Cruisey 25-year-old looking for a house, ideally near the beach. I keep to myself and am rarely home. I study full-time and work part-time if I'm not working or studying I'm at the beach or working out. I come with a cat, his name is Spencer. He's a 2-year-old Devron Rex (semi hairless) inside cat, he's well trained and full of personality. Very friendly loves a cuddle, I walk him on a lead and he loves the beach too. If we house like your kinda housemates give me a message.
I'm a pretty easy going guy and very clean. Not into a party house.Very quiet working 9-5 during the week and also travel away for work every month and relax on the weekends. Free time spent reading, out on the bike, hiking or at the beach.

I am a childcare worker who loves to go to the beach or to go on adventures with my puppy, Teddy. I am a very clean person and don’t like to make mess. My dog Teddy is fully toilet trained and is a happy but quiet dog. Together we are looking for a place to rent.
*Ready to move 24 July* Considerate, quiet, love space and respectful of others. Mature, world wise, responsible, sense of humour
Hello! I am a genuine, happy and friendly 21 year old female. I work 25-35 hours per week in retail and I volunteer at Animal Welfare League. I bring a positive and gentle vibe to a household and have a great balance between being social within the home to hanging out on my own. I have lived in share-houses for 3 years so I know what it means to be conscientious and keep a cleanly space. I am an open minded person I’m also a Scorpio, and I spend my spare time at the beach, in nature, reading, watching Netflix and the occasional bevarge and boogie at a gig. I would love to find a house that is a home, by the beach, and maybe even gain some potential friendships with my housemates. I am a non-smoker but don’t mind what others do. I would prefer an all female household :)
I’m a 22 year old female from Melbourne and moving to the Gold Coast ASAP so looking for somewhere to live. I’m very neat, tidy and respectful and happy to mingle or keep to myself. I love animals so more than happy to be staying with any pets. I’m not studying and hoping to find a job as soon as soon as I move up but in the mean time my finances are plenty for any bond + rent. When I’m not working I like to spend my days by the beach or hanging out with friends :)
I am a full time student and part time worker.. I surf, golf, guitar and play some sports. I am very clean. Fun to be around. Handy man as qualified builder. Quite relaxed and enjoy a beer occasionally. Lots more than can put in a bio.
Hello flatmate searchers I am a very young at heart 41 year old woman who works full time (and by full time I mean I am at work 5 days per week, sometimes 6 and I often do 2 nights per week overtime till 8pm). I have a permanent Government job and am able to pay my rent and bills on time. I can also provide previous landlord’s details for a reference as I was renting my old unit for 3 years. I am currently renting a unit for 5 weeks while the residents are overseas. From 4th August I need to find my own place and have been looking at getting my own rental but there is not a lot around at the moment. In looking for a shared place, my preferences: Own bedroom Own bathroom Covered or garaged car space - flexible though Low level noise in the area Light, bright and airy Easy access to M1 (but not right next to or on top of) I have just come back from a trip overseas and I really want to save to travel more so ideally $180 per week would be perfect. $200 - $220 seems to be the going price and for the perfect fit, I would consider this. I like the Nobby’s end of Mermaid Beach, Nobby’s Beach, Miami, Burleigh Heads and Tallebudgerra. I am quiet, I do like to keep to myself, Im active and lead a relatively healthy lifestyle (although known to be able to eat a whole block of chocolate to myself). Im rarely home during the week with my work schedule but on weekends I am in and out. Im very easy to get along with, I don’t do drama, I have a small but tight circle of friends. Not looking for a party house. I do like the odd night out but I like my home to be my sanctuary :)
Hi there, I’m looking for good sized room to rent with perhaps a separate living space for myself, or a person to find our own house or apartment with. I’m open to living in all areas of the Gold Coast, as long as the home is light, bright and friendly. It would be lovely to live near the beach! A bit about me... I work full-time in Southport and study Kinesiology part-time. I’m organised, tidy and love a good life/balance so I’m happy to pay a bit more for a place if it provides a great lifestyle. I have a happy, well-trained small dog (5kg Jack Russel / Maltese cross) that will melt your heart. He’s a quiet, inside dog that is equally suited to apartment or house living. If I sound like someone you would like to share a home with then please get in touch! 😊 Carly
Hello hello! My friend (female, 22) and I have found a place and are looking for 2 more flatmates (one on the lease) ASAP! The place we have found is in Burleigh (200m from James St), in need of a bit of love but so homely, $140/week for 4 people and $190/week for 3 people. We went for an inspection last week and fell in love with the place immediately (happy to send through the photos I took). you have the opportunity to live in a sharehouse where we: - live as plastic-free as possible - compost + garden - have shared meals once a week(ish) - respect one another + each others spaces - hang out: art stuff (really cool underground studio/garage area), listening + dancing to music (probs in the kitchen), cups of tea + conversations, movie-nights, go for sunrise/sunset walks along the beach together A bit about me: Currently studying (Global Studies / Sustainability) + volunteer a lot of my time with local grass-root groups. I am an ambivert; I genuinely love people, conversing, learning about other people's stories but really need some time to myself sometimes (hiking, reading, making jewellery, pottering around w clay, painting, watching docos, attempting to surf, gardening, swimming, making, playing, adventuring, and eating plant-based food) to recharge my batteries. I like getting out and about (local gigs) and a good boogie, but would much rather an early morning market or hike on a Sunday morning, than a lousy hangover. I don't smoke, but don't mind if you do. I really value cleanliness; a clean home makes for a clear mind!
