A little about myself, my name is George I’m 39 year old born and always lived in Melbourne all my life. I’m currently employed full-time as a Civil Trainer/Assessor and also doing some part-time study manly for professional development. I consider myself to be an easy/outgoing, social person although due to work demands I tend to do less socializing these days. I respect peoples belongings and their need for privacy and won't "cramp your style" for lack of a better phrase. In saying that I’m not someone that locks himself in a room and never ventures out. I’m not a “slob” I keep myself and surroundings clean and tidy and always willing to do what’s necessary to keep things that way. Don't mind a glass of wine/beer with dinner and don't mind cooking now and then. I keep myself fit and healthy and enjoy watching a film now and then. I hope I’ve covered all necessary details above, if I've missed anything please feel free to ask. Cheers, George
Very easy going - work a lot and like to keep quiet through the week, not a party girl however love to have a wine and dinner on the weekends. Don't mind about you having socials at the place either really relaxed with house rules. I don't have pets, single and neat and tidy. Very family orientated and love the Bayside area.
clean ( not ocd) , easy to get along with "all people with good intentions" , adaptable either quiet or have chats, christian background but not religious, more spiritually inclined, have travelled widely so have deep respect for different cultures, VERY young at heart and physically too I love it here in Brighton but happy to look at nearby suburbs too. am happy , like positive minded people, happy being single. meet friends out of home. Ideally I am looking for a place to call home (longer term stay 6 to 12 months) with another single career minded lady (age doesnt matter but ideally 40+) or older lady who have started feeling like its a bit of a challenge doing normal chores but still like living in her own home and might need some help shopping for groceries or doing vacumming ( It has to be win=win for both parties).have 2 adorable well mannered cats who pretty much are very quiet and just stay in my room and sleeps most of the day in their little cathouse. My cats are very fussy when it comes to cleanliness. Its ok if you have a dog as they have experience and I used to have a dog before. Would prefer my own bathroom but if shared with only one other person might be ok., have furniture or in storage. I am a Career driven lady ... will be resuming shortly... love gardening, music ,movies, reading, keeping fit. Also am interested in Teaming Up with another lady with similar values.
Hi, my names Daniel. Looking for a place to stay as my family is moving overseas. I'm very laidback and easy going/get along with. I Run my own concreting business so most days I'll be out and about, good money from the business so rent$ ain't ever be an issue. I ride motocross so somewhere for my bike is a must and I also have a business trailer to store too. A space around the size of a single garage is fine for the bike and trailer as the trailer isn't big. Cheers.
Hello there The place am looking at sharing would be somewhere that feels like home, where you can relax, be yourself, chat, have a laugh but also have your own time. Am employed as a web developer, also have my own freelance web development company and about to start a digital media course. Through the week I tend to go for a swim, sauna, watch a movie / box set and go walks/swim along the beach. At the weekend I like to catch up with friends, have a beer, sleep in, trek/walk or check out something that is showing (movie, show, concert). I’m an honest person who is very respectful of other people’s stuff and private time, when it comes to clean /tidiness it’s pretty simple, if you make a mess you clean it up. If you need to find anything else out then feel free to contact me on 0449606926 or greigmcmahon.com Thanks Greig
Zac:: Freelance graphic designer, also doing an online sociology degree at uni full time (currently first year). I like to make art, grow veggies, hike, binge watch whatever shows I'm currently addicted to. Bit of an introvert / extrovert hybrid, depending on the mood I can either be up for long chats and random adventures, or just keen to stay in and chillout with some music or movies. Ra:: Black kitty who likes to chase toys and catch mice. Bit of a weirdo who wags his tail like a dog (not kidding), can't meow (never learned to or something??) and makes a chirping sound at meal times kinda like a velociraptor... He's fully toilet trained (ie. there's not even kitty litter in the house because he only ever toilets outside) and he's very low maintenance – not attention seeking, doesn't shed hair etc.
Canadian here on a working holiday visa, just finished my farm work and am looking to set up in Melbourne for the next year and a half! I enjoy sports and fitness, cooking (i'm no master chef but I have a few dishes I'm proud of), exploring the city whether its for new cafes, restaurants or pubs, the beach, music of all kinds, and a good night out (but not bringing the party back). If you have a place, and don't mind a guy with a funny accent joining you, let me know :) Brendan
Hey, my name is Zac and I’m 22 years old. I’m employed full-time at the Municipal Association of Victoria as a Communications Officer after graduating from RMIT University last year, and I host trivia one night a week at the Tudor Inn in Cheltenham. I am seeking a private room near the Cheltenham area so I don’t have to travel to far for trivia hosting. I'd like to be in a share house with more than just one or two housemates, preferably around the same age as myself. I am currently still living with my parents, however I had lived with flatmates overseas for six months on a semester abroad in Newcastle, England. I am now looking for a place to live – hopefully on a long-term basis assuming everything lines up. I’m excellent with money, actually going so far as to loan money to both of my siblings last year as we booked our flights to America for a family friend’s wedding. I am contracted to the Municipal Association of Victoria until February 2019, so will have both a reliable and consistent source of income for a minimum of nearly two years. As for personality, I get along with pretty much any personality type. I will always be up for a chat or a drink, and I’m also happy to have quiet night-ins by myself. I like to keep the common areas of my house clean, but am willing to admit that my own room often requires frequent bouts of T-L-C after more frequent bouts of L-A-Z…iness. My party trick is knowing the words to almost every song ever, but it’d be more helpful if I wasn’t tone-deaf. I’m also coeliac – which means I’m gluten free (the medically diagnosed kind) and have been since I was 2 years old. If you’d like to know any more about me, shoot me a message.
Hi, my name’s Claire. I am 24 and looking at moving out of the family home. I am clean and tidy, and apart from my love of clothes, am quite minimalistic. I work full time in the city so would not be around much on weekdays. In the evenings I like to relax, have a conversation, read, or watch an episode of a TV show on Netflix. I love to travel. I have travelled quite a bit and love talking about different places in the world. I also enjoy going to the beach, going for short hikes, and the occasional glass of red. I do have a cat, Sunshine, who’s a 14 year old tabby, likes to sleep all the time and generally stays away from people. She can however stay with my family if need be. But if you are a cat person, she’s quite friendly and very quiet. I am not a fan of dogs. If you think I would make a great fit then give me a buzz.
