Me and my boyfriend have recently moved from the UK to Sydney on a working holiday visa. We will be working full time so we wont be around much in the week but we like to make the most of our weekends! We're friendly, down to earth, up for a laugh and respect people's privacy. We like to party as much as having an evening in with a takeaway and movie or just reading our books. We are clean, tidy and also pretty laid back. We hope to stay somewhere for a few months while we are working in Sydney until we move on to our next adventure!
Clean and tidy like to met people work 6 days 10 hours been with company for 13yrs I got 2 dortas aged 10 and 12 they live with there mother when I get a weekend of work I will have them stay with me the nite
I am from New Zealand moving to Sydney to start studying dance at a school in Kirrawee. I am 20 years old enjoy skating, being active and having a good time. I am keen to meet new people who re of similar ages and are on the same vibes. I like to cook for myself but don't mind an occasional flat meal. I am also reasonably tidy, I would be after a room with a bed of any size.
My name is Emy and I'm from England and just turned 30. I work as a portrait photographer in and around Sydney which is very varied and keeps me busy. I have spent some time this year traveling the country in my van & seeing lots of cool places. I am on a working holiday visa but will be changing visas next year to be able to stay in the country for longer. My boyfriend is called Michael and he's 28 and is Australian (from Dubbo originally). He works full time as a video editor for a wedding video company in Fairfield. He's lived in Sydney for a while and studied film here. He also works on short film for film festivals in-between his editing job so he's pretty busy. We don't smoke and I don't drink (just really don't like the taste!). Michael only drinks a little bit. We are both into eating good food and like to cook (always wash up after we have eaten!) After work we tend to cook food and chill out with netflix, or go out for dinner or cinema. We both try to keep fit and I regually go to fitness classes in the city. On days off from work we catch up on sleep, socialise and take trips out to the beach or shops. We are both pretty chilled out and don't like drama so are looking for a friendly and chilled out place to live. I'm pretty chatty where as Michael is quite shy so it takes him a while to get chatty with new people! But we are both super friendly and positive people who are clean, tidy and respectful of other people. We totally respect other peoples space and privacy and are looking for the same whilst also being able to hang out with our future flatmates if they want to. We don't have an ideal set amount of time that we would like to live in Sydney so I wrote down 4 months but it's a very rough number! This is because we plan to travel at some point next year but we need to spend some time to work hard and save up for it and we don't know how long it will take! So a flexible lease agreement would be ideal for this reason. Our ideal place would be within a 10 minute walk to the train station and walking distance to supermarkets. Own bathroom and outdoor space like a balcony or garden would be a major plus but not essential. And an apartment that comes with gym facilities or is near to a gym would be even more awesome.
We both work in the city full -time professionals, we like to stay fit, we are easygoing, we keep to ourselves and occasionally we socialise with our flatmates. We are a clean and tidy couple, we are respectful, caring and considerate to our flatmates. We are looking for a place to relax and unwind, (prefer not a party house). We would like to live with someone(s) that is an easy going, courteous, clean and tidy person. Prefer A Place with: ✏️ Built-in wardrobe ✏️ Air -Conditioning ✏️ Own/ or Ensuite bathroom ✏️ Secure Car Space ✏️ Gym ✏️ Swimming pool Thank you for reading about us.
Hey there, 17 year old student moving from Byron Bay in late January early February (TBC) to Sydney to train for a career as a dancer. I am responsible, hardworking, kind, respectful clean. My lifestyle will consist of training week days from around 8-4, early nights during the week and spending time making new friends on the weekend or saying home watching netflix (Truth be told Im a bit of homebody). Im easy to get along with. Im quiet and tame and respect your space as I hope you would mine. Hoping to find someone I get along with to make the big scary city seem a little less scary. -Lucy
Hi, I moved to Sydney from India a few months ago. I am a friendly and easy going person. I like to keep my surroundings neat and tidy. My hobbies include baking. I enjoy the occasional glass of wine and a good movie after a long day. I am looking for a flatmate that I hope I can be friends with too!
Hi! Need to move to Sydney as I have been offered a full-time job as a registered nurse starting in Feb. I will be working 5 days/wk. I am looking to team up with other females to rent out an apartment/town house. My other option is to look for accommodation with my friend who will be working full-time also so we prefer 3 separate rooms but we don't mind sharing. On-site parking is preferred but I don't mind parking in the streets. In addition, I am looking for sociable and easygoing housemates! :) I enjoy staying at home as much as I enjoy going out. I like to hangout with people. I enjoy travelling and exploring different places. I am friendly, open-minded and most of all respectful (And sometimes funny :p). I'd like to have my own room & bathroom for some alone time. Also, I prefer living with non-smokers. Overall, I'm a very chill person.
I'm 29 years old, doctor, from Ecuador (Latin America), full-time masters student at University of Melbourne. I'm friendly, easy going, clean, and tidy (always clean after myself). I've lived in share-houses before and I always try to contribute to a friendly-healthy environment. I enjoy going out for a walk, running, drinks with friends, movies, or just talking with a bottle of wine. I hope not only be roommates but also become friends. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me.
Hello everyone, i am a really sociable easygoing person, id love to find a place with friendly people to live with, have a meal together in a familiar atmosphere i am quite busy with my work but i always find time for a nice chat o do things with my housemates . i'm quite tidy and calm but i do really enjoy to see things and explore around too.
I'm an easy doing, hardworking, and organised individual. Im currently working two part time jobs and so I'm looking forward to moving out and finally living independently! I love to meet new people, love to go out and love to have a good laugh :)
Bubbly, open-minded and respectful! I’m pretty tidy, can’t sleep in peace if my room is a mess. More than happy to help out with house chores :) On most weekends you’ll find me outs and about at the beach or just lounging around with a cuppa of coffee and Netflix then occasionally trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Looking for a private room (no carpet, preferably within a shared home but definitely open to apartment options) within walking/super short driving range from Kogarah station.
I'm originally from Sydney, I'm clean and a good cleaner. I currently work nights so I'm not there most nights and during the day I sleep when I can. but when I'm not working I like hanging out with my friends and Having a laugh. I'm really easy going but in some sense I can be quite private. I'm honest and trust worthy I'd also say I'm very black and white wat u see is wat u get. So I guess u can say I'm not looking to move in with a family or someone that has children And I'd prefer no couples either or pets
Hi, my name is Landy and I'm a 25 year old uni student from Taiwan. I work at clubs in the city as a part time job so sometimes I won't get home til 4 in the morning but I always stay as quiet as possible. I'm probably the most easygoing person you will ever meet. I usually stay in my room and mind my own business when I don't have to go to work or uni. I do smoke but never inside the house. I also have a tiny blue tongue lizard that stays in his enclosure 24/7.
I'm fun, adventurous and daring. I am a singer and a comedian. I love to laugh and have a fun time. I am not really into the partying scene as I loooove my sleep to much. I socially drink about once a month. I can cook and clean up after myself.
I'm down to earth and funny sometimes. I live an active lifestyle! I love the occasional social event but can be an introvert at times, really don't mind staying in on a Saturday night watching movies stuffing my face lol. I can get along with most personalities. I respect others cultures, beliefs and of course privacy! Don't be fooled by my age, I will pay rent on time and pick up my chores, no worries :) Peace & God bless!
I am friendly clean and tidy and hardworking. I am also easy to get along with. I love to be happy and live a quiet life as I don't like troublemakers or problems Life is meant to be lived. I am from Sydney and love to go out with my friends when I have the chance as I work full time.
Hi! I'm Meg and I will be 20 at the end of January. I am looking for somewhere to live next year as I will not be renewing my current lease when it runs out at the beginning of February. This is because I would prefer to live in South Sydney, as it will be closer to where I will be studying at Ettingshausens in Kirrawee. I would prefer an unfurnished room, living with one other person (any gender), however I will definitely still consider other arrangements. I will be at school at least three weekdays, and most other days I will be at work, which is doing promotional work, meaning I will have a steady income to pay bills. My parents currently pay my rent and will continue to do so whilst I am studying until the end of 2017, so the correct amount of rent will always be paid on time. I have lived in Sydney for a year now, after I moved from my hometown of Tamworth to study dance full-time at Village on Broadway for a year. I am clean and respectful, and also a very happy and easy to get along with kind of person. Love to socialise with my housemates but of course give you your space and privacy. I am also not a party animal so won't have heaps of people over/come home super late all the time/make a big mess. I'm very active, and also vegan and really passionate about healthy eating and cooking! I'm also very creative so I'll usually be making something arty in my spare time. Love catching up with friends, going to art galleries and markets and spending lots of time at the beach!
I am very easy going and down to earth. Have lived with other people before and never had a problem. I work in childcare and adore children, I'm always motivated and very productive at work and home. I love everything being clean and get quite creative. I'm from Sydney and love spending free time going to the gym, beach, weekends away, socialising with friends and family, being spontaneous and cooking.
Hi i am looking for a room, i am very friendly, love to socialize, clean freak very neat and tidy, respect others privacy. I Currently work Full Time for the Head Office an International Freights Company (looking for somewhere not too far from work as I have an 830am start) I am really laid back and easy to get along with, like to relax at home after work during the week and enjoy socializing on the weekend.
I moved to Sydney from Germany a few weeks ago. And now I´m looking for a place to stay without moving every week to another place. I would like to have my own room where I can put my staff in. And I´m looking for a place to stay for 1-2 months, firstly. And internet access/WIFI would be also great ´cos I´ll need it for work. About myself: I can cook :D but just vegetarian meals. I am a very clean person and I don´t smoke. I love animals - especially dogs. And I can tell a lot of stories about my journeys I made up to now (`cos I love travelling). Therefore I did that also as my job for the last couple of months before I moved to Australia. Now I will find a job here in Sydney to start all over again.
Hey future flatmate :) Im a fun, friendly and happy person. I have a deep passion for animals and hope to find a place i can have my 4 year old border collie x lab Zyla with me! she's a gem :). I keep to myself most of the time, quiet and very clean and tidy. I currently work at a pub so will be working most nights !! I love keeping active, going on adventures and doing things with my dog. Im very laid back and relaxed and would love to find a place asap ! Regards, Steff
Hello, future housemate! My name is Shy and I'm a friendly, relaxed individual who is open-minded and easy-going. I'm conscientious and respectful, and like to keep a tidy, harmonious home. While I do enjoy the occasional social event, I usually prefer quiet nights in with my two gorgeous kitties, preferably with one or two other friendly individuals for some more conversational company. I am full-time employed in the IT/digital entertainment industry and work in the Sydney CBD, so location is negotiable as long as it's within a reasonable commuting distance. 30 minutes or less would be preferable, though I will consider anything up to an hour! Ideally I'd like to find one or two like-minded others with whom to share mid-to-long term. Let's build a haven and a home! :)
Seeking a safe, harmonious household for a longterm tenancy. Ideal move date: mid-December 2016, before Xmas chaos kicks in. I am quiet, considerate and reliable. I'm house-proud and want a housemate who is reliable about doing their share of the housework to keep the place spick and span. My current realtor will provide an excellent reference. I'm only moving because the owners of my current house have sold it. My deadline to be out is 2 JAN 2017. Ideally, I hope to move by 24 December (Xmas Eve). I'm a non-smoker and would strongly prefer a smoke-free home (including outdoor areas). I own a lot of furniture and my first preference is for a whole unfurnished property, either alone or to share. However, I would also consider a share house if the situation was right (and put my furniture in storage). If you're 1) female and 2) don't own much furniture and 3) are looking to move to the same suburb/s I'm interested in, please contact me about a TEAM-UP. I'm private rather than social, I have friends over only very occasionally and would prefer similar in a housemate. That being said, I'm friendly and a good communicator, but when I'm at home I appreciate my space and would respect your space and privacy too. Quiet is very important to me. If you watch a lot of TV/Netflix hopefully you're willing to do so using headphones. Because of noise, I don't want to live too close to major roads or train lines. I have a car and if you do too, we would preferably have off street parking for both (i.e. a double garage)
Looking for somewhere easy going and clean to live. I like to keep fit and socialise. I would like to live in a home rather than more independent environment. I am very clean and tidy and can cook. I love dogs and I'm not allergic to cats. I'm pretty social person and like to be busy. I work full time in a technical role so I'm not really a mid week drinker but do enjoy a beer or wine or cocktails on weekends and a glass of wine most nights as I like fitness a bit, so I don't go crazy. I'm a positive, easy going person. I have lived alone and in share accommodation with either guys or girls and haven't had problems.
I am an outgoing, humorous character from Orange County, California. I work full time as a retail manager in a job I've had for over two years now. I love a laugh as much as an adventure and some of my favorite things to do are downhill mountain biking, sailing, and scuba diving. I'm a very tidy person and very easy to get along with. I'm looking at a minimum six month lease for my own room in a house with either a private bathroom or an ensuite ideally. I also have a car, so a place with a parking spot or easy nearby parking is strongly preferable.
We are two friends who've been traveling more or less together for two years. iia 23 yo, on a working holiday visa from Finland, been in Australia for a year Val 21yo student Italian/Colombian been here for 3 years. We speak fluent English are friendly, tidy, respectful and outgoing. We both work in hospitality in the city. I'm an easy going and social person currently working full-time in the city. I'm clean, respectful and considerate of others. I love the gym and just hanging out in general, but I also enjoy my own space. Can provide a fridge, washing machine and microwave if needed.
I am clean, responsible, respectful, timely with rent payments, and a fun personality to have around. Having studied theatre for four years, I have an outgoing personality, but am also respectful of other people's space :) I'm always up for adventure, and fun, so hit me up pals :D
