Hi, thanks for taking the time to read something about me... I've landed my dream job after many years of work and building my reputation in the industry and moved to Sydney. However, I moved to Double Bay (about 6 months ago) and it's a little posh for my taste and not really my cultural scene. I get along well with my housemates and they don't want me to leave however I want to live near the coast. I'm looking for 1 year minimum and longer term if term if it's the ideal house and flatmate. I will be away from home on a regular basis as my job involves travel. I'm healthy, grounded, relaxed, respectful and easy going. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle keeping a clean room/home. I'm friendly, easy to talk to and love a good conversation and a laugh, and known to be able to get along with people from all walks of life. I love animals and kids, however, I have none of my own. I practice (love) yoga and meditation for the past 10 years, I'm also gym a lot as well, plus I love hiking and skiing. I'm away each year on recreational trips as well. I work with people in leadership and organizational development full time. I also facilitate a personal development retreat that is run in 26 countries for the past 21 years. I enjoy a very full and rich life of my own. I don't smoke and rarely drink, happy to have a glass of wine and a chat though. If you're looking for an easy going, stress-free, no hassle guy who pays his way and is friendly and open. Then I'm your flatmate! Look forward to hearing from you! Warmly, Peter P.S. I need a home that offers either off-street parking or at least easily accessible parking nearby.

Clean, laid-back, American looking for a place to call home until the beginning of June/ end of May. I am here on a Working Holiday visa and work at UNSW Monday through Friday. Typically gone from 8-6. I am looking for a fully-furnished single room in the Randwick/ Coogee Beach area - any place that is an easy walk or bus commute to UNSW. Looking for a happy, peaceful house with social flatmate(s). Prefer singles, no couples. During the week I’m either trying a new recipe, at the gym, or relaxing at home with a glass of wine. Netflix is a plus! On the weekend I enjoy beach days, live music, shopping, and catching up with friends.

If you have somewhere then I would be more than happy to come have a look, meet each other and take it from there. Thanks very much and maybe chat more soon. Cheers

Hey! I'm looking for a new place to move into mid-February and your place seems like a great fit! I manage a restaurant in the city full-time, so I am definitely looking for a nice spot to relax at the end of a long day. I spend a lot of time there, so I'm not often around the house, but love to catch up with roommates over a glass of wine when I am! I keep a clean space and have no problem doing my share of household duties. Please let me know if you think I'd be a good fit and we can organize a viewing at your convenience. Best, Jenna
Hey we are from London, UK, on a working holiday visa. We are settling in Sydney for a few months for work. I work as a Beauty therapist and Jack is a plasterer. We are a nice couple who likes going out having fun but also chilling on a Sunday with a pizza and Netflix. Really hope to find the right place with similar people to live with.
I own a small cleaning business in Bondi. I am pet , people friendly and house trained. Have a great sense of humour , laid back , easy going no dramas sort of person. My hobby is to refurbish old wooden cabin cruisers when I have the time to work on them. Educated but do not take myself or life too seriously. Main career was General Manager of hotels , motels resorts for 20 years. Very open minded. After 20 plus yrs in hospitality nothing shocks or surprises me ☺. Not a bad cook and clean and tidy . Enjoy chilling with a nice red or white or beer or a good whiskey. Happy to have a meal chat with flatmate also respect privacy and space. Enjoy eating out and trying new places. Fit and active but not into pounding the pavement anymore these days . Looking for long term stay situation or someone to start a new lease with.
