Hi I am Emma. I am super easy going, love to have a laugh, pretty fun although I don't drink much I am still social. I am tidy and respectful of people's space. I am working in a preschool on St Leonards and am also a yoga instructor. During the week I'm pretty busy working 45+ hours and I dance and do yoga after work.
Hi, I'm Kira! I just moved back to Australia after living abroad in Canada for three and a half years. Originally from Perth, living in Sydney is going to be a whole new adventure for me! I'm in a period of life transition....moving to a new city, and beginning school for a completely new career path. People tell me that I have a calm, gentle energy, and I'm a good listener. When I'm not studying or working you'll find me outdoors in the sunshine, by the ocean, hiking, going on little road trips to explore, practicing yoga and meditation, or curling up with a good book. I like to enjoy good food and a glass of wine with great company (whether out or at home), but I'm not a regular drinker, and the party lifestyle is not for me. I'm looking for a place to settle and call home. I like my home to be a sanctuary where I can relax in a peaceful environment. I value kindness, compassion and sincerity. I hope my future housemate does too :)
We are a British couple on a working holiday visa. We are looking for a room within a house/flat or studio apartment preferably near a beach. We are an outgoing couple and enjoy company of others and are easy to get along with.
I'm from Brazil. I'm currently studying part time and working as a freelance designer and in a restaurant in Barangaroo. I am a creative and social person and like making the most of all that Sydney had to offer! I'm very easy going to live with and love cooking healthy food all the time, however I'm not gonna lie ... I'm a chocaholic. :) On weekends you will likely see me at the beach (Bondi ;P) and would enjoy having my housemates with me for some sun tanning, laughs and drinks afterwards.
We're an easy going couple, we like to keep the house nice and tidy and are both going to be recently re-located to Sydney from Canberra. Both working, with Mary finishing her degree. Happy to share the jobs around the house. Pretty quiet people during the week, but like to catch up with friends and meet new people on the weekends. Zack already has a full-time role in the CBD, and Mary is looking in that area as well, would like to find someone to reduce the cost of living but get the perks of living close to the city.
~Looking for an apartment to stay 2 nights a week in~ I am a 28yo female, very easy going. Prefer being out and about, exercising or having dinners with friends. I play semi-professionally in an orchestra but for my day job I work in the Sydney CBD and soon to also work in the Brisbane CBD. I am moving to Brisbane to reunite with my partner and will be now working from both my Sydney and Brisbane office. As I will only be in Sydney for 2 nights a week (midweek) I am looking to stay somewhere at a cheaper rate and as a result make the rent cheaper for an existing household without the burden of an extra full time housemate. I would only be at the apartment for two evenings and two mornings. I often even shower and eat b'fast in the office after riding or running in. I physically won't be around enough to contribute to upkeep of the apartment, however I am very neat and always clean up after myself. I like a laugh and a beer with housemates however I am generally out and about with work/orchestra/sport/social commitments. Looking for a tidy, friendly household with a secure bedroom to myself for 2 nights a week (+ on five occasions of the calendar year for a weeks time, as I have orchestra concerts and lead up practice in Sydney 5 times a year). Look forward to hearing form you :) Laura
Hi there! I’m Lauren - 27 from Sydney! I work in Experiential marketing and work in North Sydney. During the week I tend to take it easy, nights on the lounge, or having quiet drinks/ dinner. On weekends I’m generally out and about, be it with friends or family. I’m a very tidy and considerate housemate, who would like to be social with my housemates, but also have private down time, too. Warning. I have a huge plant collection. Looking for like-minded housemates who enjoy a good laugh.
Hello future or prospective flatmate :) I am moving from Brisbane to Sydney next year to begin my graduate program in professional services in February 2018, aiming to move by mid January, I will be working in the city full time and most likely working alot of over time during the week. I will be graduating with a Laws/Business Bachelors from the University of Queensland. I am very well traveled, a very positive and happy person, you will rarely see me without a smile on my face, and importantly I am incredibly easy to get along with ,very friendly and respectful .Plus, I'm tiny so I hardly take up any room. I pride myself on always being clean, tidy and organised. I love being social and going out but I am not a rowdy party goer by any means, I value peace and quiet, but I am easily the type of roommate you can have a drink with, go out for dinners/brunch and explore the city with. I am super friendly so you can have a chat with me about anything and everything. I value privacy and quietness but it would be nice to have a roommate that that is up for hanging out. In my free time, I will probably be out socialising with my friends, catching up on my work, shopping, doing pilates /yoga and exploring Sydney. I am looking for a flat mate who is: -Wanting to live in a nice apartment in the city close to public transport -In their 20s or early 30s -A full time working professional or the like -Places importance on cleanliness -Values having a nice quiet and relaxing place to come home to If you think we will be a roomie match made in heaven, please message me, I look forward to hearing from you 🙂
My name is Amanda , I'm 29 years old. I work in Northbridge, so I'm hoping to find somewhere nearby that is close to shops and restaurants. I'm looking at moving mid-January. I would love to find some housemates to team up with that would be friends as well or find a welcoming existing share house. People who want to end the week with a couple of drinks or dinner out and be a bit social would be ideal. I am always up for a good laugh and can be there to vent if needed. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of people's space and possessions. My friends and family live far away and I don't get to see them much so it would be nice to have them stay every now and then. They are no problem when they visit though :) I own a car, so I will need parking, street parking is more than fine. Message me if you think we'd get along or you have a room that would suit!
Hi everyone! My name's Josh i'm a 24 year old engineer working in business improvement/ automation for an investment manager near circular quay. I work a lot during the week, and spend most nights at the gym or catching up with friends. I also play football (soccer) and therefore am training a few times a week for most of the year - so not home too much! I am laid back, clean/organised, and sociable (easily convinced to go for a drink) and am looking for housemates that are like-minded and and ideally professionals in their 20s also.
I'm an easygoing 29-year-old woman looking for a female-only share-house/apartment with some friendly and laid-back flatmates. Flexible with the suburb, but hoping to move somewhere with an easy commute to Brookvale/Warringah Mall, as that's where I work - preferably around Brookvale, Manly or Mosman. I'm a big reader and tv watcher, and love to travel. I'm a full-time professional in the book industry, currently as a buyer at a library supplier. When I'm not working I'm at the gym or hanging out with friends, but on the weekend love to chill at home watching tv or reading. I've lived in Sydney for over three years (plus my first ten years growing up) and I love it, so definitely looking for a long-term place. I'm quiet at first but once I'm comfortable I get pretty chatty. I can get messy through the week but clean my room every weekend, and keep the kitchen spotless. Happy to do my part in all the cleaning and chores. I'd also love to be able to do some share cooking - which can be tricky as I'm a vegetarian (the non-preachy kind). Looking for a female-only apartment, preferably with only one or two other girls - who I would love to become friends with. My current roommate is moving out with her fiance, and my last day in my current place is the 16th of December, but happy to delay move-in until the 2nd of January at the latest, as I'll be away over Christmas.
To keep this short and sweet: I'm a young professional, looking for a home - close to Sydney CBD, near train stations - easy travel to North Ryde (where I work) - A private room with it's own bathroom (or only shared by max two others) - A clean and comfortable home - Budget around $350 - $400 per week - A good set of happy, relax roomies Bit about me: - Overall, good egg I'd say :P - Pretty chilled out - Always clean up after myself - Respectful of others privacy and environment - Good blend of intro and extroverted - Love sharing music and good food - I like to bake cakes :D
I'm Danica, I'm 25 and about to start a new position in the CBD. Looking to find a housemate who is keen to find a 2 bedroom apartment together around Cammeray or Neutral Bay area! I'm friendly, very clean/tidy and ideally looking for a place to settle for at least a year or so. I anticipate I'll be working longish hours to begin with but would like to team up with someone whom is up for a wine & chat!
I am an easy going guy who takes the world as it is. I love socialising, but do respect the privacy of others and expect the same. I am flatsharing at the moment, but the person I am sharing with is super untidy and messy which drives me nuts. I like to be proud of my home. I am a Landscape/Maintenance Gardener and have a ute with tools and machines and Ideally need somewhere to safely store some of them. If not a lug is not available, I would need some secure storage. I can move as soon as I find the right place.
Hi! Just moved to Sydney after living in North America and Europe earlier this year. Funny (at least that's what my mates say), outgoing and social but also enjoying quiet time. Reformed introvert (though most people don't believe the introvert part). Love diving, snorkeling and traveling. Hoping to find new girlfriends and a place close to a beach! :)
Hi there my name is James. I'm 27 years old and currently working as an advertising consultant in the city. I would describe myself as outgoing, very friendly, respectful anddown to earth. I'm very conscious of others when living with people and look to keep very tidy and help out with cleaning. During the week I'm very career focused but on the weekends I like to go out and socialise. I'm looking to find a new home and live alongside like minded people that would enjoy socialising as a house hold. I enjoy cooking, reading, keeping fit and active.
Currently working with kids, i'm looking for a flat to share with a good ambiance. I'm easy going and sociable, respectful and not afraid about household.
