Hey there! I'm Jas. I'm 21 years old and have been living in Melbourne for a year now. I moved over from Perth to be closer to the family. My lease is ending very soon and I am looking for a new house and housemates to share with. I'm down to earth, friendly and easy going. I work at a Patisserie in Greensborough and spend my downtime relaxing, cooking, baking, reading, and listening to music. I love pilates and meditating. I'm pretty quiet and chilled and would love a sharehouse that feels like a home rather than a place to party. I've had experience living in sharehouses before and am a very considerate housemate. I am clean and reliable with paying rent and bills. I only have a bedroom full of furniture plus some kitchen appliances. I don't have any pets although I love them! If you think we'd be a good match I would love to organize a time to meet you and see the house :)
Hi I’m Chantell, I’m 21 years old and currently working full-time as a public servant :) I am clean and tidy in all shared spaces, pay my bills on time and am very quiet and respectful of personal space. I am not a party-goer at all, and keep to myself majority of the time; as I wake up and go to bed early every day for work I usually spend my free time chilling at home, watching Netflix, shopping or hanging out with my friends/family. Looking for a place to feel comfortable and homely, and settle in for at least a year Fine with pets, so long as the property permits them of course!! Send me a message if you’d like to have a chat, so we can get to know each other a bit better :)
My name is Jaime - 39 year old male. I am Portuguese and have been living in Australia for 30 years I have a 12 year old staffy called Tiago. He is gentle, quiet, loving and very well behaved. You'll love him if you appreciate dogs. I am currently working fulltime as a Hospitality professional and have 15 years experience in hotels, restaurants, bars both in Australia and overseas. I am respectful, clean and financially reliable. I enjoy a stimulating conversation. I love the beach. I am content spending time alone. I am certainly social, being a Gemini and accustomed to a hospitality environment. I have a quirky sense of humor and believe honesty, respect, trust and open lines of communication to be really important parts of house sharing.
Hi There, I am looking to share a large house, probably a team-up with ideally another single parent, preferably a dad and ideally with a couple of kids of his own. So a four bedroom house would be an absolute minimum and I would take 2 bedrooms. A larger property would be even better. I am currently renting a large 3 bedroom house in Lower Plenty. Personally, I am on a vertical learning curve after a difficult separation a year ago. I have four marvelous girls, two of who are dependent (14 and 7) and two adults. The two young ones will be living with me for just under half the time (40%). I can offer much from my experience but have learned that there is so much more still yet to learn and in my middle age I love new learning
Hi! I’m Lauren, I am 21 and I moved to Melbourne from Adelaide earlier this year. I’m currently stuck living with my sister, her husband and their 3 children! I love them all but YIKES.....time to go get my own life 😜 I work on average 6 days a week, I am pretty quiet but I certainly still like to fit in fun and laughter as much as I can. I am a lover of animals so I would secretly love the possibility of a house pet but not essential. Send me a message if you’d like to grab brunch or a drink so that we can get to know each other ☺️ Lauren
Hi, I'm Kelsey :) I'm a bit of hippy/goth hybrid, but friendly, down to earth and more approachable than I look. I'm mindful and respect others when it comes to privacy, personal space and lives; but am also sociable, love having a laugh over a beverage or two, and sharing meals. When I'm not working full time, I like to spend my free time with art projects, enjoying the company of my cat, or out visiting friends. I love cooking vegan cuisine, and am a pro at cleaning up after myself! Due to current housemates looking to move out, I am looking for somewhere relatively local, so I don't spend all my free time commuting to work. (We work to live, not the other way round, right?!) Looking for housemate/s that are down to earth, have a great sense of humour, and don't mind the concept of sharing a roof with someone a little bit nerdy and odd :)
Looking for a place where I can keep to myself. A granny flat or studio flat would be ideal, out the back of an existing residence or a one bedroom apartment. I am tidy, enjoy cooking, singing, working and socializing.
Hello there, im a 28 year old female moving from Perth to Melbourne on the 11th of June. Im a fairly easy going person who is looking to board a single room in a quiet household. I enjoy reading, bush walking, craft and meditation. I would like to live in a household with others who respect one another, and are responsible with sharing household cleaning ☺ i am a social person, yet i value my housemates privacy and boundaries. I can provide references if requested. Please get in touch if you may be looking to fill a furnished room
I am fun easy going reliable and friendly. I pay rent on time and like to keep a clean house. I work full time in childcare and enjoy a bit of wine every night. Not a party animal but does enjoy a night out. Looking to move into a house with someone or people who are my age and are up for a chat every now and then. Looking to move to a new home ASAP.
I’m a chef and love cooking, I’m a very clean and tidy person. I also respect others privacy.
Two young people who love a clean and tidy house. Dedicated to have a happy and healthy lifestyle. I am a student currently studying at the gordon tafe. Jesse is unemployed at this stage due to a medical issue though that will be changing very soon as he is improving and will be fit to work very shortly. Not the party type though that doesn't mean we don't like having a good time and a good laugh. We do have 2 sons. Though they do not live with us at this stage which is why we are looking for a shorter lease term (3 months-6 maximum)
Heyy, I'm a chiropractic student at RMIT and I've got a couple of part time jobs so I'm rarely home. I love a family meal with a couple casual drinks on the weekend, and I'm not a massive partier so don't worry, I won't be hosting predrinks every other week. I'm not allergic to any animals so I'm flexible with pets although unfortunatly I don't have any of my own. I like to think I'm pretty down-to-earth and I'm always up for a chat xx
URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A HOME ...I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR... LOCATION NOT IMPORTANT. I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the third draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I do have a 13 year old WELL TRAINED AND LOVED DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT so it's important that they have a little space and are safe. I am flexible with moving dates and budget. Cheers Peita:)
I am clean and sonewhat tidy, but not over the top. I am responsible and honest. I like to live my life, my way so I have no issue with how you live yours - unless it impacts on me. I am friendly but not needy. I like my own time and my own area but am happy to sit down for dinner, chat and go our own ways. I also have a fur baby named Louis. He is a white maltese shih-tsu, who is very much house trained and very much a lap dog. He loves people and cuddles and is great with other dogs of any age. He is really easy going and he usually comes with me everywhere as he loves the car. I am looking to share a home with someone who has similar views on sharing a house. I would prefer to have only one or two housemates max and my own bathroom is preferable but not a necessity.
I am a full time dental nurse and studying my cert 4 to advance, i am barely home, if I am I am a very clean person, always will pick up after myself. I am bubbly and love to joke around, however I can also be quiet. I have a gorgeous cat Leo who is almost two, his is my pride and joy and we come as a package deal. I also dance, and have been for quite a while, I am into jazz, tap and hip hop dancing. I am looking to move out ASAP as I cannot live with my father anymore
Hello, I'm Christine, a 24 year old student currently studying full time at Latrobe University. I've just returned from a year living abroad in Japan and am looking for a new place to call home! I'd love to find somewhere long term with friendly housemates. I'm respectful of people's belongings, personal space and privacy and am very clean and tidy. I’m hoping to live with others who also value these things and are respectful. My hobbies include art and video games so I do spend a fair amount of time in my room, as I'm also busy with university work too, but I do enjoy socialising as well and am always up for a good chat. I'm pretty easy going and laid back so I'm sure I'd fit in well with any personalities or house set up. I love animals so I'd be more than happy to share a house with any furry friends too! I hope you will consider me for a future flatmate in your lovely homes. Please avoid calling or messaging me unless you are an early bird user (because I can’t message those). Please just message me here, thank you!
(Looking for a place to live for 3 months starting from 25-30 Jun) I am quiet and I follow house rules. I work and study full time, therefore, I am either away or studying for most of the time. I have lived in various shared accommodations previously. I like pets (but I don't have one) and get along well with most people. I have no dietary or other special requirements, as long as I can live somewhere reasonably clean and quiet (near where I work), I'll be happy:)
Hi! I’m a music teacher at Eltham College and I’m looking to move closer to work. I want to make a difference in the world so I try to educate myself about the environment and current events and practice sustainability. I want to get fit and strong. I enjoy doing body balance (Pilates/yoga/tai chi) and walking. Unwinding in nature is very important to me, so living near a reserve with a creek or river would be ideal. I enjoy growing my own herbs and veggies and baking my own bread. I do try to eat healthy but my job can be stressful so I like to chill with a glass of red at the end of the day. I have a 15 yr old son who is moving in with his dad, who I will have 2 out of 3 weekends. We own an old mudbrick home in central Vic that we will stay at on most of those weekends. I’m usually up for a chat and I’m happy to share cooking. I can cook lots of different cuisines, eg. Italian, Indian, Chinese and Mexican and I like living in a tidy house so I clean up as I go. I have noise all day every day at work (drum kits, keyboards, xylophones etc) so escaping to a quiet room in the evening is something I crave. That said, I do have a Netflix subscription and I’m happy to share it! I’m easygoing, I love a laugh and a meaningful chat about an interesting book, movie or idea. I love a long bath with aromatherapy to unwind in. I make one day a week my ‘homebody’ day so on Saturdays I’m usually in my pjs or trackies catching up on reading, gentle excercise and sleep. I emerge from this on Sunday with renewed vigour ready to get organised and hit the week! If you want a fun loving, kind hearted house mate, you’ve found one and I’m looking forward to meeting you. 🤗 Ps I have 2 fur babies, Shadow and Dynon. They are outdoor cats that are gentle and friendly and chilled around dogs. They love a pat and a rub under the chin. They usually sleep on my bed at night. Dynon is very shy and comes in for food and disappears again, but Shadow is keen to show you his affection and if you like cats, he’ll sit with you and purr loud!
Hi :) I’m Andy, in a nutshell: - Domesticaed Sound Engineer/Musician - Work full time, weird hours - Chipper, but introverted. - Coffee addict. - Funny, sacrcastic (but the good kind) caring, open minded politically lefty. - Non smoker/not into substances I once wrote on a job application that I could fit five marshmallows in my mouth. I once drew a cat on a VCE exam in an attempt to gain extra credit. I pay my rent on time and as a techie I can fix your internet and tv when they break.
Started study this year can only afford up to $160 a week max. Will bring own bedroom furniture and have rented before. I can bring some other furniture if the place needs it. Looking around north or north east Melbourne. Room in a share house or own place preferably. Fairly social but loves space and quiet time as well. Not interested in a place with smokers. Allergic to cats, so no places with cats either. I study full time and work almost full time hours so I keep busy. Ready to move in within a week of finding the right place and housemates. Message for more details :)
Hi There, My name is Ella and I'm a 29 year old looking for a new home in the upcoming months. (Long term - 1 year + ). I'm not in a rush to move, looking for a perfect place. I work full time at Tullamarine in Aviation. It's a pretty invovled job so I can be pretty busy with study. I'm looking for a bungalow or granny flat, where I can have a bit of privacy and quiet, while still interacting with housemates when the sociable mood strikes :) I have a pet greyhound who is lovely and gentle - unless it comes to cats and some small fluffy dogs, so I'm looking for somewhere pet friendly without little fluffy pets. My hobbies apart from aviation include photography, art (into pottery at the moment), bushwalking and watching movies. I'm looking for a quiet house - while I do like the occasional festival or gig, or dinner party, I'm not looking for a house that has weekend long benders every month. If you have a place that you think I'd like - or are applying for a new rental property with a bungalow that I could move into and you'd like me to apply with you - please let me know :)
Good morning/afternoon/evening... whatever it may be... Still undecided whether to rent or buy in melbourne so ive decided to house share whilst i make my mind up. On my rdo's, i try to maintain my fitness by going gym/swim. Catching up with friends and family or quite simply having a weekend in with netflix.

I'm a 28 year old professional who is quiet and does not have any nasty habits as far as I am aware. Just throwing a hail mary out there to see if anyone would want to give me a place that would be welcoming for an indoor German Shepherd. He is turning 7 this year, and is absolutely full of personality. Gets along with all humans completely ok, but probably wouldn't get along with another pet.
We am very clean (i (mel) run my own cleaning business) and well mannered. Always on time with rent and bills. We am fun and out goung and get along with others well. We are not out at all hours of the night and will always have our babies (our 3 cats) in our room and taken care of. My girlfriend and i will often stay over at her parents house so we will only be home 4 to 5 nights a week. We play alot of sport (football, netball, basketball and baseball) so we are always out of the house on weekends and after work hours aswell. We arnt huge party animals but do enjoy a good night out or a party every now and then. I (mel) love to cook and LOVE to bake so that will happen often and all can enjoy the baked goods 😊
