My name is Vee and I am a 37 year old female from Melbourne seeking a new place to move into by late August. Ideally im looking for a place of my own or to rent out a room which is very spacious with ensuite/own bathroom. I work full time as i have my own cleaning business specialising in private home cleans and end of lease cleaning. I work 6 days a week with occasional night shifts where i clean businesses out side office hours. I am usually busy most nights visiting family and friends when im not working. I enjoy cooking so a nice spacious kitchen would be great. I am tidy and clean up after myself so you wouldn’t need to worry in those areas. My cleaning business does require some late-night shift work so as long as you don’t mind me doing my thing and not getting disturbed by my early morning starts or sometimes late night finishes would be ideal. I am a smoker but would never smoke inside as long as im able to smoke outside in backyard would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for a light filled house that is relatively new and please do not send me images anything dark and gloomy is not what im after. I would prefer a large spacious room with ensuite or own bathroom and good wardrobe space. I also have a car so off-street car park would be great also. Looking for a 1-2 bedroom townhouse to occupy on my own but open to any other options that tick all the boxes.
We are a group of friends from Ireland and Holland. After living in Melbourne last year we have just returned from farm work, so now we're very excited to start our second year! We all work in various jobs Monday to Friday. During the weekends we love to go out for dinner, go to gigs and enjoy drinks in town. Although staying home with friends is something we do like.
Im Marrisah, I’m 29, and moving to Melbourne is my next big adventure. I’ve been living in share houses for the last 12 years so I’m house trained and know how to respect your space. I’m looking for a relatively social house but definitely enjoy my solo time as well. I love music, art, snowboarding, skating, exploring markets or vintage stores and eating new food (I am so excited for Melbourne food experiences). I enjoy heading to gigs or checking out beer gardens/roof top bars. Also looking for a home is my adorable mini lop rabbit, Howi. He lives inside in an enclosure and comes out to cuddle when I’m home. He’s litter trained and super chill. He’s my baby and we’re a package deal so I need a place that’s ok with that. I'm a huge animal person so if you've got animals - even better! I'm not overly fussed who I live with, I can get along with most people. I'd prefer a similar age to myself so 25 - 35 year olds. LGBTGQIA friendly. 420 friendly. Looking to move in the first week of August as I start work on the 13th. I have transferred with my current job so I’m in secure full time employment. I’m prepared to sign a lease and to pay bond and rent in advance. Looking for a long term stay. I’m really looking for somewhere to call home.
Hey there pals! I'm looking for a private room to move into in late August/early September. I love the Moonee Valley area and would preferably like to stay put around here or somewhere nearby. I just left studies in creative writing at La Trobe and am working as an administrative assistant and developing my own business selling prints of my art. I spend a good deal of my spare time at home in my own space, painting and drawing. Because of that, I might be wrongly perceived as reclusive to some but I always love having a good chat and am always up for doing things as a house. It'd be great to find a place with roomies who are likeminded and also enjoy that sense of company and actually being friends with who they live with. I also love yoga, learning guitar and Seinfeld is my go-to show. I appreciate a clean house and am very respectful and I always have money for rent and bills in time. Message me if this sounds like I'd be right for your place :)
Hello, I work full time in the Community sector. Ideally would love a modern apartment / townhouse with a spot for my car (on street is okay). Happy to share with either male or female. 😊
Hi, I'm Theresa and I'll be moving from Canberra to Melbourne for work. I'm looking for a private room preferably in or close to the city. I work in the Public Service and I have been living in shared accommodation for more than five years. I am a clean and respectful housemate and would like to find a place with sociable housemates who are up for a chat and the occasional meal/drink together. Shoot me a message if you think I might be a good fit!
Easy going full time professional looking for accommodation in Essendon or surrounds. Recently finished 8 months travel around Australia so I have a few stories to share. I'm pretty focused on work during the week but don't mind a few quiet drinks and a bbq of a weekend. Not sure of length of stay required yet, but likely 3-6 months. Contact me for more info. Cheers...

Seasoned flatsharer that makes epic brownies and lemon drizzle cake, exceptionally clean and sadly, actually enjoys cleaning - tidy house, tidy mind and all that jazz. I like songs with words, dogs over cats, lifting heavy things in the gym, travelling, mindlessly scrolling, bingeing on TV/Netflix as required and generally being chilled and happy. Looking to make new friends as I move to Melbourne to share dinners, maybe a few cocktails, a home and some baked treats! I'm not available to move in until 2nd week of August but will be in Melbourne for a few weeks before so we can meet up to check our music and cake tastes don't clash too heavily! I am one of those "working holiday" types so that's why at the moment, I'd love to commit to more than 3 months but that's the window and budget I've given myself to find a job! Hopefully I'll be able to stay for longer.
Hi there! My name is Eleonore (22) and I am currently looking . I'm a french engineering students coming to the University of Melbourne for the year to come. I enjoy to cook sometimes and It would be a pleasure to share meals with the other housemates! If you want more information please don't hesitate to contact me! Eléonore
As when writing a personal letter, I thought it would be a good idea to write what I would add to an accommodation. I am often that kind of person my friends would call when they need someone to tag along to some new experience. I actually like to cook food so I often fix dinner for friends and family, you can expect the same! I always like to have it clean around myself for my own sake and with respect to others. I will study a few units here in Melbourne and I like to get to know new people so trough me you will also get the chance to meet a lot of other people!
We're a young couple coming form Italy, friendly, easy going, open minded and we love to meet new people. We are clean and tidy and always polite to everyone. We are moving to Melbourne hoping to live a nice experience, learn as much as we can from the Country and the peolpe.
I'm enrolling into La Trobe university for my masters. I am a Vibrant, Outgoing, Pretty chilled out guy, love to meet new people as I have been around people with different cultures. You would find me as a safe bet :)
'm a Brazilian, 25, studying Diploma in Project Management, bachelor in Advertising, working here as Cleaner in this moment. I have been in Australia 1 year, and I just extend my visa more 2 years. I work 7 days weekly normally, at nights or I'm in class, or watching something on Netflix. Weekends I like to go out or cook for my friends.
I am a very easy going person. Not the sort to get in a huff about menial things, respect others right privacy but I also have a mean streak for board games and socializing when the time calls for it. You'd be hard pressed to find someone as hard to rile up as me! Id love to live with some well traveled internationals but outgoing people are equally as acceptable! Like all the cliches, movies, playing sport and having a nibble on a parma every now and then. Studying a masters in biotechnology at RMIT. Ideally need a place to move into next week! Looking at being in-between Bundoora and city campus. Closer to the city is preferable as long as there is easily accessible transport to Bundoora.
I'm 25. I study 3rd year occupational therapy at ACU. I play weekly ultimate frisbee in brunswick! I love rockclimbing, cycling, mountain biking and trail running. I am an avid traveller, I love backpacking and I've been on a few trips to Nepal and India which both hold a special place in my heart. I love watching footy! I work as a disability support worker (DSW) for Independence Australia; providing clients living with spinal cord injuries/cerebral palsy with in-home personal care support. I also work as a DSW for Scope and City of Port Phillip providing support in creative activities/community access for people with disabilities. In this work I also get to provide support at Holiday Arts programs, a community kitchen and community theatre. Disability support and occupational therapy are my life passions. I am originally from Lismore, far north coast NSW. I'm clean, easy going and super reliable with rent (thank you Youth Allowance). I've been living on Napier St in Fitzroy for the last 2.5 years; very keen to be in close proximity to the ACU campus. I have been living in share houses since 18 - and as a result I respect and value shared areas; and value sleep during the working week. Cheers, Leigh.
I am 22 years old and moving to Melbourne from Perth to study law at Monash. I am a fairly quiet person and will be studying a lot, though I am very friendly and don't mind a chat. I'm very neat, respectful and easygoing.
Bit about us Female: Danielle (Dani), 25, been living and working (hospitality) in beautiful Banff, Canada for the past 5yrs where I met Jess. I'm originally from Winnipeg (also known as Winterpeg, but if you haven't heard of it I wouldn't be surprised). I'm a vegetarian and love to cook. Male: Jess (MJ), 28, from Perth, studied and worked as an accountant, then packed it all up and moved to Canada to spend my days snowboarding and skating, and my nights bartending. Never looked back. Outside of that, I love a good live music show. We both work in hospitality in Fitzroy and are planning on being here for the foreseeable future. If we sound like we would be a good fit for your place, we'd love to tee up a meet and greet.
