All three of us are from India, aspiring chefs and students of the culinary programme at Le Cordon Bleu, Victoria, Melbourne. We're looking for a place where we can live comfortably and cook. We don't mind having to stay with other students as we can learn a lot about life in Australia from them. I'm Sonia, and I love to experiment with food, explore, travel, read, sketch and write poetry. Me and my friends (who have previously lived in a hostel for three years) are quiet, organised, clean and respectful of others and their privacy. We're all very sociable and good humoured too.
Dear Potential housemates, Hello! My name Jasmine and I'm 20 years old. I'm currently studying full time at University, while I write books for a living. I also do a little bit of freelance copywriter work and art. So very busy! I'm looking for a place to call home for a year + I like to think that I am down to earth, laid back, chilled individual, who loves fun and having a few drinks or a nice wine after a long day, in saying that, I will always respect each other's personal space and love having quite nights in! I don't mind cooking for everyone, although, (eat at your own risk..hah) Ideally, I would like the rent to include the utilities etc and to live with people who are likeminded and lovely people! Must love stupid puns and jokes/ have a good sense of humour, because I am a terrible and love telling new terrible jokes. I'm best contacted through text/call. But I am always ontop of my emails. So don't hesitate to contact me VIA email. I hope to hear from you soon, Kind Regards, Jasmine!
Country girl at heart, easy going and friendly. Work full time and also study a Master of Exercise Physiology. I like to regularly exercise/ play sport and like to be clean. When not working or studying, don't mind a sneaky beverage or two.
I've just started working in Melbourne as a full-time web developer after spending the past 2 years backpacking through Canada, the USA and Asia. I'm pretty chilled out now I've settled down into working life, no more drinking or parties for me. Just work, gym and my hobby illustrations for the next two years while I save for my next international trip.
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
We have been dating for around 4 years and looking to save money by sharing a place. We own a home interstate and are saving for renovations on that place. We are both super clean and work full-time. Social work and interior design are our fields. Food and food are our interests. Oh and we can cook which is a bonus for you. *Would prefer to have our own bathroom
Hi, I am an easy going, friendly person who works full time as a primary school teacher. I moved to Melbourne in January this year and my lease is coming to an end and wanting to move on. I and am looking for a sharehouse where I can relax and get to know the people I live with. I am not just looking for flatmates but also mates :) I like to stay fit by going to the gym regularly and checking out the 1000 steps when I can. I enjoy nights in just as much as night out and am a lover of wine, chocolate, cheese and coffee (who isn't though!). I like a tidy house (not OCD or anything) and pitch in plenty.
Hey, I'm Jimmy. I'm 23 years old and in my final year of uni studying construction management in Melbourne. Along with this I manage at my local supermarket most days of the week. Looking to move out of the family home! I love my sport, socialising with mates, seeing movies, going out for drinks and just anything social really.
I am a very organised and clean person. I love to socialise, meet new people go on adventures and try all new things. However, I do appreciate my down time, and spending time alone in my own space. I just secured a full time job in Frankston, so will be looking to live closer to the area, as I currently rent in St Kilda. I absolutely love the beach and the vibes of beach areas.
Hi !! I am haIf Spanish & half Chilean girl. I have studied a Bachelor of Communication, majoring in Public Relations. I have lived in Chile, Switzerland and Barcelona. I moved to Melbourne two years ago. Currently I’ m studying Diploma of marketing. I’m a well-balanced, positive, respectful, polite and responsible female, who is a non-smoker and very good at communicating. I love cooking & good food, the beach, play guitar (but my guitar is in Barcelona…) I am caring and considerate. I am working as a Nanny, where I have been caring and teaching French & Spanish for three children for the past 2 year. During the week, I predominantly spend my time studying and working. On the weekend, I go out socialising. I also enjoy just having a quiet night cooking and sharing a bottle of wine. I like to keep my house clean and tidy. I am looking for a place to stay at least 1 year and am hoping for something super close to a train station, preferably along the Frankston line. Please feel free to message me if any of this sounds like a good fit, Cheers!
Hi! My name's Ruth, I'm a university student from Canberra (ANU) who will be in Melbourne working at CSIRO in Aspendale for the summer (end of November - end of January) and am looking for a place to stay. I study ocean and atmosphere sciences (and will be working on ozone hole related stuff at Aspendale) and am keen to live by the sea for a bit, studying marine science in Canberra can feel a bit odd! A bit about me, I'm fairly social but not in an overpowering way (but keen to meet some friendly new people in a new city!), I'm into various outdoorsy and active pursuits including hiking, running, diving, bit of rock climbing and lots of yoga, but I'm also into various indoorsy pursuits such as cooking, boardgames and books. I'm a laid back person who gets along all kinds of people. ****PLEASE NOTE, LOOKING FOR SHORT TERM (<3 MONTHS) STAY**** ****FURNISHED IS NEEDED DUE TO ABOVE****
I'm friendly, love to chat but also love some "me time". I'm honest, caring, respectful and very responsible. Looking for like minded individuals too share a house and maybe even a wine once in a while! I love nature, the beach, I dance and do Pilates and yoga and generally just love doing things.
Independent, considerate, neat, trustworthy and working full time! Extremely easy going... can get along with anyone yet also respects people's personal space.
Neat quiet honest and reliable person with full time work looking quiet house if I am not working or seeing my kids I am a bee keeper that keeps my very busy I also love animals
My dog Nala and I are both very independent females. I work full time at Bunnings and will begin studying Western Herbal Medicine in February. I'm a very relaxed but respectful person. I like my space but also enjoy hanging out for a drink after work. I love gardening so ideally would like a bit of a backyard for not only me but Nala as well. Nala is a big Bull Arab X, she looks like a big scary dog but that couldn't be further from the truth. She is great with other animals as well as being house trained. That's us in a nutshell!!
Hey! I'm Pras and I'm a 25 year old doctor working full-time at Frankston Hospital. I'm looking to move into a sharehouse with similar aged people; students/full-time workers. I love to hang out and watch movies with a beer or two as well as check out the odd gig now and then! In my spare time I play touch footy and do a bit of camping/hiking and photography. I'm clean and always pay rent and bills on time. Looking forward to getting to know you! Cheers!
I've been living and studying in Germany and Austria for the past four years and am coming back to Australia because of a job offer. I'm a very experienced housemate! I'm quiet, clean, respect other people's privacy and enjoy eating cooking and eating good food. I look forward to hearing from you if you think I would fit in. :)
Looking to team up with another person of similar age somewhere preferbly on beach side of Nepean Hwy in the Aspendale to Bonbeach zone, that offers 3brm 2bth 2car and 2 living areas. I have modern lounge furniture, fairly new refrigerator and kitchenware. It always feels more homely and comfortable to have one's own things and then you are not feeling that you are using someone else's. I am looking to share with one other person but would like a place that offers both share persons their own space. I am looking for a modern clean home. Myself, I am pretty easy going and independent but am looking to share for company. I am pretty busy with working casual jobs so like my time at home to relax especially in summer when it's warm and sun is shining going for swims and walks on the beach. My downtime is to watch tv and I record programs I like so I can fast forward thru the ads. I am pretty laid back and extremely considerate of others and their personal space. I like a place where chores are worked out and the home is clean and tidy and each person cleans up after themselves. I do not wish to live with a smoker.
