I'm quite outgoing and social, however, I do study a lot and do keep to myself when I need to get work done. Currently studying at QUT, 3rd year student and studying Business and Media and Communications. I'm looking to move in with a boy/girl, and someone I can get a long with easily. I'm also a clean freak, but I do enjoy cleaning. Further, i'm originally from Cairns so I really do enjoy the outdoors and i'm really active, and also enjoy cooking.
James and I are both very neat and tidy, we love to have a good chat and meet new people. We get along well with people and work full time. I am a vet nurse and he works in the construction industry.
Moving to Brisbane early January. Would love to live with one other female. I am very friendly, courteous and very easy to get along with. I am a full time health professional working Monday - Friday, and a weekend every now and then. Ideally would like to live with someone who can I can be friends with and not just a roommate. Someone that I can get out and about with , whether it be keeping fit together, wining and dining, or just binge watching shows. Of course I do like my alone time and so would also give you privacy. If you think we might get along, send me a message :)
Hi! I'm Olivia, a 21-year-old Finn moving to Brisbane in the beginning of January and in a search of a nice flat on a high floor and flatmates. I would like to live somewhere around Brisbane city atleast for few months. I'm very friendly and easy-going, value my own space and time but always up for a coffee, tea, brunch or a workout. I will be working and studying a lot. I like to go to bed early and spend the weekends going to the beach, exploring the city and socializing. I live a healthy lifestyle, I work out and eat relatively clean. I like having a clean environment and am happy to do my share in the cleaning. I'm looking to share a flat with preferably females with similar values. I would like to find an affordable flat with views to share with 2-4 people with my own bedroom.
I am from São Paulo / Brazil, I have a degree in physical education in my country and I was a personal trainer. I came to Australia to study English in a comprehensive way and to learn better. I am very sociable and quiet, I am very homely but I like to play sports and watch movies both at home and in the cinema, gosot to have fun in a group, to practice sports or just to go out and see other places.
I am an 18 year old student studying a Bachelor of Fashion Design and work part-time at Boost Juice. I currently live in Paddington but am moving due to end of lease. I am very easy going and enjoy getting to know people. I like having a few drinks a couple of nights a week and having a great time with friends. I am excited to start a new journey and meet new people.
What makes me great to live with is the fact I've managed to successfully and peacefully live the last decade in a variety of cities across the world with all different people ranging in experiences, ages, cultures and genders. I'm pretty handy around the house in regards to general repairs and maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, gardening, etc). I enjoy creating a home environment where everyone feels welcomed to be themselves and enjoy being social with housemates whilst keeping a healthy balance with each housemates privacy. I'm very easy going (I know 99% of people say that on their 'about me' sections but, I am). I'm good at being a normal responsible housemate in regards to cleanliness surrounding shared areas, I usually take on the role of bathroom cleaner. I enjoy getting to be friends with my housemates and I'm well known for having D&M convos with people. I work full-time in electro-technology engineering, and have done so for the last decade. I've got good chat haha and I'm always up for a good conversation with new and interesting people.
Hi! I'm a Geospatial Engineer from Ukraine, who spent a big chunk of his life studying and working in Sweden and Germany. I recently finished my PhD at UNSW in Sydney and moved to Brisbane to start my new job at CSIRO. My hobbies include surfing, Latin dancing and drone photography. Let me know if you have a flat/house to share.
I'm a clean and tidy person and super chill but still adventurous and like to socialise. Next year I'll be commencing full time study at QUT as well as working part time on top of that and most likely going out with friends on the weekend, so will probably be spending more time out than in. Looking for a place that is preferably within 1 km of a train station and has off-street parking available.
I’m very social but also respects alone time. I like cooking and baking, drinks on the weekend and binge watching series (I will watch anything your watching haha) I am tidy and very friendly. I also have a few video games to play if your interested (including Mario cart :)) I’m attending UQ next year and am hoping to make some friends along the way!
Hi there, Hamish works full-time Monday to Friday so he can provide a lavish lifestyle for myself and my plants. I'm currently studying and working 15 hours a week at a cafe. I also volunteer at a Cat cafe as I cant have my own! We are both two beach bums who enjoy visiting the sunshine or gold coast on the weekends. We love to have a good laugh and get a little silly but not much of party people and are both extremely clean. like, extremely.
Introvert, but friendly and would get friendlier over time. Clean and organised. Have no problems with socializing as well minding my own. Doesn't smoke.
Have just returned from living in the UK for two years and am looking for a short term let for the summer period. I’m easy going, clean and social but I wouldn’t say I’m a bit partier. Looking for a housemates who are chilled, get along well and like to hang out but also respect privacy etc. Ready to move ASAP :)
I am a 28 year old primary school teacher. I am friendly and easy to get along with. I want a house where I can feel at home at. I have an eight month old cavoodle who would be coming with me. She is well trained and will love you to death!
Im a 23 year old female about to start an engineering degree at UQ. I am easy going, tidy and get along with pretty much everyone. I would describe myself as well rounded and lucky to be well traveled. I love anything and everything outdoors, rock climbing and hiking more than anything else. Im focused but social. I have a bike so no need for a car space. Looking for a great house to live in, close to the university and maybe even somewhere with garden if im lucky!
Hi, I'm AJ, an international student from South Korea studying at UQ for 1.5 years so far. I am easy to socialize with, but I'm not a party person. What's really important to me is to respect each other by being tidy, clean, paying rent on time. Trust is my priority before having fun even though I'm up for chatting, having a beer or wine, doing some activities together(maybe movie night, binging on netfilx, going out for drinks or foods only if you want to). If you want to know whether I'm really trustworthy(at least when it comes to paying rent on time, being clean and tidy, and respecting other tenants in overall standards), you may ask the property manager of the place I'm currently living in. I can confidently give her contact if you are really up for teaming up with me. I have been living in a student accommodation for 1.5 years where several tenants share common areas(kitchen, laundry, living room), and I know how important it is to have a good/respectful/trustworthy mate to live with. Expecting the same from my future flatmate, I also do understand that we can't always be perfect by being perfectly clean and tidy, sometimes we might be busy leading our own lives. So you don't have to worry about me being like too obssessive about those things.
I am looking for a fully furnished place (shared or individual units) within reasonable distance to the Brisbane CBD starting mid January 2018. I have previously lived in Melbourne and am currently working as a software consultant in the city.
Hi, I am an 18 year old girl who is full time student at UQ and who does freelance modelling (some paid), has Centrelink allowances, plus has several university scholarships as income. I am not seeking a "party house", but one that would be friendly and give space when necessary. I am very respectful but have a sense of humour. I would happily contribute to chores and am a pretty clean person. I like going out, but also spend a lot of my time studying or just relaxing with Netflix or gaming (in my own room if necessary). The one requirement I have is that I may have my boyfriend stay over 1 or 2 nights per week and would like to have my mother visit occasionally. Please message me if interested!
Hi guys! I work at a digital agency in the Valley in marketing, so I am gainfully employed (yay!). Current live in New Farm, and keen to stick around nearby so I can keep walking to work. I'm pretty active and generally out a few nights per week and tend to be out hiking and camping on the weekends, but also love to cook and have a glass of wine. I'm organised and neat, but not obnoxious about it. Lived in shared accommodating before, and just looking for somewhere with a chill vibe, with housemates who are also friends.
I'll be a third year undergrad student next year, coming up from ANU to pursue my passion for transport engineering research at UQ. I love transport systems, the environment, and research - but I also love to hang out with friends, explore the city, and chill out. I'd be great to live with because I can be quiet and contemplative, but also enjoy having interesting conversations, getting involved in activities, and having a good time.
I am a student at UQ looking for a NON-party house. Somewhere friendly, easy-going, possibly with other post-grad students. Introverted but friendly, nerdy, book-worm. Happy to chat but also to be by myself. Looking for rent to be all inclusive $175 thereabouts
