Easy going couple who travel a lot so only looking for a short term stay. Matt is from Melbourne and Anja is from South Africa, both working and will help in upkeep in and around the house. We like a clean space and pull our share in that regard. Non smokers. Great peeps.
I'm originally from Perth but moved to Melbourne last year to study at RMIT. I've been living in the cbd which has its ups and downs, but I'm ready to get out and live in the suburbs, preferably Bayside area but really anywhere out of the city sounds good right now. I'm just looking for a place to stay until the end of this uni semester, but theres a good chance I could extend my lease for a full year or more. Coming from a Croatian background, I picked up some good cooking skills which i'm more than willing to show off. When i'm not busy I usually like to chill, watch tv shows, or do something creative like sewing, or just go for long runs. I used to be all about dat night life when I lived in Perth but now I find myself having more chilled weekends which sometime include cheeky bottles of red. I spend quite a bit of time at uni, especially by the end of semester (which i'm not excited for). I'm very social, but I also like my own time. But in saying that I want to respect my housemate/s as much as possible, giving as much space as you need, or happy to have the communal dinners etc. I'm more than willing to start up a share if anyones also keen :)
Pay all bills on time. Neat & tidy. Quiet, enjoy time to myself, but also enjoy catching up with housemates after work for a drink etc. Work in retail telecommunications, lived in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne most of my life. Love watching my favourite TV shows, reading comics, going to the gym & playing mixed netball.
We like to stay clean and help out our fellow flatmates and friends on every occasion possible. Prefer to cook at home, preferably vegetarian food, but no fuss. We love music and pretty much all forms of art. We like to paint and do crafty things when the time permits it. Hope to find a cosy room and friendly flatmates to chill with from time to time.
Hi My Name is Brian I am 49 years old and recently separated. I am currently unemployed (due to having shoulder surgery ) but now back on track and looking for full time work which won't take me long to find. I am pretty fussy with how I keep my living accommodation and treat all properties with the same respect I have shown for my own previous properties. I have excellent rental references and have never been late with my rent I have always kept the residence I live in tidy and free of clutter etc and will continue to do so.I have never been an annoying neighbor such as playing loud music or being loud in any way. I always go out of my way to keep any neighbors around me ( should there be any ) happy I like to keep to myself mostly but in saying that I always give a hello or goodbye to anyone. I also have good trade skills and more than willing to do any maintenance on a property that I live in should the situation arise ( such as minor repairs to bigger jobs like carpentry repairs painting, general plumbing and more ) As well as that I also keep the outside of a property clean and tidy at all times. lawns mowed weeding etc. Also more than happy to help out my future landlord with any task/Jobs they need help with property related or otherwise. I have listed as having pets because I do want my own companion soon (small to medium dog ) However this is not a priority ( a roof over my head is more important at this stage ) That said in the previous rental property I have just left I/We had to small dogs but they were both house trained and kept very clean and in control you would never have known I/We had them until you actually saw them. I respect the privacy of others as I expect for myself. I/We have always left the properties I/We have previously rented in excellent condition if not cleaner than some I/We moved into. I have listed for six months however if location and everything turns out OK for both parties I would be more than happy to rent for longer period if possible and convenient for any future landlord. I thank you for your time. yours Sincerely.............Brian Stocks Note: Where I have put I/We I am referring to my wife I have just separated from.
Hey everyone! I'm hoping to find a place that feels like home with chilled, positive vibes, and housemates somewhat close to my age that would become friends, who don't mind hanging out and enjoying each other's company but also understand that sometimes we need time to ourselves. A bit about me... I'm pretty laid back and always considerate of other housemates and keep common areas nice and clean. I always ensure rent and bills are paid on time and I'm friendly and easy to get along with. I work full time as a beauty advisor and enjoy going to the gym, relaxing to some good tunes and catching up with friends. Looking forward to hearing from you so hit me up if you feel like we would be a good fit. :)
Keep to myself but occasionally come out of hiding. I'm quiet but also like to party. Looking at going to uni next year but either way have a stable full time job. Love pets and books. Able to move almost immediately. Have my own furniture.
Hi, my name is Pria. I am 23 years old and originally from Hobart, Tasmania. I have moved to Melbourne and looking to rent around late August. I am working full time. I am a very creative person; I enjoy cooking, crafts and makeup. I am funny and enjoy being a foodie, exploring new places and socialising.
Hello everybody, I am Ooshma 22years old. I am moving to Melbourne in September from India to study Pastry. I am clean and understanding person. I like taking walks, cycling, chilling with a glass of wine or two some nights. I understand the need for personal space but I am also up for spending time with my roommates and eventually be good friends with them. I am moving too far away from home so I am looking for people with whom I can have a home. I love baking, so there would possibly be cookies in the house all the time and who doesn't love some freshly baked cookies. Also, I am completely comfortable with sharing house chores, I genuinely believe in working together. Looking forward to living with you and having a ball time future roomie.
I know for sure I can't jump buildings in a single bound.I know when to be serious and when not to be. I'm a good listener and I can hold a conversation on just about any topic. My downside is that I have 2 cats who came into my possession 5 yrs ago. One is female the other a male both are de sexed and fully house trained as well as having lovable personalities and I will live in My car before I'd abandon them I have been living in Doreen for the past 12 months since returning to Melbourne from Adelaide where I'd lived for the previous 13yrs but unfortunately the owners parents are moving into the property and so the lease will not be renewed. The owner is more than happy to provide me with a tenency reference I'm 65 but please don't hold that against me as I have a tendency to forget I'm that old
I'm a very respectful and clean housemate, I will always pay my rent on time and easy to get along with, love a chat with a cup of tea or glass of wine but also respect and allow quiet time after a busy work/school day. I always clean up after myself, I'm a veggie so you won't find much mess around the kitchen as I usually just use a rice cooker or roast vegetables in the oven ;) I'm pet friendly, but have no pets. I'm currently returning from being overseas for two months so would like to have a room secured for before I get home. we could facetime or skype. that would be greatly appreciated. I'm going to be studying Pathology at Holmeglen Tafe and working part-time so I will be busy during the week and weekends.
I am a registered nurse, working with Monash health. I am looking for a clean and quiet place to live. I am VERY clean and respect personal space. I love socializing once in a while and making new friends, easy to live with. I love cooking and living in a homely environment.
Everything :) Hard workers, and will get a job done. Easy to get along with and are both able to have a conversation that flows. Partner is from langwarrin as i am from rye, mornington peninsula.
Just a student looking for a new place to call home. I work part time in Carrum and am attending school in Someville, so somewhere close to the train line is ideal. I love to take photos and am quite a social person, but I'm good at keeping to myself and am able to be quiet if needed. I clean up after myself and like to keep organised. I like to think I'm a friendly, approachable person and I like meeting new people. I have a stable income and have never been late on a rental payment and that is something I would like to continue to uphold. Whether you're someone easy going who likes to hold social events, or are the type to prefer your space, I don't mind. Let me work with you. My preference is anywhere between $150 to $200 per week, and am able to put in for bills and internet as well. I unfortunately can't go any higher, as I also pay school fees among other things. I'm looking to move as soon as possible. Teaming up: would love to match up with a few other people and lease a place together too. Though I do enjoy holding social events, so would love if my housemates enjoyed joint social gatherings.
I may be 20 years of age but I am very mature and independent. I cook, I clean, I look after myself. Always up for a chat and a laugh. I have a reliable income, so never need to stress. I play footy and netball on the weekend, can play guitar to entertain you 😋
I'm very easy to get along with. Always keen to help around the house and do extra things like head down the street to pick up something if need. I keep myself and area clean. im a pretty easy going guy all together. I work till late hours so all I do after work is just chill and relax. I'm into fitness so after work I'm usually at the gym always keen to be someone's gym partner. You don't have to worry about me bringing mates back as I don't like to haha
I have lived by myself before but was a bit of a struggle with the location of where i was. I am very reliable and punctual when it comes to responsibilities. I'm very friendly and open minded and I am a big sports fan, AFL Basketball are the favorites. I try go out with friends or family when I can. I work Full time and is shift work so I do night shifts as well.
Hi, I’m Mathew, I'm 35 and I study Aerospace Engineering at RMIT in the city. In my spare time I like to play video games, watch suff, go to the beach, see a live gig, explore Melbourne or catch up with friends. I'm also dabbling in the world of health & fitness. I need to find a place somewhere north of the city. My course moves to RMIT's Bundoora campus next year and I am hoping to keep my commute reasonable. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon. Any other questions, please ask.
Hello to each and every-one of you, who is taking the time to read my bio. I am gonna tell you, as it is; I am a great cook (but I am not a foodie, no way). I mean what is a, "foodie"?? The latest, "Trendy" word of the hour? Get out of here. When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy heading into town, meeting up with friends, museums, movies, parks or just hang back at home and read a good book. I am outgoing, but on the flip side, hanging about home with any potential housemate/s, provided they wish to is just as chill. I love to spend time with friends, just as much; I enjoy forming/making new friendships. I am a very approachable, friendly individual and I am a great listener and I give as well as I get. I am well read, and proud of my educational/work achievements. I had the pleasure of Studying: Engineering and Law. My Engineering major was in Automotive/Aerospace. This allowed me, to Work and Befriend some of the brightest of people in the, Australian Engineering industry. Other things about me; well my Father is from Austria, whilst my Mother is from Turkey. The rest is for another day. Now to my point; "So Just Chill", cause I am, I am as cool as a cucumber, and do not sweat the small stuff (well, I try not to); What For? Anyways, to those who are reading my intro, I believe I’ve bored you plenty enough, or maybe not. Nonetheless, I now call an end to my intro, wishing all who read or do not; a Remarkable, Blissful, Happy, Healthy, Prosperous, Joyful, Imaginative, Momentous Life. I honestly hope you find what you are looking for in life, the thing that makes you "HAPPY", as well as those around you (your happiness, should not be as a result of someone else demise). Thank you in advance, for taking the time to read, take care and be well. Kindest of regards, Ken.
