I'm a social, easy going housemate who's always up for a chat after a long day yet am respectful and mindful of other people's routines etc. I play netball during the week, enjoy keeping active and like brunching/eating out at new places around Melbourne on weekends. I work full time as a paralegal so am looking for a housemate with a similar routine - the standard Mon-Fri 8-5pm kind of scenario. Looking to move mid- late April. Thanks Sarah 🙂
I am a neat and clean Architect working in the CBD. I am also an easy going with a good sense of humour. Happy to be social as well give people space to do their own thing, not a hermit. I have a car, so I will be looking for a place which as parking or free street parking.
Hello :) our lease is up in Windsor and I'd like to move closer to my business in Richmond as I'm so over the insane traffic around Windsor!! We are both professionals employed full time (Laura has her own business), very fun but equally hard working, clean and reliable. Excellent with money and paying rent/bills on time. We are both very tidy and clean and very house proud. We are looking for 3-4 bedroom large houses around Clifton Hill/Fitzroy/Richmond. And there are some gorgeous houses coming up but we need a 3rd or possibly 4th person to join us in the hunt! I have a 4mth old kitten and we are both animal crazy and we'd love to live with people that are creative/interested in gardening, art, philosophical discussions about life etc. We believe in treating others well and putting out positive energy into the world. No negativity thanks! We have everything a house needs but are very open to more furniture, especially a dining table and outdoor furniture. I will also be bringing my 2 yr old GSP dog for weekend visits occasionally (he lives with my parents) so you need to love dogs. You must like animals, having a laugh and looking for friends rather than just a flatmates. Get in touch! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Kiwi lad, recently moved to Melbourne. I'm clean and tidy, and enjoy cooking & entertaining, a good TV series, music & gigs, watching sport, beaching/surfing, skiing, keeping fit, and socialising in good bars/cafes/pubs.
I am looking for a place to share where housemates have respect for each other's boundaries & personal lives & communicate with each other in a courteous & respectful manner, & its a FAIR & equitable home environment, with ensuite or seperate bathroom or granny flat, in quiet and clean surrounds. I am fun to be with, sociable yet like the quietness in the household. Not a party animal. My adorable cavoodle is very clean, very friendly, & quiet & very well behaved & professionally house-trained and is the ideal household pet. Independent, clean and tidy and respectful of other peoples boundaries and expect the same from others.Friendly, love to cook, have a glass of wine occassionally. In my free time, I go jogging and help with various charities.
Hello my name is Kosuke. I'm a Japanese male student, age is 21. Now I'm on the foundation course in Swinbrune Uni to get into bachelor degree of design. I'm willing to clean up my room and keep shared spaces clean. I hope stay with good mates respectfully.
I'm pretty new to Melbourne, I moved from Adelaide for work and to be closer to my girlfriend. When I'm not in the office being an engineer I'm probably in the gym training acrobatics or teaching yoga. I work and train hard but I'm always up for some down time so would love some social house mates that would be open to the odd chill night in front of the TV. I’m completely house trained and come with glowing references from past house mates.
Very clean / domestic Socialable Approachable Bubbly Musician Go to gigs Skate I'm currently working full time and always up for going out and being social or even chilling out on a couch and interacting with house mates with board games or anything. Don't mind a chill out drink after work and sometimes go out on a weekend but only for gigs or bands i want to see at clubs or such. Like to think im very approachable and helpful around the house, i clean up after myself and like to live in a clean house like anyone would. I play in a band that i go and play and jam with regularly so if you ever want to do a road trip or check us out i wont say no to the extra fun and all that goes with it Also I am drug free, never done it, don't have a problem with it and if people use it Also I don't smoke or anything like that.
First things first: I have a cat. If that is ok with you, read on. Profession: Social Worker Interests: Beach, nature, exercise, food, dancing, roller skating, bike riding, and my cat whose name is Fairy Pants. The Rest: I'm looking for a place to call home and share with friendly people. I'm good with house work having both shared and lived alone - no discussions about lack of pitching in will be required! I also pay rent and bills on time. I'm not a party animal so I'm just looking for a relaxing place to come home to after work. I like to socialise with house mates and also have some quiet time doing my own thing. I am looking to move in somewhere as soon as possible so please feel free to contact me.
I am an friendly and outgoing individual, who is looking for a comfortable space I can call my own. I am respectful, responsible, reliable, and love things clean and tidy! I deferred uni and backpacked across 12 European countries, which is something I am quite proud of! I love spending time with loved ones, watching movies, going for brunch, and prefer nights in!
I'm from India. I am used to Flat-sharing. I'm neat, tidy guy. can help with house-hold chores. Will love to help you in cooking (Considering, you won't kill me if i make mistakes). I would love to play with your pet, if you have one, but if you don't, it's alright. Very helpful and have little bit of handsomeness from my papa.. Would love to hear from you! :)
Hello! So, you’ve got a room and need it filled… Or perhaps you’ve been looking at that studio in South Yarra/Hawthorn that is wayyy too expensive and decided it’s much cheaper to team up… Look no further because I'm your solution! Why me you may ask? Well let me summarise: - Student; although I can be quiet and studious, I am quite sociable! Good times guaranteed! - Avid Cook; who doesn’t like a flatmate who can actually cook restaurant quality food?? I like decent wine too haha :D - Thrilling Chatterbox; when it comes to topics, I’m a jack-of-all-trades and master of none – all chats are fair game :) - Clean, tidy, considerate, friendly, no pets, non-smoker, not a major party animal; yawn, the usual… - Financially sound; A student who is financially sound??? Yes please! Rent is always paid on time without fuss :) - Local citizen; no visas or any restrictions here! 100% Aussie born n’ bred so I’m deffs looking for long term. Obviously I’m just the perfect flatmate that you’ve been looking for (oh, I've got experience living away from home too!) . Hit me up and I’m sure we can smooth out a few things. Optimally, I’d be looking to rent a room in/team up for a place with 2-3 private bedrooms with people who are: under 25 and single (student or professional) with at least 1 female in the overall group for some much need diversity. But I reckon it’ll certainly be fun whichever ride we take! Cheerio and I know you'll make the right decision XD, Kameron Chan
My name is Meryem KUCUKASCI CAGDAS.I m 35 years old. I come from Istanbul,Turkey. I have been employed as an obstetrician and gynecologist in Istanbul Maltepe University but I'm coming to Australia to study English. I like reading, riding bike and swimming at my free time. I also like playing cello and listening to symphonic metal music. I'm looking for a flatshare and have a budget of $200(bills included) per week.I am a people person and quite friendly. I am a little bit sensitive about cleanliness. I prefer a non-smoking house. If you are interested in my profile, please get in touch. Cheers
Ahoy, I'm Ollie. A relaxed, employed 29 year old, and part-time psychology student. A bit of an ambivert, I comfortably flow between socialisation and independently pursuing my own curiosities. Some of these are learning music, an eclectic array of DIY projects (from sewing to programming), and plenty of cooking (if only to keep ample hummus abound). I could bring to a house a lush tea and spice assortment, a decent sound system (don't worry, I have headphones), solid computer know-how, a washing machine, and a presence that is well honed in the art of taking care of oneself and being a conscientious housemate. I've run share-houses before and can summon references from both landlords and former housemates if need be. All said, hopefully I'll hear from you soon. If not, best of luck regardless. Ollie.
hi, I'm a student looking for a quiet and cozy place to stay. I am a quiet, clean and easy going person who keeps to himself. I love dogs, binging tv shows occasionally playing video games.
I am from Adelaide originally and moved here to start life as a junior lawyer. I work full time in the CBD but looking for a place to relax when i get home. I am very clean and organised. I have a car but can just as easily sell it if the right place comes along (also willing to consider share ownership/costs. I also have a bunch of nice furniture but likewise i can sell this as needed. I would prefer non-smokers but am not opposed to pets.
Hey! My name is Jess and I'm a 21 year old muso who is looking for a place to call home, not just a place to live! I'm a 3rd year music student studying at the Victorian College of the Arts so obviously music is a huge part of my life. I play violin, guitar, piano and I sing a little bit too so if you're interested in impromptu jam sessions I would be more than ok with that! If not, thats cool too! However, I will need to live with people who at least appreciate music to some degree. I work two jobs where I teach violin to primary school students and work at a nursing home. I would say that I'm pretty easy to live with; I'm easygoing, considerate of other people, neat and tidy and not too in your face. I'd say I'm reasonably organised, so you won't have to worry about be paying rent/bills on time. In my spare time, I like to read, do all things arty, attempt poi, listen to/play/write music, see live music, go to festivals and spend time with friends. Ideally, I would like to live with easygoing, good natured, somewhat creative people who are around the same age as me (around 20 - 27) who are down for socialising and hanging out but can also respect my need for alone time as well. It would also be really great if I could find a place that's close to public transportI love animals so if you are a pet friendly household I'd have no problem with that at all.
Hi I am looking for a pretty fun, chilled and easy going sharehouse with people who will make sharing a place the best experience and that can have a chat here and there and genuinely care about respecting their fellow housemates. I am even happy to team up with one or two people to find an existing share house around the the chadstone, camberwell, bentleigh or brighton area. About me: I am a young professional working in retail management full time. I am a pretty easygoing, relaxed and friendly type of person who is neat and tidy and always happy to help complete jobs around the place, be supportive of my flatmates, be respectful of everyone, enjoys a good chat and happy to cook and share a meal with my housemates and don't mind staying in and having some quiet drinks with friends. I like pets, going to gym when I can and don't mind watching a bit of Netflix from time to time. Look forward to hearing from you, please send me a message if your interested!
Joe and I are looking for a third to join us in a new house, we have been living together for over a year in the kew area. We are both down to earth easy going guys, who are sporty and outgoing. If you have any questions at all, or like the sounds of this then please hit me up!
I respect the privacy of others and also I'm a neat person so my room and facilities will be clean at all times.
Hey there! My name is Linnea, I’m 22, from Sweden and I’m staying in Melbourne for six months to do an exchange semester at Deakin uni. I’m from Uppsala, Sweden where I’ve been studying art history for two years. I’ve lived in a dorm for a really long time so I have no problem sharing spaces with other people. I’m also very tidy, but not a clean freak. I like hanging with friends but every once in a while I like some alone time. I’m always up for a spontaneous night at the pub or just chilling together at home. I’d be an awesome roommate! I arrived in Melbourne two months ago and it would be great to find something now when school is starting!
Hi, I'm Vivien! I'm from Melbourne & I'm currently a student at Melbourne Uni. I want to find somewhere closer to uni because I am sick of the ridiculously long commute from where I currently live. I'm neat and tidy, and pretty easy to get along with. I love movies (all of them), music, history, and reading. I'm quiet but always more than happy to socialise either at home watching TV or on a night out! Please let me know if you have any questions!!
I am easy going, very clean, fun and get along with everyone. Am working full time and am rarely home. I do have an adorable and loving black cat named Ninja who is also as chilled as her father.
I am a 21 year old uni student at ACU studying honours in psychology. In my spare time I enjoy binging TV shows, reading, playing cards, as well as cooking. I am tidy and respectful of other peoples space, however would also love to become friends with the people I move in with. I am looking for a private room in a sharehouse.
Hey guys, I'm looking to join a share house or team up with someone to find a place! I currently live in Boronia but am looking to move closer to the city, as I study Fashion at RMIT Brunswick. I'm really easy going and like a relaxed and social environment. I like to hang out at night and have a drink, but also sometimes hibernate in my room. I do drive so I would need somewhere to park! I also work at Sportsgirl :)
Hey, I am just moving back to Melbourne after living a year in Texas where I worked as a cook. If you play your cards right I will cook delicious food for you. Pretty chill around the house and spend a lot of my in my room gaming. In my spare time I am out with my mates or volunteering for Helping Hoops.
I'm a clean and keep to myself kind of person, chef by trade so early morning departure and late at night arrivals are common. Very much into my sport and cannot wait to catch Essendon playing at the MCG! Not a partier but a BBQ out the back along with cold VB will keep me entertained. If you feel like housing this Perth boy tryna make it in the big smoke, please don't hesitate to message.
Hey there, My partner and I are looking to rent a house with a backyard, that's pet friendly for 2 small dogs. We both work part time, as well as play in corporate bands. Great rental history and we take great pride in maintaining a clean home. Looking to move as soon as possible, due to current rental house being converted into apartments. Regards, Tearnu & Adrian
Hey I'm Peter, I'm 33 years old and work full time as a Building Surveyor based in Melbourne CBD. I'm looking for a house/room (12 months +). I moved down from Brisbane about 2 years ago and have spent those couple of years settling in. Now that I have a bit better idea of the lay of the land I'm looking to move a bit closer to the city to have more time to enjoy life rather than commuting to and from work. During the week I'm usually pretty busy at work, and depending on the time of year have been known to work quite late - a habit I'm gradually learning to change. After a bit of a hiatus in my spare time I'm getting back into the gym and enjoying it more and more each session. Apart from the gym I also like going bush walking when I can or hitting the beach, but also enjoy a good chill watching a movie or having a beverage (coffee/brewski) and watching the world go by. Like most guys I enjoy watching my sport - AFL, cricket, NRL (being originally from QLD), any sport really - but also love going playing a bit of tennis or golf, or even trying something new. I've lived in share houses a couple times before while in QLD, and while like most people I enjoy a bit of quiet time when at home to recuperate, I also love a friendly chat and catch up over dinner and whatnot. I'm pretty relaxed and more than happy to hang out and chat or give you your privacy when you need it too. Due to my nature being a consultant I pride myself on creating positive relationships and am always up for a laugh, however I will always respect personal space and privacy. I'm clean, reliable and will do my part to keep the house tidy! As I have a car if a car space was available that would be awesome. Cheers, Peter
Hey! Two mates and I are hoping to either take over a lease or team-up in a property. All work full-time: I work in Sports, Tom (24) works as a bar manager and Liam(26) is a teacher. All love sports, TV binge sessions and heading out on the weekends. Everyone is super busy during the week with work and after work activities (training, catching up with friends). I do have a dog who would be outside (all good if yard is small as take him to the park/run everyday) - very obedient and friendly. We have all graduated Uni and are past the stage of being messy, mid-week antics etc so that stereotype of 3 boys together is definitely not true! Mostly looking for a property of which we can take over the lease but also interested in a 4 bedroom if someone did want to stay on in that property or team-up. Couples welcome!!
Respectful, clean, willing to help a house mate out around the house whether its something personal or to do with the house. I work as a Disability Support Worker and Babysitter whilst studying Occupational Therapy full time. For fun i like to ride my bike, watch movies, read, socialize, go out here for a drink here and there, dinners, music festivals etc.
What makes me great to live with you ask, well… I am 24, Full-time employee of Siemens group, Studying a Diploma of applied Technologies at Swinburne as well. Hi, my name is Rob. I am currently living in Perth but have found full time work in Melbourne. I'm an easy going guy and am neat and tidy (as my wife has taught me). I am a keen gardener and am a handy man around the house so I can help with small projects around the house if need be. I am looking to establish my business with the prospect of bringing my wife over to Melbourne at a later stage (she is a FIFO worker on a 2/2 roster). I am seeking shared accommodation as I like socialising so shared accommodation will suit me so I can get to know new people. I am family orientated and have family that live in Geelong so I am excited to be able to catch up with them more often.

I've been living in Melbourne about 8 months now. In my spare time I love to read, watch Netflix (who doesn't really) and I also like to get out my paints and do some painting every now and then. I also do go to church on Sundays but I'm not the type of person who would throw religion down your throat. I'm friendly and easy going person. And I always clean up after myself after each meal and clean whenever it is required.

When I'm not studying I like to get out and for a run, swim or a round of golf and catch up with mates. Flexible when it comes to move-in dates.
Hello ! I am a french girl, actually staying in Melbourne for at least a few months. I know how to respect other people's privacy, and I pay my rent on time. But most generally, you'll see more as a bubbly, open-minded girl who likes meeting new people and have a good laugh ( that goes with a good meal, of course !) I'm also into the arts, i play the guitar among other stuff, but don't worry, not too loud ! Don't hesitate to contact me !
Hello! I'm Yenni and i'm working as a paediatric nurse at a hospital in one of the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I'm looking for a short term place to stay preferably around Blackburn, Doncaster, Box Hill and Balwyn (but any Eastern suburb is fine as I drive) for about 3 months from 23rd May to 15th August (exact dates are negotiable, potentially even until early September) before I leave to volunteer overseas again for the rest of the year as my current housemates are moving out end of this month and I'll be staying with my folks in a northern suburb until 18th April as I'll be away for about 5 weeks so I'm hoping to look at your place before 18th April in order to make a decision where to return after my trip. Plus I'd still remain employed as my boss is very supportive of my overseas adventuring tendencies so you can always count on me for paying rent on time ;) I've been sharing houses with cousins, friends and strangers on different occasions for the past 9 years in Melbourne so I'm tolerant, approachable, generally tidy and always clean up after myself as I'm pretty self conscious of others around me. Socially, i am usually up for a chat or hang out depending on the preferences of my housemates as I'm pretty flexible and easygoing but if you're someone that keeps to yourself, that's ok with me too as I respect that and would do the same. I do prefer a non party house as it's nice to unwind from a long shift at a peaceful home but I enjoy occasional evening dinner / movie nights with friends at home, just not wild parties (I'm getting old and can't keep up with the youngsters, sorry!). I also lead an active lifestyle and often go hiking on my days off. If I sound like a good fit to you, please reach out, cheers :)
Hey! I'm a 24 yo bloke working full-time as a carpenter as well as building up my own business, and I do a fair bit of volunteer time in the entertainment industry. I've been out of home for a few years now, done the share house thing for a bit so I know the drill, happy to help with housework etc etc. I'm a bit of a workaholic, so I like having my own space to crash, but I'm totally up for social times as well. I have a cat, he's an adorable 5yo ginger short hair, very affectionate! As far as I know good with other animals, he definitely makes friends wherever he goes! I'm looking for some humans to share a house. Non-smokers preferred, but ok as long as you smoke outside. Pets ok, if you're keen shoot me a message and we can go from there! Also looking at joining someone else's share house if possible. Looking to move pretty much as soon as I can, and looking for long-term like at least 12 months, but I'm easy. Any other questions let me know!
Hi, I'm Raquel! I'm 21 and in my final year of uni, studying Bachelor of Comms. (Public Relations). I'm originally from Country Victoria and have been living out of home and in Melbourne for the past 3 years both on my own and with roommates. I will be at uni 1-2 days a week, interning and working retail. In my downtime, I enjoy keeping fit and socialising with friends so I will not be the type of person to be lazing around at home all day. I'm extremely tidy, especially when it comes to common areas and so should you! Happy to have friends over occasionally, on weeknights if you're quiet and gone at a decent hour and on weekends - enjoy yourself, as long as it's not every weekend! I also enjoy having drinks with friends so you should expect this from me also. I'm looking to go into a house, or if an apartment one with 2 bathrooms and of decent size. I already have majority of furniture, including couch, fridge, washing machine, kitchen appliances etc. I am happy to have the occasional catch up/drink/froyo/movie night, but also happy to have my own space, especially through the week. Message me if you'd like to get in touch! Thanks xx
