Hi guys! I am a 25yo high school Science teacher looking for a long term place for myself and my cat. I am super easy to get along with and enjoy dining out and gardening in my spare time! I’m looking for a social flat with max 2 other people where we can share a meal on occasion, go out to brunch or hang out on weekends! I’m not a clean freak but I do enjoy keeping things organised and tidy and am also not looking for a party flat. I have a car so some sort of parking space would be required. Ideally looking for a house in the Floreat, Innaloo, Mount Hawthorn areas but also open to North Perth and Mt Lawley areas too! Working in Woodvale so just need to have easy access to the freeway! Also interested in teaming up with people to find our own place together 😊
From Perth and work full time for a not for profit. I’m quiet, clean, easy going, thoughtful. I enjoy being with friends, working out, and a couple of drinks here and there - not looking for a party house.
I am honest, respectful, clean, tidy and love to meet new people. And if you don't mind music, I play acoustic guitar with a super chilled and classic list of songs that you could request when I am socializing with the household, however I know how to respectfully obey the space and privacy that we all deserve when needed.
Hello there, The name's Alvin, and I'm currently working full time in the city as a User Interface and Graphic Designer and would like to move somewhere closer to work (currently in Joondalup). I’m hoping to move early December but can move a little sooner I like to take it easy when I'm home – usually with some video games or a tv show. I'm not much of a drinker or a party person. But don't mind simple gatherings and outings with a few friends. I also endeavour to abide by the clean ninja code by aiming not to leave a trace of myself in the shared spaces. A tidy and cosy place in the inner suburbs is where I'd like to call home. I'm hoping to stay for the long term or at least 6mths. I hope to share with only 1 other housemate (I've had my fair share of crowded sharehouses ). But I could make an exceptions for a cool bunch of people or couple, but my preference would be for one other person. I also wouldn't mind teaming up for a 2bedroom apartment – seems like there's a few good deals to be had. Though I'd prefer to go for one that's furnished. Parking would be a requirement for me as well. Thanks. I look forward to hearing from you :)
I'm a Non Smoker that stills enjoy the fitness scene and living healthy. I'm currently in Melbourne and returning to Perth 1st week of 2019. I've been an Emergency Services/Rescuer since 2012, Ex-Soldier for 16yrs before that. I love getting out and about with photography, Footy, Cricket, markets, arts, stage shows and the beaches. Im pretty self sufficient. Can cook and consider myself tidy and clean and enjoy yard work. Look forward to saying Hi and reacquainting with Perth. kind regards Tony
I study full-time and work part-time in hospitality. In my spare time I like going to the beach, failing miserably to read books. When I'm not working I like winding down to a TV show or a movie over a beverage. I'm tidy, easy-going and I have plenty of experience living in share-houses. I appreciate my own space and respect people of the same mindset.
I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so some kind of parking spot is needed. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music , going to gigs when I can. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing away on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Regards Dave
A little about myself :) I am really easy going, always having a laugh, I am also quite adventurous, always taking off for last minute travels & adventures ✌️ I am originally from Perth but I have lived all over Australia and the world. I actually own my a house in Mt Lawley, I have however just recently back after living in Spain. I am going to keep renting it out for the next couple of years. I love my food and eating out. I am big into my health and fitness, Gym, yoga, surfing, skateboarding, the list goes on. I also love going down to the beach and reading a book or just chilling at home watching a movie :) I am very clean, proactive, motivated, bubbly and energetic. Troy :)
Hi there. I’m Rachida originally from Wales in the UK and I’m looking for a private room that I could move into immediately for 4 months. I work in hospitality and I am employed in a bar just outside of the CBD... so if you like a cocktail in the house after a hard days work then I will happily oblige. I’m sociable, easygoing and I’m incredibly respectful and considerate of other people’s space as I like my own downtime too. I like to travel, keep fit and can be a bit of a foodie. I’m clean, tidy, organised and always happy to help with any help needed around the house :)
Hey guys! My names Nina, 29 from Vic originally however I’ve been living all over the place for the past 10 years. Have shared many places before however as I am getting older I am more of a nana than anything. :p I am happy keeping to myself however would love to make friends here in Perth so a friend roommate would be s bonus too! Work in childcare mon-fri. Love the beach, shopping, movies, food and being active.
Olivia and I are looking to move into a new rental in November. We're both friendly, social and (a little bit) sporty, and would love to team up with another gal or guy who's interested in a house in the North Perth/Leederville/Mount Hawthorn/Yokine/Joondanna/Tuart Hill area. Between us our budget is $300 but obviously this extends if we found a third person to share with. We love houses with old wooden floors and hopefully a nice sized kitchen as I love a good cook up! Olivia work full time in advertising and I work as a youth film teacher so after school hours and a bit of daytime hours. Hit us up if you're interested with your rental preferences and a glowing self review! Open to looking at places with a master + ensuite should you like something a little fancy. If you can't message on here try me on FB- Jessica Hegarty

Ocean baby...fishing, paddle boarding, surfing, boating etc Can cook...and clean Require off street parking due to having a work vehicle.
Hi there :) Im 23 and graduated from Curtin Uni last year and about to start a full time job in Leederville in February. I'm an easy going, friendly and considerate person with the most loveable maltese shitzu named Simon. I love going to the beach, hanging out with friends/fam and going out for drinks/gigs. Looking for a house preferably with a bit of a garden/courtyard, not an apartment :)
I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit). And sorry, I would prefer only females but couples excepted.
I'm easy going yet excitable and happy to chat but very respectful of peeps privacy and space. I like to keep a fit and healthy lifestyle still working on my work life balance but aren't we all lol. I'm up for meeting like minded people and trying new adventures. Looking for a place with secure parking while I'm away, aircon or fan in the bedroom so I can sleep in the summer months and a clean bathroom whether private or shared. Hit my up peeps I'm keen to come view places and see if we gel together as home mates. I'm a non-smoker, not huge on drinking but happy to have a drink to chill out and relax with Netflix or good company. Cheers Dani
I'm a positive and motivated person that is studying at WAAPA, and looking for somewhere close by to stay. Am just as happy to chat and socialise as I am to keep to myself, so I find that it's easy to live with all types of people. Things I like: reading, ukulele, piano, theatre, netflix, dancing & funky socks.
Hey there I'm Adam, I work FIFO on a week on, week off roster (8/6) as a Mechanic. During my week off, I work as a Personal Trainer and assist with a Dance School. I also study Remedial Massage Therapy and Portuguese language part-time. And I workout. A harmonious home is important to me, so I endeavor to have a friendship of sorts with my flatmates. I'm respectful of others space and lifestyle so I appreciate the same in return. As a flatmate, what could be expected of me is; clean living habits, organisation, creative cooking, the occasional podcast or music playlist (accommodating timing and volume of course). Please contact me with what you're willing to offer and a bit about yourself. I look forward to hearing from you! Kind regards, Adam.
Hi I’m Nick, I’m from the UK. Currently here on my 2nd year working holiday visa but I’m not here to travel around Australia as I’ve already done that. I’m looking to settle, meet friends and make Australia my permanent home eventually. I work full time 6-4 and then go to the gym. So I’ll only ever really be home in the evenings. I enjoy fitness, cooking, chilled nights watching a movie with a beer, occasional partying. I’m looking to move in somewhere ASAP. Get in touch if you’re interested.

I am a easy going person, with family in Perth. I study at night, work at home as a bag designer and casual part time as baby sister, hospitality and stallholder at summer markets. I am looking for a nice and clean place with people who likes cooking, socialize at the same time that respect the others privacy.
Hi, I'm a 40 year old male looking to move to Perth late November. Whilst I don't have worked lined up yet, with my employment history it will take very little time to find suitable work. I'm looking to start afresh, am financially responsible, well house trained and can provide references. Music and sport are my major hobbies as well as travelled and I'm looking to share with a mature person who is past the " partying all night" stage of their life. Having said that I like a beer and a laugh!
