Hello. I work as a nurse Mon-Fri and am attending Gita school of yoga at night, studying to be a yoga teacher. I am up early for work and get home rather late. I enjoy mountain biking over the weekends. I have two mountain bikes and need a secure garage to keep them in.
Hey I'm suzie, I'm 27 and looking to share a place with some easy going and down to earth people. Ive been a disability support worker for 5 years now, with a background also in personal training. I love a good chat, but also enjoy my own company. Currently live in Malvern.
(Initial note: I am queer and sometimes gender-nonconforming/femme in my presentation and my partner is trans, if this is an issue don't bother messaging me) I am a friendly, tidy, and responsible 22yo student, I'm also finding work over the holidays as I've only recently moved to Melbourne. I am always up for a chat but unintrusive, much of the time I will either be out or studying but I'm open to both independent and more friendly share arrangements if we have similar interests/get along. I am vegetarian and prefer to organise my own food, although I enjoy cooking and don't mind sharing at times. I don't currently have any furniture, however I require very little to be available (just a mattress/bed, if it's a 6+ month lease I can source my own), and can supply my own kitchenware, other than an oven/hotplates. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere with a nice kitchen and a room that fits a double bed. I'm looking for at least a 6 month lease, somewhere longer (up to a year) is no problem either. My move date is pretty flexible.
I work and study full time however if I'm not doing either of those I love to be at the gym or out with friends. I've been in share accommodation before and really enjoyed living with different types of people. As much as I love my privacy I also love getting to know my house mates and having the odd big cook up together or drinks after work.
Hi there! I'm a student looking for somewhere to live next year whilst I study a Bachelor of Environments at Melbourne university, majoring in Architecture and Urban Planning & Design. I both work and study, so you can rely on me to be committed to monthly rent payments. In my spare time, I enjoy socialising, reading, drawing things that aren't buildings and cities, and playing my guitar (acoustic, don't worry!). Ideally would like to move in before the commencement of the 2017 study year (just before the beginning of March) , and stay until the conclusion of my exams, however am flexible on the length of stay beyond 9 months. If you have something that you think would meet this criteria, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks, Laura
Yami - is a chilled, respectful guy who enjoys reading fiction & non-fiction, singing in the shower, the occasional TV show (game of thrones etc) and card games (but he can get pretty competitive!) He also gets up at the crack of dawn 3 days a week to train in Krav Maga! He's also a pretty decent cook of both omnivorous & vegan meals! Alex - is a very relaxed, zany character, he's always good for a laugh and/or philosophical conversation. He enjoys debating the finer points of alcohol, but most of all he enjoys concocting his next hair-brained weekend adventure! Both of us are full time Solar power marketing professionals who respect the cleanliness & tidiness of communal spaces, we love animals, and we're MASSIVE foodies! Alex smokes very occasionally & Yami not at all. We're available to move in any weekend from the 3-4 of Dec onwards, the sooner the better!
Hey funky friends! So here's the boring stuff straight up - My name is Alannah, I am from the South Gippsland region and I finished Year 12 in 2015 and have had a nice gap year this year and am studying Psychology at Deakin University in Burwood in 2017... So, you know, I gotta find me some good ol' accommodation. Not too costly preferably, as I am a classic poor Uni student. 😅 Now to the good shit. I am a world-class Mario Kart 64 player so if you're feeling it we can 10/10 have a tournament (I'll supply the goods - controllers, console, wine etc) or we can just play any 64 game together and swim in our nostalgia and your tears when I kick yo' ass. Wii, DS, XBOX and PlayStation games are also welcome with open arms. 😘 Sorry to fit the stereotype that vegans tell you they're vegan even when you don't ask, but, I am vegan. I don't care if you're not vegan. We can have sausage sizzles and burgers and massive fiestas together and we'll drink some Sangria and release our inner Spanish sides (even though my heritage is purely Scottish, English and French 😅) and, I don't mean to toot my own horn (I do) but I make a meeeean vegan spaghetti bolognese. Sausage rolls, too, that have been approved by many Omni's. So why wouldn't you have me as your house mate? If you have some little beings living in your house I'll like you even more. Woofers? Meowers? Sqwarkers? Squeekers? Oh yas, bring 'em on, baby. Brownie points for you if you got dem pets. My hair color will change frequently depending on my mood. No -unfortunately I'm not Nymphadora Tonks - I just wear wigs. #theredhairisfake #imactuallyablonde I'm not a massive party animal, but if you're having a party I'll totally join in. And all jokes aside, I am very respectful and will give you space and be clean and all those top qualities. Hit me up with a message if you'd be keen on finding a place together. I look forward to hearing from you.
Two 23 year old females looking for a fun house/flat share! Both been travelling together for just over two months through south east Asia and are now coming to Melbourne on a working visa! Previously one was a primary school teacher and the other worked in the events industry. Both extremely socialable, outgoing and originally from London. Also very easy going and get along with everyone. Pride ourselves on being neat and tidy housemates.

Hi I'm Rob, originally from NZ, been living in Melbourne almost 5 years now. I'm 28 and currently working in the events industry. Just finished up with the Melbourne Marathon and now moving on to the World Cup of Golf for the next few months. I like to keep healthy and try to get out mountain biking a few times a week. Grew up with 3 sisters so very much house trained, friendly and considerate of others. Have a fairly busy life from work, but always try to have a catch up when i have the time. Happy to live with quiet or sociable people, have lived with both before and get along great with either. Love animal's but don't have any myself
I have been living independently since my mid teens so I understand the responsibility of keeping a home clean and making sure the bills/rent are paid on time. I'm not one to shy away from chores and you won't find my belongings all over the place. I am a bit of an introvert so I like to keep to myself most of the time, but I do like to be social on the weekend and enjoy having a good chat. I have recently had to leave work to become a full time carer of my niece but now that has all been worked out, I am looking to get a job and continue my studies in a more mature, like-minded environment. I enjoy art (you can find me pretty much constantly taking photos, drawing or drafting up mood boards), I like old cinema and indie films, I enjoy 'wine nights' with my friends and going to off the wall cafes and bars though it's rare these days, and I love animals.
I'm Michael, a 23 year old seeking a chilled household that enjoys being social yet respects down time. I am generally laid back and easy to be around, and definitely willing to pull my weight around the house! Originally from Tasmania, I've been in Melbourne 2 years working in client services and sales. I'm currently planning on heading back to University in 2017 to study Design at Swinburne Uni, and also work part time. Seeking a great space and company with shared values and interests.
We are an italian couple. Ambrogio is a cook and Angela works in Hotels as receptionist. We made a year working holiday visa and we are looking for a job now. We like music and cinema very much and we like animals.
Hi there, My name is Bobby (25) from the Netherlands. I love, live, strive and full of life Explorer, traveler, satisfied, happy and content packed a bag 6 months ago and went for my quest for quality of living! Spend the last six months in India where I impulsively decided to go to the land of OZ. I'll be working here: Belgian Beer Café Melbourne & market stands. Having me as a roommate is not flat, but uplifting. I love to share my personality with yours. So pick any extension from who I am and I share them with you: - Massage therapy - Music (percussion, guitar, flute, didgeridoo) - Photography - Poetry - Galactic conversations - Kindness - Stories - Books - Open mind and open heart Hope to see you soon! :)
Hi there, I'm Amy, a 26-year-old high school teacher from Queensland. I am moving down to Melbourne next year and am coming down in December to try and score a great place to live! I'm fairly active and play various sports, dance ballet, run and enjoy a good kickboxing session. I also really love the arts, so I'm constantly on the lookout for new exhibitions/shows to see. I love to cook and make a mean chocolate souffle. I am a clean freak and would prefer to live with someone at least a little similar. I have shared before with no issues and am very reliable. I would love to live with someone who's happy to socialise every once in a while but also understands the balance between this and personal space. I don't own any pets but will love yours as my own. If you think I would fit in nicely in your home please get in touch! :)

Hi! I'm looking to relocate to Melbourne in early-mid 2017 for a gap year (or two) before going into Uni, and i'm just saving up in the meantime. I'm really into comics, anime, games and writing- but I also like social/music events, just socializing and messing around outdoors. I'd prefer a place with chilled out and open-minded people, and while I do value my own time alot i'd definitely be down to spend time with housemates including going out or having movie nights and things like that. Looking for a somewhat lengthy stay so I don't have to be constantly moving around and to feel established somewhere. Budget, suburbs, and move date etc are all just close estimates as most of it will change by the time I move- which should be around March but i'm just starting to look early. :)
My name is Laura Onate, I am from Colombia (Southamerica). I am 25 years old and I am studying English with my boyfriend at Swinburne University for six months. We both are civil engineers, wanting to get our English better. We are looking for a room, where we can sleep together.
I'm an Engineer from India, coming to Melbourne to pursue Masters in Information Technology from RMIT University. I'm fun loving, understanding person. Hey, I'm a primary school teacher who likes travel and dancing. I like to think I'm pretty normal, easy going, friendly and intelligent 🤓. Originally from country Victoria, I have lived in Melbourne on and off for about 5 years, with a stint living in Munich in between. I live in Hawthorn right now but my place has been sold so am currently in the process of renting a 2 bedroom place in Hawthorn again or potentially in Toorak or South Yarra. I'm looking for a light, bright apartment ideally with floorboards, a dishwasher and a balcony with 1 or 2 bathrooms. I'm ideally looking for someone who will share long term and co-sign a lease. If this all sounds compatible with you please send a message through. Rebecca
I'm a 23 year old female working in retail management. I'm a friendly and happy person who loves being in the company of others and gets along with all sorts of people from all walks of life. I'm looking for a place that I can call home with people who a get along with and can have some fun! I'm clean (but not anal), reliable (rental references available!) and very easy going. I work at Doncaster Shoppingtown so I need to be in a suburb that I can easily access my work via public transport (don't own a car!). Would prefer somewhere closer to the city as long as there is public transport close by. My current lease is up mid January but I am willing to pay rent staring in mid/late December to secure a place I like! Send me a message if you are looking for a fun and dependable new housemate!
I'm an osteopath that has been lucky enough to travel the world with work for the past 10yrs. Will be settling back in Melbourne in the new year & I'm looking for a place not too far from the city. I enjoy my sport, live music, food, cooking and keeping fit. I'm tidy and easy going. I will also be traveling for work between 10-15 weeks of the year if that helps. :)
I'm a PhD student at University of Melbourne. I am from Colombia and have spent my last five years living in different places abroad, the last two living here in Australia. I'm really laid back, easy to talk with. I'm tidy and clean or at least try to keep things like that. I want flatmates to socialise with but also keep each other privacy. During my free time, I like to watch TV/movies, explore the city, go out with friends, try restaurants.

Fully house trained and fully housemate trained! Won't eat your stuff, will clean my stuff up and doesn’t sweat the small stuff! I'm Lynsey, British, working at a Health Centre in Richmond and looking for like-minded people to live with. I don’t take myself too seriously and have a go-to store of bad jokes – Went on a date with a dolphin... we just clicked – but I’m a Literature grad and have worked in publishing in London for the past few years so can match you in pretentious conversations if you so wish (would prefer it if you didn’t!). I’m far too old to live in a party house and am just looking for a chilled out, clean home, with friendly housemates to chat, cook and make the most of Melbourne with. I’m easy going and easy to get along with, tidy and respectful of other people’s space. My pub quiz specialist topics would be pop culture, 80’s films and indie music and I’m willing to pretend to have an interest in sport for the right house! If it sounds like I could be a good fit for your place, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We both are really really really clean and tidy, and will be really respectful. I go out with friends quite often, but when I'm home I love a good chat or relaxing in front of a movie. I'm pretty flexible with my move date and would ideally like to start a sharehouse with one or two others so if you're interested please send me a message! Otherwise I'd love to hear from you if you think I'd fit in well with your sharehouse :)

Hi. I've just graduated from Victorian College of the Arts after studying music composition and am about to start a year of honours. I have two part-time jobs, but do a lot of my composing from home (not as noisy as you'd think. I play a digital piano, and record vocals or noises when I know people are out or have said they don't mind). I love a good netflix binge, and spending time going to gigs or walking my dog. I have a dalmatian, Lottie, who is easy going, well trained, and gets along great with all people and other dogs as well. She's super cuddly, and will love you unconditionally. I take pride in where I live, and what I do, and if there's anything else you'd like to know, don't be afraid to ask! Amy
I live just outside of Melbourne, so im looking for a place thats closer into town! I have 2 jobs and i am studying full time at La Trobe Uni. I'm an easy going person, who can get along well with everyone but i also appreciate quite time during the week if i have to study. With time off, i am a brunch enthusiast, love going to gigs when i can, hanging out with friends and seeing what Melbourne has to offer! I'm looking for 3 - 4 house mates and i am looking to pay no more than 200 per week! Looking for a place to move into with people who don't have a huge age gap. Hey! I moved from Perth earlier this year. I work in travel and am fairly sociable. However I do like coming home to a clean and tidy place as I also like to have some me time! I am a horrendous cook, so I keep it simple...which also means minimal mess! Ideally my new flatmate(s) will be clean, tidy and respectful and sociable! Currently living in an apartment in Hawthorn East. Flatmate has decided to venture out to a bigger house and I am looking to either stay where I am or meet some new people and move elsewhere. My lease finishes end of January, so my move in date is a little flexible. Ideally looking for a flatmate or two!
Hi! I'm an English and Drama teacher at Swinburne Senior Secondary College. As well as teaching 3-4 days per week, I tutor VCE students and write for an education magazine. In my spare time I love reading, swimming, books and music. My partner Rosie is a student at Holmsglenn, in Glen Waverly, and she is an incredible gardener. She can grow food, fix the kitchen sink, propagate natives... anything practical, she's onto it. She also plays violin, swims, reads, and does her homework. We're both clean and tidy and very responsible with our bills and payments. PETS: The kitten in the picture is not coming with us!! We are planning to adopt a dog but will make sure it is well trained (if you are worried we can pay a pet bond to put your mind at ease!). We are looking for somewhere green and quiet. An enclosed yard, trees, and spaces to grow vegetables are a plus, as is proximity to parks/rivers/creeks/national parks. I'd prefer to catch the train to work so walking/riding distance to the Belgrave line train station would be amazing. Neither of us smoke, and we have our own furniture.
Hey everyone, My name is Cherisha (Cherry) and I'm looking to find a place/group up with people to find a place in Richmond/Hawthorn or surrounding areas in February 2017(my current lease end on the 15th of Feb). I work full time as an Accountant in Hawthorn and would like to move closer to work. Im an easy going, adaptable and neat person who has been renting with different friends for the last few years so am open to all types of living. Im flexible in terms of joining up with new people and then finding a house or filling in an empty spot somewhere. A bit about me, I'd say I'm pretty social, enjoy my weekends out and about with friends and love cooking whenever I can :) Cheers!
I am a Student in Monash Uni, Masters in Business Information Systems. Quite chill on all aspects of life. To each their own. Like to travel, explore, party occasionally, 420 is da bomb. Also quite involved in technology, working on a start-up right now. Looking for a nice and easy going atmosphere.
Hi! I'm Mitch. I work full time 9-5 for a small private health insurance company. I'm single, non smoker, and currently have no pets. My interests outside of work include seeing live music, enjoying a beverage or two with friends and family, taking iPhone photos of other people's doggos, scrolling through the movies and tv shows on Netflix and not watching a thing, and buying pot plants. I spend a fair few weekends hanging out with my family in country Vic too. I keep my living spaces clean and tidy. I'm chill with cooking my own food or sharing meals with people. I do sometimes go for the convenience of eating out or getting lite and easy delivered weekly. I'm really sociable but also like my own space. I'm all about home being free of confrontation and stress. That's what work is for! I've lived in a really big apartment for 5 years, so I'd like to live in a similar place. Somewhere new and clean with lots of light and lots of space. Looking for 3 bedroom apartments/houses/townhouses. I probably prefer male housemates, but I don't dislike the idea of female housemates. I'd like to get together a group of 3 or so, and look at some apartments/houses/townhouses. Send me a message if you're interested! Cheers, Mitch :)

I am interested in a master bedroom with own ensuite around 20 minutes maximum from Doncaster. I own my own furniture so unfurnished rooms are not a problem. Hi, I'm from Brisbane moving to Melbourne for my full-time job. I studied fashion design and recently acquired a job in shoe production and design. I'm new to sharehousing but I'm very clean, considerate to other people's privacy and enjoy quiet nights at home.
Transferring [work] to Melbourne from Sydney in mid-January 2017. Experienced house-sharer; clean/tidy; quiet; respectful of others' space and time.
At the start of next year I am planning to move out of home, leave my current job and start my new life closer to the city. I am a quiet individual but will open up once I get to know someone. I am trustworthy and will have no problem helping out anytime. This next step in my life is something I am looking forward to so I very much want some decent people to live with. I want to find a share place with similar individuals, close to my age, easy to get along with and just generally good people. I'm also open to the idea of starting my own place and choosing who to live with myself, so am open to team-ups if that's what you're looking for. Feel free to message me:)
