I am a mature aged single woman. Currently working full time in real estate sales. I am easy going, fairly quiet, neat and tidy non smoker and occasional social drinker. Tasmania has been my home for 7 months now. I moved here from Queensland in January to be closer to my married daughter who lives in the Huon Valley with her husband on their 10 acre property. In time I will consider buying my own home here and selling my home in Queensland but for the time being I am more than happy to rent.
I’m looking for somewhere to stay which is a short commute to uni (sandy bay utas campus) and work (CBD) . I’m currently studying engineering at utas while working 4-5 days at my part-time job. I have a big family so used to chipping in and doing my part in the house. I love sports, touch football mainly and being outdoors. I’m also great at cooking and have a pretty easy going nature so won’t be fussed by much

I have just moved to Hobart to start a new job at UTAS. I will be at work and travelling between Launceston and Hobart throughout the week most of the time and love to make the most of my weekends so I probably won't be home all that often to be honest haha. I have lived in share houses for many years now and understand the dynamics of how to make a place good! I appreciate a clean house and am more than happy to do my share of the housework, pay bills/rent on time and chip in for general house costs. I'm looking for a place with people who understand the balance between personal space for time when I have 'shit to get done' and also the ability to hang out and have fun when we all have some free time. I'm more than happy to cook a meal for housemates every now and then and won't get passive aggressive if you steal some of my milk or weetbix, just don't go touching my hummus! Being new to Tassie, I want to get out and explore as much as possible so would love to live with people who have similar interests (hiking, camping, fishing, surfing, exploring etc) but if you're not into that kind of stuff that's fine by me also. Final thing and not important at all, but I would love to live with a doggo or in a place that would consider pets so I could get my own doggo! (This is not a make or break requirement though)

Film Maker, stylist, student. I’m a 21yo student looking for a place where I live for the length of my degree. I’m easy going, tidy and tolerant. I love conversations, I love food, I love learning. Ask not what you can do for your country, but what your country can do for you.
Hi there, I'm 30 and relocating from Adelaide to Hobart for work. Looking for a place to stay with friendly people that are open to a chat or a drink from time to time. Around similar age would be preferable. A little about me: Moving over for full time work, like to keep fit and healthy, sociable but also like to have my alone time, keen interest in sport and like to get outdoors. Message me if you would like to know more about me, have a room available or are also looking for a room and could be open to teaming up to get a new place together. Cheers Joel
Hello all. I am well versed in share house etiquette and clean and considerate by nature. I enjoy an active/creative lifestyle and like to think I’m a well balanced individual. Looking for likeminded people to share a house with in Hobart. Jesse.
Hi there, I am a healthcare professional and an aspiring physician from Melbourne, moving to Hobart in July to study medicine at UTas. I am extremely clean and tidy, love to explore nature, try out new restaurants and wineries, play some golf or just go for a nice drive (if and whenever I do get the time) and generally try to be as polite and helpful as I can be. I am always up for a meal together but am also very respectful of other people's space. I am definitely not looking for a party house or a place that is loud on the weekend, but a place where we can share a meal, have a glass of wine occasionally and share an intelligent conversation. I am looking to move into a shared house or team up ASAP as my uni starts in the second week of July. Regards, Dhruv
I'm student who study IT in UTAS, and i just move to Hobart for couple days. Hi, My name is Emily. I am easy going, clean and full time employed. I have lived in two share houses before with up to four housemates, so am an experience member of a share house. In both cases we enjoyed each other's company, often going out for dinner or having a chat, but also respected others privacy. I'm looking for a similar house to share exploring Tassie with, but also happy to relax in our own space.
I am a chartered structural engineer I have just moved to Hobart from Adelaide as I got a new job here. I have my family staying in my own apartment in Adelaide CBD and it’s likely that I will be travelling to them fortnightly at the weekends. I lived in Dubai for 12 years 5 of which were sharing with other flatmates, so I used to share accommodation with others in a good way. I work full time in Salamanca and I was looking to rent a two bedroom place near that area but couldn't find a good one. I am currently staying in Somerset on the pier hotel and should move on 24 August.
