I'm more than happy to stay in the same place during the rest of my studies (March 2020), also I'm working part time as a bartender in the CBD. I am a friendly easy going, easy to live with, very social and always available for a chat. More than happy to participate to All the commun tasks. I'am known as clean and punctual for paid the rent. I do love animals, especially dogs. Current sports: Brazilian Jujitsu, gym . I also enjoy playing board games and socialise around a drink during the weekends. I have recommandations from my previous flatmates. I'm looking for a place in the suburbs of Melbourne, I do have a motorcycle (not noisy) for this reason I will appreciate a parking. I Will be available to move in 10th or 17th November, also I'm not looking for short term.. Cheers Charles !
Hi, my name is Jacky and I am looking for a place to stay long term. I'm a primary school teacher that is relocating back to the South East suburbs after spending a year up North. I am open to a couple of locations. Ideally they would be the ones closer to the city. A little about me: Originally from Hong Kong, I've been in Melbourne for almost 5 years now (uni and employment). I am an introvert but I am always down for a good bev or two. I am a huge fan of video games, marvel movies, corny jokes, gym runs, hiking, edm and banter-filled brunches. While I will usually end up staying in my room after a long day of work with Netflix on, I am always happy to have a chat and hangout with whoever I'm living with. I enjoy living with housemates and becoming great friends with them. I rarely turn down bonding opportunities when they come by. On occasion, I do go for night outs but whatever happens outside stays outside and I don't bring any of that racket home with me. Rent is always paid on time and I am a tidy person when it comes to common shared areas. Always happy to do my part in our shared home. Ideally my home would be: - Bills included with rent - Close to shops and the train station (walking distances preferred) - Available for parking because I have a car (off-street is fine). My contract with my current living location ends on the 11th of December 2018 - so I'd love to be in my new home before then! I work full time from 7-5, so any calls will have to be after that. Best way to contact me is to message me on Flatmates! Thank you and I look forward to hear from you soon x.
I’m 23 years old and work a professional lifestyle leading and managing staff twice my age, takes patience and confidence. I’m very clean and appreciate down time when I’m at home. I’m Christian so usually serving or resting on a Sunday. Not looking for a party house but the occasional wine always goes down well. Love all the usual stuff, Netflix, food nights in and of course a good chat every now and again. There is a good chance I will make you laugh, and bring some positive vibes to our home! I iI am clean, respectful and quiet i Look forward to hearing from you!
Hey all, I have lived in share situations for many years now so I get how it works. I’m 27 and I like a clean environment but not ocd about it. Somewhere with reasonable access to a train station/ Frankston line. Annabel
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and fastidious. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it. I'm looking for home I can be comfortable in, and has a friendly, safe and open environment. This is imperative as I am more of a home body. Respect is also key regarding interaction between housemates as well as respect for belongings. I would like a bedroom door that is lockable and would prefer to live in a house, but open to apartment only if there is a balcony with view or a courtyard as apartments can get claustrophobic. 😜☺️
Hi there! My name is Bree and I am looking for a room to rent, I am early 25 and currently work full token in Cheltenham 5-6 days a week. I have an American staffy pup who is 7months old. I love to socialise and meet new people, listen to music, go to bars/gigs with friends and anything beauty related! I also am a smoker. Would love to hear from you so don’t hesitate to get in contact with me! :)
I am a socially outgoing 23 year old with a rental history for 2.5 years in Melbourne. I tend to make conversations easier but also respect personal space. I am employed at Coles and also work as a teaching assistant.
Very easy going - Relaxed - Funny (according to me :P) - Sporty - Reliable - Tidy - Respectful I work full time and play sport on top of that, so am not home a great deal - in my free time i love movies, gym, hanging out with friends, video games, pretty much anything that sounds fun. Always down for a chat, feed or a drink with friends/housemates. Have experience living in shared accomodation and understand the roles that need to be fulfilled in order to maintain decent living conditions.
-Working 3 jobs -Taking a gap year 2019 to work more -Quiet -Gone nearly every evening for work so you won't even know I'm there -Have my own car -Love animals so if you have a pet I'm down and will probably volunteer to help with feeding/walking
Looking to team up with one or two people anywhere in the south east - hoping Bayside. I work full time as a firefighter (4 days on 4 days off) and usually busy on my days off too! I’m usually quite busy out at night at gym/training when not on night shifts and often away visiting family on the coast on days off. I like to get out for bike rides and swimming in warmer months. I'm tidy and like to live in a clean space - bit of a handy man and love gardening. I prefer a social environment with music over a TV watching environment - but respect my housemate's individual needs for their weekly fix of I also play music (guitar and piano generally when no one is home!). I have some furniture, so happy to provide or split the goods - I'm flexible with what works. Looking for a potential 2 or 3 bedroom place with a total of 2 or 3 people :)
Hey, I'm Dan - working full time in burwood, looking for somewhere within ~25ish minutes of work ideally on the south east side of town! Preferably on a longer than 6 month term, keeping under a budget of $650 p/month but hey if you've got something outside of that but the value for money is there I'm negotiable. I'm a very easy going dude. Like too easy going. You have no idea just how easy it is for me to get going, oh boy. Get more from your roommate with Dean Pelton/Tobias Fünke like witticisms such as that one, on the reg with yours truly in the house - go out and get yourself a Dan, today! Strengths: I own a ps4, projector and french press knows how bad I am at guitar and will never subject you to it Weaknesses: Devilishly handsome Enjoys paying bills on time Can sometimes be too respectful of people’s space and privacy Tries too hard to be funny My weaknesses aren’t really weaknesses The dog doesn’t live with me anymore - sorry (If you noticed (AND RESPECTED) that I had the dedication to go google tobias funke, copy paste the ü just for that bit then we are either destined flatmates, either way hit me up)
I pay rent and bills first before food (Resources = $655/fortnight) I am very quiet (you won't be disturbed by me as I am very considerate of others) and clean after myself. I am very aware of the constant increase of gas and electricity bills, so I am very mindful and keep them to a minimum. Same for water. I am from France and have been living in Australia for 18 years. I like watching movies ad spend a lot of time on my computer. I also have a cute cat. I do not have a car. Would prefer to share with female but flexible.
Very practical and easy to approach, nice and relatively relfective of my environment
I am a quiet and neat, full-time worker. I am very easy to get along with, I do have a dog which I hope isn't a problem, she is a quiet, obedient golden retriever - she pretty much just sleeps all day. I am flexible with the length of the lease but ideally up to 1 year.
I am a Graduate Civil Engineer and recently completed my degree in engineering. I enjoy playing and watching sports, outdoors, the occasional drink. I do go to the gym, run my business and always ready to have a chat. I am looking to move in around 20 - 24 November. I am open to team up as well and I am very flexible.
Hi there I work full time in sales & marketing and I am looking to rent a room (preferable ensuite) close to work until the end of 2019. I train a lot and work on the weekends in retail so I have a busy lifestyle but don't mind the occasional dinner and drinks with my flatmates. Looking for a quiet, clean and tidy house to live in as I like to study and read before I go to bed! I have been renting since I moved back to Melbourne so I know how to respect other people space and privacy. No party, no drinking and no smoking. Easy going person, keep things to myself. If I am the flatmate you are looking for then send me a message.
I've recently moved to Melbourne from Sydney for work. Looking for a semi-social flatshare to help me get settled into Melbourne before I secure a place on my own. Looking to share for approx 4-6 months initially. Need a location that is easily accessible to transport routes to the East side of the city. I don't currently have any furniture, so a furnished room is preferable. I'm easy going, very tidy, non-smoker and enjoy city exploring and hiking on weekends. Work in a regular 9-5 job during the week. But you won't find me indoors if the weather is good ;)
I’m relaxed and can get along with everyone. I am able to mould to any situation and deal with change well. I enjoy staying active and have a stable full-time job so won’t be a worry for you from week to week. I have my own interests and hobbies but so also won’t be a pain to have around the house. As I come from a big family, I do pull my weight around the house with the cooking and cleaning.
