm not only funny and will care about my future housemate a whole bunch, I have this thing with clean kitchens and bathrooms. I work and study in hospitality and generally do 5 night shifts a week. However, on the precious nights off I do get, I like to have a few drinks (maybe a bottle of wine). And on mornings where I don't snooze my alarm 500 times, I like going to yoga or for a nice walk. Ideally looking to live with one other person who has good music taste, eats good food, and is an all rounded good person. I moved back in with my family about 6 months ago to save some dollars, but I need my independence back (help me)!

Hello! I'm Jess, 19 years old and currently looking for a place for my husky puppy and I, as we are relocating to Newcastle. Ellie, my husky, is an active and friendly 8 month old husky who loves a cuddle and adores attention. I'm looking to get a transfer with work as soon as possible and moving up at the start of next month. I often keep to myself. I'm not a big drinker and when I'm not working, I'm often out of the house with friends. I'm very friendly and respectful towards others space and belongings.
I moved up to Newcastle from Goulburn NSW about three months ago and would like to move into a share house or something along those lines very soon. I'm a hairdresser and makeup artist by trade but am working as a barber. I'm super easy to get along with, very clean and organised, quite out going and lots of fun to be around. A very positive person that is very respectful of others around me. I love good music and chilling out with rad people. I'm just a super happy kid! 😊
Hey :) I’m currently looking for the some roommate(s) to start a new share house or if you've got a room on offer a new place to call home. For the most part, my week is made up studying and working. When I am not busy with those two commitments you’ll usually find me at the beach, the gym, a cafe, watching documentaries, playing sports (most likely encouraging you to join me), sharing random facts with you and exploring new places. I’m after somewhere that is pet friendly as I’ve got a fully house trained rescued fur ball coming with me, she just naps all day. I’ve rented since I was 19 so I’m aware of how it all works 🙂. As a housemate I’m fun, clean and respectful. I’m all for spaces that are homey not just a rented space. I have a fridge , portable veggie garden , few kitchen things and some plants 🙂 -Sen!
Hi, I moved to Newcastle from Sydney 2 years ago. I am currently living in Hamilton but circumstances have changed and would like a fresh start. Would love to live with a genuine friendly girl maybe 2 others who likes a night out but also loves a good night in too. A semi retired party'er like me ha! I like a clean house but I think a warm welcoming home is more important. If you like the sound of this then message me. Thanks. Clare
Hey my name is Brooke I'm 26 and I'm finally ready to move out of home. Im a very out going person, easy to get along with, clean and tidy. I work in hospitality. So I work most nights and till 4am every weekend. I enjoy staying healthy and love going to the beach. Very respectful of others. I would prefer to live with 1 or 2 people max. I also dislike cats. I don't have a exact move date. If you would like to know anything else just shoot me a message, cheers
Love to laugh, very easy going. I love the out doors, hiking, biking and camping. Love music and slightly artistic. Currently working 9-6, I like a good chin wag aswell as doing my own thing. Neat and tidy, decent in the kitchen and always up for beer, pizza and Decent movie. Looking to move back into Newcastle after living and travelling overseas, would love to find some roomies that don't mind a schnitty at the pub now and then and chilling at home after work.
Hi potential house buddy, I recently moved from Mornington Peninsula (Vic) to Newcastle for work. Fun, friendly, down to earth, young for age and handy in the kitchen so maybe we'll share the odd dinner together. Will be away 1-2 nights a week with work. Enjoy a good red and banter and will be outdoors (diving and/or sailing and/or kayaking) on weekends, and away say 50% weekends. Currently friendless locally but it doesn't take long via the sailing/diving scene. I am moving into a furnished apartment at Stockton on 18 Aug 2017 which is booked for 4 weeks but happy to move into a more permanent abode anytime in September. My housemates would be a bit older than the average person on this site, say 35+, and friendly, working and active (not a total home bod). Ideally the pad will be close to the water and cafes and mid-up market and more likely a house than a unit. Outlook is important so a view and/or garden is important. Have most of the kitchen stuff and lots of toys (kayak, dive gear, fishing gear, outdoor stuff). I have culled most of the furniture as part of a fresh start strategy and happy to chip in a few K to help deck out the pad. Ideally looking for a spacious existing home or a team up with 1-2 compatible prof/semi prof people and get a place. Hopefully speak soon, cheers Kieran
