Clean, reliable and friendly. (Libra) So the reason I need to move just before Christmas is water poured through my ceiling making my studio uninhabitable. I'm looking for a place in live for myself and my indoor only cat. She is desexed and very clean. Her hobbies include napping and playing fetch. Myself on the other hand, I enjoy more varied interests. They include but not limited to •brunches •outdoor activities eg coastal walks, ice skating ⛸ •Netflix & YouTube documentaries •reading •laying in the ☀️ sun •minimalism I am a barber and hairdresser working full time in the city. The main thing I'm looking for in a Flatemate is someone who is polite, normal and clean.... hilarious would be a bonus.
Hi new friends! :D I have a lot of experience in shared accommodation (4 years in a backpackers and 4 years in shared houses). I m friendly and good public: bad jokes make me laugh most... :) My activities around the house revolve around cooking, socializing, meditation, sports, playing music (I have headphones), and reading/working. I speak french, german, and english fluently. My special contribution is the ability to fix computers. I have special interests in travelling, spirituality/philosophy, progressive music, technology and health. I work as a computer science researcher and would work from home part-time. Respect of privacy, limited noise pollution (headphones are a great invention :) ), and curfew are important. I look forward to meeting you :) Philippe
Hi! I'm Cynthia, a 25-year-old Dutchie. I'm urgently looking for a room around the Northern Beaches area. I work full time in Manly. I'm not a big partygoer, but I like having friends over for a beer (or two), some wine and music. I love to read and like my privacy, but am also very social and love to have dinner, wines, cheeses, brekkies, coffees and whatever else together! I like to think I like to exercise and I attempt to do some pilates/yoga/barre classes every now and then. Sharing houses is not new for me as I've shared houses with friends before and therefore I know how nice it is to keep mutual areas clean. Please contact me if you have a room available and/or if you want to know more about me :)

Recently moved up to Sydney in June for work from coastal Victoria. Since July have being living in North Sydney, unfortunately my roommate is moving back to Newcastle so am once again looking for the right place. Looking for finding a new place within a friendly environment with other young professionals or teaming up to start a new share house. Currently I am working in Mergers & Acquisitions in the CBD which keeps me very busy during the week, usually long hours are spent there Monday to Friday. On the weekends usually I'm out and about in the great Sydney weather, often this time is spent at the beach or discovering more of Sydney. I love keeping active, mainly with running, swimming and sports, therefore buildings with gyms and pools are great. Although would be ideal to be living somewhere close or with easy access to a beach while also having easy/quick commute to the CBD via public transport. Hoping to be in an environment in which I feel comfortable and get along well with other potential flatmates. I am also quite house proud of my space and the place I'm living so I am very clean and tidy. I am a non smoker, don't look to bring a party home and ideally looking for a place or group of people in which there is a chill/laid back vibe. Looking for other young professional room mates/people with similar interests and who also enjoy to keep themselves busy during the week and weekends. I'm a mature and reliable house mate with a permanent full time position and I believe I can bring strong qualities to a place. If an opportunity or a place comes up I would be interested in teaming up with others and starting up a new share house with other likeminded people. Message myself if I sound like the right fit for your household.
Hi, I'm Nik, I am educated, well traveled and active. I am currently working two part-time jobs while studying a master's degree. My schedule is pretty full so I appreciate cleanliness and efficiency. I spend most of my spare time at the gym or riding my motorcycle and though I'm quite extroverted, I rarely drink and tend to chill out by cooking, watching tv, or reading.
Hi! I am looking for a friendly environment to live. I'm a professional working as a HR consultant who is a friendly, considerate, clean and tidy person. I enjoy my profession and travel across Australia as part of my job, but mostly based in Sydney. I am quite flexible on location for my living as I drive almost anywhere. I have a BMW X5 SUV. It would be great if there is any garage or street parking for my X5. I have a good sense of humour. I am an easy going and a no drama kind of guy who loves life. I enjoy staying in good health, hip hop dance, playing squash, walking, eating healthy and leading an active lifestyle. Occasionally, I like going to clubs with dance floor playing hip-hop music. I am very flexible with my work hours and can choose my own hours. I normally try to keep my office hours between 9-5 (Mon-Fri) and on weekends I love catching up with friends, family and getting outside. I love Sydney and always try discovering new things to do in Sydney that I haven’t done before. I have lived here last 20 years. I’m always considerate about my flat mates, happy to share a meal or a few drinks every now and then but will also respect your space. I enjoy eating out at good restaurants, cafes and bistros which I enjoy more when I can share this with friendly and good hearted people. I would feel great if I see that my flatmate(s) think of the apartment to make it feel like a home. I do not have any problem to welcome your friends as visitors. If you don't mind maintaining a home that is tidy with friendly environment we are on the same page. I find living comfortable with people who are able to talk about any issues that arise. I am currently renting a flat where I am living by myself, but I am thinking of moving out ASAP because living by myself is a little boring and I have not been lucky yet in finding a suitable flatmate from listing my place. I'm looking to stay with like-minded people who are considerate, respectful and friendly that like a drama free home. I think it is important to respect each other’s privacy and have a warm friendship in the home. See you soon. Biplob

I am 21 years old and moving from the UK, to study Acting at the Academy of Film, Theatre and Television, I'll be working part time in Hospitality and know the area well. I'm tidy, a non smoker, organised and laid back who enjoys socializing and keeping fit.
Luke, 24 from the UK. Currently working full time in Manly and looking for a place to stay. I'm very outdoorsy; charismatic, and I like to work. I'm probably the easiest guy to live with, I'll either be in work, at the gym or on the beach! I enjoy cooking and healthy eating - and the odd cider after work/weekends. I also like the social and it'll be sweet to make some new mates, so if your interested in teaming up to find a place, I'm in 🙋🏻♂️
I'm a friendly Canadian (in the process of obtaining PR), have lived in Aus for 3 years now. Just completed my master's of nursing (so I can help you get better when you're sick haha), and am currently cocktail bartending in the CBD until I find an RN position! I keep the place tidy, enjoy beaches and all things outdoors, and you will rarely find me sitting in front of a TV. ****I'm looking for a shared place as close to a beach as I can get. Will not go south of Coogee or North of Freshwater (easier for my commute as I do not have a car) so please keep that in mind when messaging me!
Hi there! I'm 30 years old, have been living in Sydney for the last 6 years. I am a morning person and spend a lot of time playing volleyball at Manly beach. I am a friendly, open and positive person, love dogs (don't have one though), tidy and organised. I work in the City 9 till 5, like drawing and photography. I am looking for a place close to Manly beach and nice people inside :)
Yes, I'm 19, but hear me out. I work full-time in real estate in the North Shore. I am a reasonably quite person, I mean, I love to listen to music (don't worry I usually use headphones) and I love to socialise, but if my housemates and I don't share that kind of a relationship, that's not a problem and I don't know a lot of people so you also don't have to worry about guests. Shoot me a message if you'd like to learn more about me. P.S Where it says smoker, I did that because I do smoke a little, more socially than anything else, and as long as there is an outdoor space, I think we'll be fine. I never have and never will smoke inside, that's a no-go for me. P.P.S That has to be one of the worst photos of me, but oh well, it's pretty recent.
I'm easy going, love to cook, tidy and clean. I don't mind doing my share of the household chores. I'm a nurse at Mona Vale and am looking for a place close by. I do work shifts but no night shift. I am a smoker but i never smoke inside. I enjoy a glass of wine here and there but not a party person per se. I have a girlfriend on the central coast whom i visit quite often on days off so i won't always be around. Rarely watch tv and enjoy a good chat but can also occupy myself. I love to draw, do photography and my main passion is riding my motorbike. I can also move in a bit earlier if needed to.
We are a very chilled and positive couple from the UK who are looking for a home in Sydney. I (Linzi) have lived in Sydney before and will be returning to start a new full time, permanent job in the city. We are very fitness orientated with me being a qualified personal trainer & keen triathlete and with Chris being a very keen cyclist with vast experience in the bike industry. We aren’t at all the party animal type and would very much prefer a night in with good food and company. We do of course let our hair down from time to time although we aren’t big drinkers or out late. Therefore, we are looking for the same with our future housemates :) We are due to arrive in mid February and are looking for either a granny flat, studio flat or a house with 1 or 2 housemates. We are very social and look forward to building a friendship with our new housemates :)
My name is Charles, I'm Australian, laid back, easy to get along with and like to have a laugh. I work full time as a Producer and Drone Pilot at the BBC. I'm looking for somewhere to live long term. I'm ready to move as soon as this weekend. Thanks Charles
