I've been through quite a few occupations, therefore, am easy to understand others. I am becoming a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner now, which could be a relief in this stressful world. I just need a quiet place and a simple life, so staying with me is easy, and happy.
I'm a 20-year-old dancer having just completed my Advanced Diploma of Art (Musical Theatre & Commercial Dance) I'm moving to Sydney from Brisbane to start a job as a ballet teacher for tiny-tots and to really kickstart my career, make connections and increase opportunities. I will more than likely be going to auditions every other weekend, classes all the time and (if I make the connections I need) hopefully gigs here and there. I am originally from Rockhampton and moved to Brisbane two years ago for my course, but Brisbane can be described as "the bigger version of Rocky" so moving to Sydney is a huge step for me and it would be lovely to meet some like-minded people as I don't really know many people down there. My absolute maximum in rent to pay per week will be $200 so naturally I'm looking in the less expensive suburbs closer to where I'm going to work which is in the eastern suburbs. So (according to my research) Monterey, Maroubra etc. However, Bondi, Double Bay and Randwick etc would be ideal. I will be starting my job at the start of February and have organised to stay with family until I can find a place to move to, so I would love to move in February sometime. As a housemate, I am easy-going, very clean and I keep to myself quite often but I would call myself an extrovert and am always keen for a chat and to meet new people, so having people over is obviously no drama. Even though I am easy-going if I do have an issue, I will be straight forward about it because thats the only way to solve issues in my opinion. I love to keep myself busy and live a very active/healthy lifestyle but I don't mind the occasional night out. On top of dancing and choreography, I love acting and theatre, music, going to the gym, the beach, netflix and wine nights, art, learning about different things, travelling, hiking/bushwalking, healthy cooking & baking (I make treats for my friends and current housemates all the time), going to markets, music festivals. I also love adventures and trying new things. Please don't hesitate to message me if you think we would suit being housemates. xx
From Melbourne to Sydney!:) Hi there, I am looking for a room (preferably in a house not flat) with own bathroom/en-suite and an access to a secured backyard. I like a clean, tidy place, not obsessive, just makes life easier... ;) I am energetic and super easy-going person! Professionally, I work as a Project Manager and I've just signed new project in Sydney, so I will be moving up to Sydney in mid January (most likely around 12/01 but the date is flexible so whatever works for both of us :) ) . As I will be new to Sydney any ‘tips’ are welcomed! 😊 In my free time I absolutely love cooking. I run a cooking blog, and also do web design, but this is more for fun ..on a side 😉 Feel free to reach out, happy to organise a call or skype for a chat so we can get to know each other better and discuss the rental stuff :) PS: I have 11 months old Puppy, his name is Simba (my lion kind) and adorable Golden Retriever! He loves other animals and people (especially children!) he is house trained and completed the obedience school (so he is more like a therapy dog :) )
Hello :-) My name is Sonia and I am a full-time shift worker working in the airlines. Originally from Perth, I have lived in Sydney for 3 years. I am quiet, respectful, clean, reliable, sociable and respect people's privacy and property. I'm not in a hurry to move, but should the right place come along and it feels like home, then all is perfect :-) Looking forward to hearing from you...
Mature professional, non smoker, neat @ tidy, quiet but sociable. Into sports, gym, tennis, mountain and road bike, 4x4 and camping. Some storage would be required as I have some camping gear , and two bikes.
Hi, I'm Giovanna, Brazilian, 26. I study in the city and work with functions in various locations. I am very chill and quiet, I like to talk sometimes but mostly I keep to myself. Clean and tidy.
Currently working at the airport which consumes most of my time this time of year. I tend to like my own space but that doesn’t mean I don’t mind a good chat when I see my house mates around. I’m honestly not home that often and when I am I’m just chilling out doing my own thing!
I am a very clean and tidy person. I don’t drink or smoke. I have a great sense of humour. I work shift work . Will try and be very quiet when I get home so I don’t wake anyone. I am fun to be with.
I'm looking for a place near a train station, and close to the city. (One flatmate only.) I work during the week (office hours). Enjoy cooking and going to the gym. I'm sociable, clean, and considerate.

Hello! We are a friendly and easy going couple, looking to rent out a private room within the Southern area of Sydney. Ideally, we are looking for a place that is within 15 mins walking distance to a train station, as we both travel to the city for school / work. We currently both attend university, studying Economics and Engineering respectively. We also work part time, so we generally are not home throughout the week. We are both in our early 20's and would love to meet likeminded people who are respectful, tidy and easygoing :)
Hello! I'm moving to Sydney from Adelaide for full-time work whilst finishing my masters degree. I work in data analytics and in my down time like relaxing with a good movie, grabbing a coffee with friends, and board games. I'm looking for a room with an ensuite close to Sydney airport and near a train station. I'm clean and tidy, friendly but like my own personal space too :)

After living many years in UK and Spain, I am making my way back to Sydney. Currently freelancing in digital marketing/anything digital so may be home working EU hours but I am very very quiet. Seeking furnished (double bed and desk if possible) private room with own bathroom and a super cool, relaxed, fun, happy flatmate (1 other no more). Looking to share with someone whos friendly, mature, clean, respectful...well traveled...likes wine, likes to cook, know the word Clean and Tidy....haha ok I know this is not a dating site.... :) Open to other areas in Sydney thats max 45min into the city. I DO NOT SMOKE so I hope you don't either. I am super super CLEAN and TIDY (NO SHOES inside the house please). I know how to do dishes, use the dyson and keep noise down as I love my beauty sleep (I love sleeping in). I like to cook but also prefer going out too. I love a good wine and you may find me often with a glass in hand. I also need a good laugh now and again, so if you tell great jokes, I am there! If you tell bad jokes, well, I might need more than a glass of wine :) Like to have friends over now and again for dinner, but all very low key. My uni partying days are over long time ago... Ahora aprendiendo español y me encantaría continuar si mi nuevo compañero/a de piso también habla español! Pero no es obligatorio. Me gusta salsa, futbal, rugby, yoga, gin & tonica, rum & coke, paella, y mas cosas. You do your thing, I do mine but we can always come together. I have no car but looking to get a Vespa/scooter. I can view from 17 Jan. Earliest move in date 27 Jan. Give me a message if you are similar!
Hi, my name is Lynne. (Intro) I am an easy going, down to earth, chilled Chinese girl who has been living in Australia for the past 11 years. Most of my friends saying that i m one of the coolest Chinese they have ever met :P I am currently working full-time with two different jobs plus studying. I can be very sociable but considering my busy schedule lately, i need a lot of private time to study as well as recharging myself from heavy workload. (Interest) I love art, music, movie, reading, netflix and animals. (Pets) I have a lovely chubby sausage dog, but he will not be moving in with me. But once or twice a month i would like to take him home to stay with me just for a weekend. So I hope you don't mind (Smoker) I am a social smoker, which means i can smoke but barely smoke when i am on my own. (Furniture) I have my own queen size bed, desk and tallboy drawers for my clothes. I would like to move in somewhere which has built-in wardrobe to compensate my large amount of clothes and other belongings. I am clean and tidy, and would like to live in a drama-free environment. If you think we can get along, feel free to shoot me a msg. :) Move in date is negotiable.
