Hi, My names Dan. I am a reasonably new transplant to Melbourne from Adelaide. I work full time as a control room monitor and am studying my Master of Social Work part time. Honestly, I am rarely home, as I have a lot of sporting commitments in the evening. I consider myself to be a social person, but I enjoy (and respect others) space.
Hi I'm Caleb, 27 year oldmale recently moved back to Melbourne after spending 4 months volunteering abroad. I am a very clean and respectful person. Bit of an introvert/extrovert so I'm very easy to get along with. I work full time on a shiftroster. I love Melbourne, talking about Melbourne and Melbourne adventures. I'm looking for a minimum of 6 months before i start my new adventure. I am easy to talk to and a great listener some say I've been a bit of a therapist at times but I completely respect your space and privacy. I also like video games, TV shows and movies. We can share my Netflix account.
Hi, I'm Giuliana, looking for a longer-term place to call home in a sharehouse with another 2 or more people. About me: During the week I work 8.30-5, 4 days per week at a university library, and spend 2-3 nights a week at yoga. Aside from yoga, I love hiking, camping and nature connection, cooking (and eating!), motorbike riding, spending quality time with friends and family, veggie and herb gardening; so would love a place with a decent sized backyard with a veggie garden, or the space for one as well as for composting, all the better if there are housemates who'd like to share in this as I've still got a lot to learn! About what I’m seeking: There are all sorts of people I'd enjoy living with. I'm a thoughtful, open-minded, respectful, grounded, tidy, sustainability-focused person looking to share with other gentle, caring people with similar values; and amongst all of that sharing a healthy dose of humour is most welcome. I'm looking for a longer-term share house (which is why I’ve written so much!) so it's important to me to find a place with people where we can create a healthy household dynamic; which can only really come through clarity in communication. While this can be difficult at times and we’re all learning, it’s super important for me and the people I share with to be willing to try to communicate openly, gently and respectfully to the best of our abilities. I have a fulfilling social life, however I'd really like to live with others who are more than just people I live in the same house with; I'd like to share communal meals and chats regularly. However I also need alone time, and am respectful of other people’s need for that also. I'm currently used to preparing my own meals, but am very open and welcoming to communal living, food sharing, and perhaps also composting. I'm not vegetarian or vegan, but I rarely eat meat and I've happily lived with vegans and vegetarians before. About the house: In terms of the house itself, some things I’d really like (though not essential, unless there’s none of them) are: - Gas stove top (for cooking! Electric or induction are a bit limiting) - Undercover parking for my motorbike (I have a cover for it, but much easier to just park under something) - A backyard that gets some sunlight and has, or has space to grow herbs and veggies (even if it’s just concrete that you can put plant pots on) - An older house with character, with larger rooms and more natural light (I’m not a big fan of those townhouses going up all over the place) - I’m particularly interested in moving to Thornbury, Preston, Fairfield, Northcote, North Fitzroy (not necessarily in the order), but surrounding suburbs like Ivanhoe, Alphington, Brunswick and Coburg may also be suitable. I have a mish-mash of furniture including a fridge (oldish), and a washing machine (newish). I'm willing to shed what's not needed though as most of it I've collected along the way from family and friends. I have some lovely indoor plants which I'd love to share with my new housemates as some of them are little big for the bedroom! I don’t have a particular date I need to be out of my current place by, but I’d ideally like to have at least 3 weeks notice so my existing housemate has a chance to find a new sharer also. Would love to hear from you if you think I'd suit your share home.
Hey i am a 25 years old graduate student as well as doing part time work as well. I love to keep my place neat and tidy. Hi there!. I am a final year medical student, currently studying in Malaysia. I would be travelling to Melbourne, on the 26th of October, for a short-stay of 7 weeks for my Medical Electives at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. I am looking to rent a private room for $200pw (bills inclusive, but flexible). I am neat, love travelling, meeting new people, and also enjoy some me time.
Tong is from Taiwan, currently a full-time student of complementary medicine, works part-time. Abhishek is from India, a professional, works full time. We are chill and tidy people would love to share moments with friendly flatmates.
I'm 36 yo Brazilian guy. Most people think I'm in my late 20's. I get along best with people 25-40 and really don't fit the typical image of a 35+ person I came to Melbourne to study project management. I work as Bar Manager in Flemington. Looking for a quiet, relaxing and friendly place to live, with either males or females. I am a very easy going and social person who loves to chill and cook at home and also to go out, I'm up for everything. I am tidy and responsible. Love to hear from you.
Moved to Melbourne years ago from Brisbane, Love where I live currently and have for a year, but lease is ending & unsure if I want to take it myself! Work full time, like to keep fit & latest thing is trying new activities or sports (something I Never thought I'd say! Ever.) Just looking for cool people to share with, in a comfortable stressfree household. Always pay bills & rent on time. Even know how to clean, change a toilet roll and take a bin out :)
Me and my boyfriend have just relocated to Melbourne from London and are looking for a sociable and fun house share. We would like to live fairly centrally to make the most of the city but aren’t too fussy. I’d say we are both outgoing people who love a drink, playing sports and travelling - but love a night in watching tv and enjoying a takeaway just as much!
LOOKING AGAIN! Last place fell through! I'm reliable, tidy, friendly, can cook & always pay my bills on time. I'm willing to pull my weight with the cleaning & am respectful of others needs & privacy. I'm a Kindergarten teacher and do agency work within northern & western suburbs. In my spare time I like to catch up with friends, go shopping, go to the movies, go to markets or visit family in country victoria. I need a little storage space for work books & resources- even if at the back of a garage. Feel free to send me a msg ;-)

I'm house trained and like to live in a clean and tidy house, I allways clean after myself and happy to help keep the house clean. Any question, ask away
Hi All :) I am looking at moving out ideally in the areas of Essendon, Keilor or Pascoe Vale. Other than a partner, I have never shared with anyone before so this will be a new experience for me. I am into health and fitness and will generally be up very early on weekdays to go to the gym. I work and also run my own business so I am a very busy person. Depending on the time of year, I can work alot on the weekends. I am only interested in teaming up with one other housemate in a unit/townhouse property each with our own ensuite/bathroom. If you are interested or want to know more about me, feel free to ask :)
hi there I work in as a surveyor and will be working on a 7day roster . i am looking for a fairly new modern/luxurious place. i like a clean house and am fairly tidy, im considerate of others and respect their need for quiet times. im down to go do stuff together on weekends and go grab a meal and drinks after work or on the weekend and a quiet night in doesn't go a stray either. I’m open to a share house or starting a new sharehouse Prahran, St Kilda are ideal houses near the area of preference will be considered too
I'm easy going and like to spend time reading or studying, when I'm not doing either of these I walk my small dog and relax with Netflix. I'm quiet and respectful, looking to cook my own food and live in a clean, happy household (no party house).
Ideally I'm looking for a flat share that is social enough with a good environment where we'll share a few stories, movies, games and wine (or beer) together from time to time. Lived in enough flatshares to know what does and doesn't work, so you can expect me to be house trained. Iove exploring new restaurants, and bars, I consider myself pretty chill so I'm always open minded towards new adventures. Atm I'm working full time in a Spanish café which is really nice, althooough...they talk Spanish and leave me out :'(. So making friends from the flatshare would be a bonus, and maybe we can learn Spanish together? I'm down for that. XD Oh, and I'm not sure what's going on with my photos, but I'd be more than happy to send some over fb or another format that doesn't seem to hate me. Looking for 6 to 8 months stay ideally but will be open to a shorter term. Ta :)
I'm a positive and energetic person. Neat and tidy. I love to socialise and having a laugh but I also like my own space as well. I run my own business from home as a myotherapist so ideally looking for a place where I can have access to an extra room or rent 2 rooms.
My name is Lulu, I’m from Melbourne, I’m 20yrs old turning 21 very soon. I’m currently living in my 5th sharehouse over in east Keilor and I’m very keen to move closer to my full-time job in the city as a waitress/bartender. I’m a singer and photographer in my spare time, A big festival-goer as well and love to get my drink on every now and then. I’m a social butterfly but I also really love my own space as much as I love hanging out with my friends. I love making my space homely and comfy, and it means a lot to me to love where I live!
Hey guys! My partner and I are looking to move into a place as soon as possible. My partner currently already has a stable living arrangement but it’s more myself (Telisha) who needs to find a place. So if you’re only wanting to take one person, I’m your girl. If you’re wanting a couple, even better! It’s about finding the right place to live, we have taken our time with this but believe it is the right thing to do. I, Telisha, am a pretty chilled chick. Sometimes chatty but you may also find me hiding away in my room for personal time. I enjoy making art and I’m obsessed with listening to music and finding a good as horror movie! I am an asthmatic and I find my asthma getting worse in dirty houses. So cleanliness is a priority for me, however I’m not a clean freak. My best preferred price for just me by myself would be around the $200 mark give or take... depending on the place itself. If Abraham was to move in also you would appreciate the fact that he’s quite private. He mostly hangs out in our room or else he’s out of the house doing something else. However he’s not snobby hahaha he would definitely come out to chat and hang every now and then! Both Abraham and I are PT dependant so having either a train station or tram stop close by would be a priority for us both. We also both work in the city so we would prefer to live somewhere within a half hours travel to the city. For the both of us we will be happy to pay $300 max including bills. If you were only wanting to take me, obviously as I have a partner, he may want to stay over every now and then. But as I said above, he would never be in your hair. If you have any more questions feel free to shoot us a message! Cheers :)
