Hi! I'm 22 and I work part time as a nanny aswell as working casually in retail. I am also a florist and love creating/ making in my free time. I am friendly, easy going, respectful, and open minded. I like to live in a clean, organised space. I am looking for a room to rent for a minimum of 6 months and hopefully find the suitable place! :)
27 year old Scottish backpacker looking to get out of Hostels as I’m working full time. Looking to get a sponsorship hopefully. chilled out and down to earth looking to join a gym and get back to the golf course aswell. Like to go out the odd weekend for a drink but not on a school night. Feel free to give me a message!
Hi I'm Heather, I am a 43year old night shift worker who works in Chelsea. I am sociable, respectful and trustworthy. I work only night shift and am someone who loves they're job, I keep to some unusual hours but don't need the place to be silent during the day and I won't be too noisy if I'm up late on my nights off!!!. I would like to find a house share in the Chelsea, Bonbeach or Carrum areas available from 28/03. I am a smoker but will not smoke inside and enjoy the odd glass of red wine but I'm not a party animal. I would prefer the room to be unfurnished, require internet and would rather have a price that is inclusive of bills for simplicity's sake. I am often awake whilst 'normal' people are sleeping and vice versa, so please be mindful of this if considering me as a flat mate. I like to talk but also enjoy my own company and want somewhere that is available for at least 6 months with a view to staying longer. I would rather share with other females but feel free to contact me as I don't want to restrict myself too much. I have A fair amount of belongings but am very organised so would prefer if the house share was based on a payment of 2 weeks rent, 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks notice if it's not to either persons liking. So!!!, if you're awesome, laid back and able to not take life too seriously, get in touch and let's have a chat. Ta, Heather
Hi, I'm Amila, originally from Sri Lanka. Here in Australia for about 6 years now. I’m neat and tidy person who respect others’ privacy. Easygoing and get along well with others.
Both my partner and I are easy going and adaptable people. We generally both very organised and clean. We do have some big cook ups together and will always be happy for our housemates to join us :) Bailey won't be around much probably only on weekends as he is based as a seaman in HMAS Cerberus. I'll be moving down from Perth so I'll most likely organise a job in around where ever we stay :)
I'm a 30 year old female working full time. I am clean and friendly. I’m looking for a chilled space with like minded housemates. I understand personal space but am also happy to have a chat. I have 2 outside dogs and an inside cat. All very friendly. I enjoy taking my dogs for walks to the beach, cooking and sports. I am open to short or long term stays. Cheers

Have worked with all ethnicities and love learning about the world. Not a party person, but do love a good laugh, very respectful. Have a great network of friends Am looking for a share with preferably one other, get to know one other but not be in each others pockets. Mutually respectful, an easy going home.

Hey my name is John, I’m 28 years old , originally South Australia. I’ve recently returned to the homeland after three years of traveling around Europe, South America and USA. I’m Currently living with some friends in Lorne and working have been woking as a landscaper but I have just obtained a full time job in Keysborough working as a Service Technician. I am hoping to find a share house full of legends somewhere on the coast between Carrum- Mordialloc. I’m a keen surfer, like to keep active and eat heathy. I’m easy going and social.
I am a 19 year old woman who is studying part time doing my Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management in Rosebud. I am currently searching for a sub-lease/house sitting or a spare bedroom in a household or share housing sort of arrangement anywhere on the Mornington Peninsula or Frankston so that I am able to have somewhere to live for only a few days a week while I complete my course full-time, which will commence until around the end of June of 2019 with possibilities of time extension. I will also be working part time during this period and will only need a room for 3-4 nights per week. I like to think of myself as an extremely tidy, organised, responsible and mature, as well as a quiet and respectable person to live with. I am also more than happy to help out with any household chores including looking after pets and/or babysitting if needed. Thank you, Tahlie.
WANTED Independent Home for a fresh start or a spacious house share with some form of living quarter separation - ideally no more then 1 housemate, Beach breeze, Needing my new start, 6 to 12 month lease, Spot for a car on road or in park, Am wanting to relocate towards the above area in something private and spacious near the water. ABOUT ME: I’m 31 I respectfully smoke outside and use an ashtray currently working part time as a consultant for health clubs across the Mornington Peninsula and studying to be a qualified Salon Manager. Am also now looking forward to doing some extra shifts for the Green tree massage studio to continue my hands on experiences with running the business and reception. I am single and without children- mostly looking forward to having the new area for my new year whilst remaining somewhat close to my family and enjoy the quiet and kind of relearning my interests after a long relationship finishing when you sort of forget what you enjoyed before that and your welcome to come if I go and attempt a class or trivia night or anything I give a shot trying to do that now if you want to. I’m a little older now and past the going out stage this is hopefully going to be a place I can find myself again and start new hobbies. If anything I want to see a new area and hope to see more of my time out of work hours breaking my routines so while I have been looking for Private independent and solo spots I think the right people and the right home could work if we both appreciate each other’s first desire of renting alone but deciding to maybe split up a larger home. I can’t have another student living arrangement I really want to have my space and be comfy So modern apartments etc don’t really jump at me LOOKING AT: Tuerong, Merricks, Red hill, Safety beach, Dromana, Arthurs seat, Mccrae, Main Ridge, Capel Sound, Fingal, Tootgarook, Boneo, Blaiirgowrie, Rye, St Andrews Beach, Portsea, Sorrento, Cape Schnack, Balnarring, Somers -- MORNINGTON PENINSULA! AS A PAST TENANT AND HOUSEKEEPER This will be my first sea change alone I have had wonderful rentals with friends and partners with no issues or concerns about bond or delays etc and I guess I am hoping to make sure I feel like I’m home now after house sharing became a little overcrowded and not as personal as what you have if you do have the area you use to yourself without it feeling impersonal or not comfortable to have a space of your own besides your room. Because I am well versed in renting and previously was a contract house keeper I don’t see issues arising if thought about as I live clean, pick up after myself because I am not a teenager anymore lol and respect the property and privacy of others as id expect also. I thought maybe it could be something nice enough to not be suffocated by one other with main parts like laundry kitchen shared and try to find something in the budget that offers us a room possibly two bathrooms or toilets and if lucky our own area to call a lounge etc I’m not ultimately fussy I just want to have a good break. I can organise my four weeks in advance am happy to do a trial time if you need me to and I have the ‘senior’ student access to hr able to start properly with the paperwork so that will help and bond when confirmed rather quick and would prefer to take my furniture I want to keep rather then a furnished place but honestly I enjoy upcycling and I can make it what we want it to be with permissions. I WOULD LOVE LOVE LOVE A HOME NOT A APARTMENT SET UP HOME DECOR / I AM ALL ABOUT THE WEATHERBOARD PROVINCIAL HOMES! I’m easy to live with enjoy upholstering furniture and love the old Victorian style homes. Obviously I love to work now I am doing what i enjoy and love all things beauty and make up related but I adore spending time with my beautiful five year old niece who I am staying with whilst sourcing a home and she is in Carrum Downs so I chose to be close but still follow my love of the waves and need of new scenery. So I guess I am looking for my fit I will be happy To get a storage shed to hold those things and would enjoy a six to twelve month bond. I don’t like the thought of being on a hunt again - all I need to ensure is I can park my small hatchback in atleast a visional space to know it’s safe or a spot in the drive way and if there’s seperate entrances (not knowing your work and social life etc if it’s houseshare) my hours shouldn’t effect your sleeping but a private entrance would be cool - I am really just wanting to find a good fit before I goto my second work place and figure that you might be open to my interest. My main questions now i am looking for a home and not just a room are simple: With your home do you have any problems with removable art etc and anything else I should know? Is there extra photos or details I should know before I ask to see your home at some point soon? If you have the words pool or bath of fireplace etc I will be Inlove I am such a provincial Art Deco collector but I wouldn’t of contacted you if I didn’t think your home was suitable for me to look after On response please let me know bond move in date fortnightly etc snd any restrictions and if I’m not successful I appreciate you reading my application and acceptance of the home upon photos viewing for now INSPECTIONS AND MOVE IN DATE REQUEST I can do inspections over the weekend or by your call but things are a bit hectic with a full house and commitments- so until my mobile stops giving me hell I might be A msg away or I’ll be happy to apply with my rental history on photos alone if my girlfriend in the area can’t fill in for me. I am hoping to be relocating and committed to the next chapter by the start of May so I can ensure my flexibility in hours and I’m not rushing anyone to be prepared Afternoons will be best please for me - i trust my instincts and my friends in the area to stand in for me Ps with the request of extra room I truly am not a snob lol I love to be social - I just felt really overcrowded the past few times and am hoping not to be looking again once i find what i need. Thanks for reading Tarz
Hello my name is Nick I'm 21 and currently looking for a cheap room in a share house to stay in I currently work casually and also study and I am also a CFA volunteer firefighter I'm honest reliable down to earth caring and easy to get along with and if there's ever a task that someone has trouble doing I always put my thought and effort into it to help one another
We’re open-minded, travelling girls who fell in love with mornington and would love to get to know the town and the people (we did find some work already). We have great stories to tell and are very flexible people. We don’t mind sharing a room or even a bed as we have been living and travelling in a car until now.
I am a Marketing Executive from Liverpool, UK. My 2 year visa has recently been granted and I have a job waiting for me in Melbourne. I am arriving into Melbourne on Wednesday 3rd April so will be looking to view properties and meet housemates from Thursday 4th April. I have an airbnb booked on bonbeach until Saturday 20th April so will be looking to move on this date. I am an easy going person who is clean and tidy and respectful of others space. I am completely new to Australia so will be spending most of my time getting my bearings and exploring! I am usually up for anything that will make me laugh (unless I'm hungover) and enjoy a glass of wine or 2 on the weekend. I work 9-5 Monday to Friday in South Dandenong (Mark Anthony Drive) so need somewhere where it's not too far to commute as unfortunately, I haven't yet learned how to drive. I am a social smoker but would never smoke inside, I thought this was worth mentioning as most places on here don't accept smokers. I don't have any furniture so would ideally need somewhere furnished.
My parter and I are looking to move into an existing Rental or even a potential team up with 1 or 2 people, I am 26 and work full time as chef and have been working at the same establishment for 7 years. What to know a bit more about us don’t hesitate to ask
Easy going, clean, reliable, social, but own space is always great. Partner works away in city weekly at the moment, so dont see alot of him. The baggage Also have a canopy solarium that just goes over your bed, doesnt use alot in power but ur more then welcomw to use it. And also a minuture rabbit. She has a cage and is out side, but very tiny and friendly so she can be picked up. That pretty much summs it up.
I’m an easy going, fun and relaxed girl. I worke part time and I’m also studying nursing full time. I enjoy my own time but I also enjoy socialing. I’m very respectful and I’m just looking for someone who is equally respectful and genuine to share a home with.
