I'm moving to Brisbane for 3 to 5 months for work. I'm opening up a new office And will be working full time. I'm a very respectful, clean and tidy guy, hence why my currant roommates aren't happy I'm leaving. I like to cook, chill in the evenings, and have fun on the weekends, but I'm still yet to discover Brisbane. I also like to keep fit and healthy, but cheat days are allowed! I manage the rent and bills in my currant household so So i always pay rent on time and with no hassle. I'm looking for like minded people like myself, who work or are at uni, and who like to enjoy themselves.
Hi I'm Luke, I'm a 31 accountant but don't worry I'm not one of those boring ones. Actually I only just returned from a year long trip around the world (travelling with 50 other people no less). I'm a pretty active person that other than obviously liking travel, likes sports (running, touch, netball, etc), live music and catching up with friends. I've lived in plenty of sharehouses so I know the deal. I'd prefer to live in a social household but I also know to respect the space of the others that I live with. Other than that I'm easygoing and clean.
I am a 28yo female who works Monday to Friday in insurance. I have a large dog. His name is Archie and likes pats. I spend my time reading, binge watching television shows or movies, walking my dog, going on hikes or just out for brunch with my friends. I enjoy a stiff drink at the end of the week but my partying days are well behind me. I'm very social and know how to clean up after myself and Archie. We are currently living out in the suburbs but spend so much of our time travelling into the city that we are making the move back in.
Hello, my name is Kalina an I am a 4th semester student from Berlin. From July on I will be studying Business and IT at QUT Gardens Point for 1 semester as an exchange student from Berlin. I have been living in a shared flat for 1.5 years, know the rules of a cleaning roster and more important like to live, cook and laugh together. I am very excited about staying in Brisbane, looking forward to spend weekends while surfing at the beach and experiencing adventures. Cheers, Kalina P.S. Food > Pictures as you can see ;)
Hey there, (As a couple) We are both pretty out going people and love the ocean. We both have full time jobs being a pastry chef and a bartender at one of the Noosa resorts I wouldn't say we would be home a lot but when we are we love to have a good time, baking, play around with cool cocktail mixes, fishing/spearfishing, snorkelling, surfing and sailing. We are planning on going traveling in December so we are just looking for 6mouth accommodation as a couple. We are both clean and presentable people. We do have a boat so we are looking for somewhere to storage it when its not in use. We are both local to the area and just want a nice place and cool flatmates to hangout and share with.
Quiet, socialise with people my age group, not a party person but like to dine and have a wine at the end of a working week. Have lived in the same town all my life and looking for a change due to a job transfer. Maroochydore and surrounding areas. Please note: Looking from December onwards only, not before.
I work in retail part-time 5 days per week, I love animals ( my favourite being puppies), my favourite musical artists are Katy Perry, Noah Cyrus , Miley Cyrus ,Sheppard ,Miley Cyrus, and many more. I like to think of myself as independant, well mannered and I usually just do my own thing and keep to myself , however I like to talk and hold a good conversation. I don't go out and party so don't worry I am not a party person who will have parties on the weekend lol. I like to catch up with friends over coffee, go out to the shops and see movies. My background is Sri-Lankan and Indian and I'm born in Australia:) I would prefer an all female flat with ages under 35 preferred :)
My name is Hannah, I'm a 22yr old beauty student currently working part time as a waitress in Newstead. My dog (Lexi) and I are looking for somewhere to call home. Im a very chillax, down to earth and respectful person, I love to cook anything and everything and I know how to clean up after myself (and Lex of course). I'm not a massive partier but do like to go out for a drink or two when I get a night off. Lexi, is a two year old pure breed English staffy whom is house trained and loves everyone. She's very friendly and a massive fan of cuddles, basically one pat and you've won her over. I'm looking to move asap, as we're currently couch surfing with friends. If you think we would fit in in your place, I'd love to hear from you.
Two easy-going, respectful 17 year old girls, really friendly & clean people just needing a place to live while studying this year :) We have one well behaved dog (still a puppy), both have stable jobs (one full time & one part time) with Youth Allowance support. Would love to find some friendly & like minded people to live with! Very active people, wouldn't be home a lot of the time between work & study & sport training etc. but would love to help make a nice home environment with some lovely people.
I'm looking a place where I have easy access to Kangaroo Point (South Brissy, South Bank, West End, Fortitude Valley, CBD). I would prefer to have my own furnished room because I'm working irregular times from early mornings to late nights. Sauna would be a huge deal too! What do I expect from my room mate(s): - Understanding and respect towards my irregular sleeping hours during the week and also on weekends...! - Not being the biggest party person (cos I rarely drink alcohol myself) - Is / Are neat and tidy what comes to the common areas (I'm super tidy person myself! I don't want to become other people's mum who need to take care of the cleaning stuff etc. because this place is going to be my home the next two months.) - Prefer to have room mate(s) who is/ are more than 25 years old What you get: - I'm social and spontaneous person with bubbly personality - I love adventures and being outdoors - I'm peaceful and quiet room mate to live with - Company to the movies, walks, shopping etc. - I have also shared a apartment two times before while living abroad so it's not a new thing for me.
Hi! I'm a 22 year old exchange student from Norway, going to study at QUT Gardens Point this upcoming semester. I'm studying biotechnology. Really looking forward to see everything Brisbane's got to offer! I'm a tidy and organized person. Also non-smoker. I would like to live with other nice and social people, and I have lived in a houseshare for 3 years in Norway, so I know what it takes to live with people you didn't know before. I love the outdoors and hiking, doing fun stuff with friends, and experiencing new stuff while I'm on exchange. Also love just relaxing at home with a movie and good food sometimes. I take my studies seriously, and use a lot of time studying, but often at libraries or other places than where I live. I would like the place I move in to, to be fairly quiet, at least not lots of parties, so it's possible to get some sleep. Coming to Brisbane on the 7th of July, so anything around 7th-16th of July would work as a move-in date. If you're wondering about anything else, don't hesitate to ask! Hope to hear from you! Irina
Hi there :) *only looking for a place in New Farm/Teneriffe* I work as a sessional academic while completing my PhD in culinary tourism/marketing. So my current job is 8am-5pm (or even 6ish pm during the semesters as I do both tutoring and research) and I try to hit the gym after work. I've lived in a lot of shared houses (both in Brisbane and Glasgow) while Bangkok and Malmö are cities where I spent my childhood. I'm a considerate, clean and tidy person who is also looking for a shared house that is clean and organised. I really love all the house plants - especially succulents! I am not an extreme neat/clean freak person but I would like to think I am much a house proud kinda person :) as I believe that at the end of a long day, my space should always make me smile. 'Cozy minimalism' would describe my ideal place to live perfectly. I enjoy cooking, going to the beach, (food) photography and cafe-hopping during weekends. As a foodie, I often go out to find good/new places to chill out and catch up with friends. I am social and like to have a chat and don't mind an occasional glass of wine. However, my partying days are behind me so not looking at joining a house that has something happening all the time :P

Jemma is likeminded as me also working full time at airport whilst doing hairdressing in the side. Together we are looking for a house to rent, within Maroocydore or surrounding areas.

Hey there! I recently moved to Brisbane at the beginning of the year and have secured a role as a Taskforce manager for Bettys Burgers Australia. My role requires me to travel extensively, meaning I will often be away for long periods - I am currently in Noosa for 2 months. This being said, I still require somewhere to come home to and base myself. I am currently based in Teneriffe and chose that area for lifestyle reasons, however given I am now barely at home due to my working conditions, I am seeking somewhere a little more affordable where I am able to come home to and relax from being on the road. I love to travel and often plan to go on adventures on my days off, love to meet new people and try new things. As a housemate, I am extremely respectful of personal space, being neat, tidy and reliable. I have a few friends in Brisbane, but am excited to make more and hoping to find either one or two awesome housemates who share the same interests as me! I am certainly not a party animal, but do love a social drink and love to cook! Whilst I will be travelling extensively for work, I would like to get to know my housemate/s and feel comfortable in coming home to people I can trust and have respect with. I am required to give at least one months notice to move, but am flexible with a move in date. Thanks for taking the time to read and I look forward to hopefully hearing from you soon! Thom
