I am Paula from Spain. I am 29 years old and I used to work as a Spanish teacher at the University in Germany. However, I am going now to Australia for a year. I am an easygoing person, flexible, respectful and clean. I like to socialize and it is also a good chance to improve my English. I like cooking, listening to music and reading. I shared a flat for the last 8 years and I was never late with the rent. My passion is traveling :) I speak Spanish, German and English
Clean. Relaxed. Barista. Bar tender. Massage therapist. Yogi. Meditator. Vegan (chilled vegan dont worry). Open minded. Loves people. Loves to chat and hang out. Also loves to have some quiet time and read a good book. Morning person. Loves to keep fit and healthy. Occasionally I'll have a drink and smoke, but not much. Into spirituality but not religious. I love peopleand am almost always happy. I've just moved from Melbourne and am looking to set up my life here. Im currently working a cash in hand job that pays well. But I'm also looking for a bar or cafe job.
Hi! My name is Rachel, I'm a brazilian engineer 36 years old. While I'm studying English I need a place to stay. I am a calm person, educated, and tidy. I like dogs, walk, run and eat, but I don't know cooking, unfortunately. I love parks, beaches, water and the sun, but I also like chilling out at home. I used to practice yoga, gymnastics and running, and I do some travels to the beach with my friends as well.
Hey all. 52 year old Aussie well educated bloke - been on the Goldie for 3 years - ex Tassie lad... Currently happily single and NOT looking to change that. Absolute pet lover of all kinds (ok - maybe not birds so much.....) but do not have any of my own on the GC. Long term (19 year) Mon-Fri professional job so excellent payer. Happy to pay more/less than I have indicated but had to put something down :-) Been living by myself for the last year and a bit and have come to realise that can get very quiet at home at times so thinking sharing would mean a bit of "noise" around the place from time to time. Looking for longer term and wanting a place/someone similar wanting to create/already be a "household" that we are all part of. More than happy to "team up" and start a place if that's your thing - just ask. Even if its the view of getting a much larger place and then getting more in to share that cost. Open to most anything. Happy to go on lease if need be if you don't own - you wont have any issues with me being approved. Ideal situation would involve owner however. Location could be anywhere within reason - I had to put some locations down for this profile. I work out of one of our Southport offices and would really prefer somewhere in the Broady/Carrara/Ashmore/Main Beach square (if you drew it on a map if anyone even has maps anymore!) - currently living the Chevron lifestyle and LOVE that. Love to get out walking/running/riding (not the lycra wearing sort - trust me!!) to explore this wonderful place we have here. Mean board game player and love a hand of cards. And apparently I like writing VERY long profiles ............(sigh!) Don't smoke and goes without saying that I don't do drugs but do enjoy a weekend wine/brew but in moderation nowadays. Never have to worry about visitors or sleepovers with me. I'm an early to rise, early to bed person - would be great if household was somewhat similar (M-F at least) but am also realistic. VERY handy around the house if that would be a help at all - building/plumbing/gardening (have built 2 houses in Tassie) etc. Have own furniture in my current 1 br unit - however not attached to any of it really so flexible and have a place to store if need be. Also happy to buy more if your into a team up and want to start a new place and don't have any. Would like to live with someone/people who don't mind the occasional chat and/or wine/meal whilst understanding we all need our "own" time. So basically a friendly house. Male or female makes no difference to me however I would imagine people around my own age might make more sense although I can get on with anyone. Sorry but the only real deal breaker for me is not having somewhere to park off the street ... undercover not required. So if your looking for someone to share the cost of living, with no ulterior motives, and wants the house to be a household where everyone gets on and contributes then I'm your guy. Date listed is about when my current lease is up but for the right place/fit/people could always look at trying to break that for something earlier.
The amazing way I can live with someone and rarely even see them, but still know they are there. I accept that everyone is different and that we all have our own lives, but I do love to interact with my room mates as often as I can. There are great friendships to be made with people with whom you have lived with and shared a home with. And its that very experience of living with someone, and sharing a house together that will shape a true friendship more than any other experience. And that's just the way I like to view the time spent living with someone; it's an experience; and there isn't a single experience that I have, or that I am yet to have that should be anything other than a memorable one

I am really looking forward to explore this country in all ways, but first I need a flatmate/s.

Roots from Romania, born in USA and grew up in Austria. Beeing positive and having fun in whatever i do is my proprity. I like meeting new people never really had problems living with others before the only thing i don’t really like is living with somebody who’s not grown up enough to clean up after themselves. I work fulltime in constructions, sometimes it can get a little tiring but I always like to go to the gym after or meet up with friends. Mostly outside and at nights trading the markets.
Hey I'm Sally! I'm a single professional looking to rent with some fun, likeminded people on the Gold Coast. I work Monday-Friday and on the occasional weekend. When I'm not at work I'm normally either cooking up a storm in the kitchen or hanging at my pole fitness gym. I'm a quiet, clean person who enjoys a glass (or two..) of red with good company :)
