I am currently in Europe, been here since the start of the year. I will be returning home to the Gold Coast in October. I work at the Gold Coast Hospital, therefore would like to find a place close to work. I am easy going and down to earth, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places. I am also studying online completing my business degree. I am social but also appreciate my own time. If you have any further questions feel free to message me.

Hello, My name is Jules and my boyfriend Jake and I are looking for a room for rent in a shared house. We are both Canadians here for the year working in harbour town. We are both friendly and outgoing. Most days we work but on our days off we spend our time outdoors. We are very clean and tidy and would like to live with roommates who are also :) Love to share drinks and good times with new friends. Looking to find a place for around $200 with bills included. Cheers!
Well mannered professional (Construction Law) keen to live with local families or fitness, gym-going types. Quiet and respectful of others’ space, social but not keen on a party house
I’m an aspiring university student looking to start studying in Feb of 2019. I’m always up for a chat and am happy to help around the house; I am also independent and tend to keep somewhat to myself as I will be working part- to full-time in hospitality and hope to study full time at (Griffith or Southern Cross) university. I like to listen to music, go for drives in my little Toyota, and am really not that interested in long walks on the beach (unless there’s food involved). I am also a pescatarian (only eats white meat and mainly vegetarian diet) and am an open LGBTQ+ community member. I have an 11 year old tuxedo cat (we just call him Kitty) that I hope could possibly be a part of the new household - if not, that’s okay. I turn 18 in March of 2019 and am aspiring to become a psychologist. Thanks!
Hey I’m Nicole and I’ve just moved to Australia from NZ. I have already got a part time job which will eventually become full time. I am a very outgoing and social person but I also like to binge watch Netflix every now and again. Ideally want a flat close to Benowa or Bundall with people of similar age.
Two Kiwi girls about to make the move across the ditch. We're fun loving party girls that like to have fun but also know when to chill out, be professional and respectful. Our aim is to find jobs in the area most likely in hospo/retail as soon as we arrive but with at least a months rent in our pockets. We plan to book our flights for around the 28th of October so will be ready to move into a space then. Seeing as we currently live in New Zealand we will both need fully furnished rooms. We're actively looking for a place to live when we arrive so if you believe you'll have two rooms available after October the 28th please get in contact. (In need of two private rooms in the same unit)
Been doing the sharehouse thing for enough years so I'm trained up and not a dick Bills come first Clean AF. I'm a little OCD with kitchen and bathroom areas.. my room can be another story I'll be studying a Health degree full time at Griffith next year Need somewhere that has some chill spots to do my own thing so I'm not stuck in my room to study or just to be alone BUT! I want to get along with my housemates, none of this 'we just live together thing'. Meals, chats, actual Netflix n chill is required from you from time to time Need a decent size room for my too many clothes and things I have a lorikeet. She's in an outside cage thru the day and inside with me if I'm home and sleeps inside. She's hilarious, stupid (with normal bird behaviour), smart (when it comes to getting into unhealthy food) and she's my rescue child. No she's not crazy noisy all of the time. She has her moments. She'll legit have maybe 10mins, all up in a day of being a shit. That's not even an every day occurance. I clean up after her because I'm not a feral and don't appreciate living in a feral house. She's only an issue if you decide to make her one.. Also if you're terrified of birds, I've lived with 5 different people who are terrified of birds and have been just fine with her. She doesn't fly properly so don't freak about her "launching at your face to attack" that doesn't happen.. with any bird.. except maybe eagles if they're super hungry 🤷🏽♀️ She's lived with a kitty and various dogs and has generally managed to scare them away with her freaky tongue and googly eyes I work in hospo, always have. I'll be home on random days/ hours. I don't work crazy late though (thank the gods!) I'm a pretty average person; I like the beach, riding my bike round, gym, trying to actually catch up with my friends in various cities. Oh and I'm a vegetarian, in case that sways anyone towards me.. I'm not the lecturing type tho. You do you.. just maybe think about where your food comes from sometimes 😉
I moved to Melbourne a few months ago, but I'm not enjoying it (bloody Melbourne weather!) so it's back to sunny Qld! I used to live on the Northside of Brisbane, but have decided to call the Gold Coast my new home. I'm quiet but friendly. I like to have a chat after work, de-stress from the day, but I also like my alone time. Definitely not a party animal or smoker, and I barely drink. It'd be great to live with someone who'd like to cook dinner together every so often (living by myself, I never cook decent meals, so I'd love to have someone to cook with!). I have a cat named Leela. She's a scared little thing - she hides from everyone except me. She's well trained, though, and doesn't make a mess or claw the furniture. I have a car, and would prefer off-street parking if possible. I'm happy to drive people around or collect the shopping if I end up living with someone without a car. I work in admin, but have been considering a change for a while. Don't worry though, I'll always make sure I have the rent money!
Relaxed, interesting, respectful, open minded, kind persons from Estonia. Kadri can cut or color your hair and teach you some dance or yoga moves! Martin can put together a new wooden plant-stand and prepare a lovely dinner or a perfect cocktail!
Hey! Me and my friend Vanessa are two education students at Griffith and both work part time as well. We are clean and easy going and would love to have a housemate that we can hang out with. We are looking to team up with one or two other people around the same age as us to find a place that’s close to the tram line. We need to start applying for places ASAP! 🙂
I'm a uni student who is planning to study medicine - looking for long term student accomodation. I'm originally from Sydney, who's lived in England and grew up on the Gold Coast during high school and I'm planning to stay here for the next few years! I am a chatty, yoga loving, salsa dancing girl who's happy to turn housemates into friends. I study full time and work so I am out the house a fair bit but I'm happy to make a house a home by being a friendly, stress free housemate by sharing chores and keeping the house tidy. I will be looking to move into a new place by mid October so please get in contact if you're looking for a fun, friendly and easy going housemate.
Hi Guys, Im new to the coast and am looking for someone to share an apartment with me in the southport region. I work full time in Dental and often finish late. I enjoy a fit and healthy life style, and would like to flat share with some one who is also motivated, outgoing and respectful of each others space. Being clean and tidy is a must, and is down for a casual drink/cheese plate on a weekend. I don't mind either male or female, just as long as you are down to earth, can clean up after yourself and up for good banter! Im thinking of an apartment in the southport central apartments as they have great lifestyle facilities - gym/pool and is walking distance to almost everything. Let me know if you are interested 😊
Hey! I'm looking for a room to rent on the Gold Coast from the end of August onwards. I have been living and travelling Europe for the past year and finally making my way back to Australia. I am from Lennox Head originally but looking to move to the GC for something different. I am an early childhood educator in other words day care teacher. I am clean, tidy and easy person to get along with. I enjoy hanging with friends, going to the beach, road trips/weekends away, travelling, sports all the usual things that people say really. I am looking for somewhere that isn't just a room that i am renting but also a place to call home. Respectful of each others space but also up for a chat, dinner or a glass of wine. If I sound like someone you want to live with feel free to send me a message I look forward to hearing from you_I am still currently abroad so if I message at random times or don't reply its just cause I am travelling but I will get back to you as soon as I have a free moment :)
Hi guys! Myself 22 and my partner John 25, are currently looking for rental. Both full time workers and enjoy an active lifestyle. Very honest and enjoyable people to be around. Looking for a place to call home. I am an Aged care nurse and John in the hospitality industry.
We are a easy going, tidy and respectful pair. Both work full-time, play sports and can get down for a bevy on any given day. We are both fun loving, like to socialise and are always out doing things. We’re both flexible with furniture and willing to pay rent up to $200 each or a little more depending on the place and can move in ASAP. Let us know if you’re keen :) - Lisa and Erry
I work Permanent Part Time but usually work full time hours both during the week & on weekends as my roster varies. Very laid-back, friendly & tidy. I like to keep active & go to the gym but also enjoy going out with friends for a drink or two. Not a massive party goer but enjoy the odd event here & there. Love being outdoors & also love my football.
I'm a 26 year old respectful, tidy, professional. I work at Gold Coast University Hospital (8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday) and have just moved back to the Gold Coast after living in London for 2 years. I love travelling, trying out a new places to eat, I love a glass of wine or pint of beer on the weekend and I enjoy running to keep active. I'm quite friendly and social although am not looking for a party house. I'm looking for a flat share with people who are in a similar stage of life & are like minded. I'm flexible with a move in date but ideally it would be around end of September.
I like to keep to myself mostly, but will socialise with others. I love cooking and am very clean. I keep my mess contained in my own space and don't like going into other peoples spaces and touching other peoples things without permission. I'm a student at Griffith, studying my second year of journalism. I am an animal lover, so if you have pets this is no issue. I am more of a cat person but I love dogs too (although I've never had one) I'm not a fan of birds though... (I don't like their noise) I don't have a car or licence (mostly because of financial reasons) so if you were to offer a room, would you please ensure that there is easy access to public transport to Griffith, short walking distance is good. If I need to go somewhere, I usually ensure I can get there on my own, but carpools and lifts would be greatly appreciated (but I wouldn't ask for this very often). I'm currently waiting for approval from centerlink about a youth allowance claim. That may take another week or two from the time of this listing (and if they actually approve my claim), so please understand that I may not be able to secure a room very quickly without it. If anyone is interested in doing a team up or offering a spare room, I've got only one main request. It has to be an LGBT, especially trans, safe space.
