Hello! I am Ryota. Having a gap year in Brisbane after my postgraduate study in Edinburgh, the UK. (I was born in Japan.) I am very easygoing, fun, clean, tidy, and very sociable. Also, I am a gay guy so ideally looking for flatmates who are very understanding. My conditions are - Double bed - Private room - Accessible locations to the city - Understanding of my sexuality Thank you very much for reading. Hopefully see you soon!
My name is Mahsa. I am a 30 yo woman from Iran and have been in Australia for more than one year. I'll start my Ph.D. in Management at the University of Queensland in January and would like to settle down at my new place ASAP. I am looking for a "furnished" place with quiet, responsible housemates who don't leave the kitchen messy after cooking!
Erin is Australian and Alvaro is from El Salvador, but he has lived in Brisbane for 10 years. Alvaro works full time M-F and Erin is an artist who does drawings with markers on paper and works from home. We are moving overseas, and just want a place to stay for about 2 months before we go. Our rent is going up at our current apartment, so we don't want to stay here longer. We are very easy going, quiet, clean and friendly. We often go out, go to the gym etc. Love animals, don't smoke.
Easy going guy here. Full time worker in the city in insurance and gym in the afternoons clean and active person. Be great live with someone who likes to chat and even have a drink with sometimes. Need a new house mate and place around now or feb 2019. Respect others Love a drink Fitness and food Hard worker Easy to get along with.
Patrick and I are full time students at Southbank. We keep to ourselves mostly but won’t run away when we hear you coming. 😅 We are looking for somewhere to stay long term, we prefer clean sharing areas and love pets. (though we don’t have any) We don’t party though we enjoy a friend or two over every now and then.
Hi there! My name is Kirby, I am 24, from Brisbane and I am about to move back to Brisbane after two years in London. I work in the travel industry and am keen to find a place in West End, preferably, or somewhere equally as central with awesome flatmate/s who are also working professionals. I am clean, noise conscious, like my own space but I am keen on a somewhat social vibe and defs want to be living with someone/people who are down for solo chill times, as well as movies on the couch or drinks on the deck. I am keen to move into a modern apartment building with facilities such as a gym and a pool, preferably with an ensuite room and would absolutely love a room that's air conditioned! 420 friendly but not a lover of 4am kickons being hosted every weekend. Home is my sanctuary and whilst I love entertaining at normal hours, I'm not a crazy fan of randoms destroying the living room during the witching hours. Not when I have every intention of making it look super sleek with all the fun KMart home decor.
My name Is Jesse I'm currently working as a bartender and a photographer in the city, I'm pretty easy going and don't generally make too much noise. I study I.t. and can be a bit of a nerd. I'm a big fan of animals, I don't mind if you want to have a few drinks occasionally. I'm very respectful, outgoing and easy to get along with :)
I just moved to Brisbane from the Gold Coast and work for QCAT in the city so looking for a furnished room (just need a queen size bed) that is close to buses into the city. I am very clean and responsible and ideally looking for social housemates as I don't know anyone in Brisbane other than work people. I am fun, outgoing and love to get out and about. Would be great to meet flatmates that are friends to enjoy a meal or a drink with occassionally however it's not absolutely necessary and I understand we all have our own lives. Paying my rent on time each week is no problem at all but I have limited savings so cant afford to pay 4 weeks rent as a bond but could do 2 weeks bond. Looking to live with people that are chilled like myself and able to look after themselves and don't mind a drink at the pub occasionally. Would prefer not to live with students, unemployed, couples and definitely no crazy cat ladies thanks! I am ideally after a room with a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe where I don't have to pay to park my car outside the house but can be flexible for the right place and right flatmates.
I am moving to Brisbane from Los Angeles for work. Im an engineer working for a water bottling company. I am originally from India but grew up in Dubai. Brisbane is awesome and Australia is absolutely beautiful - I love hiking, exploring, and driving (love cars!! - I forget people's names but never their cars, yeah it's weird!). I also love classic rock and pray ACDC will start touring again!
Hi! After taking a gap year to work, I will be studying at UQ Nursing/Midwifery. Looking for an all-female house near UQ. Preferably Fairfield but I'm open to other suburbs. I'm an early bird but my quiet hours are 8pm-7am (by that I mean I get up early to study or go for a run). Although I will be studying often, I'm an extravert and can't say no to a good yarn and a laugh. I'm a Christian and will be at church on Sunday mornings. I'm from the country so I love some space (so a yard would be fab!). I won't bring any pets but I love animals. I'm half filipino and love to cook every now and then - I promise I will clean up though! And share as well! I'm active, organised and like to get things done. I plan on going to my parents house every second weekend.
I'm an international student from Sweden. Easy going guy, very friendly and tidy. I like living in a clean house. Do like being able to sit down at night and have dinner with roommates but also have my own private space in my room. I like to cook and even to clean, so my room will be tidy. Very social guy but busy during the days. Oliver is a full Aussie, studying at QUT in Brisbane. He is a very social, easy going and friendly guy. Works part-time.
I'm roadtripping up from Melb to Bris in Jan chasing the warm breeze and muggy nights. I'll be starting my job Jan 29th so hoping to be settled somewhere by then. Happy to live anywhere as long as there is lots of lovely smelling trees around and nice places to stroll. Mount Coot-Tha general area seems pretty dreamy. I like laughing, yoga, reading, dancing, rainforests and waterfalls, mountains, blissing out to a good tune and chats about anything from the weather to the meaning of life. I eat mostly plants and try to live pretty healthy. We'll see how my lifestyle adapts to Brissy but at the moment I'm not home too often. Usually out any spare moment I get hiking and exploring new places or at markets and op shops. **I'm allergic to cats
I am an IT Professional and like to meet like minded people and can make friends very easily. I like to watch movies and play badminton and chess in my leisure time. I am looking for a shared accommodation much closer to the city and also ready to team up with people with same requirements.
Hi there! I'm Joanne. I've been working in Singapore for the past 2 years and I am moving to Brisbane to take my masters. I love the outdoors and spend most of my free time running, hiking or at the pool/beach! (Love the beach and ocean) Would love to learn surfing at some point! Spent the last couple of months travelling South East Asia(Vietnam, Indonesia and cambodia) and had such an amazing time! I'm easy going/relaxed, enjoy hanging with friends and meeting people from all over the world :)
