My name is Aleksander and I come from Norway. I will be staying in Gold Coast studying law this semester. I am social, positive and fun to hang out with. I want to make the best of my semester abroad, so I want to try everything Gold Coast has to offer. I always pay my rent on time. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
A little about myself; I am 29, and a recent PhD student in heart and exercise science research at Griffith University. I have been working full-time as a researcher at Bond University for the past year, and have savings that would meet the bond/rent easily. I’m keen on moving to north GC as I’m starting teaching at Griffith again, after living in Elanora. I’ve lived on the Gold Coast for 20yrs+ and I live with my fiancé Lola (27), who is a business student at Griffith. We’re often at work, out and about during the week. We have a non-barking small white fluffy dog, a Japanese Spitz named Toki (year old), who has been house-trained and socialised. We prefer him to stay with us, but he can be left at a relatives in GC or Brisbane. He sleeps in a crate at night in our room - he lets us know quietly when he needs to go out. He’s a very sociable/likeable, purebred dog with up to date vaccinations and check ups We’re quiet people who like music, films, travelling and languages. We have a car that can be parked on-street if need be. We’re super clean and tidy in all aspects, we respect people’s privacy and space, and overall we’re pretty easy to get along with. We would like to occasionally cook for meal preps, but overall, we know how to keep floors, kitchens & bathrooms spotless. We can bring our own Dyson for Toki’s when he sheds, and overall, we haven’t had any issues with him being around multiple people in a roommate setting. I would prefer a room/house that has fast internet for work/Netflix in room and can pay for its inclusion. One thing to note, I am applying for other jobs locally, interstate, and internationally, the minimum length of stay might be something like 3-6 months for me if that’s ok? We’d give you plenty of notice if circumstances change, and help advertise and find a suitable replacement if that’s the case.

Hi, I am a 28-year software engineer who has recently found a full-time job in Gold Coast (Varsity Lakes) moving from Melbourne. I am a fun loving individual who loves to travel but never does and also loves to talk to people to create new friendships on the go. I respect house rules will make sure to follow them. So if you're looking for a flatmate who respects privacy, pays the bills on time and occasionally cook, then I would be the ideal person for that household. Looking forward to speaking to my new flat/housemate.
