Hey! I am 24 and new to Sydney. I am looking for a flat to share with another person or two, however, I would prefer my own room. I would be happy to join or if you would like to team up to find an entirely new place I would be quite keen on that too. I am a friendly, clean, respectful and easygoing person. I enjoy creating a cosy and aesthetically beautiful living space. I would be busy pursuing a masters and possibly teaching part time, but would fancy good company to grab a drink with occasionally or a yummy brunch (which ever you prefer ...or both) :)
I'm a friendly, full-time employed queer femme who works 9-5 as a client manager for the public sector in Sydney's CBD. I also study molecular biology at Macquarie University so while I'm sociable I do need some down time and not a 24-7 party. I'm a qualified PT. I'm arty. I like to keep fit, cook something new (with great success!), check out cafes, restaurants and art exhibitions with friends, take photos or enjoy some couch time at home with housemates and pets if you have them -- and I'm a total sucker for Netflix nature docos for obvious reasons. I'm looking for a room WITH BUILT-IN WARDROBE in a vibrant, happy, smoke-free, drug-free home, preferably with queer/queer-friendly professionals. It's none of my business if you keep your bedroom in chaos, but having organised, cleanly shared spaces (particularly the kitchen and bathroom) is very important to me.
Looking for a room relatively close to USyd Main Campus. Easy going, from England (who doesn't love the British accent), love food but sadly cannot cook, and highly prefer to keep my area clean. I'm relatively quiet if you prefer your privacy but if you approach me for a chat then I can never turn it down!
Hi, I'm an international student from Pakistan, doing my masters from the University of Sydney and working casually. I'm looking for a private room where I can study. Previously I was living with a Turkish housemate and Lebanese host, and before coming to Australia during my volunteer work in Mauritius I was staying with 8-10 people from different countries, and that's the reason I love to live and spend time with new people from different cultures. I'm punctual with the payments, relaxed, easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I enjoy doing sports, Love Tv shows and music, chill with friends. I don't have much time for fun, because I'm working casually, voluntary and studying hard, but it would be great sharing a coffee or Tea, playing PlayStation or just have a nice talk with cool people.
Quiet and clean, employed fulltime and have been in the same job for almost 2 years. I work split shifts Monday to Friday in childcare. I'm a bookworm who is also a touch creative. Though I can be a bit of an introvert, I'm friendly & quietly sociable. I'm usually found at home during the evenings through the week and enjoy going to church each Sunday.
I'll be doing some tutoring and lecturing in philosophy at Sydney University starting August and am looking to move somewhere closer to the university. (I put the 31st of July down on here as a moving date but I could do earlier or later. I'm not in a rush to move.) I spend a lot of time reading, writing, and researching, so I'm a bit of a homebody, though I do like outdoors (and social) activities too. I'm friendly (though fairly introverted), easy-going, considerate, and reliable. For fun, I like to ride my longboard (the skateboard kind), play pool and snooker, read, watch movies/TV series, spend time with friends, play games (computer, card, board - any kind really). Not much of a drinker if that matters to you. Oh, and I really love animals, so pets are a plus if you have them. (I don't have any myself.)
Me and my partner is looking for something to start fresh with our own space. We are clean people and family orientated. Have 1 child that will stay with us 3 days a week. I work full time as my partner is still looking for a job. We would love to meet you in person and see your place Regards luma and Pray

I am a full-time PhD student in human movement sciences and I will be freshly arriving in Australia at the end of August. I'm easy going and I love being outdoors. The best part of living with me is that I love to cook and I'm pretty good at it too (I spent a year in the south of France too). Additionally, I speak 3 languages fluently (Dutch, English and French) and I would love to add Spanish to my list soon.
I am a young for my age and young at heart, but extremely clean and tidy, well-mannered, personable, well-educated, professional person who recently moved to Sydney from country NSW. I like to read, watch the occasional DVD and relax on the weekend after working during the week. I am often out for most of the day on the weekends. I like to cook and try new recipes. I am keen to constantly increase my knowledge base, so am likely to be studying at least one short or long course at any given time. I work full time in Parramatta, so am keen to find somewhere not too far from there or close to a train station with direct access to Parramatta or to T-way. My preference would be for a furnished room with a private bathroom, but I know you can't always get what you want in life. I used to be obsessed about cleanliness and tidiness, but now I just like to keep things clean and tidy. I am financially secure, so will always be well ahead in rent.
Hi there, I'm Demi :) I'm a cleaning enthusiast (usually makes people happy!) I work full time for a pet sitting company and I'm studying to be a vet nurse so my life is very animal oriented! I'm a sociable person but I also enjoy my own space. I am very respectful, tidy and friendly :)
Hi! :) I'm studying Social Work at the University of Sydney in 2017 and I'm looking for a place to live while I study! I'm hoping for my own room somewhere close to public transport. I come from a small rural town so I love exploring the city. I love love love my art, live music, snorkelling and travel (although I haven't experienced all that much). Im also a massive animal lover and more than happy to share with pets. I'm very easy going, definitely not a girly girl (hate drama :P) and I'm up for a fun night out or a simple night in.
I'm Stefanie, 24yo, from Switzerland. I'm in Sydney for an exchange semester at the University of Sydney Business School. I study International Management and Accounting & Finance. Next to my studies I enjoy doing sports (running, gym, dancing, hiking, etc.), hanging out with friends, travelling and learning about new cultures. I am an open-minded, easygoing, and clean person. I like being around people and learn about them and their ideas. Now and then however, I also enjoy time for myself to read a good book for example. In the past 5 years, I’ve been living in a shared flat in St. Gallen, where I study. I think it's a good idea to also look for a shared apartment in Sydney as it is the perfect way to get in touch with locals as well as other international students/professionals. Please message me if you have a private room that is available or will be available soon. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
Young couple looking for a granny flat too rent, both currently studying. We are very friendly and mature, we enjoy a nice simple quiet lifestyle, not the party type at all. We are very respectful we like our privacy and we respect the privacy of others and their property and will keep everything tidy at all times, we are looking to stay for 1year + we are not the type to stay short term nor do we like moving around, please let us know if we are a perfect fit & if you have a granny flat for rent! :)
Hello, I am a 24 year old legal assistant from Brisbane, and am relocating to Sydney for work in August. I am looking to rent a space where I can unwind after work, and from where I can explore the greater Sydney area. I am quite outgoing, but also treasure my alone time.
Hey, I'm Stef! Looking to find a new place to call home. I've lived in the beautiful inner west for the past 6 years including sharehousing, then with my (now ex) girlfriend, and currently finishing up some house/pet sitting for friends, hence my need to find a new home! I'm a very easy going, clean, respectful and quiet person. I have busy days doing a masters full time at Sydney Uni and so appreciate some down time in the evenings.. I also enjoy social activities like eating good cheese and drinking wine together, Netflix and ice creams, and the odd shared meal or drinks! I've assumed the role of 'Rent manager' in pretty much all of my sharehousing arrangements, so I'm very organised with paying rent and bills on time, and have a steady income to support. I have a clean rental ledger and a lovely reference from a past agent about how good we were in taking place of our property! Looking to move around August 13th but I can be flexible with dates. Let me know if I sound like someone you'd like to live with! :)
Looking for an unfurnished queen room in modern/renovated bright airy flat/house with good storage and a garden/balcony near shops and good transport. I would like to stay centrally in the inner west. Budget is up to $370ish not including bills, but am a bit flexible for a great place. Looking for people who enjoy a chat/dinner, a wine, a trip the local but also busy with your own lives. I like to be social out and a bit at home: friends over for drinks, dinner or a bbq. A bit about me - I work full-time managing a photographic studio in the city. I've moved back to Australia a few months ago after 10 yrs in the UK. I am a trained cook so am a big foodie, love hiking, being active, socialising with friends. A gas kitchen is a must! I have lots of kitchen kit and books. Looking for working professionals. Totally happy to buddy up for a nice 2/3 bed with others, I've seen some lovely places around Camperdown, Newtown, Erskineville, Balmain or Glebe. I am not interested in properties with shared rooms or families. Also allergic to cats.
Hey guys, I'm an American (from North Carolina) in my first year of studying medicine at University of Sydney. I'm very outgoing and social, and the first thing people think when they think of me is my sense of humor. I love to make people laugh. That being said, when I'm at home it's usually after a long day studying so I'm pretty quiet and go into hibernation mode. I'm a good cook, always clean after myself, and respect other's privacy. For fun, I love going on long walks in parks and listen to podcasts. I do stand up comedy at local open mics, and am currently writing and acting in sydney medical school's revue. I'm a voracious reader too. I'm looking to move out in late November/early December, as that is when the academic year ends and I move back to the US. Since I'll be gone for two months until the next school year starts, I'd prefer a 4 month lease, but can negotiate a longer one if need be.
Hello! Thanks for taking a look at our profile :) We are a professional couple looking for a long-term (6 months +) studio relatively close to the city. Sylvia works as an English teacher to immigrants near Town Hall (night classes), while Guilherme works in construction during the day and studies a couple of nights a week. We are currently staying in a short term studio in Redfern, and will need to move out by the 20th August! We are looking for anything that's quiet, self-contained and close to public transport. We are friendly people to be around, but like our privacy - we have busy schedules and are usually only home together a couple of hours each night and at the weekends. We generally cook once a day, so a place with a kitchenette and/or mini oven would be perfect! We are not party people and don't usually have people over (although Sylvia occasionally has girlfriends over for coffee/lunch on weekday mornings). Looking forward to hearing from you! Sylvia & Guilherme
