I am a respectful and clean 24yo Australian male who's looking to stay in Sydney for work opportunities. Just came from a 6person shared house situation and looking forward to meeting up with someone who will suit living with little old me. I'd admit I was the 'clean and tidy' member of the house, but I'm also quite sociable and enjoy adventures in the city!
Hi my name is Jordyn, I am relocating from Newcastle to Sydney for a new job. I am easygoing and social. I am always down for a chat and catch up but also love and respect alone time. Looking to move down around the first week of Feb.
I am a friendly working professional who is looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to live. I love film and TV and I'm just as happy to socialise and hang out as I am to chill by myself. I don't smoke or have any pets.
I am a single female geologist. I work long hrs during the week and some weekends on the Northconnex project but on my days off I enjoy catching up with friends, good food, working out and visiting family in Newcastle. I'm friendly and love to live in a clean environment
Hey! Im an easy-going and friendly young student and waitress that enjoys having a laugh. Im always up for binge watching movies or spending day outside with any flatmate as i think its a must to develop a good relationship. With that being said i am also fine with keeping to myself and enjoying quiet nights. Give me a shout if you have any questions or think we could be a match !! 😊
I will be studying full time by distance at the University of Newcastle. I have a part time job working as a nanny. I am tidy, I can cook and I do have my own furniture for my room plus a TV and playstation. I have been living out of my parents house in both student accommodation and renting for the past few years. I like reading, movies and music (I play guitar). I also love watching tv series like Friends and How I met your mother (I own both of these on boxed sets plus lots of other DVDs!) I would like to find flat mates who are happy to chat and have dinner/BBQ’s together and watch tv shows or hang out occasionally. I am looking for accommodation in the suburbs I have listed and the surrounding suburbs. I would prefer to live in a share house rather than rent a room from a family.
I am a Student commencing undergraduate at Macquarie University in Feb 2018. I am a Clean, respectfull, honest and a Caring person to be with. I am self motivated and driven. Hi, My name is Le and I’m moving to Sydney to work at Hornsby Hospital. I moved out of home when I was 17 so have lived in many different houseshares with different people. I’m clean, considerate, and sociable. In my free time I love working out, going out for brunch, finding good coffee, and hanging out with friends.
Hi potential flatmates, I'm Alex!!! A little about me and what I am looking for... I am a laid back, genuine and honest person that enjoys healthy banter, having a chat and a good laugh even if it’s at my own expense. On that note I also like some private time and respect that of my flatmates. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, listening to music, mountain biking, kayaking, weekends away, having BBQ’s and dinners, watching movies or enjoying a good boxed set (bonus points for Californication or Breaking bad fans!!!) I don’t have alot of furniture or many appliances, as I have been lucky enough to always have flatmates that have provided these. However I am more than happy to buy things to contribute towards creating a homely relaxing environment for both of us. I would best suit someone that is absolutely fastidious about keeping a spotless home and has consideration for their flatmates as I do in kind. I am "OCD clean", drug free, considerate, respectful and friendly to my flatmates and expect the same in return. I have always lived comfortably and happily with female flatmates for those who may be worried about living with males. I also work very long hours of a nightime six days a week, so you will often have the place to yourself. I am looking for one person (no couples or share houses) to rent a property on the Central Coast or North Shore. Probably three bed (one a shared office/guest room), and a double garage. FYI - I have a pet Bearded Dragon, he lives in locked and sealed glass enclosure and will not be roaming around loose. If you think we will be well suited flatmates, please drop me a line and we can discuss what we are looking for further. Alex
We are a couple, 6 years into our marriage, and will be moving into Sydney from Dubai in Feb 2018. Both of us are from Kerala, south of India. We love our privacy and we respect other's equally. At the same time we love socializing and meeting open minded and like minded people. We are not religious and will eat anything that is tasty. We appreciate quality over quantity. We keep our own house classy and colorful and understand how minimalism and cleanliness can contribute to positive energy. Over the last 5 years we have traveled enough to understand that every culture is different, yet the basic principles of what annoys people and what pleases people are pretty much the same.
I appreciate other people's lives, I am considerate and understand how hard the renting scenario is here in Sydney. I want to rent for another year then aiming to buy so looking for something for me, my small chihuahua and my Hotrod (car) so a garage. A team up would work best. Looking to move asap please sms me or give me a buzz I work full time and most weekends, pretty cruisy as long as the bills get paid.
I am a very tidy, respectful person. I currently hold two jobs so won’t be there very often. Mainly to just sleep. I enjoy the outdoors, personal fitness, cooking and have a passion for sports. I am very respectful of personal space but am also very social. Hope you hear back from you :)
I'm a respectful father of 2 beautiful girls with shared custody. I'm also a business professional working as General Manager of a sport brand. I enjoy spending time with my kids and pretty chilled out at home but also very social. I would like to find 1-2 flatmates to share a large house ideally with $300 budget each in the Hornsby area.
Hi everyone! I'm starting postgrad study at Macquarie this year. I'm friendly, hardworking, clean, responsible, pretty quiet and respect others need for space. I'm not a party animal haha. I'm originally from the Gold Coast and have lived out of home for the past 4 years in Brisbane. I don't smoke and seldom ever drink. As a person I'm easy-going, outdoorsy and love animals, hiking, art and playing the piano. I also come armed with a coffee machine :) . Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, I love getting to know people and look forward to hopefully sorting something out with you. What I'm looking for (fingers crossed): - a responsible, easy going flatmate (or two) who's more or less like-minded - preferably someone who's up for a chat, but also who respects everyone's need for a bit of space and quiet when studying, and also ideally in their 20's just because I think we might have more in common - accommodation relatively close to Macquarie Uni, or easy access by public transport/walking/car - if possible, would prefer private bathroom and parking space (but I'm happy to keep an open mind on this and understand this may be overly optimistic on my budget) I'm really open to suggestions and other options, if you have a place you think might suit I'm happy to hear you out. I look forward to hearing from you!
I am a hard worker and have a steady income. I am very quiet in nature and will not make any noise in my room. I am very neat and clean and well presented at all times. I do not take drugs or smoke and I'm clean spoken and polite. I value honesty and professionalism. I'm friendly and bubbly. I will be working full time so I will be out of the house most of the day so I will not be a disturbance during the day, or night, when I go to sleep early for work.
I'm a laid back guy looking for a quiet place to call home. I work in IT so from time to time I'll be glued to a computer. That aside, I love any excuse for a social drink or dinner. I'm a very clean person so no need to worry about me making any mess.
Hello. My name is Mariano and I am an international student living in Sydney since 2016. I am looking for a fairly quiet place to live for the next months. I would like to share some key points to avoid any kind of misunderstood: No parties, please: I am not a party guy. After to spend the day working and studying I love to end my day drinking a glass of wine and watching a documentary by my own. So I prefer a quiet environment where I can get ready for the next day. Introvert but friendly. Yes, I am friendly, easy going and interested in meet new people. But my privacy it's really important as well. I love to spend time by my own, so when I am at home If I am not reading, I am working on my projects, or studying or just watching documentaries. Responsible with payments: I have different part time jobs, so for me it is better to pay my rent weekly. You do not have to be worry, I am very responsible with payments. Tidy and clean. Don't worry, my messy style of life finished when I lived in Canada three years ago. You won't never see a messy kitchen after I use it to cook my meals. And I really care about to keep all the areas I use clean and tidy, for respect to everybody. Pets and kids: I love animals, especially cats, so there is not problem if you have a cat or dog or more kind of pets. And about kids, I am psychologist who worked constantly with children. So I do not have inconvenient to live in a house with children either. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards.
I am a 23 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my second year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker, but please don't take that to mean that I'm not friendly. I consider myself a bit of a phantom housemate - rarely seen or heard. I do have a boyfriend that I like to have over sometimes [we're both quiet, we generally study and play games together], but otherwise I don't party or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying, playing video games and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I know that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I'm a light user of the kitchen, and follow a "clean as you go" mindset, and always clean up when I'm done. I also always pay my rent on time! I've been living independently for ~7 years, so I like to think I'm a bit experienced with sharing spaces with others. Anywhere within a ~10 minute walk to a train station on the T1 line is ideal, or within walking distance to MQU. I do have my own furniture, so I would prefer an unfurnished room - I have a double bed, a desk and a bookshelf. I can supply all of my own things like towels and plates/bowls/cutlery if needed, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer/clothesline [or space for a drying rack] and fridge. I adore cats and can happily live with them, dogs depend. Please feel free to get in contact with me and ask any questions, I hope to meet you and become a great housemate~ - Blake
