Hi there :) I work 9-5 looking for a nice place to relax after work. I love going for brunch (my fav meal) on a weekend morning, road trips, bike rides, meeting up with friends, enjoying the local festivals beautiful Melbourne has to offer and going out for coffee & cake/cookie and a nice chat. I am clean and tidy and very respectful with other's space/lives. My interest are design, tennis, nature and many more! but let's keep it simple here. I'd love to hear from you future flatmate! ;)
Work full time in pet travel, looking for a permanent place, easy going. Don't mind a drink and love traveling. I love animals, but don't have any of my own. I'm originally from Sydney and love being in Melbourne.
LOOKING AGAIN! Last place fell through! I'm reliable, tidy, friendly, can cook & always pay my bills on time. I'm willing to pull my weight with the cleaning & am respectful of others needs & privacy. I'm a Kindergarten teacher and do temp agency work within northern & western suburbs. In my spare time I like to catch up with friends, go shopping, go to the movies, go to markets or visit family in country victoria. I need a little storage space for containers of work books & resources- even if its at the back of a garage. Feel free to send me a msg ;-)
Moving over to Melbourne from Adelaide in January. Will be studying my Masters of Occupational therapy at La Trobe Uni. Working part time. Looking for a place north of the city Brunswick, Preston, and surrounding areas up to Bundoora. Like to keep it semi quiet over the week while working/studying. Love a froffy over the wknd, getting out doing bits, exploring the city as from Adelaide! Fun, social, always up for chat.
LOOKING FOR A PLACE NEAR THE 59 TRAM Hi I'm Sabrina, im looking for somewhere to stay for anywhere between 2 and 6 months 😊. Im a science student at the University of Melbourne (planning to transfer to ACU for a more career specific course) I also work part time as a pharmacy assistant 😊 I'm pretty chill and generally quite accepting of all people, I'm quiet (but not shy) and totally happy to keep to myself, become your new best friend or anything inbetween. My intrests include Taekwondo (I'm a 4th dan black belt so can take care of myself), dumplings, puzzles and music (but don't worry I have good headphones so you won't have to hear my bad taste in music) I can't wait to be your new roommate 😊 **PLEASE DO NOT CALL, ONLY TEXT **
Im 31 years old. Have always worked fulltime however over the past 3 years i have been studying and only just completed my studies last week. I work casually with a transport company at the moment. I have shared accommodation with people before so i understand people's privacy and household chores. I am looking for a place in lovely Moonee Ponds at this stage it may be for only 6 months however that may change depending on work. Look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi Everyone My name is Carmela and I am a 24 year old student working part-time. I’m originally from interstate and have been living in Melbourne for around 2 years now. I’m looking to move into a fairly new townhouse/apartment anytime in January (before 20/01). I’m open to the Suburb as long as I am not too far out of the city/near a train line. I don’t have any common area furniture (lounge/dining table etc.) but I would be happy to purchase anything we may need/split this cost with you if need be. As a housemate I am friendly and approachable and have an open door policy. I’m neither an introvert nor an extrovert which means that I love to have a good chat but will also respect your space and privacy. I don’t have the expectation that we will be best friends, but what I do expect is mutual respect for one another. Good communication is key! If there is something I am doing that you don’t like, I won’t bite your head off if you say something so long as it’s done out of love. I would rather you tell me and make both our lives easier than stewing over it. At the end of the day I want our home to be a safe space for the both of us which can require a little patience and co-operation. I promise to always meet you half way. I am very clean and I will do my fair share of the chores. I don’t ask that you never leave anything around house ever, but I would appreciate things like washing dirty dishes (leaving them to drip dry is fine so long as they are not there a week!), and wiping down the kitchen bench after use, all that standard stuff. I will occasionally have my family stay over when they visit from interstate (got to love Italian families), but I don’t have a partner who will regularly be staying over. I’m totally fine with it if you do though! I don’t have any pets of my own but again, I’m cool with it if you do. I have a car but it’s no Mercedes, I am happy to park it on the street if need be. That’s all I can think of for now, let me know if you have any questions Much love, Carmela
Hi my name is Nicolas, I'm looking for a new place to live around Melbourne, I'm moving for work at least for 6 months. I'm quiet, clean, and easy-going. I like my privacy so I respect other people's space too. You can check my Airbnb reviews too if you want "/users/show/17381290"
Looking for somewhere close to the city & airport. Laid back shift worker. Spend most of my time interstate with work. I love a quiet drink on my days off and love a good cooking session. Happy to pay 150-200 per week. Let me know what’s out there 🙂
Hello everybody, my name is Jenna and I am moving to Melbourne to study my Masters Degree at VU Footscray Campus in Clinical Exercise Science and Rehab. Originally from Wollongong, NSW. Moving to Melbourne for a change of scenery and because I love the city so much! I am a compassionate, kind person who likes travelling, exercising, cooking and hanging out. I like to do a little photography in my spare time.

Hello future housemates! I am looking for a quiet, clean, and peaceful place to call home. I work a lot and am out most of the time, so I would love to come home to a lovely place that I can just relax. I am kind, friendly, and very considerate. I have always been a great housemate to live with! I am also very clean. I am currently building my career so am working 2 part-time jobs. I like keeping fit and having a healthy life style (but not a gym freak! haha). I am very easy going and do enjoy socialising, but prefer to be by myself from time to time too! I am currently looking for a place to move into after the 3rd of December. I don't drive (so no car), don't have pets, am not a smoker, or a heavy drinker, i don't really party either. But I'm not boring! haha! I like focusing on my career and my work, as well as my health and the relationships i have in my life. My work demands a lot of my mental well-being, so I love taking time to take care of myself! :) Hence, I would like to stress that I much prefer staying away from drama-filled households! Please feel free to ask me any questions and hope that I will hear from you soon. :)
Are you the cool people in a stressfree home I'm looking to share with? :) Moved to Melbourne years ago from Brisbane, Love where I live and have for a year, and my housemates! But the lease is ending, housemates moving overseas so I'm moving too. Work full time, like to keep fit, Always pay bills & rent on time. Even know how to clean up, change a toilet roll and take a bin out :)
My boyfriend ( Justin, 24) and I (Clorrica, 25) are currently on a working/holiday visa. We both enjoy cooking/baking and exploring Melbourne on the weekends. Justin and I have been together for over 3 years now, and he has shared my passion for travelling! We are a very clean couple and easy to get along with. I work in the automotive trade spray painting cars, while Justin works as a labourer. We hope to find great house mates that could also become friends. We are ideally looking to staying closer to the city and close by transportation so it is an easy commute to work.
Hey everyone! I’m Lisa, I’m 29 and I’ve relocated from Adelaide to Melbourne to start a new job with Virgin Australia. I’ll have a lot of early starts so I’ll always do my best to keep the noise down! I have a beautiful staffy, her name is Lexi and I’m looking for a place/housemates that would be comfortable with having her around. She’s playful, cuddly and energetic. Ideally I’d like her to be part of the family in the instance I may be away for work for a night or two, my housemates wouldn’t mind giving her some love and attention. I understand she’s ultimately my responsibility so if it wasn’t possible, I’d look at putting her in boarding if I’m away overnight. As she has some anxiety issues with other dogs, It would be best if she was the only pet in the house. I’ve lived in share houses before in Adelaide and in London so I’m respectful and considerate and know to clean up after myself. While I sometimes enjoy “me” time, I’m a very social person and would love to hang out with my housemates and hopefully will build more of a friendship rather than just be people living together. I enjoy travelling, spending time with family and friends, sport, movies and keeping fit and active. Pilates and spin classes are my go to! If me and my pooch sound like we’d make a great housemate, send me a message! I’m ideally looking to find a place by the end of January 2019
I’m Lorena. I’ll be studying Early childhood education for 2 years here in Melbourne. So I’m looking for something long term. I work as a nanny and in hotel. I'm a pretty laid back person, busy most of the days but always accessible to have a chat. I'm clean and quiet person. I'm looking forward to move soon. The place that I'm currently living is quite small and I need a place where I could stay long term.
Thomas and I have been renting for the last year at $300 a week with no problems. Previously to this I lived with Janna for a year with no problems and Thomas with Jali with no problems. All of us from rural NSW, looking to move to Melbourne for further study and more opportunities. I just finished full time study and plan on getting full time work for a little bit before going back to studying, Thomas will also be looking for full time work along side with Janna and Jali. All of us are fairly nerdy 😬. Thomas and Jali enjoy a good game of MTG, and love playing video games. Janna loves Fortnite and playing Pokemon Go. I am a little bit of an all rounder but love sci fi movies particularly Dr Who, I also really love getting out of the house and exploring as well as going to the beach.
Hey! I work full time as a Venue Coordinator at Melbourne Showgrounds (potential free tickets 🙂). I'm house trained and sociable. Enjoy cooking and socialising but just as happy to kick back with a good show and take out (currently watching Power and The Sinner). Enjoy getting out on the weekends and exploring new places and working on my awful surfing or golfing technique. I own a car and happy with on street parking. Looking for somewhere social and respectful. House doesn't have to be immaculate but if everyone is doing their share of the cleaning that's perfect 🙂. Talk soon, Cole
I'm moving to Melbourne in the end of November, from the North with a working holiday visa, presumably for a one year time (if everything goes well) to get out of my comfort zone and avoid our freezing winter. I'm a very chill and fun vegan workaholic, get along with everyone easily. Love travelling, music and dogs (don't have one but totally don't mind living with). Super tidy and organized. Love a cozy night in with a glass of wine and movies, as well as to go out once in a while. Appreciate privacy greatly, as been living alone for the past 3 years, but absolutely love meeting new people. Would love to explore Oz during the time I'm there and figure out my future plans. Will look for a job upon my arrival there as well (customer service oriented). Cheers :)
