Hello! I'm a super clean 23 year old thats rarely ever home, i work solid 12 hour days most days and have sunday and a day off during the week. I clean up after myself as i use things so theres never any trail of mess. I've got one thing thats making it hard for me to find places to live, Its my beautiful 1 year old Staffy (medium sized female). She gets along very well with any other animal be it dog, cat fish or spider. Also gets along well with people, literally loves anyone. I can find places to live with her but most want her only outside, if you're a dog person you know this isn't possible 24/7. The place i'm at right now shes outside majority of the time and shes not coping the best. Would need to be possible for her to sleep inside more often than not (in my room) and be inside chilling in my room when im at home, she sheds minimal fur and is completely house/ toilet trained. She does chew things she can get her mouth on when noones home. But doesnt destroy things. Let me know if you're keen! Happy to negotiate vacuuming house once a week regularly for her to be inside more often or something like that for a trade of her being inside more often than not!
A fresh approach "This world is full of challenges and opportunities, two thousand years ago; full of challenges and opportunities. And I'm sure 2,000 years later, full of challenges and opportunities. It depends on how you look at it." - Jack Ma (was an English teacher now worth 24billion; founder of Alibaba, now richest man in China) I'm respectable, intelligent Gold Coast resident; seeking similar mindset with an active lifestyle. No Alcoholics, drug addicts or bad attitudes thank you. I don't mind if you have a few drinks now and then,,,, but not every day. Total teetotalers are often very judgemental. So I prefer you to have a few flaws. If you think you're perfect then that is an illusion most ordinary people are trapped in. Talking about problems is acceptable if they lead to creating opportunities (talking about problems constantly, is all that most people are trapped in). There are only so many hours in the day. These hours are like currency; lets not waste them. I love my life, looking to share with a person who loves their life. If you love this; please please contact me. I'm a long term Gold Coast resident. Seeking long term til I get back to having my own home again. Please read this all the way through before contacting me. I've been messed with by housemates and don't want that again. Mental issues (focus on problems) are on the rise - I don't need that limitation. No mental issues even if they are managed please... Best way to manage mental issues is through personal development and lifestyle changes. As much as I care about people, I choose to have no drama in my personal space. In my work I help people go beyond their problems. It would be hypocritical of me not to apply this to my life. My philosophy; "It's not about no problems, it's how we manage problems that makes the person." Life will always give us challenges, that's what life is about. No OCD Just healthy easy going person please - so here is my thing - if you like what you read please contact me. It makes sense you read it so I don't have to drive to tell you this anyway. Time management and self respect are my foundation. I'm very busy therefore mostly I keep to myself although I believe being friends with people I live with is essential so that we feel we're with people we can trust, great attitude is my priority. ABOUT YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHY YOU WANT A HOUSE MATE - people seek a share mate for different reasons. Simple intelligent communication. I need to know about why you seek a housemate, be honest. People forget that the seeker of accommodation needs to feel safe in moving into a home where they are potentially controlled in a way that it affects their well-being. - Some do it for improved lifestyle (being able to afford a better property) - Some need the income to maintain what they have. - Others just preferring not to live alone. I'm seeking a CLEAN uncluttered well maintained place to call home in a spacious house, needs to be a large bedroom with En-suite or own bathroom most of the time. Or half house (second lounge could be used as a spacious bedroom) or Granny flat. I prefer to share with just one person who has their own life. You could be working full time or fly in fly out. Many have children who stay some weekends, that's fine with me. No Retirees. SUMMARY - Bedroom floor space 5mtrs x 4.5mtrs min (or half house or GRANNY flat) - Own bathroom or en-suite - Loads of kitchen space - Place for my fridge ("we can work that out together") I use an entire fridge. - Unfurnished I have some furniture - space for my home office - L/U garage - Unlimited internet - Share with just one person no couples - Pet friendly - PERSONAL ROUTINE; I work long hours. When not working, I do a great deal of research. Personal Development, yoga, meditation, martial arts, ocean, food, work, seminars ; I don't subscribe to any religion. Storage space or extra room essential Garage space would be great or at least undercover off street parking. Pet friendly preferred BEST WAY TO BEGIN CONVERSATION Email me your awesomeness, what you do for a living how you love to live in your home; not about the house because I'll be able to see your property details in the link. BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER Or call me, love to hear from you.

Hey I’m Ruby and I am 25 years old. I currently work two jobs (one in the day and the other at night time) so I won’t be home 24/7. I’m looking to move into someone’s existing rental or a room/new place over the next couple of weeks or now. I love the beach, gym and outdoors and spend most of my spare time in either locations. I also love cooking good food, going out for drinks, being active and having a fun time. I am an easy going, respectful, clean, and chilled person whose always gotten along with everyone. I love being social but I already have an amazing group of friends that I spend most of my time with and would really go well together with flatemates that have the same too :). Please message me if you want to meet up face to face to discuss the potential of flat mating as soon as possible Cheers :)
Hi my name is Blake, I am 27 years old and work full time as an electrician on the goldcoast. I have been travelling for the last 6 months but I have to be back at work at the start of April so I am hoping to have a place sorted by then. I lead an active lifestyle that revolves around surfing and the gym but I do enjoy a beer or 2 on the weekend. Ideally I’d like a place within walking distance to the beach and with housemates around my age with similar interests. I am happy to team up or move into an established house should the right place pop up :)
