Hey there, it's Kenric. I am studying in Western Sydney University right now. Recently I exchanged to South Korea, the mountainous and frozen country of the winter, for a semester and just came back for the new semester here in Au. It was an amazing experience for me. Anyway, now that I am back I decided to move to Parramatta because I want to find a place nearby uni very badly. It's so convenient and relaxing for me to work and study there. I lived in shared houses before with 7 people and occasionally for a short period with 11 people. Therefore I am familiar with the unwritten rules of paying respect to one's private space and keeping clean as you go. I still do it as a habit these days and it has made me a very likable tenant wherever I stay. However, where the budget allows I still prefer having less people sharing the house with me. I am a total computer geek. And I pride myself for having such a title. However, I am not antisocial, yeah you know it, a total socially-non-awkward computer geek at least for most of the time =)) . Anyway, I love travelling, reading books and most especially studying the computer software ! Even my granny agreed that I was pretty good. If I sound interesting, please come and get me. Or if I am not interesting, just come and tell me why !
I am currently on a working holiday visa, working with offices based around Sydney. I am preferably looking for a private room but I am happy to share with another for around 3 months as my visa ends in May. I am a respectful and clean housemate and have always lived in shared accommodation since Uni. I would like to find a place I can consider home even if its for a short amount of time as I would like to get to know my housemates as well as having our own social lives. I enjoy socialising and the odd cheeky glass of wine, love to go the beach on weekends, BBQs and the gym but I am also happy for a quiet night in. Please message me if you have a spare room and feel I am the right fit for your place :) Thanks! Emma
Relocating from Perth to Sydney for work. Easy going lad. I will be spending weekdays working in North Ryde starting a new job. I'm pretty social and have lots of interests. Weekends I'm usually out and about/partying. Weeknights I keep it pretty tame and spend a lot of time on Netflix/Gaming. Very clean and respectful of house mates privacy. I don't know a lot of people in Sydney so if there is some social house mates willing to show me around the city that would be a bonus. I'm a home owner myself and handy with maintenance etc. Currently living in a Perth sharehouse with 3 under 24's and have lived in many share houses in the past. Flying to Sydney on the 1st Feb and looking for accommodation as close to this date as possible. I'm a car guy and usually have 2 cars so need somewhere that can accommodate that. Chow. this is the bump line with useless information used to bump me to the top of searches :)
I am neat and tidy, try to be considerate of other people and know how to resolve/avoid conflict as the case may be. I understand the concept of house rules and have no problems with abiding by them. I work full-time and that is pretty much all I do, besides going shopping for groceries.
Hi i am Karan .. currently on vacation but will be working full time . Just finished my masters from UTS . I am social , amiable and kind . Also love making new connections and friends. My interests include watching movies , singing , cricket and cooking. I like to keep the place and surroundings clean . Looking to meet like minded people and have an awsum time .
I'm Taren, bubbly 21 year old with 2 small puppies who are like my baby's. My dogs do sleep inside with me but are house trained so if that would be a problem with you I'm unfortunately not your girl :( BUT if that factor makes you think I'm a good fur mummy then you're my kinda person haha! I'm really easy going, love good conversation but also like my own space and privacy. I'm a very very clean person so am looking for someone similar :) I currently work part time but am looking at possibly going full time again soon. In trustworthy and reliable, lived out of home in share houses many times and have signed my own lease once for 6 months and was never late on rent. My hobbies include just seeing my friends and family as much as I can and I am a binge series watcher haha so sometimes I like to hide away in my room to do so... Guilty haha! My ideal hope on this site is to find a female who's not only looking for a new roomy but a friend to :) if I sound like someone you'd like to sign a lease with feel free to message me and let's arrange a time to meet :)

Hello! I'm a Canadian moving to Sydney in February to study for my Masters of Nursing. I'm looking to live with a roommate that enjoys sharing a bottle of wine on occasion, but also respects that I'm going to be studying my butt off for the next two years. I'm allergic to most pets (although that doesn't stop me from trying to cuddle every cute animal I see) and I'm a non-smoker. I'm hoping to live relatively close to the Westmead hospital as that's where my classes will be.
I am an energetic, easy-going, fun, married 29-year-old girl, graduated as an MD, living in Perth with my husband, coming to Sydney alone to participate in a 9-week clinical course on Granville TAFE. I am clean and tidy and respectful of different ideas and tastes. Love to know new people and socialise with them, yet respect their privacy. Enjoy reading and listening to music. Since I'll be in Sydney for a short course, I need to study hard. So I prefer a peaceful and quite place with friendly people. Can't bear smokers because of frequent headaches. If you think you will be happy with me, please msg me
Hi I'm Ashleigh, I am a clean, quiet and respectful person. I work part time at a charity fundraising organisation whilst studying early childhood education at Macquarie University. On my days off I love going to the beach to read or just to relax in the sun :-)
Originally from QLD, moving to Sydney to start a new job running science education workshops in schools. Easy-going, clean, looking to live with like-minded friendly people who I can potentially socialise with and share the odd meal/glass of wine.

USYD student researching at Westmead Children's Hospital. Work part-time as a chef (on weekends in the Blue Mountains). Very friendly, like to chat but study a lot and prefer a more quiet/non-party household.
Hi, Just arrived back in Sydney, after traveling a bit. I fell in love with this city when I was on my working holiday a year ago. Fortunate I found a sponsor and now I am back for good. My work will be in the CBD so I am looking for a flat with good public transport connection. I am social, but also appreciate my alone time and would dare to say I am an uncomplicated housmate. I like all kind of sports or things to do, like Tennis, Yoga, or whatever comes up. It would be great if you had any sort of pet, I love dogs, cats, or whatever. Sadly I don't have any on my own and no worries, will not have any. Maybe a plant. Just let me know if you would like to know more. Cheers Dorina
Hi! Me and my male friend are looking for a granny flat/2BR apartment near a train station. We're both Filipinos. We're fun-loving and we can assure you that we will maintain the cleanliness of the unit we'll be renting. We will take care of it as if it's our own.
Hey I'm Julius! Recently moved up from Melbourne. Manager for Woolworths...generally involves working 12hr days so I wont be home much! Most of my family/friends live in Melbourne so I fly down there quite often too. I would describe myself as friendly, respectful and easygoing. I've had housemates in the past and have never had any issues. I'm clean, quite and considerate too! Not a big party person as I tend to be exhausted coming home. Although I will definitely pull my weight around the house in relation to chores!! Hopefully hear from you soon...
I'm a laid-back working professional who is usually busy at work or learning something new. I enjoy conversations with my housemates whilst also respecting their need for space and privacy. I always pay my rent on time.
What makes me great to live with? I'm glad I asked. Well first of all, I am practically a very easy going person who loves to be social, easy going and above all considerate of other people. As a high school teacher, I basically work a lot (as you would already know) and I keep my self very busy by going gym 5-6 times a week, reading books, photography, playing the piano and other stuff that I'm not going to go too much into detail. Why you should pick me? Easy! I am clean, tidy and organised humanoid. I like to cook on the weekend, maybe go out to the city for drinks or catch up with mates and I intended on staying for longer than a year at any particular place I find suitable. So if you want to get to know me further, feel free to contact me and we can have a conversation over a cup of coffee or tea :)
Hello. I am currently looking for a place. I am unemployed but on a Disability Pension so I have some money coming in because I am unable to work. I have a sweet little black domestic short-haired cat named Delphine who I require to stay with me for mental health reasons. I am very quiet at first but when I get to know people I will open up. I generally spend my days listening to music, painting, reading and learning languages so I mostly keep to myself. I have my own furniture due to the fact I am moving out of a house I was renting previously. :)
We are both very outgoing and active couple. Looking for somewhere quiet but spacious with tidy people. We both work 40 hour weeks and travel back to New Zealand quite frequently. I love to cook and we both love dogs so if you have any - we're always happy to walk them. We love getting outdoors. I'm getting into my fitness and we're both getting married in 2019! We don't have too many possessions but would like to fill at the very least a double bedroom with our combined stuff
I started a new job at the woolworths distrabusion centre Minchinbury as a mechanical technician and have a house on the central coast, I need a room to stay in as I'll be working a 4 on 4 off night shift roster. I mind my own bisiness and ceep to myself.
I Am tidy, clean and friendly. I am a dance teacher and a student part time. I am a professional and very organised. prefer only one other to live with or own bathroom. I am a bubbly dance teacher seeking a nice place to live
Hi, I'm Yoni. I'm a patisserie student and keen cook so there will usually be something yummy in the fridge. I work part time in hospitality. I'm pretty quiet and calm, and I like to keep my space clean and tidy. I enjoy making music as a hobby (usually with headphones on) and evenings usually involve pyjamas and Netflix, maybe the odd video game. I'm very approachable and respect people's personal boundaries and privacy. I need to move by Jan 24th so time is pressing. If I sound at all appealing, please do get in touch.
My name's Casper 3rd year, Automotive Design student from the UK. Originally from Luxembourg, I am currently in Sydney doing an exchange year in Design at UTS. Preferably interested in an unfurnished room.
I'm friendly and outgoing. Like to be quiet at times and keep to myself but I also like to be social and have my friends around occasionally. I'm studying primary teaching at Uws Penrith and might work full time just to have a break from uni but can always support myself financially. I am a smoker but can agree to not smoking near the property as I only do it casually.
I am an Indian accounting professional moving to Sydney in January 2017 and need an accommodation - 1 bedroom with private bathroom preferably. I am a non-smoker, who likes to keep his house clean and tidy. I am a fitness enthusiast and would love to play a sport or hang out with my flatmates in my free time.

Hi, My name is Danni and I'm a 28 year old female. I am new to Sydney, after having spent nearly four years teaching over in London. I'm an easy going, friendly and tidy person looking for a house with similar people. I love days spent at the beach, being obsessed with a good Tv series and having a couple of social drinks from time to time.
I am a quiet and clean person, but friendly. I like getting to know people and I am very focused on my studies. I will also be working in my spare time, and happy to help out with house chores. I like horseriding in my spare time and hanging out with close friends and good company.
I'm clean, neat, respectful aaaaaand I'm in culinary arts so you can expect some delicious food! :) I'm Canadian and moving to Australia to play rugby, visit with friends and travel. I'm very open minded, easy going and love meeting new people. I'm a huge animal lover, so if you have pets bonus!
I'm a friendly film student who always pays her rent on time, is clean and quiet to live with ( not a big partier ) and always makes an effort to get to know her flatmates/but give them their space. I don't smoke, love animals (don't own one however), love watching movies, reading & writing.
Starting at WSU Parramatta in late Feb 2017, I'm laid back, friendly and tidy! Team ups would be great! I've been looking into apartments in the area that are 200$ or less/week per person (If shared amongst 3 people). Other than going to Uni and studying, I enjoy spending my time at the gym and spending my days out. I'm looking for places closer to Parramatta station or WSU Parramatta Campus. :)
I am a bit of a home body who likes to keep to himself most of the time and i'm respectful to others in that regard also. I am social as well though and love a laugh like most.
Returning to Sydney after a year of living off the land out in country NSW... maybe not that extreme, but coming back to the city and starting the search for roof over my head :) I'm pretty relaxed and easy to get along with, can be fairly quiet and focused on either work or study, but if I'm in a bit of an energetic mood it's either out scuba diving or catching up with friends (so not making any big ruckus at home) Can be a decent cook when the mood strikes, enjoy a quiet catch-up amongst friends and have been known to binge on Netflix from time to time. I'm not really locked into looking for anything too specific - I'm pretty open to options, though I do have some ideals/preferences in what I'm looking for: * A self-contained studio/apartment/granny flat - I do enjoy my own space, but maybe wishful thinking * Close to public transport - as long as there is an easy route to get to Central, I don't mind a longer train trip * Close to the water - I tend to dive a lot around Cronulla and Botany, so this is a bit of a nice-to-have * Own bathroom - would definitely be a perk There are only 2 points that a critical for me: * Private room * The ability for friends to visit and hang out - I'm not a party-person, but I have noticed some listings that indicate visitors are not welcome at all - I'd like to be part of a home, not a ward. All that said, I'm pretty open to all possibilities :) I'm interested in a long-term home more than a short-term stay, but I'm open to options.
Moving to Sydney for work. I'm tidy, reliable and a decent cook (if I do say so myself). Looking for housemates with an apartment or meeting other people who'd like to team-up to get an apartment. Guys/girls, it doesn't matter - as long as you're friendly and fun to live with.
