Friendly and Social being. Loves dancing and certified Zumba Instructor. Always up for awesome food and sometimes indulge in Whiskey A non Smoker.
I’m a kindergarten teacher, and generally work 7-3 Monday to Friday. I like chill week nights, but enjoy getting out and about on the weekends. I am fairly social, a bit of a foodie and clean. I am looking for either one or two housemates to go on a lease with. Anyone want to go rental hunting? Love dogs, but am allergic to cats. I come with a fridge, everything a kitchen could ever need, a washing machine, and a dining table and chairs.
I currently work in fashion retail full-time, my interests lie in the realm of art + design, with an education background heavily focused on these areas. Working in the heart of the CBD, I am looking for a place that is close to work with a limited travel distance.
Move from Brisbane to Melbourne as I'm studying currently through RMIT and think that there would be more opportunities work wise in Melbourne. Have lived in Melbourne before from 2012-2016 and since moved back to Brisbane 2018. Not finding Brisbane very helpful at least.
Friendly, social, considerate, super clean, no smoke, no drugs.. full time IT job, I always pay rent and bills on time.. Shared-house trained, will participate in house keeping... No dramas 👍 👌 On my free time, I go to gym, meet friends, go to movies, do some sports. I also enjoy having a chill time with my housemates, and during weekends I enjoy cycling around or visiting a local cafe for brekky.
LARGE TRANQUIL SPACE SOUGHT. Hello! I'm a conscientious, gentle, haven-seeking teacher working full-time in the same job 17years. I don't get school holidays however. Impeccable rental and sharing history. Into arts and culture, gardens and natural history. Very easygoing, friendly, warmhearted and well-balanced. Ideally looking to take over a lease/someone's lease break or move into own flat, studio, villa, unit or reside with one other if gorgeous and spacious enough for my books/bookshelves and some bedroom furniture such as drawers/small wardrobe. If you have such an UNFURNISHED property available let me know. Preferably with aircon and some storage space as l come with considerable tasteful stuff but not couches/whitegoods or anything large other than double bed. Not interested in tiny or clinical ultramodern apartments with mirror robes or places far from transport as l don't drive and like to get out and about and back. I don't have a set move-out date from present dwelling as happy here sharing, would simply like to source a cooler place for warmer weather as presently upstairs in a beautiful home but without cooling. Internet required/would organise if necessary. Periodic lease here so would give due notice. Close to city, leafy areas ideally :) trust me, l'm a goodun!
I am respectful of others, I like to have a chat but also appreciate ‘alone time ‘I get along well with everyone.... my home is where I can relax and get away from the rat race... I am clean, honest, reliable and fair... communication is the best way to have a harmonious home life and I hope to find someone who also has these qualities ... look forward to meeting you!!
Heya future housemates. I am looking for a new place for myself, Rocky Sparkle & Prince Harry (my adorable well behaved boy cats) can call home. I'm newly single and work part time as a hairdresser. I pay my bills on time, dont like any drama and enjoy a good laugh. Let the search begin.....
Hello there! I am an easy going, reliable, house trained Architecture student at Melbourne Uni in my final semester of study. I'd say that I am open minded, responsible, accepting and friendly. I am social but also value alone space and I am considerate. I do not drive so parking will not be a problem. I rely on public transport. I am a relatively clean person, although I don't like things to be uncomfortably sparkly. I only drink on rare occasions and don't use drugs. I can be social and enjoy a chat but I also understand the need for space and quiet. I'd be pretty easy to live with and I have no problems with communal meals and chores etc. if need be. I have shared individual leases in three houses where I have paid rent and bills separately and I have always paid all on time. I can provide references. I am really looking for someone/thing long term with a decent rental history. I have lived with people that identify as vegetarian and LGBTQIA in the past with no problems. I am also respectful of the culture and opinions of others. To me, It does not matter what you identify as but as long as you are nice, responsible and respectful. Happy to share my time with all walks of life that fit into these categories. I am interested in applying for a 12 month lease/ or longer or to start a new lease with people of similar rental history who are reliable. Ideally, I am looking for a 'home' rather than just a house to crash. I am happy to start/join a new lease with anyone. I would prefer someone who can commit to atleast a 12/24m lease and independently domestic that would help me build a safe, peaceful and happy home. No asswipes or dramas magnets please :) I've tried to be as open as I can to answer any questions you might have so please don't be creeped out at how extensive this. Saying that, please message me if there are any other questions you may have. Let me know if you are interested in having me as your housemate :) Please be honest with me, I will not take anything personally if I am not what you are looking for. Chloe PS: Photo is not current, not that it should matter.
Hi! my name is Cynthia, I'm a 21 yo French student currently enrolled at Melbourne Uni. I study environmental science so yay to reducing energy bills! I may be young but I'm very independent. I like to chill at home as well as going out every now and then. I regularly go to dance classes also. I'm laid-back but organized, easy-going and friendly but respectful of everyone's privacy and very open-minded. I like to think that makes me pretty easy to live with :)
