g'day! Looking to sign my first lease somewhere on the Sunshine Coast (preferably within a 30min drive to Beerwah, which is where i work) around $120/week is preferred, but can go to $150ish for the right place :) i'm a respectful person and generally keep to myself. I work in a pub so my hours tend to vary; and i usually work late nights Friday and Saturday, averaging around 30hrs/week. So ill most likely be at work when you get home from your job I'm fairly active, so it would be nice living with people of similar interests. I enjoy going to the beach, fishing checking out different pubs and i love live music (gigs/festivals). Adventures and checking out cool places! I dont mind cooking at all and will always clean up after myself. If the house happens to not have much furniture, this is fine because i have a fair bit of stuff furniture and other items that i'm more than happy to share with respectful people if we happen to find a place together. I'm really just looking to move forward in life, and moving out again seems like a pretty solid start. I'm happy with share accom, single bedroom flats, or to simply get in contact with one or two more people looking to rent and we can find our own rental property to best suit :) 6 month lease seems best suited for me at this time, but being my first time on a lease, it's fine if we arrange a 3 month 'trial' lease to see if i am a suitable tennent Cheers, Jake
Hello! I've been employed as a disability support worker for 8 years. Love to cook for the guys and get out and about interacting with the greater community. I studied Marine Science at SCU and developed an avid interest in that of agriculture and aquaponics. I've collected quite a knowledge filled library and enjoy taking bike rides though the woods or embracing the sun at the beach. Courteous, Tidy and easy going, only new to the area and keen to make friends Preferably looking for a private area that's dog friendly $180 - $250 pw
Looking for somewhere for us to live together. Moving out for the first time. Both very clean and tidy. Very efficient and independent. Will both be studying next year and will be spending most of our time working and studying. We have been together for nearly 2 years and think it’s a good time to move out together. Both of us are working casually but are aiming for full time jobs. Trying to move out ASAP.

I'm a sales manager for Nissan on the Sunshine Coast, I'm looking for a fully furnished property or room! a little about my self, i work hard, i love meeting new people, i am extremely focused on work and my personal goals as im trying to save for a house at the minute. I am into most sports as most males are, but i am more into snow boarding and rugby league.. On my days of they are spent usually wake boarding, surfing, tanning, or with the boys relaxing somewhere.. I like to try and keep fit where I can with my work schedule... I am a mature lady, a new student. I cook and clean after myself. I expect you would do the same. I will potter around the house to share the load. I will respect your privacy and time, as you would mine, but coffee and chats would be fine. Studies keeps me busy as I carve out a new path. I need easy access to shops, gym and bus routes. An all incl price is better for the budget.
HI Marcus here, I'm from the Gold Coast and looking to move to the Sunshine Coast or maybe Hinterland area. I am in my late 40's quiet vegetarian -vegan studying alternative health and medicine. Also Buddhism and yoga. Unemployed at the moment for the shift north from the gold coast, but able to pay the rent no problem. looking for accommodation from Beerwah, Caloundra to Noosa, Nambour. Some past hobbies interests hiking, kayaking, cycling, skiing and a lot of study at moment. Spent the last ten years caring for my sick parents and before that a self employed electrician contracting.
I currently live in a small town near Coffs Harbour doing part time work at a supermarket, I just want to move up to Queensland and start a new life and make new friends and find a career. I'm not looking to move until January-February next year as I'm saving as much money as I can to always be able to pay off my brand new car, rent and bills. I think I would be a great person to live with as Im respectable, I clean up after myself, I can socialise but always know when to give people their space. I don't party, I'd prefer making friends who like staying in or going out on adventures to make memories. I don't plan on going to uni, but I'm hoping to become an air hostess but in the meantime I'll do fulltime work anywhere till I reach my goals. I'd preferably like to live with a family, females, or a mix of female and male but don't necessarily want to live alone with myself and a male.
I like my own company but enjoy good intelligent conversation . Am a social drinker, enjoy good food and music and am neither fussy or pedantic but enjoy a clean serene environment. I am active and young at heart. I have lived an eclectic life which has given me a broad outlook on life. I enjoy a bit of gardening and love animals (except feral animals) and prefer a more permacultural/ natural approach to life. I am relocating to be closer to aging parents so will secure employment after I have found a place to call home. I start study next year.
Hi there. My name is Angela. I am a registered nurse employed part time at the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. I love to socialise and im always out and about with my little fella. My boy is three and a half and will be living with me. I would love to move into a home where my child and myself are both excepted and welcome. A fun house but not a party house. I love a social drink but im no longer a party animal. I love to cook and like to keep my environment clean and tidy. I dont have any pets but I do love cats and dogs so other peoples pets are not a problem. Looking into moving into a nice house share asap. ;)
Hi, I’m Mel; I’m going to be starting uni next year (studying nutrition and dietetics) and I’m looking to move in with 1-3 other people. I currently work as a receptionist for an accounting firm. I like to keep things clean, organized and have always been one to pay bills on time. Non-smoker, animal friendly, very casual drinker. Keen to make friends but can respect people’s privacy - I love the occasional movie and wine. Thanks x
Hello, my name is Josie. I am a 24yr old female looking to move to a new home on the Sunshine Coast. I have lived here my whole life & don't intend on going anywhere soon. I like to keep a tidy house & always clean up after myself. I don't go out drinking & partying & I will have hardly have visitors. I would like to move into a home with people of a similar age. I can be quite social & love to have games nights, but also like to keep to myself at times. I love baking, so there is bound to be cookies & slices to there to share from time to time. I have a Very extensive movie & TV collection, as well as Netflix. I would prefer a large room so I can fit my things in, or be allowed to spread them throughout the house. I am very good at saving & budgeting therefore I always make sure I have my bills paid above all other expenses. I have lived in a few share homes before & enjoy meeting new people. I will be able to attend an inspection & meet you on afternoons or weekends as I work Mon-Fri. Kind Regards, Josie
Hello! Things that you may need to know: I am moving back to Oz from a 18 month working holiday in Germany. I am self employed and work as a Equine Behaviourist and also work with dogs on the side... Because I am basically starting from scratch everything is a ‘trial run’, hence the initial short term commitment to a room... I am working out of horse properties in West Woomby and Palmwoods. So something around these two locations is ideal. The pets thing... I don’t actually have to have my dog with me... she has been with my Mum for 18 months and is happy, a few more will be fine, BUT if the opportunity came up that I could have her with me that would be great! She is primarily an outside dog, female desexed, kelpie cross. She would come with me each day to work etc, so very rarely would she be left in the yard by herself. I like to keep to myself and when I am home I like it to be restoritive down time... When not working I spent my time in meditation, doing yoga, reading, cooking or watching movies... A reliable internet connection is a must for me as I do a reasonable amount of Vloging... Anything else ask me... thanks 🙂
