I'm a girl from Norway who just moved to Brisbane to study at UQ. I consider myself as a very tidy person, easy-going and friendly. At home I like to socialize and chat but i also enjoy spending time on my own and respect others privacy.
Hey there :) I’m currently working full time in the city. I love art - music, painting, dancing. Love coffee and going to the beach and hikes. Enjoy chilling out at home have a cheeky drink here and there, kickin’ back to a movie or some tunes. I also have a dog, she’s a sweetheart. so ultimately would need a place that can have one. Let’s link up! Also if you do have a granny flat etc (that’s pet friendly ) in definitely be interested in that as well! 😊 Thank you x
My boyfriend and I are looking for a room/granny flat/flat or a person to go into share-house with around mid-November. I moved to Brisbane 4 years ago from country Victoria for uni. I also work part-time as an undergrad engineer in the city (continuing into a full-time graduate role in October). Shawn is local and works full-time as a diesel mechanic on the south side. We’re looking for an unfurnished place with our own bathroom. Ideally with room to park off street (not a deal breaker though). Because of work locations, being close to a train line into the city is important. We’re pretty hard working Monday to Friday. In our spare time we mostly just like to chill out, cook, garden, go to the local markets, eat good food and road trip/4WD around. We’re not party-goers but enjoy catching up with mates and wines, beer and cheese nights. We’re both pretty easy going clean and tidy people, we enjoy a chat but are also respectful of other people’s privacy and space. We’re pet friendly and if you’ve got a veggie patch would love to help out! No smokers please. Just looking for like minded people to share-house with or live in a separate granny flat. Our budget is around the $280 mark but have some wiggle room for the perfect place!
Hello! I'm an international student looking for a long-term accommodation with 1 flatmate. I am generally studious by nature and I tend to be more pensive by nature. I am an avid audiophile and music geek (I love collecting vinyl). I tend to be shy but once the conversation starts, it is hard for me to shutup! :)
Clean, responsible, relatable, and gainfully employed. I'm a bit of a bookworm who often has his nose in the pages of some novel, but I love to put it down and interact with those around me too. I live simply and value experiences and relationships over things—thus, I don't have many things to clutter up the place. -Russ (32, Male, American)
I'm a final year Science student at UQ looking to move back from the Sunshine coast, since the commute is slowly killing me. I also work at the University tutoring a few courses, which means I pretty much live there at the moment. About me, I'm a keen surfer (which was the biggest plus to moving back home), gym enthusiast, horrible fucking dancer, and am always up for a beer. Only important thing for accomodation is that I'll need somewhere to store my long ass ute, but I don't mind if that's on the street, just as long as street parking is feasible. Hope to hear from you, Harry.
Heya, looking around for a nice place to live in. Work full time during weekdays in the valley. Friendly, down to earth. Like exercising 3-5 days a week and other assorted activities. Photo is with friend at a wedding on 25th May 2019.
Hi, we're full-time students at QUT. Friendly, tidy and respectful. Hope to find a new home with great housemates.
Friendly guy, working full time. I have a car so parking spot/garage is a must! ready to move by 03 August 2019
Hi, I’m Steph and my partner is Rich. We’re looking for a place that accepts couples and where both our names can be on the rental agreement. I’m from the UK and am currently studying a diploma at a college in the CBD. I live in Kenmore but getting to/from the city can sometimes be time consuming. I'm looking for a similar house share with easier access to the city. I’ve lived on my own before and in house shares so I know what it takes to look after a home. I’m not after a party house and prefer something a quieter. I respect other people's space and you won't have to worry about me taking your food. I'm hoping for a house share that respects quiet time and personal space but I’m not adverse to a games night or sharing a few beers of an evening. I clean up after myself in common areas. I like to get out in nature during my spare time and hope to do a little bit of travelling too. Sometimes, I may prefer to just chill out at home. My partner lives in his campervan (google Van Cat Meow) and currently stays with me about 30-40% of the time and he has a cat. Ideally, I’m looking for a place that is OK with couples and is pet friendly. I’m available to move from 16th June. What I'm looking for... - A functional kitchen is a must - A shared living area would be ideal - A garden would be nice, but not essential - Good/quick access to transport links is a must - Off-street parking would be good, or at least a level parking space for the campervan if the cat isn’t allowed in the house - AC in the bedroom would be ideal but not essential - a pet friendly house share for a well behaved cat. We are responsible pet owners and don’t let her roam without a harness and leash. I am open to other areas not listed in my profile, the ones I’ve listed are just a few I’m familiar with. Preferably no further than fare zone 2 and the western suburbs would be ideal. Get in touch!
