Hey! I'm a super clean & reliable, health conscious person who enjoys fitness; not into partying although I am a social person when it comes to outdoor activities. I don't drink. I love cooking. I surf & skate & am not home much because I enjoy being outdoors. I study at UON and work part-time. Looking for somewhere close to Bar Beach or Newcastle East beaches (within walking distance). Looking to move anytime in mid to late Feb preferably the week starting the 27th but can move earlier if I find the right place :) Message me if you think your place sounds fitting (preferably in Newcastle East, Cooks Hill, The Hill, Bar beach, Newcastle.)
Hi! I'm a full time art student and work weekends. 6 months+ is preferable but short term is ok until i find something long term This move has sprung on me rather quickly so i will have bond, but only when i get it back from my current place (our lease ends 27th jan) I love to cook (so theres always yummy leftovers because portion control is for suckers) not a big party person (being 30 i prefer red wine and cheese platters to beer bongs) but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard and a cheeky night out once in a while. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selection are dinners of champions who can't be bothered with real food. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. quite happy to be anywhere on the scale of keeping to ourselves or becoming BFF's. (although some sort of happy interaction is pleasant and i'll be new to the area so friendly locals are always a nice find) i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, v. small. she kinda hates everyone (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. spends most of her time asleep in the shade or on my bed at night. not a clean freak but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
Hey everyone, Frances and I are two laid back, relaxed and friendly people. We like being active/playing sport and having fun! We both work part time and study, love to travel and try new things. We enjoy a drink or two on occasion, but we aren't looking for a party house. We have both lived in share houses before, so we understand the importance of being (reasonably) tidy, respecting boundaries and not being ridiculously loud at 3am :P Looking to make some like minded friends, not just housemates! We are happy to add a third person and look for a house or to move into a share house with two available rooms :) Cheers, Frances and Sheridan
Elisabeth I've been home hunting for sweet units in the cbd or in near of newcastle and I'd love to share it with. I'm a health professional -so you probably see me come and go. Hehe.I Do need an ensuite and secure lock up. Looking for commited fun roomies.. for further info. Msg me xx
Hi. I'm Leesa. I've been renting by myself for 4 years now, but I'm looking for something different. I'm currently looking for work and in the meantime, do volunteer work. I would like to share a house with some flatmates that I can call friends and share common interests with. I'm honest, reliable, clean, respectful, a non-smoker and non-drinker. I enjoy listening to music, going out for coffee, going to the markets, movies and I love the beach. I have a cat, who is a short-haired domestic tortoiseshell, she has a beautiful nature and I'm looking for a place that enjoys her company as much as I do. I look forward to hearing from you.

Casual, easy to get along with bloke who is heading back to Newcastle to finish his study. Looking for a place that will allow a small dog. Not one to go out a lot so you won't have to worry about me getting home all hours of the night every weekend. Gym work and study with some chill out time is basically how I work.
Im African 22, I enjoy a laid back, friendly and sociable household. I'm studying full time and working part-time with NSW Health. I also do Uber driving whenever I feel like. I'm also very clean in both my personal and communal spaces. I enjoy cooking, baking and going for walks. I love music and dancing though I'm not loud about it and do that out of the home. I'm not always around on weekends as I visit friends in Sydney or stay at my parent's place. I'm not much of a party person but I rarely do enjoy extra company. Initially, I'd like to sign 6 months with the possibility of extending after the contract runs out if I love the house. I'd also prefer a self-contained room, a house close to the beach or a house with a pool. If the room isn't self-contained, I wouldn't mind sharing a bathroom with 1 other tenant. A fully functional kitchen, comfortable lounge and sizeable bedroom are things I'll be taking into strong consideration. ultimately a house or apartment where I won't be stuck in my room would be ideal. I'm not only looking for a share house, I'd also love to make new friends in my new home. I get along with just about anyone. Looking forward to a new chapter. Let me know what you have

Hi future housemate, I am 33yrs old, single and currently working full-time for a Construction Company. I am very clean, reliable for paying rent and bills on time, I am easy to get along with and I hate drama in a household so communication is a big plus for me as I have been burnt in the past with house sharing. I do have a four month old puppy Bella who is toilet trained and she is a small dog (Maltese X Terrior) so I would prefer someone who is a dog lover. Feel free to ask me anything about myself. Hi, my name is Summer! Originally from Adelaide, I am packing my bags, moving interstate to complete the same degree available at Flinders- the uni a mere 15 minutes from where I currently live. But hey, I love adventure and the idea of exploring somewhere new! I would like to think I am pretty laid back. I love having a good time with friends whether that be out somewhere exploring or in the comfort of my own living room. I am a sucker for a good TV show, and as much as I hate to admit it, I am completely Netflix obsessed. But come on, who can resist Millie Bobby Brown and the rest of the gang from Stranger Things?! I am super passionate about writing and love discussing/sharing opinions and facts about history. I also love the beach, having a kick of the footy, the concept of traveling (I haven't actually been outside of Aus before) and books! I am looking for a house to share with likeminded people, who are independent, but happy to spend the weekend hanging out and having some fun!
I am moving to Newcastle (from Melbourne) for my work (Food and Beverage Director). I like a clean and quiet place, but also one where I have a social housemate who likes to share a dinner or two at home. I am also very much into health and fitness, enjoying rock climbing, cycling and the gym.

My name is Jerome and I am looking to move from Melbourne to Newcastle for work. I currently work at John Hunter Hospital and will look to move on the 31st of January. I have lived out of home for eight years. As a tenant/housemate, I always clean up after myself and care for the property as if it were mine own. In my spare time I like to surf, cycle, eat fries and spend time with my friends. I enjoy living with people that are professional, positive and funny. Please feel free to get in touch if you have a room available or would like to team up. Jerome

Hiya, I'm Andrew, I'm 25. I've lived in Newcastle my entire life primarily around New Lambton & Dudley with abit of travelling this year. I do partake in enjoying a casual beer or red wine as much as the next guy too. I don't smoke also and think dogs are the best thing ever. Hi! My name is Emily, I've just moved to Newcastle from Brisbane for a new job. I'll be working full time, I'm casual but organised, can't say no to chocolate, enjoy the beach, having a cocktail or wine and going to the gym. I love animals and I have a beautiful Great Dane named Nala. Don't be put off by her slightly larger than average dog size, she is clean, extremely well trained and loves a pat. Hoping to make friends with my new housemates who don't mind venturing to the beach, out for dinner or hanging out at home.
Hey gals! Looking for a short term FEMALE ONLY flat. I'm an architectural graduate from Uni of Newcastle. I've worked in Armidale, NSW after graduating and then moved back to Malaysia. Now I'm returning to Newcastle in hopes to reestablish myself here. (If you have architect friends whose firm needs a graduate, buzz me). I'm staying for a short term for the time being (bcos this depends on where I get a job). Really looking to stay somewhere near the beach so that I could wake up early and go for walk/swim :D I envision my life in Newcastle would be having a good job and be able to create artworks as a hobby. I've a few friends around Newcastle too. As a person, I am laid back, I love good food and good company, I enjoy visual art and some say I'm pretty cheeky and charming. I use to live with a landlady for a year in Armidale, and we had a very good relationship and we enjoyed each other's company. I would be a good housemate that has common sense in keeping the house clean (like taking out the garbage, pulling out the bins and not leaving the dishes out for a week) and I can't stress this enough but I would really appreciate you would be too. I don't drink alcohol and am not a party girl. Well, party outside but coming home to a calm house is ideal.
My name is Rhonda. Looking to share from early January 2017 for about 6mths or maybe a bit longer. I am a nurse (in my 50's) and moving to Newcastle where I have bought a house. It is totally unliveable right now but I will eventually move into it when I have finished the renovations. I have shared my home with others of all ages for many years. I am a very clean, tidy, respectful and a non smoker. I enjoy a laugh but mainly quiet living because I will be working from early until late each day renovating as my my job, until house is liveable. I have plenty of my own furniture if required. I also have the cutest little 5kg girl dog (totally house trained) who I would like to stay with me in the evenings. I will take her with me during the day and she will stay at my mums when I am at wk or not around. If this could work for you, please call or text me. Regards, Rhonda
I'm a registered nurse who recently moved back to Newcastle from interstate. I'm looking for either a granny flat or a place to share with no more than one other person. I also have a cat who is happy to stay outdoors most of the time
I'm looking to move to newy for a new start :) ideally would like to move into a place with some mates and make new friends. 22, work two jobs in Tamworth currently.

I'm Julia, 24 years old and am looking for a room in a shared house in Newcastle from February onwards. I'm from Germany and just finished my Masters. I already lived in Newcastle for 7 months last year, during which I did my internship at the University. I got a PhD offer and now also got my scholarship, so I'll start working from March onwards. I am very open-minded, friendly and tidy. I would love to have housemates with whom I can have a chat or share a meal/drink with :) I am preferably looking for a furnished room, since it would make it a lot easier for me ;)
I'm an easy going housemate who has been living in share houses for 15 years, Including one with 10 people, 3 animals, and at times, 3 children. I think if you can keep the peace there, you pretty much can anywhere :) I always treat my flatmates like family. Ie, equal parts helping each other out, but with total respect and not taking the piss. If its raining and i'm home, i'll bring in your washing. If I've got milk, and you need milk, you can have some. But at the same time, If you never clean, and eat all my food every day, that would suck. So I'll probably talk to you about it. I'm active and health conscious, so would like to live with other active people. But i wont judge you if you drink coke and eat maccas ether. I'm moving to Newcastle to study Occupational Therapy. Although i don't have a job yet (as i'm just finishing up my business in Sydney), Ive got plenty of money saved and have never been unemployed in my life, so I know i'll pick up work quickly. I will have no issue with paying rent. (I also am self employed as a energetic healer on the side) I love to meditate, swim, go to the live gigs, grow vegetables, cook, draw. I want to live with easy going people that would like to share a chat and a meal from time to time, but respect my need to study too.
Easy going, relaxed (though busy) person about to start work as a junior doctor at John Hunter (shift work) late January. I like keeping fit but also enjoy social eating and drinking. Looking to join/create a share house or find a roommate with somewhat similar lifestyle that doesn't mind a bit of conversation! Would like to stay close to the beach/Darby st/city. I'm currently in Cooks Hill so able to do inspections whenever and I have quite a bit of furniture (fridge/washing machine/table and chairs) I could contribute or leave. My only need is a wardrobe. If you're interested get in touch!
